Online payment made through the link sent to my mail by ioc within the validity period is not reflected in the cash bill. Hence payment was made again by cash to the delivery person. Booking no.[protected] on[protected]. Payment gateway invoice no.[protected] was successful on[protected]. Payment ref. No.[protected]. Payment as made through my sbi debit card. Kindly do the needful to revert back my online payment.

मेरा M/S SRI गोखुला इंडेन गोखुला रोड पटना में consumer no CX8889878 है । मेरा gas बुकिंग इनवॉइस no[protected] है order नो #[protected] है लेकिन अभी तक मेरा गैस मेरे यहाँ वितरण नही हुआ है ऑनलाइन पता करने पर पता चला है कि 6/12/19 को वितरण हो गया है । जब मुझे गैस का वितरण हुआ ही नही तो ये वितरण कैसे हो गया । मैं परेशान हूँ। pl take action. A.K.R.

    Dear sir,
    I am indane gas customer for last 2 years. Recently i changed my residence in different location. When apporached my dealer for changing the address they asked for original papers. Well, i have the gas book but i am unable trace any other paper. Even showing my identy proof still the dealer insists for the original receipt which i am unable to retieve due tomisplacement during my quarter change. Is there any procedure to get address changed in such case? Or any provision to solve the matter?

        Today i went to the petrol pump to feel air in my ktm tc 390 bike, the air pressure machine was working alright in good and mint condition when i asked him to feel the air, they said that they don't have any person to operate the air pressure machine on 12th of december at 1:00 pm.. This was totally not expected. It happened with me and i dont want it to happen with others so place take some action as soon as possible.. Thank you!

          Address: Company Owned IOC Petrol Pump, Malgalwar Peth., 411001

          Sir, i suraj thool went to fill the petrol at indian oil maldakka chauk, pune pump. I told them to fill 200 rs petrol. They shown me zero reading and rs.200 amount on dispay maching and started filling. Suddenly maching went to amount 628 and stop. By the time i had already given rs.500 note to the employee. They told to pay 128 extra. But the tank was not showing that amount of petrol.

          When we went to manager he ordered to remove the petrol from my bike other then solving issue. No option but to pay as i was getting late for my office. Help?

          I know i was cheated...

            The staff in ioc cmc fuels are very rude and they are stealing the fuel. They not start from 0 in meter. And also not providing bill. They all are theives. Name cmc fuels ph no.               Sir,
              There is a fuel pump of indian oil in our town. The name of this fuel pump is - alpa ganga service. This fuel pump is situated in town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin no-781307, state-assam. They are not saleing diesel oil last 3 days. So we are unable to buy diesel oil till now. This fuel pump is involved in corruption. They mixed kerosene oil in diesel oil and also impose personal tax in every diesel oil. Their quality of diesel oil is so poor if you compare the diesel oil of other fuel pump. Sir please help our people.

                With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin no - 781307, state-assam. There is a fuel pump of indian oil in our town. The name of this fuel pump is - alpa ganga service. They have been saleing poor quality of diesel oil since 3month and also they are impose personal tax of every diesel oil. They mixed kerosene oil in diesel oil. When customer complaint this problem to owner he is playing dumbing mood about this problem. On the other hand they declare that they will not sale diesel oil for 6 days. The owner said that he give punishment to the people. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to this indian oil fuel pump.

