Also i booked last refil on saturday 29/jun/19, and received sms for cash memo generation as well delivery of the cylinder but no one has approached me yet for this delivery. It seems scam in distribution network

    I applied gas connection online from indane distributor rcb gas agencies kerala, pathanamthitta district, konni registration no : n181103117457121627185. What i ordered have been canceled by the problem of address. So for that reason i changed my address for the distributors and their reply was that they didnt recieve the cash in their account. The issue has been going on from novenber 24, its been nine months from now. I need the refund. The gas agency didnt get the money, so my question is where did the money go then? I need the response as soon possible.

      I filled rs.1000 worth petrol today (July 1, 2019) from indian oil petrol station in parel (Mumbai). But the petrol was heavily contaminated with large quantities of water. Immediately after filling the petrol, my car started vibrating and it broke down because of which i suffered immense agony through out the day (In addition to missing my office). I called a local mechanic who confirmed that there is heavy water content in my petrol.

      I confronted the petrol pump owner (Mr. Alok, mobile - [protected]), he agreed there has been water contamination in petrol and he refunded rs.1000.

      However, my car is in bad shape and may require repairs that may cost rs.10, 000.

      I request for compensation from indian oil/ dealer for causing much trouble and expenditure for repairing my car.

      I am attaching bill from the petrol station for reference.

        This is inform that yesterday we have face one incidence by fire on my gas cylinder due to regulator leakage issue and i have loss my regulator due to fire.
        I have got replace a new regulator so this is free of cost or not...

          This is behalf of ms. Geeta devi. She got indane gas connection under the ujjawala yojana, she got 2-3 cylinder in starting of the cycle. After jan 2017 she is not getting any cylinder. She approached multiple time to the distributor to know the proper reason but the distributor give a one-word answer, your connection has been discontinued by indane. Now i come with you to re-activate my existing connection. Please help me.

            This is regarding online payment issue. Even though amount got deducted but i have not received any confirmation from ioc. However distributor (Cauvery indane distributor, krishnarajapuram, bangalore - 560036) again collected money from me.
            I had followed up with this agency for almost 15 times till date. But the manager is least bothered and everytime says the same story : we are looking in to it. Its more than 6 months. I am seriously fed up with this guy. His contact number : [protected]

              मैं प्रार्थी मेरा ग्राहक संख्या -CX 23529065 है मैंने इंडेन गैस सर्विस मुंगरा बादशाहपुर जिला -जौनपुर उ0 प्र0 के मोबाइल न0-[protected] पर दिनांक[protected] को अपना सिलेंडर बुक किया था जिसका कैश मेमो नम्बर -[protected] था परन्तु सिलेंडर को आज तक डिलीवरी नहीं किया गया है और डिलीवरी के समय डिलीवरी का कैश मेमो/बिल से अधिक भुगतान मांग जाता और प्रार्थी घर से तीन किमी0 बुलाकर सिलेंडर दिया जाता है। इसका विरोध करने पर मेरा सिलिंडर को निरस्त कर दिया गया और दोबारा सिलिंडर बुक भी नहीं हो रहा है। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

Cylinder got delivered on 27th june 2019 cm no.[protected] however the delivery person had collected cash payment inspite of payment has been printed in the bill.                 I visited the Indian oil Kumar petrol pump Saharanpur, u.p at 10:37 pm on 26-06-19 to take fuel for my shine bike of 210 rupees but staff of petrol pump start filling my bike and on 50 rupees he set the meter figure .but in end meter shows only 161 rupees fuel 2.21 ltr ...he cheated me 49 rupees.please take action against him.
                I booked gas cylinder with kalpana gas agency bhagyanagar kukatpally hyderabad on 12/06/2019.vidr booking no[protected].

                The gas cylinder not received till date (26/06/2019).

                There is no response from kalpana gas agency staff .

                I request the concerned to call for explanation what caused the delay.

                  Sir, my lpgid is :[protected], i have booked a cylinder on 16/06/2019 after booking the cylinder i have received a link through which i have made online payment on the same day. The amount of rs.742/- has been deducted from my debit card on the same day, but on 20/06/2019 when i received the cylinder i was asked to pay the full amount, i have visited the dealer m/s. Disha indane on 21/06/2019 and registered my complaint. But till today i. E. 29/06/2019 i have not received any refund of the amount. The amount was deducted and the statement i have received the following remarks pos:indian oil corp/mumbai/[protected].
                  Sir, please look into the matter at the earliest.

When i reached there than the employee of shuklaganj gas service do bad behavior than me.. And also abuse me.. And send gas after 10 to 15 days and my gas end every month when the cylinder reached at my home.. So sir plz clear my complain

                      I got my car refueled from the above mentioned fuel station, while my car got refueled my another car got heated, and when i asked for the help they refused to do so and when we asked them to let us park the car for sometime so that we can arrange the mechanic to repair the car they literally misbehaved with us and denied to help.

                            Ref: dealer code 125059 (Recalling from memory, need to confirm) petrol pump at puthiyakavu, mavelikara, alapuzha dist, kerala

                            Above still was found charging xp rate for normal petrol delivery nozzle. While asking on it (26 june), they have written "xp" by hand, using sketch pen at same nozzle and taken xp cost from me. It is not clear whether they gave me original xp or cheating me by supplying normal petrol.
                            Again i visited the same station on today and found the same scenario that same nozzle charging xp cost (75) and found no xp writing on it. It raised a lot of doubts on me and suspecting they are cheating customers.
                            We never expect such type unprofessional act from iocl outlet.

                              I am booked a cylinder on 01april 2019 on 06:42 am.
                              The amount rs. 715.50 of cylinder is debited from my account but my cylinder is not booked.
                              A mail is come from ([protected]@indane.co.in) that your transaction is failed and your amount refunded in your account in one week.

                              But i am not received refunded till 27 june 2019.
                              I am contact my times costumer care. But they did not give satisfied answer.

                                My lpg cylinder is leaking gas, i attempted to call 1906 on 27.06.2019 at 0800hrs more than a dozen times but did not receive any response. Afterwards i called indane gas customer care at [protected] and they insisted i call 1906 instead, i told them that 1906 was unresponsive and demanded that they send a technician from their end, they were able to comply and provided me a complaint no. 872846 on 0839hrs. I have booked my lpg gas on 07th june 2019 and still not received the gas and made several calls to distributor and received fake commitments as your cylinder will be delivered today from last 15 days.

                                  Submitted Transfer voucher to Arka Gas agency on 24 May 19 from SID MA Gas agency Rajani Nagar Bangalore. Several complaints lodged. Met with customers care bangalore.field officer distributor. They told software problem. So fur not yet transferred. My consumer I'd[protected].please do the needful immediately.
                                  The above booking no. 526679 against my consumer no [protected], done thru. IOCL "SMS IVRS REFILL BOOKING SERVICE" on 5th June 2019, for the refill got cancelled by IOCL today, after waiting for 17 days, without any reason.

                                    They people deliver cylinder everytime which is less in quantity and they also don't carry the provision to weight the cylinder.

                                    The gas agency is not bothered about this.

                                        I registered with name saurav having consumer no [protected] with distributor name jai gas service in chandigarh. I booked the gas cylinder on[protected] and the same was delivered to me on[protected] with invoice no[protected] but subsidy has not been credited to my account till date as on[protected]. I have visited the distributor many times but they are also unable to resolve my issue. I again booked the cylinder on[protected] and same was delivered to me vide no[protected] date[protected] but the cash memo is not showing the subsidy amount. It is pertinent to mention that my account was opened after taking aadhar and all the other requisite documents and i have registered the bank account with the distributor. Help me resolve the issue.
