Dear concern

I have indane lpg connection in vadodara i have given my aadhar card for subsidy but it is not linked official said your aadhar is alraedy linked with another connection actually my mother is living in my native village and she applied for bharat gas in ujjvala yojna and the officials of bharat gas asked for all aadhar card copy of mentioned members in ration card and then she submitted all aadhar cards of my all family members mentioned in ration card so my aadhar is linked there.
What should i do now? Please do needful

I have booked and paid online gas refill cylinder order[protected] ref num #[protected]. Consumer no [protected]. Paid rs. 616.50 dt.15/9/2019. Invoice no.[protected] of amount rs 616.50 generated. Gas cylinder delivered on 17/9/2019. Distributor is vkt indane [protected] ludhiana city. The distributor did not deliver cylinder and asked for cash payment of rs.616.50. I was left with no alternative exept paying again. I have paid the amount again as we had to cook food.
What about the online paid system?
Please refund my amount
Please rectify your system and enquire the case.

It may please be noted that no action so far has been taken on the issue and the shop remains open till late nights. I repeat my complaint that the industrial drills being used by puncture man shop are creating sounds beyond the allowable limits in residential area. It is has become difficult for the residents of my home and other adjacent homes to live there. It is requested to shift the puncture man booth at a distance from the society compound wall. There is enough space available at the other farther end of the petrol pump to place the booth. So please shift this shop at earliest.

Third message - 06 sept, 19 at 10:45 am cash memo [protected] rs 627.50, sylinder shall be delivered shortly,
Fourth message - 13 sept, 19 at 10:50 am cash memo [protected] gererated against refill #900829 is cancelled
The ampount has already paid online.
This is a repeat case from domestic gas service.

This is to make you notice seriously that at your petrol/cng pump employees are cheating customers for their pocket expenses specially at night hours, this is about your dwarka sector10/19 pump next to ambrahi village, delhi yesterday as i went to get the cng and petrol for my vehicle one of your employee name pandit ji (As everyone of staff calling him) who was not wearing his name plate as well so i'm not sure about his name he insisted me to park my vehicle at particular side whilst the other nozzle and pump was vacant and when he pushed the start button i told him gas is leaking and he misbehaved and said no it's not leaking and when i in-between stopped the main switch of cng dispensing machine nozzle he argued and all staff gathered and another employee again put the nozzle in my vehicle and refilled gas and that was without leakage, but they we're arguing and no manager was there to whom i could complain that time i am a regular customer of that pump and spend about 1200 daily on gas and petrol from the same pump but after yesterday's incidence, i make sure i change my route and never see that pump neither i get anything from that pump also i make sure my known to people who use that pump for services visit there again. But all such things will definitely hamper indian oil image.

I have booked the indane lpg cylinder over phone as per the process on 6th september 2019, but till date (14.09.2019) i have not received the cylinder. I have visited the distributor twice, but the only response from them is that the load has not yet arrived from the company, whenever it comes, we shall pass the cylinder to you. It has been more than 7 days i have no cylinder at my house. And no proper response...

Dear sir/madam, my mother in law is a senior citizen and does not receive pension. Her gas connection is with kalpana indane gas agency remco layout vijaya nagar bangalore and the number is [protected]. The delivery man has started demanding rupees fifty for every delivery while she pays 20 rupees for every delivery. She finds it difficult to pay 50 rupees for the delivery. Can you instruct the agency not to charge any delivery fee to senior citizens? Appreciate your action. Regards, sundar on behalf of customer mangalam.

I ordered gas through ivr on sept 2nd and on 9th sept i received message like your cylinder is delivered with invoice no. But it is not delivered to me. I went the "namrata gas agency office" and enquired about this. They said they will talk with delivery guy and will send i to you on next day. And it doesn't happened and i called them several times nobody picks the call. I went to them again and they are talking irresponsibly. This is not the first time happened, "they are selling cylinders to non customers for higher price and making money". Please take necessary action on them to make deliver cylinders proper to the customers.

In the adverstisement they have mentioned graduate so we wrote the exam nd cleared, nd they called for verification nd rejecting saying that it is not btech students if this was the case then they shld have rejected us before the exam really so careless this is not a simple job it a central government job, u shld have clearly mentioned really very bad response

Sir on 22 Aug I booked gas bottle through IOC android application also made payment online which receipt I attached in this complaint. on 25 or 26 Aug the delivery came and asking for the payment also told me to complaint the tollfree no for reversal the deducted payment and they collected cash from my home like 580. so finally I paid twice for the bottle so please send me back my payment as soon as possible. I tried for tolfree no but is continuously busy tone.

