I ordered gas through ivr on sept 2nd and on 9th sept i received message like your cylinder is delivered with invoice no. But it is not delivered to me. I went the "namrata gas agency office" and enquired about this. They said they will talk with delivery guy and will send i to you on next day. And it doesn't happened and i called them several times nobody picks the call. I went to them again and they are talking irresponsibly. This is not the first time happened, "they are selling cylinders to non customers for higher price and making money". Please take necessary action on them to make deliver cylinders proper to the customers.

My consumer number is CX20946583 and my distributor is AASHISU INDANE GAS AGENCY, i have a small correction in my address, the Flat No. is S-09 and not 209 - the relevant copy of sale deed is attached as proof. Hence, kindly make the address correction and oblige.

In the adverstisement they have mentioned graduate so we wrote the exam nd cleared, nd they called for verification nd rejecting saying that it is not btech students if this was the case then they shld have rejected us before the exam really so careless this is not a simple job it a central government job, u shld have clearly mentioned really very bad response

Sir on 22 Aug I booked gas bottle through IOC android application also made payment online which receipt I attached in this complaint. on 25 or 26 Aug the delivery came and asking for the payment also told me to complaint the tollfree no for reversal the deducted payment and they collected cash from my home like 580. so finally I paid twice for the bottle so please send me back my payment as soon as possible. I tried for tolfree no but is continuously busy tone.

Dear Concern,

I request you to look into the working of your petrol pump in durgapur bidhan nagar west bengal .I visited the pump to fuel my bike
They told me normal petrol is not available so you need to fuel extra premium
I aggred on the Same.but to recheck I took another bike visited the pump and ask them to fuel normal petrol and they fueled it

On complaining the dame to manager
He was reluctant to listen to matter

I request your kind intervention In the matter otherwise i will go for some other way .

I want a proper clarification in the matter.

Didn't receive lpg cylinder from two months from the anita indane agency, the agency distributing lpg cylinder at our area, but i received messages saying that my cylinder has been delivered to me.
The service of the said agency is not at all satisfactory. Even after repeated complaints and requests to the agency, i didn't receive the cylinder. It is not the first time i'm facing such problems. The employees of the agency are uncooperative and rude in their treatment and behaviour towards the consumers.

I filled petrol at jai govind indian oil petrol pump at hawa sadak jaipur of rs1200 (Autocut). Even after auto cut the handle button was pressed twice while filling petrol. The red substance was moving in the pipe which i could see moving from the transparent area which shows pressure is coming in pipe. But when the lady petrol dispenser touched the handle and pressed the output hook... The red substance stop moving in the pipe after 1130/ petrol was filled.. I objected and enquired but they did not reply me properly and the ladies moved to their office and no one came to reply. Please enquire and check the quality and quantity of petrol being filled in vehicles. Customers are cheated here as per my experience.

I have been to ioc petrol pump moulali secunderabad today morning to fill petrol in my car.
One mr. Venkat a worker at the pump asked me to move my vehicle nearer to the unit, which i did as per his direction, he repeatedly made me to move the vehicle again and again forward and backward. When i questioned him why he is uncertain, he very arrogantly replied whether i know which side is the tank cap and started to talk in a rude manner. Sir i am 67 years old retired gezitted govt servant,
When i asked the supervisor for a complaint book, he said such book is not available at the pump.
May i request you to see that such behaviour of employees at the pump is dealt with severely

Recently, i visited iocl peeniya, bangalore with my mom. She wanted to use the washroom. The toilet was really in a bad condition which she couldn't use. When i spoke about this to the staff they gave a damn about this.
Please take some immediate action about this. We need a better toilet from iocl. Is it something big we are asking? This is our civic right. Please clean all toilets in iocl outlets for better, clean and healthy india.

Booked a refill for consumer number 8374 on 4th september 2019 and made a payment of 588.50 on 5th september 2019. Received successful payment receipt on sms but physical bill is not reflecting the payment. Delivery boy demanding cash payment even though sms was shown with same invoice number. I am providing the screenshot of the payment success message and the smses received. Please look into the transaction details and update invoices accordingly....

Every time when i booked over phone they were supplied the wacher leaked sylinders since 5months. Several times we requested the delivery boy to supply the good quality sylinder. But no use. Every time i contacted the repair boy to change the wacher with expnces of rs. 50/-. Is this correct sir. Please give the necessary instructions to the agency for not repeating this type of situation.