                  I applied for an gas connection at indane online portal, and received a kyc number ([protected]) on 18th nov 2019. As suggested by indane website from the online drop down box nilagni gas distributor was the nearest distributor from my home. After the application when your website portal indicated that the"kyc was distributed to your distributor", i went to the nilagni gas distributors shop. A middle aged man (Mr. Ray probably) of the shop was sitting at the office. I mentioned to him that i have applied for an online gas connection, but he reciprocated in a very reluctant manner as if it was a mistake to apply online. However i was hoping the transparent portal of indane website was more effective than to apply offline. After repetitive conversation with this person he stated that he was able to see my application on the online portal but he is unable to process the application as it was not done properly. He convinced me to apply offline so that he can easily process the application. Since i urgently needed the connection i was compelled to fill up the offline form he provided, along with the kyc details of aadhaar card and electricity connection though the same was already uploaded by me in the online portal. After i filled up the form he suggested a two cylinder and one gas stove plan of rs. 7700/-. Since i had a new gas stove already at home i was not interested in taking another stove. This time he was again furious at me for not accepting the stove along plan. Though after repetitive insistence he offered me a double cylinder plan but only after a inspection that he charged rs236. After almost a week an inspection was conducted on 30 th nov 2019, after much harassment where the first day (26th nov 2019) the inspector didn’t turn up despite giving time and kept me waiting for the entire day, another day on 30th nov 2019 i had to take a leave at office just to accommodate with the inspectors time that ranged from 11a. M to 4 p. M. After the inspection got over at 3pm when i went to the office of nilagni gas distributors to complete the remaining proceedings, i was asked to leave stating that it cant be completed that day and i will have to visit the following day. Next day i. E 2nd of dec 2019 again i took a leave and went to the office of nilagni gas distributors and i was charged rs5430/-, again i was asked to leave by the officials and turn up next day to receive the computer generated form to render my signature. After such harassment and wasting 3 days for the purpose of taking a new lpg gas connection and wasting rs.5666/-, the officials of nilagni gas distributors stated that my applications stands rejected and they would not be able to give me the gas connection that i have made an erroneous application which is hindering there process. I was simply refused stating the gas connection in my name is not possible any more.

                  Though two nos complain service request has already been initiated having service request number 1-[protected] and 1-[protected] but the NILAGNI GAS DISTRIBUTOR MANIKTALA falsely stated I had withdrawn the application and was not reachable over phone.

                    Hello sir,

                    Since 2015 i have left the mysore. I contacted lotus gas agency to close my gas connection. But they asked me to surrender the documents and cylinders and regulator with the connections which somehow i already lost everything. The connection is deactivated but not closed. I asked lotus gas agency to close the connection but now they are asking 7000 rs along with fir. I told i can submit online fir but they are rejecting it and also the department is having my 4000 security. I also told them you keep the security, i just want to close the connection. They are denying to do my help.

                        On nov.23rd, 2019, we booked a domestic cylinder through the ivrsystem using phone number [protected] and got an instant reply via sms confirming the booking with the following details : cons no. And booking ref. No. The sms also said the expected delivery time is two days.

                        On nov 25th, there was an sms saying invoice no.... Rs.680 generated, cylinder under delivery and it also showed a four digit code to be shared with the delivery men on receipt of the refill.

                        On nov 27th, the next sms was received saying your invoice no...…….. Has been cancelled due to created by error. An hour and a half later after receiving this message, we booked again using the same ivrs method and got an instant sms response saying, your booking could not be created due to refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer.

                        We checked with the distributor namely kfcsc, ssa road, hebbal, bengaluru. They checked their records and the next day informed that our consumer number has been transferred to rt nagar (About which we did not receive any information).

                        On the 28th, an sms was received saying, invoice no. …….. Rs.680 generated, cylinder under delivery, please share dac …….. With the delivery men on receipt of refill. (This time it was a different invoice no* and a different dac no)

                        On 30th, the final sms came with the message that the cylinder is delivered with latest invoice number that was received the second time*. (Attaching sms screenshots)

                        At the end of the whole episode the product has not arrived yet and the family has been going through a tough time without cooking gas more 10 days now. Kindly check if there was an error and if so what and where the error lies. If this kind of an experience occurs, how can we rely on ivrs booking in future?

                          I had booked an lpg on 29th oct 2019 with online payment of rs 603.5 (Transaction id[protected], order number[protected]. Invoice got generated with invoice no.[protected]. Later the booking got cancelled mentioning that the price got changed. But till date neither the lpg got delivered nor the money is refunded back. I logged a complain (Case num: 1-[protected]) earlier mentioning the same issue but the complain got closed without any action by iocl. I want to get the money refunded as soon as possible. Kindly help.

                            My Consumer number CX7494231 from Jagdamba Sai Gas Agency Tilak Nagar opposite Gita bhawan Tilak Nagar, Delhi-18.
                            We are facing under weight cylinders issue every time. Although, we have lodge complaints against it to agency but no one taking serious action on this.We have recently received our booked cylinder on 27-Nov-2019 and found the cylinder is 4kg under weight. Delivery man Manoj dispute area Sant Nagar Tilak Nagar, is taking advantage of house lady and even if lady asking for weigh scale they said “Mere pass nahi hai apna khareed kar lao”. This kind of attitude and behaviour He shows. IOC should take serious action again this agency and such delivery man.

