1. Is this really company operated and company owned pump? Staff behaviour indicates attitude of some rich and no service type traditional gupta ji.
2. How a petrol pump does not have any duty incharge there. I faced issues many a time there during morning 6:30 to 8:30 am and no responsible person to hear and resolve issues
3. Cards payment is pathetic there specially citi card. Machine not charged, citi machine not working are common excuses daily.

Please help me to know why such gaps on regular basis? Do i need to shift to other brand pumps?

Hi,

When ever i visited to petrol pump (Sector 92 a, chapar chiri khurd, punjab 140307), they never have free air.

They always say air pump is not working and beside petrol pump there is private air pump shop who charges 10-20 rupees.

Kindly do needful, as other petrol have free air pump working always and manpower is also there for fill it.

Petrol pump people intentionally do not want to avail this facility which is compulsory for every petrol pump

मान्यवर मैं नमिता शुक्ला मध्यप्रदेश के नरसिंहपुर जिले की निवासीमेरे पिताजी अशोक कुमार शुक्ला एक भूतपूर्व सैनिक हैं 2014 में भूतपूर्व सैनिक कोटा से इंडियन ऑयल कंपनी का पेट्रोल पंप एलाइट्स हुआ था मेरे पिताजी द्वारा पूर्ण ईमानदारी से पेट्रोल पंप चलाया जा रहा है परंतु यह बात इंडियन आयल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के ऑफिसर को पसंद नहीं है क्योंकि मेरे पिताजी द्वारा उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार से कोई फायदा नहीं है इसी वजह से वह मेरे पेट्रोल पंप भूतपूर्व सैनिक सेवा केंद्र नरसिंहपुर में कई प्रकार की कमियां निकाल कर कभी हमारी सेल ब्लॉक कर देते हैं कंपनी द्वारा जो कार्य करवाना है वह कार्य नहीं कर पाते हैं जैसे कि हमारी मशीनों पर ग्रेनाइट का कार्य कंपनी का है 2014 से 2019 तक 5 साल पूरे हो चुके हैं ग्रेनाइट पत्थर ना लगने की वजह से मशीन के हॉर्स पाइप खराब हो रही हैं कंपनी द्वारा मशीनों की सुधार के लिए ऑफिसर को अधिकृत किया गया है ऑफिसर का कहना है कि वह भविष्य में यदि मशीन के हॉर्स पाइप खराब होते हैं तो उसकी जवाबदारी हमारी नहीं होगी आपको ही सुधर करवाना होगा पिछले 1 साल से मेरे पिताजी श्री अशोक कुमार शुक्ला जी का स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं है जिसका इलाज मिलिट्री हॉस्पिटल जबलपुर में चल रहा है मोदी हॉस्पिटल की डॉक्टर द्वारा मेरे पिताजी को पूर्ण भगत की विधायक की गई है पेट्रोल पंप का कार्य मुझे देखना पड़ रहा है यह परेशानी मैंने इंडियन ऑयल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड जबलपुर परंतु इंडियन ऑयल कॉरपोरेशन ऑफिस मेरी किसी भी बात को सुनने के लिए तैयार नहीं है अतः मेरे पेट्रोल पंप पर सिर्फ तनया ही निकाली जा रही है और जो कार्य जरूरी है

I am unable to book gas cylinder online showing error.
While booking through ivrs, i got booking reference number every time i booked. (3 times - 18 july, 29 july, 2 august) but my booking history doesn't show any booking during this period.
I called customer care several times but no resolution.
No way to book manually with distributor also.

How can i get cylinder?...

There is a Indian Oil petrol bunk in kormangala 8th block, Bangalore Karnataka named as KAVERI SERVICE STATION.

This petrol bunk is cheating lot of customers specially those who are filling bigger amount of fuel. They distract the customer by asking various questions and in that process they don't start filling the fuel from zero, instead they start filling from where the last customer has left off. Surprisingly all the petrol bunk staff does that and when we confront, they abuse the customer a lot.

On the way to trivandrum, we had to get air filled in our vehicle tyre and came across indian oil lump (Operated by rumeeza fuel, navaikulam, kerala). However, though the air machine was completely functioning, they refused to fill air and routed us to a commercial "puncture store" located inside the petrol pump premises (5-10 meters away from the free air provided by indian oil) and charging exorbitant price for free air. Free air is legally the right of every customer and this action does not reflect good on indian oil. As a loyal customer of indian oil petrol, this is a very disappointing service.

