refusal to use toilet

Shri sai petro services running at ahmedpur, dist latur, refused to allow use of toilet at the petrol pump. The owner allowed to use the toilet to those person who has purchased fuel from the pump. On seeking clarification he told that we have to clean the toilet and we don't have enough water. Also while checking i found ample water in the toilet....

I have book a cylinder on line on date 18/08/2019 vide booking no-380419 for home delivery. But after 21 days the cylinder not received only one message received on date 07/09/2019 cash memo no -[protected] forrs-644/- generated. I have several time inquiry to the counter & reply that gas vechil has been not received. I have also several time call him but no response. Kindly help me for smoothy received the cylinder as soon as possible.

My consumer number is [protected] with Indane. I have booked a LPG refill by mistake as I thought I was booking a second cylinder against DBC(which is still not approved).

Please cancel my refill booking and update on DBC request status.

    I was travelling manglor via deoband on 10 july 2019 i stopped at ioc (Kisan seva kendra) to refill my byk. I asked one of a personnel to refill my byk with 170 inr
    Within 4 second he showed me displaying 170 rs on a meter.
    I started doubting whether machine is properly working,
    Then i asked complaint register but they were bend upon quarreling with me. Instead of giving complaint book one of him started identifying himself as a gurjar and pardhan and started using abusive language also. Although i kept asking them complaint book but they denied and daunted me. The owner of the petrol pump keep calling at my number and starts behaving like combative and uses abusive language for couple of days.. I was like out of patience then... Really exasperating!!
    Later on i wrote a complain at ioc website and received sr number: 1-[protected].
    Fourth day i receive a call from field manager and he asked about the gist of the matter and i told them everything and sought a reply that why i have been denied giving complaints book. He told me that he would call me soon and get acquainted me about the same. A week later neither he called me nor he picked my call and did text me that he was in a meeting and would call me later but he never did.

      indane gas - amount deducted from my bank but the money yet to be received by merchant (indane gas)

      On 09.08.19, i made a payment of rs. 604/- at 8.13 pm against an indane gas booking through umang with ref. No.904897. After that a message received in my mobile from cyl bkd, etd to make online payment which is valid for 03 hrs https://indane.co.in/paynowe.php. then i made payment by paytm and payment made to techprocess [protected]@icici "iocl dc lpg" with upi reference id[protected] and the amount debited from my sbi account and...

      Sir i had paid an online lpg gas payment of my consumer no18949 with bank transaction no[protected]Iocl references no-rf[protected]) on dated 25/08/19 at 14:11hrs from my icici bank upi the amount is debited from my bank but indane gas reply by email that your transaction not successfull, so i had again paid online through my credit card with reference no[protected], still my debited amount not reverted to bank account, after query from bank reply that amount not received from indane side.
      Kindly look after this issue.

        Sir, i booked the lpg gas cylinder on 20 aug 2019 my sbi account is linked with aadhar card, kyc form already submitted. All documents have given to gas agency. But subsidy not credited to bank account. I already made a complaint about same matter (Not credited subsidy) on previous booking of lpg on 09 apr 2019, & subsidy credited 07 jul 2019. But on latest scenery ioc representative told me my sbi account is not linked with ioc, my lpg payment cutting occurred through sbi visa card. But subsidy repayment not happening. Take necessary action on this complaint.

        Sir, i booked the LPG gas cylinder on 20 Aug 2019 my SBI Account is linked with AADHAR card, KYC Form already submitted . All documents have given to gas agency.           The attendants at petrol pump distract the customer and fill less petrol by continuing from where the previous persons petrol was filled. today i was getting a refill for 100rs when the lady in front of me got 30rs petrol filled. when my turn came the attendant filled my vehicles tank for 100rs and then he asked me if he should fill for 130rs. I refused and immediately i had a doubt that hes cheated me with 30rs thats why he is insisting to fill 30rs more of fuel. This happened with me earlier as well in this same IOCL petrol pump when i was cheated for 80rs out of 200. that time i immediately got to know as the fuel indicator clearly showed the lesser fuel. that time also the attendant asked me if he should fill in a little more petrol than 200 rs. That time i fought furiously and got my petrol back but this is happening again and again so looks like these people have not stopped their cheating tactics yet. They work in teams. 2 people standing together to distract the person and then give lesser fuel. i believe they target women more.

            My lpg regulator knob got broken, while fitting new cylinder on 10th august 2019. The dealer super gas is demanding connection receipt and consumer book for replacement. The documents are missing during house shifting, since 1988. Dealer was supplying cylinders, till date. There was no response from the dealer, till date on this complaint.
            Please help.

