I have been visitng the petrolpump from past 6days.. They have the facitiy to swipe card but the staff is saying that it will take time for them to settle and sort out the transcations at the end of the day.. Today i noticed an online transaction has happened by seeing the payment slip but the staff refused my payment through staff... Is this the way the staff work and respond to the customers.. And while india is racing towards the digital and online payments i dont know how indian oil corporation is lagging.. Ioc will be loosing its valuable customers if they keep on maintaining the staff like this

    Address: Dev agency indane supplier saligramam

    I register for cyli. My connection no [protected]. Gas agency is dev agency saligramam. Cyli. Is registered on 27-12-19 and got the message the cyli will be supplied within 1 day at 2.59 pm. On the same day 27-12-19 cyli is delivered with invoice number[protected] at 7.16 pm. But i did not receive any cylinder so far on date 29-12-19 from gas company. Malpractice is going on with the above dev agency. Take suitable action against gas company. Kindly supply my cyli immediately.

    I got message that cyli has been supplied at 7.16 pm but it is false since I did not receive anything but I waited for the entire 2 days up to[protected].30 pm and hence I made this complaint for necessary action at your end

      I have booked my refill by online on the 23 rd of dec 2019 which was delivered on 28 th of dec. At the time of delivery i am not at home as my son has received it. The person who was on delivery had demanded a sum of rs.30/- from my son without any cash receipt. As my son refused to pay the person shouted with him and threatened him that further supply will be stopped if he did not pay the amount. Is it mandatory to pay such amount to him? When i searched in the website of the company i did not find any information regarding this. I have paid the cost of my refill by on line (Rs.728.50) as per invoice no.[protected]. So i want to know whether the conduct of the person is right? If it is not right, i request you to initiate necessary action against him.

          The Indian oil pump at kattikulam, wayanad has very dirty bathroom.
          The bathroom is totally unhygenic, without any regular cleaning.

          The bathroon lacks even minimum maintance. The customers are finding it incoveninent.

          When asked about it, the staff was very arrogant and accusing. The staff asked the customers to lodge complaint. Please take strict actions.

          I said person to fill petrol directly he said meet manager. i said manager to full my bike's tank full directly but he said not possible. Pre-set available only. There is no another petrol pump nearby. another is 5 kms away. please take action against manager.

But your consecutive refuse the fill air in the car tyre they simply said that go to that shop 'which is opposite to the petrol pump' if you want to fill air into the car tyres.               I booked gas on 26/dec/2019 through indane mobile gas booking application indianoilone. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through netbanking. Amount of rs 685 was deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't received any request for refilling the cylinder.

              Please help me to get my money back in my account.

                I kindly request to provide following facilities at hingana akola distirict petrol pump.
                1. Petrol pump not having complaint book notice display infront of pump
                2. Petrol pump not having air check and refill point available, or not maintained properly by manager
                3. Toilets and urinary are not clean and hygenic
                4. Pump not having emergency phone call facility.

                Sir as i am frequent customer of petrol pump situated at hingna washim road akola, as i asked their manager regarding above facilities he rudly replied me and he did not answer properly, the said manager name is mr. Pradip i request to take notice of my application and take proper action. Thank you

                  I came to get cng filled in my car at priyanka service station, 4-a/2, distt centre - ii, sec - 12, rohini, delhi on 24th december, 2019.
                  The staff (Mr. Sunil) started filling the cng without showing the "zero reading" to me. I also noticed that he was filling the gas with the nozzle whose digital reading was not working. I asked him repeatedly (3 times) why is the reading not visible on the nozzle with which the gas is being filled? Mr. Sunil replied that the meter was working correctly instead. Once the gas was filled he told me to pay rs. 384/- which i paid using "phonepe" wallet (Copy attached). Once i got seated in the car and i was suspicious of some wrongdoing, i noticed that the cng was not full in my car, instead only 3 bars were filled instead of 4 (Which shows the cylinder being full). I asked sunil if he was sure the digital meter of the cng dispensing unit was working fine? He again said "yes it is". I told him that the cng was not fully filled and there was still one bar left. He said that since the pressure is low that is why the gas would not have filled fully. The when i confronted sunil as to why he did not show me "zero reading" before filling the gas and why he filled the gas from a unit whose digital meter was not functioning? He said that he has mistakenly charged rs.384 from me whereas the actual charge was rs 309/- i asked him to call the manager of the petrol pump. When the manager (Mr. Vijay kumar) came i told the entire sequence of events to him.
                  He also, offered me to take the extra money they have charged, but i insisted on filing a formal complaint. They requested that it was a mistake and they will return the money back to me which they have charged extra from me. I kept on asking for the complaint register from the manager (Mr. Vijay kumar) but he kept requesting me not to raise a formal complaint. He also told me that they will sack mr. Sunil from the job. Upon requesting several times and being persistent i was given the complaint register in which i raised a formal complaint. After raising a formal complaint in the complaints register, i took the receipt for the cng filled and got it mentioned from the staff there that they have charged me rs 384/- but later returned rs 80/- which they have charged extra (Copy attached). However, they gave me the receipt very reluctantly and upon much persistence.
                  It is interesting to note that, in the complaint register, i noticed that similar complaints were lodged previously also against the same staff (Mr. Sunil) for the same kind of fraudulent transactions. One such complaint was of mrs. Meenakshi jain (+91-[protected]) which was undated and then had been struck off with a pen. I called upon mrs. Meenakshi jain to enquire about her complaint also. She revealed that the same staff (Mr. Sunil) and petrol pump employees have charged her more in an fraudulent matter in the same modus operandi in march-april 2019. Then also, the manager (Mr. Vijay) has assured her that they will sack sunil from the job and convinced her to take her complaint back and that is why her complaint was struck off from the complaint register.
                  From the above instances, it is very easy to imagine that some serious fraud is happening at priyanka service station and the customers are being cheated in the similar manner form several months to say the least. If the staff is charging about rs 100/- from each customer who is getting cng filled from there, how much money they must have duped from people like this. The suspicious demeanors in which the petrol pump staff has carried themselves definitely points out that all this fraud is being done deliberately to dupe innocent customers. I wonder, how many such complaints must have been written off or not raised only at the first instance!!!
                  I request you to kindly take urgent cognizance of my complaint and look into the matter seriously and take necessary action against the culprits immediately.

