My lpg regulator knob got broken, while fitting new cylinder on 10th august 2019. The dealer super gas is demanding connection receipt and consumer book for replacement. The documents are missing during house shifting, since 1988. Dealer was supplying cylinders, till date. There was no response from the dealer, till date on this complaint.
Please help.

The complaint is against vikas distributors (Indane lpg gas distributors)

Whenever i try to contact them post 10 pm they say their system is not ready/upgraded and i need to call after 10:30 pm. After 10:30 pm they still need time for their system to be upgraded.
Post that i can not get hold of them because their number is not reachable and if reachable they do not answer the call. The numbers are mentioned above. This is ridiculous. I had to report a gas leakage, emergency complaint but no one picked up the call. Their behavior is also very rude.in one word they are not customer centric. They do not want to help customer. This is not expected at all. May of my friends have the same complaint against them.

I have booked for refill of lpg cylinder on 13th august, 2019, but till today (03/09/2019) the distributor has not given the same. Last week i have personally visited two times to the distributor office to know the matter. Every time the officials of the distributor told me that today you will get the lpg cylinder, but no delivery man come to my home yet.

I booked gas refiling through sms on dt-21.08.19 with devi gas service at kanke road, ranchi. The cylinder refill was received on 22.08.19 but till date subsidy has not been credited in my account uptill now even after 10 days of receiving the refill.

Good morning.

Myself a. Anand mobile number [protected]. I went to indian oil petrol pump today sunday timing aproximate 18:15 pm to 18:50 pm. Near ice cream shop two filling pump is there. Out of two, near corner side filing station, i have asked a person weared cap to fill petrol for rs. 200. He told to me to check reading. I did not check. Finally he noticed that filled rs. 100 only. He requested to fill petrol once again for another rs. 100 that he missed. But, i was ignore to fill again. I put key on my pulsar two wheeler bike number tn14 b5275 and started bike, while checked my petrol indicate nothing showed. It showed tank is empty popup. I doubtfully asked that filling person. He informed another person to show the reading in manager room. I went to inside and checked. Even i was not satisfied. I asked that person to need to open my petrol tank pipe and check. Initially he refused to do that. After that he did with white color measurement cane. He tried to dry out my tank petrol fully using the small pipe. But, petrol not came out from tank. Then he opned the downside tube near main reserve volve side and start to fill in the cane. But only 500 ml and 250 aproximately filled 700 ml petrol was there. But, as per record he filled 1.37 ltr for 100 rs. Then indian oil worker told me to fill 100 rs. Fresh again and additionally provide me that 500 plus 250 ml petrol to me. There is must be fraud happened.

Kindly note:

1. My tank is not fully dried. There is a possible of 400500 ml petrol is possible in tank already.

2. I did not collect bill.

Every time when i book over phone they never deliver gas cylinder on time. I have booked a refill cylinder in 2nd week of august but till now i haven't got delivery. Please do needful.

Please take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributers.

My indane gas refilling consumer no cx12953272 i got msg from indane gas for online payment i paid through by my debit card 575rupees.. My online payment order no[protected] my invoice no[protected].. After that gas agency guy asked for payment by card only we paid two times for one gas refilling pls refund for the online gas payment.. We paid online payment and also by card payment through cylinder boy so kindly pls refund the online transfer amount 575

This is to inform that the pump at sarai kale khan at new delhi, has pump machine which will show meter starting with zero and at the end it will just change to amount you asked.
I had this scenario twice when i asked them to fill diesel for rs 500,
(Cause of emergency only i come to this station and take only fuel worth 500), the meter will start at zero and till 450 it will jump to 500.
You tell them then they shout and misbehave,
So kindly look in to this matter seriously as they are giving wrong message for your brand and creating people.

I booked my LPG gas cylinder (which is in my father's name - Bhuder Mal) of ₹ 574.50 however Indane charged ₹ 581.29 mentioning that ₹ 6.79 is the convenience charge.