              The complaint is against vikas distributors (Indane lpg gas distributors)

              Address: suraj apartment, canara bank building, new town, kolkata - 700156, opposite of dlf and ibm complex. Phone number[protected],[protected]

              Whenever i try to contact them post 10 pm they say their system is not ready/upgraded and i need to call after 10:30 pm. After 10:30 pm they still need time for their system to be upgraded.
              Post that i can not get hold of them because their number is not reachable and if reachable they do not answer the call. The numbers are mentioned above. This is ridiculous. I had to report a gas leakage, emergency complaint but no one picked up the call. Their behavior is also very rude.in one word they are not customer centric. They do not want to help customer. This is not expected at all. May of my friends have the same complaint against them.

Last week i have personally visited two times to the distributor office to know the matter.                   No steps taken by the company. I called up the toll free number, where it was informed that delivery of cylinder has not been updated and hence subsidy not credited. Then i got in touch with the dealer (the most tedious work) who said talk to your bank as we cannot do anything but on informing that I have spoken to IOC they fll in line and did the required.

                      Hello team

                      Good morning.

                      Myself a. Anand mobile number [protected]. I went to indian oil petrol pump today sunday timing aproximate 18:15 pm to 18:50 pm. Near ice cream shop two filling pump is there. Out of two, near corner side filing station, i have asked a person weared cap to fill petrol for rs. 200. He told to me to check reading. I did not check. Finally he noticed that filled rs. 100 only. He requested to fill petrol once again for another rs. 100 that he missed. But, i was ignore to fill again. I put key on my pulsar two wheeler bike number tn14 b5275 and started bike, while checked my petrol indicate nothing showed. It showed tank is empty popup. I doubtfully asked that filling person. He informed another person to show the reading in manager room. I went to inside and checked. Even i was not satisfied. I asked that person to need to open my petrol tank pipe and check. Initially he refused to do that. After that he did with white color measurement cane. He tried to dry out my tank petrol fully using the small pipe. But, petrol not came out from tank. Then he opned the downside tube near main reserve volve side and start to fill in the cane. But only 500 ml and 250 aproximately filled 700 ml petrol was there. But, as per record he filled 1.37 ltr for 100 rs. Then indian oil worker told me to fill 100 rs. Fresh again and additionally provide me that 500 plus 250 ml petrol to me. There is must be fraud happened.

                      Kindly note:

                      1. My tank is not fully dried. There is a possible of 400500 ml petrol is possible in tank already.

                      2. I did not collect bill.

                          मै आनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन किया था पेट्रोल पंप के लिए तीन दिन बाद फोन आया की आपका चयन हो गया है आप 10000 रुपया पेट्रोल पंप चयन के खाते में 23 जुलाई को दिया उसके बाद 5 लाख जमा करने को फोन आया था मै नहीं दिया कोई कसे बिना सबूत के पैसा दे. प्लीज आप अगर सब सही हो तो पेट्रोल पंप दिलाने की कृपा करे या मेरा 10000 रुपया वापस करायें. धन्यबाद

                              My indane gas refilling consumer no cx12953272 i got msg from indane gas for online payment i paid through by my debit card 575rupees.. My online payment order no[protected] my invoice no[protected].. After that gas agency guy asked for payment by card only we paid two times for one gas refilling pls refund for the online gas payment.. We paid online payment and also by card payment through cylinder boy so kindly pls refund the online transfer amount 575

                                This is to inform that the pump at sarai kale khan at new delhi, has pump machine which will show meter starting with zero and at the end it will just change to amount you asked.
                                I had this scenario twice when i asked them to fill diesel for rs 500,
                                (Cause of emergency only i come to this station and take only fuel worth 500), the meter will start at zero and till 450 it will jump to 500.
                                You tell them then they shout and misbehave,
                                So kindly look in to this matter seriously as they are giving wrong message for your brand and creating people.

                                  I booked my LPG gas cylinder (which is in my father's name - Bhuder Mal) of ₹ 574.50 however Indane charged ₹ 581.29 mentioning that ₹ 6.79 is the convenience charge.

                                  I would like to differ from this unjustified explanation since I spent my mobile data and time while making this payment from my HDFC Credit Card and I have been charged this additional money of ₹ 6.79 too.

                                  I would request Indane to stop charging this convenience amount in future and also adjust my ₹ 6.79 in my next booking.

                                  I also tried to complain through customer care complaint option but nobody picked up the call

                                    I am an indane customer with id no. [protected] attached to m/s. Jeevan indane gas agency. Villivakkam. I booked a refill on 27th august with id no.[protected]. On 28th august i received a message that cylinder was delivered under invoice no.[protected]. But actually i have not received it yet.
                                    Though oil companies are taking earnest efforts to see that cylinders are delivered to the genuine customers by introducing otp to customer`s rmn, this sort of malpractices could not be weeded out since some sort of lethargy exists with implementing agencies.
                                    I request action against the erring delivery boy and the dealer for not insisting the delivery boys to note the otp on the return invoice to streamline the system. I also request that cylinder be delivered to me without insisting me to book online again for no fault of mine.