                              On 30th october, 8:30am i had filled 20 litres of petrol for my car renault kwid from indian oil petrol pump, outer ring road, btm 2nd stage near silk baord junction, bangalore. After a few hours my car stopped working for which it had to be towed to service centre where they found out that the fuel that was filled was mixed with water. As a result my car engine stopped working. This also damaged various other components in the car with a total repair bill of approximately rs 10, 000. On calling indian oil customer support helpline they asked me to call another number which turned out to be number for bharat petroleum. This is unacceptable.

                                Dear sir,

                                I, sahil mullick (R/o 1- apoorva kunj, loveshal dob, bhimtal road, bhowali, nainital and practising advocate in the hon’ble uttarakhand high court) and my friend stopped at the iocl petrol pump, on our way to nainital from delhi, at around 6:15 pm on 1.12.2019, which petrol pump is situated at around 300m before joya toll plaza. There were no other cars in the petrol pump, except ours, plus there was a tempo in the first diesel pump row, getting the diesel filled, so we went to the second row.

                                Thereafter two attendants came. I asked them to fill diesel for rs. 1000/-. One started filling the diesel, while the other got the card machine and asked me for the card. At first, he inserted the card and said that it was not working. He asked the person filling the diesel to stop. The person stopped at exact rs. 300.02. Thereafter he said that the machine had started working and handed over the machine to me to fill the amount and further entries in it. My friend driving the car was looking at me entering the details in the machine for 3 seconds and then she looked to see the machine. At that very moment the person filling the diesel came and blocked her vision. She instantly told him that she couldn’t see the pump reading. I also looked up but he was still standing with the intention to block our view. Basically, we couldn’t see the meter reading for that 3-4 seconds or so and as he moved the reading was at 440 something. Thereafter he stopped at 700. I asked him to fill the full 1000, by that time 3-4 other attendants had also come. It was intimidating because they all started saying that the machine had restarted and full 1000 had been filled. It seemed as if the entire staff is trained for committing such frauds and intimidating actions with helpless highway customers.

                                By means of this complaint, i request to take immediate action on this matter, initiating cancellation of the license of this petrol pump retailer, except also compensating me jointly and or, severally for the balance of the remaining rs. 300/-, and also damages to the tune of rs. 5, 00, 000/-, with interest @24% from this day onwards..

                                You may also consider this complaint, as a legal notice, issued upon you, iocl, calling upon you to keep a check on the fuel retailers.

                                  Here is the scenario bangalore, raja rajeshwari nagar indane gas agency is a place where they harass customers and take bribe for each and every paperwork you get done from there it’s so surprising that the challan money is much lesser and the bribe is 5 times higher than that and if you ask for a bill they would not give anything and what they do end of the day they are collecting so much money from these unaware customers that finally everyone divides the money from the higher to lower authorities this is become a business if this is the case how do poor people manage everywhere you go you have to give bribe, and by case you don’t give and you argue then your work won’t get done they would harass you and irritate you so much saying they have software issue and server issues that they will make sure to harass you till the core, i would like someone to take action against this harassment and bribery in this rajarajeshwari nagar indane gas agency so this does not happen with others in future.

                                    One of the guy who is working on petrol pump was talking on a phone while filling a petrol in coustmers vehicle. When i tell him not to talk. He told call was from head office. And he argued with me on this. I have recorded video clip of this incidence.
                                    This is against the rule. And it is big voiletion of rule. You don't have any authority to play with coustmers life....

                                    On 27/11/2019 at 06.29 pm i went to subhash oil company, barwala road, hisar (125001) and filled up my bikes fuel of rs.100 and paid via paytm txn id: [protected] and order id:#2019111618452500308410103714
                                    And after that they said we had no receipt of your payment, but amount had already been deducted at the same time, and me also received 0.75 rs cashback.
                                    After long debate they also charged cash of rs 100/- by telling that you should contact with customer care.
                                    Now i want to refund my cash, take some action otherwise will sue on this..
                                    Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have deposited the refill booking amount through credit card on 17.11.2019, which link provided by sms, but paid amount was not displayed in bill amount (Bill enclosed). Due to this, refill booking amount demanded by vendor and i paid to him also as well as online payment (Double payment). Please refund back one amount, which was paid by me through credit card.