I would like to differ from this unjustified explanation since I spent my mobile data and time while making this payment from my HDFC Credit Card and I have been charged this additional money of ₹ 6.79 too.

I would request Indane to stop charging this convenience amount in future and also adjust my ₹ 6.79 in my next booking.

I also tried to complain through customer care complaint option but nobody picked up the call

I am an indane customer with id no. [protected] attached to m/s. Jeevan indane gas agency. Villivakkam. I booked a refill on 27th august with id no.[protected]. On 28th august i received a message that cylinder was delivered under invoice no.[protected]. But actually i have not received it yet.
Though oil companies are taking earnest efforts to see that cylinders are delivered to the genuine customers by introducing otp to customer`s rmn, this sort of malpractices could not be weeded out since some sort of lethargy exists with implementing agencies.
I request action against the erring delivery boy and the dealer for not insisting the delivery boys to note the otp on the return invoice to streamline the system. I also request that cylinder be delivered to me without insisting me to book online again for no fault of mine.

I have visited recently to agency bcoz my subsidy had stopped from last six months. I have told this to manager of the agency.manger was very rude.he nothing responded for the same when I insist to look this matter then he was shouting on me & said I can't do anything regarding this...He asked me go from here & do as u want I don't care...I am feeling very ashamed people behaving like this such a reputed company like iocl...

I drive my car for filling petrol for my car (Maruti swift) on sunday (25th august 2019, 11:05 am) at the above said petrol bunk. I asked the person working there to fill the petrol for inr 1000 (The pump near the road). But the staff initially filled for inr 200 and stopped, (But i could not hear any noise of petrol flow). I told him that i asked for inr 1000, after that, he once again inserted the gun and filled petrol for inr 800.
When i requested for the bill, he gave bill for 800 only. When i asked for the previous bill (As per the order it should be 200 followed by 800), he could not able to produce because the machine did not actually run at the time. He argued with me for long and asked one more lady staff to restart the machine and again he inserted the gun in car petrol tank without filling.
Actually, i lost inr 200 on that day and they cheated.
I request you to take necessary action against those people

My name is pijush kanti ray.in my house there is a gas connection of my wife's name smt. Mili ray having connection no. 19602 in sonarpur gas services. But delivery person is charging 40-50 rupees more than bill amount every time of gas delivery saying that the agent do not pay any paise for this job and also carriage charge of cylinder. If anybody refuses to paid excess amount the deliveryman threatened not to delivery to the next time. He is cheating village people. I am raising this complaint on behalf of my wife as well as village people.

Sir/madam, i am not receiving my sbsidy amount from 25/05/2016 to till date.in 2016 my kotak mahindra bank account was freezed. After that, i went to the bank for restart the bank. But they gave me new account number. Now i have accounts in kotak mahindra bank, canara bank and axis bank with the same aadhaar number. My lpg id[protected]. From kolar district karnataka state. This is for your kind information & needfull. Thanking you sir.

I tried to pay a lpg refill from indane provided payment link as sent in sms. The money got debited from my hdfc bank account on 17th august 2019 but the transaction failed. I got a mail from indane for unsuccessful transaction but the money has not been refunded yet. No one is picking up the phone numbers mentioned in that indane mail.
The cylinder has already been delivered and i had to pay the amount again in cash.
I want my money back in my account.

Dear sir mene indian oil ka bala ji kishan sewa kendra petrol pump, rd 682 teh. Pugal, dist bikaner, rajasthan se bolero me diesel dalwaya jisme water ki matra thi jiske kaaran meri gaadi kharab ho gayi or jisme ab tak 22000 rs ka kharcha aa gya h or abhi tak poori tarah se thik nhi hui...
Diesel ki jaanch ke liye mai petrol pump gya tha or jaanch ki thi jisme water paya gya tha.
Or meri gadi ke sath sath hi 2 or gadi bhi kharab ho gayi thi mere samne usi din...
Please help me sir...