                          Ii m kamaljit singh resident of bande mahal kalan, distt. Ropar punjab. I m cusomer of lpg indane gas, my distributor is harson gas service ropar, punjab. Our distributor supplying 2kg to 3kg less gas in each cylinder to their consumers. Many time we have complainted them regarding this issue. But they are not bothering. So please take necessary action against this distributor.

                            It's very redicules behavior by your staff with me. I stopped my scooter and asked to filling man for giving me paytm scanner for payment. He gave me by his hand paytm scanner and get lost from filling station.

                            I done the payment through paytm rs. 150/- but there was no man for filling petrol. I wait for sometime and thought he may have gone for washroom.

                            But he did not come and i called to your another filling staff, another staff without
                            Asking me said "why you done the payment without asking anyone or diggi kholo petrol lena hai to" then i tried to make understand that it is not my mistake your person give to me paytm scanner and he went somewhere.

                            He showed me his wrong attitude and petrol not filled by him too, he also went out from there.

                            After shouting by me your manager or petrol pump owner came get the things sorted.

                            But you should train your staff on their behavior towards to the customer.

                              I want to. Complain about sri neelakanta indane gas agency... Lig nallagandla serilingampally... We have a proboem with the cylinder... And when we called to all the numbers provided by them on the gas book many number of times... They didnot even pickup the calls... We are facing the issue... No gas in the home... Having children... Why cant they pick the calls and attend to customers... Why the heck negligence with them... If they are such negkigence and not attending and resolving to customers issues... They are noy even eligible to run this... Please take a action so that other customers even shouldnot face such a problems...in their daily life... Let them hand over this agency to other people if they cant handle...

                                  Subject - in regards to the petrol bunk cheated on me by reducing the amount of diesel

                                  I have purchased diesel in shri raakavi agencies, ioc dealer, tin-[protected] kottampatty road, samuthirapaty, natham taluk dindigul district

                                  I have purchased diesel every day for 10000 to 15000 in this petrol bunk for years, in 16/12/2019 i bought a140 litres of diesel at 11.12a. M. Invoice no -1592 when i was re-measured it, actually it was only 120 litres instead of 140 litres. I was disappointed after that i went to petrol bunk & argued and got remaining 20 litres at 1.20 p. M. Invoice no.-1606.

                                  I don't know how many days i have been cheated by this petrol bunk, similarly i have been decieved every day. The reason for cheated on me is this petrol bunk or indian oil corporation headquarters.

                                  I file this as a complaint, i need a justification, you must respond to this complaint as soon as possible.

                                    residential gas installation inspection charges

                                    The mandatory inspection for residential gas installation is once in five years. However customers are being demanded to pay every year for inspection charges (Rs 200/- at present). A receipt is given for the same, however no inspection is carried out and the customer is told to sign at the bottom of the unfilled inspection sheet (visit report).                                     I am a regular customer of indane gas having cosumer number cx3388740. I had two untoward behaviour from indane distributor m/s. Sooraj gas nadathara thrissur, kerala (Distributor code 4983544). The recent one is about my cylinder booking. I booked cylinder through online booking number [protected] on 01/12/2019 and booking is confirmed with booking reference number[protected]. I got confirmation message showing generation of invoice no.[protected]. But on 13/12/[protected] i got another message showing that the invoice generated in my name cancelled due to some error.in the evening i got another message showing my booking stands cancelled.