I applied gas connection online from indane distributor rcb gas agencies kerala, pathanamthitta district, konni registration no :n181103117457121627185 what i ordered have been canceled by the problem of address. So for that reason i changed my address for the distributors and their reply was that they didnt recieve the cash in their account the issue has been going on from novenber 24, its been nine months from now i need the refund the gas agency didnt get the money, so my question is where did the money go then

I had booked cylinder on 08or09 jun 19 and personally collected cylinder on 10 jun 19, they have entered in the gas book but they have not given receipt. I have not got any subsidy till. Today i reported to him he told for subsidy for next month. My consumer no.-[protected]. Do needful to look into issue. I talk to customer care no [protected] they listen told to hold but, did no attend the telephone till 15 minutes and cut. Please do needful for subsidy other wise i will give one complain in writing if no action, thank you sir

We stay behing the keval petrolpum at polytecnic road, daily we use to fill fuel in our vehical from that petrolpum only. Since many days me and my family has noticed employee over there use to do cheating while filling the petrol. Like today i have gone on that petrolpum and asked employee that please fill petrol of rs. 250 he then made and entry in mashine for rs. 201 and when i saw on mashine he asked me you said rs. 201?. If i would have not looked the screen he would have filled petrol of rs. 201 and would have taken rs. 250 from me.

Thia kind of issue me and my family has faced lots of time on this petrolpum. I have also done complain very frequently but still such practice has not been stoped.
Last week even my brother in law went there and asked for petrol in car, which they did not filled completely and they where stucked in middle of highway.

I am a customer of indane lpg gas. I have booked a refill cylinder on 28th july, 2019 with cash memo number [protected] with booking no.639815 from purulia town indane gas agency. But a message came that the cylinder is delivered whereas no cylinder is delivered. This kind of messages comes frequently and is very much confusing. The gas booking station gives no importance to the customer and the customer has to re book again which is a sort of harrassment.

Plz look into the matter and take necessary action.

Now a days me and my friends regularly fill petrol in mentioned petrol pump. Yesterday we have a bad experience from the pump. We filled full tank petrol on royal enfield standard 350, unfortunately after 5km bike suddenly stopped. After that we try to start, but it didn't start. We call mechanic from nearest workshop. He came and check. After checking the petrol tank he found that kerosene is mixed with petrol. Mechanic said that carburettor have to change. I have lost. So please kindly take an action.

I noticed gas leak on 28/7/19 11am. I tied agency and all emergency number no one received phone call. I personally visited shanti gas agency, jaipur, rajasthan. Initially they refused to take complaint as today is sunday have no staff. Later send a delivery boy not mechanic to see into matter but leakage could not be resolved till date. Still 24 hr passed i could not even register my complaint on helpline numbers not gas agency taking any action about this serious issue.

The petrol bunk at kt road, tirupati is cheating customers by not filling the petrol for amount charged. We noticed 4 times so far. Latest being today. We asked them to fill for 1100 they set it for 1100 then stopped the gun at 200. We did not any movement in fuel indicator for that. When asked they said gun stopped on its own
Which i think is not true. Then we asked to stop it and put only 300. We saw movement in fuel indicator. So effectively only for 300 instead 500 they charged. They stole 200
Please take action against the bunk.

For the last two to three years i'v takin gas cylinder but i didn't get my benifit of ges subsidy into my account so i complain about it but the distributer didn't take serious so i called them but they didn't talk to me properly and cut my call so please give the reason why they are doing this to me... Our distributer didn't take coustmer complain suriously so please give me reason y m not getting my benifit...

We have booked the cylinder on 2 july 2019 and not received yet.

We have raised complaint as well on this issue on 16th july 2019 and said that it will resolved in 7 working days. But till now we dint get any cylinder.

We have booked again for a new cylinder since we need cylinder.

Kindly take this as a serious issue and provide us the solution.

Sir, i have booked for lpg refill on 20/07/2019 vide consumer no.17501 at padma gas agency, seetafalmandi, secunderabad of indan gas vide reference no.432054. On 21/07/2019, i have received message stating that cash memo no.[protected] for an amount of rs.690/- generated and on the same day i. E., 21/07/2019 evening again a message stating that the cylider has been delivered. Where as no cylinder has been delivered to me and the door never been locked, since i have old parents, who needs medical assistance for 24 hours at residence. Even i have enquired no delivery boy has come to our premises. Thus the booking must have been misused. Any way please arrange to get the cylinder at the earliest. This is repeatedly third time, i am complaining.

Respected sir/madam. I have submitted my aadahr to the bank and also my account details to the gas agency but i haven't received any subsidy even once. Can you kindly check into my matter? My lpg details are given below.

Today I refilled petrol at shree balaji petroleum retailers in my bike at najafgarh nangloi road near by laxmi vihar 110043 nd there is no basic facility there like air filling facility water facility etc, apart from this they misbehave with the consumer.It happens many times and they never try to improve the facility but if someone asked they start misbehaving and said that you can complain against them . I hope this problem will b resolved soon.