At this petrol pump public is charged 80 rupees for a 2 wheelers which is inr 9.20 overcharged. Moreover there is no pollution checking of vehicles, certificates are given after taking 80 rupees and a picture of the number plate of all vehicles.

This is not the actual initiative government had taken to regulate transport and pollution problem.

This is seriously very disheartening.

If anyone take an estimate of minimum 2000 vehicle per day
Then on daily basis they are earning 18400
On monthly basis over 550000

So what anyone should call this money???

Shri sai petro services running at ahmedpur, dist latur, refused to allow use of toilet at the petrol pump. The owner allowed to use the toilet to those person who has purchased fuel from the pump. On seeking clarification he told that we have to clean the toilet and we don't have enough water. Also while checking i found ample water in the toilet....

Kindly help me for smoothy received the cylinder as soon as possible.

I was travelling manglor via deoband on 10 july 2019 i stopped at ioc (Kisan seva kendra) to refill my byk. I asked one of a personnel to refill my byk with 170 inr
Within 4 second he showed me displaying 170 rs on a meter.
I started doubting whether machine is properly working,
Then i asked complaint register but they were bend upon quarreling with me. Instead of giving complaint book one of him started identifying himself as a gurjar and pardhan and started using abusive language also. Although i kept asking them complaint book but they denied and daunted me. The owner of the petrol pump keep calling at my number and starts behaving like combative and uses abusive language for couple of days.. I was like out of patience then... Really exasperating!!
Later on i wrote a complain at ioc website and received sr number: 1-[protected].
Fourth day i receive a call from field manager and he asked about the gist of the matter and i told them everything and sought a reply that why i have been denied giving complaints book. He told me that he would call me soon and get acquainted me about the same. A week later neither he called me nor he picked my call and did text me that he was in a meeting and would call me later but he never did.

Sir i had paid an online lpg gas payment of my consumer no18949 with bank transaction no[protected]Iocl references no-rf[protected]) on dated 25/08/19 at 14:11hrs from my icici bank upi the amount is debited from my bank but indane gas reply by email that your transaction not successfull, so i had again paid online through my credit card with reference no[protected], still my debited amount not reverted to bank account, after query from bank reply that amount not received from indane side.
Kindly look after this issue.

Sir, i booked the lpg gas cylinder on 20 aug 2019 my sbi account is linked with aadhar card, kyc form already submitted. All documents have given to gas agency. But subsidy not credited to bank account. I already made a complaint about same matter (Not credited subsidy) on previous booking of lpg on 09 apr 2019, & subsidy credited 07 jul 2019. But on latest scenery ioc representative told me my sbi account is not linked with ioc, my lpg payment cutting occurred through sbi visa card. But subsidy repayment not happening. Take necessary action on this complaint.

Sir, i booked the LPG gas cylinder on 20 Aug 2019 my SBI Account is linked with AADHAR card, KYC Form already submitted . All documents have given to gas agency. But subsidy not credited to bank account . I already made a complaint about same matter ( not credited subsidy )on previous booking of LPG on 09 Apr 2019, & subsidy credited 07 jul 2019. But on latest scenery IOC representative told me my SBI Account is not linked with IOC, my LPG payment cutting occurred through SBI Visa card. But subsidy repayment not happening . Take necessary action on this complaint.

The attendants at petrol pump distract the customer and fill less petrol by continuing from where the previous persons petrol was filled. today i was getting a refill for 100rs when the lady in front of me got 30rs petrol filled. when my turn came the attendant filled my vehicles tank for 100rs and then he asked me if he should fill for 130rs. I refused and immediately i had a doubt that hes cheated me with 30rs thats why he is insisting to fill 30rs more of fuel. This happened with me earlier as well in this same IOCL petrol pump when i was cheated for 80rs out of 200. that time i immediately got to know as the fuel indicator clearly showed the lesser fuel. that time also the attendant asked me if he should fill in a little more petrol than 200 rs. That time i fought furiously and got my petrol back but this is happening again and again so looks like these people have not stopped their cheating tactics yet. They work in teams. 2 people standing together to distract the person and then give lesser fuel. i believe they target women more.
