Dear sir,

I, sahil mullick (R/o 1- apoorva kunj, loveshal dob, bhimtal road, bhowali, nainital and practising advocate in the hon’ble uttarakhand high court) and my friend stopped at the iocl petrol pump, on our way to nainital from delhi, at around 6:15 pm on 1.12.2019, which petrol pump is situated at around 300m before joya toll plaza. There were no other cars in the petrol pump, except ours, plus there was a tempo in the first diesel pump row, getting the diesel filled, so we went to the second row.

Thereafter two attendants came. I asked them to fill diesel for rs. 1000/-. One started filling the diesel, while the other got the card machine and asked me for the card. At first, he inserted the card and said that it was not working. He asked the person filling the diesel to stop. The person stopped at exact rs. 300.02. Thereafter he said that the machine had started working and handed over the machine to me to fill the amount and further entries in it. My friend driving the car was looking at me entering the details in the machine for 3 seconds and then she looked to see the machine. At that very moment the person filling the diesel came and blocked her vision. She instantly told him that she couldn’t see the pump reading. I also looked up but he was still standing with the intention to block our view. Basically, we couldn’t see the meter reading for that 3-4 seconds or so and as he moved the reading was at 440 something. Thereafter he stopped at 700. I asked him to fill the full 1000, by that time 3-4 other attendants had also come. It was intimidating because they all started saying that the machine had restarted and full 1000 had been filled. It seemed as if the entire staff is trained for committing such frauds and intimidating actions with helpless highway customers.

By means of this complaint, i request to take immediate action on this matter, initiating cancellation of the license of this petrol pump retailer, except also compensating me jointly and or, severally for the balance of the remaining rs. 300/-, and also damages to the tune of rs. 5, 00, 000/-, with interest @24% from this day onwards..

You may also consider this complaint, as a legal notice, issued upon you, iocl, calling upon you to keep a check on the fuel retailers.

    Here is the scenario bangalore, raja rajeshwari nagar indane gas agency is a place where they harass customers and take bribe for each and every paperwork you get done from there it’s so surprising that the challan money is much lesser and the bribe is 5 times higher than that and if you ask for a bill they would not give anything and what they do end of the day they are collecting so much money from these unaware customers that finally everyone divides the money from the higher to lower authorities this is become a business if this is the case how do poor people manage everywhere you go you have to give bribe, and by case you don’t give and you argue then your work won’t get done they would harass you and irritate you so much saying they have software issue and server issues that they will make sure to harass you till the core, i would like someone to take action against this harassment and bribery in this rajarajeshwari nagar indane gas agency so this does not happen with others in future.

    Today, 25th Nov in the morning at around 10:30 I got my car filled at Indian Oil Petrol Pump on MG Road Gurgaon near Guru Dronacharya metro station. I already had petrol my car and I feel that I was overcharged and the metre readings are not appropriate.

      about one of petrol pump guy talking on a phone while filling a petrol in customers vehicle.

      One of the guy who is working on petrol pump was talking on a phone while filling a petrol in coustmers vehicle. When i tell him not to talk. He told call was from head office. And he argued with me on this. I have recorded video clip of this incidence.
      This is against the rule. And it is big voiletion of rule. You don't have any authority to play with coustmers life....

      On 27/11/2019 at 06.29 pm i went to subhash oil company, barwala road, hisar (125001) and filled up my bikes fuel of rs.100 and paid via paytm txn id: [protected] and order id:#2019111618452500308410103714
      And after that they said we had no receipt of your payment, but amount had already been deducted at the same time, and me also received 0.75 rs cashback.
      After long debate they also charged cash of rs 100/- by telling that you should contact with customer care.
      Now i want to refund my cash, take some action otherwise will sue on this..

        I have deposited the refill booking amount through credit card on 17.11.2019, which link provided by sms, but paid amount was not displayed in bill amount (Bill enclosed). Due to this, refill booking amount demanded by vendor and i paid to him also as well as online payment (Double payment). Please refund back one amount, which was paid by me through credit card.

          Dear sir/madam

          Thrusday (21-nov-19) morning around 8:50am, i visited a petrol pump (Om sai filling petrol) for refuel my scooty petrol.
          In the petrol pump, petrol pump worker swipped my card 2 times for the same amount. They charged 274.20rs, another is same amount 274.20.