I request you to look into the working of your petrol pump in durgapur bidhan nagar west bengal .I visited the pump to fuel my bike
They told me normal petrol is not available so you need to fuel extra premium
I aggred on the Same.but to recheck I took another bike visited the pump and ask them to fuel normal petrol and they fueled it

On complaining the dame to manager
He was reluctant to listen to matter

I request your kind intervention In the matter otherwise i will go for some other way .

I want a proper clarification in the matter.

Didn't receive lpg cylinder from two months from the anita indane agency, the agency distributing lpg cylinder at our area, but i received messages saying that my cylinder has been delivered to me.
The service of the said agency is not at all satisfactory. Even after repeated complaints and requests to the agency, i didn't receive the cylinder. It is not the first time i'm facing such problems. The employees of the agency are uncooperative and rude in their treatment and behaviour towards the consumers.

I filled petrol at jai govind indian oil petrol pump at hawa sadak jaipur of rs1200 (Autocut). Even after auto cut the handle button was pressed twice while filling petrol. The red substance was moving in the pipe which i could see moving from the transparent area which shows pressure is coming in pipe. But when the lady petrol dispenser touched the handle and pressed the output hook... The red substance stop moving in the pipe after 1130/ petrol was filled.. I objected and enquired but they did not reply me properly and the ladies moved to their office and no one came to reply. Please enquire and check the quality and quantity of petrol being filled in vehicles. Customers are cheated here as per my experience.

I have been to ioc petrol pump moulali secunderabad today morning to fill petrol in my car.
One mr. Venkat a worker at the pump asked me to move my vehicle nearer to the unit, which i did as per his direction, he repeatedly made me to move the vehicle again and again forward and backward. When i questioned him why he is uncertain, he very arrogantly replied whether i know which side is the tank cap and started to talk in a rude manner. Sir i am 67 years old retired gezitted govt servant,
When i asked the supervisor for a complaint book, he said such book is not available at the pump.
May i request you to see that such behaviour of employees at the pump is dealt with severely

Recently, i visited iocl peeniya, bangalore with my mom. She wanted to use the washroom. The toilet was really in a bad condition which she couldn't use. When i spoke about this to the staff they gave a damn about this.
Please take some immediate action about this. We need a better toilet from iocl. Is it something big we are asking? This is our civic right. Please clean all toilets in iocl outlets for better, clean and healthy india.

Respected sir, i, smt shefali das, one of the consumers of m /s sarada gas agency - code (160803) at karimganj dist, (Assam) vide consumer no -15905 booked a refill vide ref no-678368 on[protected] does not delever till today whereas a message was sent to my registered mobile no that my booking refill was generated vide cash memo no-[protected] was cancelled due to empty cylinder not available. So, i earnestly request you kindly to resolve the matter and arrange to delever my home delivery booking refill at your earliest and thus oblige.

The problem is that my name in your record is amjhad alam. But my name in all documents (I. E., voter identity card, adhaar card, pan card and qualification certificates) is as amjad allam.

I request you to kindly change my name as "amjad allam" in your record.

Booked a refill for consumer number 8374 on 4th september 2019 and made a payment of 588.50 on 5th september 2019. Received successful payment receipt on sms but physical bill is not reflecting the payment. Delivery boy demanding cash payment even though sms was shown with same invoice number. I am providing the screenshot of the payment success message and the smses received. Please look into the transaction details and update invoices accordingly....

Dear sir i have a gas connection with indane gas agency, m/s ranga indane enterprise, cumbum. Cust no: [protected]. Name. Kalluri lakshmi. Every time when i booked over phone they were supplied the wacher leaked sylinders since 5months. Several times we requested the delivery boy to supply the good quality sylinder. But no use. Every time i contacted the repair boy to change the wacher with expnces of rs. 50/-. Is this correct sir. Please give the necessary instructions to the agency for not repeating this type of situation.

At this petrol pump public is charged 80 rupees for a 2 wheelers which is inr 9.20 overcharged. Moreover there is no pollution checking of vehicles, certificates are given after taking 80 rupees and a picture of the number plate of all vehicles.

This is not the actual initiative government had taken to regulate transport and pollution problem.

This is seriously very disheartening.

If anyone take an estimate of minimum 2000 vehicle per day
Then on daily basis they are earning 18400
On monthly basis over 550000

So what anyone should call this money???
