I have access 125, i went for filling petrol pump at arihant filling and se today morning, the capacity of my vehicle is 5.6 l, however the price of petrol in jaipur is at rs 75.94 per litre, the guy who was present there charged me rs 500 which is next to impossible for my vehicle. I have payments details and everything. This is something beyond the capacity of my vehicle, it has happened at the same place before as well and i have the payment details of both the transactions.

My gas agency name is maa saryu gas agency balanapar in agency staf want money to resolve my problems and find my pass book and bond paper they taken 2 to 3 years of time but they not given any documents

My name is dhandapani.in my native most o[censored]s having gas connections from r. K. M gas agency. Delivery person is charging 60-100 rupees more than bill amount everytime at the time of delivery saying petrol charge. He is cheating village people. I am raising this complaint behalf of my village people.

I m transferred from utarlai barmer to subroto park delhi. I have lost my gas connections papers while shifting my household items from air force station subroto park new delhi to palam (Pakoda park colony)
Sir i m not having original gas connection papers for issue of lpg cylinders for daily use i want duplicate papers to continue with the connections.

I have done refill booking a week ago, now both website and app are such annoying comes up with same error — "oops - something went wrong at our end". This message is being popped up from past 2 days. Cant even check the status. All this problems started after moving from existing website/app to new.

I had booked before 1 week, till now i did not get the gas. I have no other cylinder for cooking and my cylinder is empty... Can you please send the cylinder today itself... Please i kindly request you.. The cylinder delivery ma is charging extra 30rupees for delivery.. And the delivery is not on time... I have informed this soo many times but no changes seen. Now i want cylinder immediately and there is interuption cooking..

There is scam of gas is stolen from gas cylinders by gas agencies nd delivery boy..
In now a days we have many technologies but there is no such kind of seal which is unbreakable..
Plastic seal is easliy tempered...
And gas delivery boys take extra 10. To 20 rupees to deliver gas cylinder nd behave like they are doing favour on me not there duty

This is really a very serious concerned paying for full gas but getting only 11 to 12 kg cylinder gas

I am maintaining indane gas connection cx9131668 at himansu gas service raptinagar phase-1 gorakhpur up -273003. I am maintaining this connection since[protected] and got it transfered at different places of my posting. Suddenly in the month of july 19 my this connection was deactivated. On query from dealer it was told that system is indicating double connection while i am not maintaing any other comnection from any oil agency. However on my address my son pratyush srivastava is maitaining bharat petrolium number 689 at saurabh gas services raptinagar phase-4 gorakhpur up. I have submitted copies of original documents and also that by my son on 16.07.19 but still the connection is deactivated. Pl therefore arrange to get it activated immediately. The dealer has also processed my request for necessary correction and activation.

I had booked my cylinder on 3rd august through ivrs/sms and also received a confirmation sms. Then i received a cash memo prepared sms. Normally the cylinder is delivered on the next day. However it was not delivered and when i contacted my gas agency, to my utter disbelief i found that they had registered my cylinder on 5th august. Now i am not getting the delivery of my cylinder. Please help.

Ipaid first time ₹10000/for ur diamond plan tip while ur company staff callme she give that plan on 10000/. Ipaid amount through link. After receiving the amount she add me on another plan this is first cheating after another staff call on ur another mobno that view on ur site. He said that balance amount ₹8000/u paid then u have to get diamond plan services. I trusted and paid balance amount ₹8000/ through icici bank to transfer ur account. He said the amount is receved. Ipaid full amount for ur diamond call. Ihave not get tips on diamond plan at yet this is toomuch cheating why we trust ur company my mob no is [protected]. Iwant sudden action on this matter

I am transferred from bidar karnataka to hyderabad.. I have handover all transfered documents to anupam gas agency kharkhana bowenpally hyd and deposited the said amount on 3rd aug 2019.. But due to new soft ware upgradation i am not able to get cylinder and regulator..
I request you to please make alternate arrangement for the same..

Misbehave by the staff and and sales officer did not me he was listening only the staff of cng pump. And waist my i hour on that cng pump
And i came back to my home without fuel. And your staff start taking pics of my car and one of the guy who did not wear dress on cng pump and talk to me like owner of that patrol pump.

I want immediate action on it

I went to sourabh petroleum (Iocl dealer), opposite jk school, hubli-580032 today at 8am to refill petrol in my car. On asking if swipe is available he murmured "morning itself want to use card, give cash instead" he spoke in kannada). He has given excuse that machine is not charged. I was taken a back and went inside the office wherein supervisor also argumented with me. When i introduced myself as banker and informed that i know the card processes, he has thrown my visiting card in air. Such a rude behavior.
I urge to register complaint against the supervisor posted at sourabh petroleum and should be given stern warning.

I have visited several times to your dealer sri lakshmi venkateshwara. Hosakote whitefield road. Kannamangala bangalore 560067 for redeemtion points against purchase of deisel but they are not accepted citi bank indian oil credit cards for redeemtion points.
Please strictly instruct to accept citi bank indian oil credit card points for redeemtion.

But as per gas records i have no another connection. Kindly help to get restart my bookings facility. My mobile phone number is [protected]

1. Is this really company operated and company owned pump? Staff behaviour indicates attitude of some rich and no service type traditional gupta ji.
2. How a petrol pump does not have any duty incharge there. I faced issues many a time there during morning 6:30 to 8:30 am and no responsible person to hear and resolve issues
3. Cards payment is pathetic there specially citi card. Machine not charged, citi machine not working are common excuses daily.

Please help me to know why such gaps on regular basis? Do i need to shift to other brand pumps?

When ever i visited to petrol pump (Sector 92 a, chapar chiri khurd, punjab 140307), they never have free air.

They always say air pump is not working and beside petrol pump there is private air pump shop who charges 10-20 rupees.

Kindly do needful, as other petrol have free air pump working always and manpower is also there for fill it.

Petrol pump people intentionally do not want to avail this facility which is compulsory for every petrol pump