          Today, 27-nov-19 i went to a petrol pump at om sai filling station and i met jagkaran he’s the manager of this petrol pump, i told him each & everything about the fraud or double payment, after checked the status they didn’t find anything agaist my card or payment details.
          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, i’m mentioning all the details that’s the reladted to my double transactions on the same day with same time,

          Payment detail - 274.20rs.
          Payment date:- 21-nov-19
          Swipe:- 2 time (8:59am, 9:00am)

              On 26th nov 2019 at 10.57 am i went to om sai filling station gaur city - 2 for a petrol refill and asked them to give a refill of 2000 rupees and they started the meter and i was seeing the meter when the suddenly shut it off at around 1500 and when i confronted them they gave all the reasons of not doing it and when i asked for the bill they gave a fake bill with nothing mentioned on it, niether my vehicle number nor the vehicle type and hence i cannot accept that bill to be for the money i payed to them in cash.

              I thereby request you to give me a refund and also take action against the filling station.

                I am a customer of your distributor namely m/s asmani indane service, located at rangat, in north & middle andaman district of andaman & nicobar islands. I had booked cylinder well in time and it is very sorry to say that after approaching to the distributor for more than 2-3 times, till date i didn't get my filled cylinder.

                    Every time at the time of delivery, delivery boy ask more money apart from bill. Sometimes 40 or 30. Even if we pay 20 they will make face and say something before leaving. Today same thing happened he asked for 30 but i gave 20 but then he showed eyes to me and said next time you should pay 30 only. I spoke to the agency but they said no need to give or its ur wish we can't do anything on this.

Download indianoil one mobile app or login to https://cx.indianoil.in} and also received second massage on[protected] {invoice no[protected], rs.704 generated, lpg refill under delivery, pl ensure pre delivery checks. Make integrity a way of life-take pledge @ www.cvc.nic.in} and get third massage on 19-11-19 {your cylinder is delivered with cm no.[protected]. Please give feedback https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/lpg/pages_rf? Cid=[protected]} but i have not any indane gas cylinder/ bottle. This types of mischieves are many times with me.

                              Invoice no[protected], rs.725 generated for indane lpg refill. Cylinder is under delivery, but they cancelled it reason was iam not available to take delivery. After i called them that i was at home always again they generated another invoice no[protected], rs.725 generated for indane lpg refill. They asking to take delivery from gas agency. Why should they can't delivered to my address as my address is under there delivery part. Iam really facing this problem from pinakshi gas agency in chandmari. Guwahati. Kindly resolve and one more thing at delivery time person ask for delivery charges of rs. 50-100. Isn't delivery free?

                                Hi Team,

                                This is to highlight that Khan Enterprises of Indian Oil, Jhandewalan, New Delhi - 110005 has bot been delivering LPG cylinder on time.

                                Current booking details :-

                                When booked; I get a message that cylinder will be delivered in 1 day however it takes almost a week usually.

                                Please find attached the message I received on 17th November 2019 but no cylinder is sent to us ever after 4 days. I am also attaching a receipt of old delivery for reference only.

                                We are almost out of fuel now. How can we survive without LPG. I believe no further explanation is required.

                                It has also been brought to my knowledge by a delivery man lately only that this agency does some sort of partiality between different type of people while sending the cylinders to home.

                                Please take strict action against Khan Enterprises to ensure they deliver cylinder within stipulated time and also without any partiality.

                                No cylinder has been sent by Khan Enterprises to us yet but they sent a message of delivery.
                                Now this can easily be noticed how fake this agency is.
                                Please see attached message which they have just sent to me at 5:13 PM dated 21/11/2019 that delivery is done.

                                I submitted my form for the re activation of gas connection. They taken Rs. 240 /- from me for renewal of dormant gas connection, and did not give me receipt.

                                  I hadn't got my subsidy amount yet
                                  No one in budaun is listening to my problem however i have completed my kyc in bank very much earlier they are saying that there is a problem in your account

                                      Today 19th november 2019 morning, i went to fill cng at mahape navi mumbai petrol pump which is located besides country inn hotel mahape navi mumbai. None of the machines which accepts card payments were working and employees working at the petrol pump including manager mr. Pande are very arrogant and rude in behaviour. Mr. Pande told me do whatever you have to do. This is iocl petrol pump. This is the third time i am facing issues at the same petrol pump. My mobile no. Is +91 [protected] and email id is abhay. [protected]@nelco.in. Requesting to ask employees at the petrol pump to behave properly with the customers and digital payments shall be accepted at the petrol pump.
