I am a consumer of indian gas. My consumer no. Is cx12342163 & the agency name is shilpa gas service, site no. 1, village majri, road, delhi, 110081. I had booked for a cylinder (Online booking ref no 852127, at 10:15 am on 28 jun 2019) but till now it has not been delivered at my home. I have called many times for gas agency and their delivery man, both are, told me that the gas cylinder would deliver soon but not delivered yet. Also, their delivery man talks very ruthless. When i called to know about cylinder delivery time. But i have received a message for the gas cylinder has been delivered as on 02-july-2019 at 12:20 pm. They have not ready to supply gas for me. I believe that the agency had supply gas to others (Not booked persons for higher rate) by using my consumer number.

After registered a complaint at here, the Shilpa Gas Service has been resolved my complaint.
Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is a fraud petrol pump mein or Mera dost is petrol pump per petrol bharvane gaye Hamne Kaha is pump mein se dalde lekin unhone us pump mein se dala nahi jabki vo chal raha tha vo bhetgye or kehte dusre mein se dalvana ho dalvao Nahi toh rehne do usme unhone fraud Kar rkha hai mein apse request karta plz take action on this station.
My complain is against the customer no. JE42702/[protected], order no.[protected] /[protected]. I have the subsidy connection of indane gas that why, i had been to pay Rs. 728 & 753 to bought a cylinder.
Still Not Received the refund. So I am requested to resolve my problem fastly as much as possible .

    I have applied online new indane gas connection without gas stove. So distributor tell that I have to show the previous gas stove bill which should be on my name. But I beared the gas stove on my brother's name. But the distributor denied to accept the bill. But this bill is original one. Please suggest me regarding this matter.

      The toilet present in the Petrol Pump area was very dirty. I personally went to the cabin of the owner and conveyed about the dirty toilet. Hope he takes some action.
      Such toilets are undignified for any person, lady or gents who come there as customer to fill up the petrol or diesel. The customer expect at least the facility of clean toilet, filtered drinking water and air filling unit for tyres.

        Dear sir
        Sub: wrong transaction and sales void sales

        I had filled in petrol from indian oil pump at bandra kurla complex at 8.15 pm last night (6th july 2019). The value of petrol filled was rs 1500.00. But mistakenly the amount deducted was rs 1, 50, 000.027 (20: 14: 36 hours) however immediately they made a refund by void sale (20:16:22 hours) for the same amount of rs 1, 50, 000.27. I don't know which number to call. The person who attended to me is one mr. Tiwari at your pump.
        I was told by the pump that in a few hours the money will be back into my account. However, while checking with bank it is yet to come. May i request you to look into this on an urgent basis and help me out as the amount involved is very huge

          I had made payment of rs.742.72 for a gas cylinder on indian oil website on 1st june 2019. I got an sms that the payment was canceled. When the delivery boy delivered the cylinder and asked for the amount, i paid him in cash and received the cylinder.

          For my surprise after a few days, that amount was not returned back to my credit card and it was on my credit card bill. I contacted indian oil customer complaints number[protected] and raised a complaint with a complaint sr no - 1-[protected]

          I got a reply from indian oil to collect the amount from the distributor. When i contacted the distributor regarding the refund, he was telling that he can't return the entire amount of rs.742.72 which includes some online transaction charges and he will return only the amount for the cylinder after checking his bank account. He also told that he can give only check and cannot pay me in cash as he needs a proof that he has returned me the amount properly.

          I again contacted the customer complaints number[protected] and informed that i required the full amount transferred back to my bank account, where they reponed the same complaint sr no - 1-[protected] and then gave the same reply that to collect the amount from the distributor and closed this complaint.

          As per my knowledge, when any online transaction gets canceled, the amount should get refunded back to the source (Bank account, debit or credit card).

          Totally surprised and frustrated with the services of indian oil and the incapability of such a big company doing crores of transactions every day and not handling failed online transactions properly, like refunding the transaction amount back to the source of payment (Bank, debit or credit card).

          1. Why should i go through so many hassles for a failed payment like going to the distributor's office and collecting a check and again going to my bank to enchase it?

          2. Why should i get a lesser amount of what was made as a transaction online (Less than rs.742.47) and which got failed due to some server issues of indian oil?

          3. Who is responsible to pay me the transaction charges which i maid for the payment. Is this the way, how a government-run organisation follows digital india payments?

            Recently we filled our car petrol tank named duster which have tank capacity of 50 litres but the worker of petrol pump, sector 42c, chandigarh (Ashish petrol pump) have filled 60.93 litres at 10.04 pm today.
            Already it had approx 10 litres in it before filling

              The distributor l v reddy gas service who deals in indane gas distribution in old bowenpally telangana, secunderabad is not delivering the gas cylinder if we book the cylinder and pay the money online. Even after repeated requests the agency people are not bothering to deliver the gas cylinder. This is the second time we are facing the problem. Will there be any solution?

                Hi,

                I took gas connection one year back from "mourya teja indane gas agency" and due to some personal reasons i had to leave bangalore so i had to close the connection.

                I requested for closing gas connection, in first week of may 2019 and they closed it and after checking for deposit amount for two gas cylinders they said that it will be refunded in 4 to 5 working days.
                I waited but didn't get deposit amount back. I have called them more than 30 times to remind them that i have still not get deposit amount and everytime they give an excuse that it will get refunded in few days.
                It's been more than 2 months and i still have not received the deposit amount.

                One time when i called them, then they said that they have refunded the amount and the name which they mentioned and account number was someone else name, not my name and was not my account details.
                If required i can even provide my bank statements to prove that deposit amount is not refunded yet.

                It is really frustrating now to call them and in return either they don't pick call or give an excuse to wait for few days.

                I am attaching the gas connection termination form which i received while closing the connection.

                Kindly take required action.
                Kindly let me know when will i get my deposit amount back for two cylinders?

                May i know what is the status of the complaint which i raised?
                Hi,

                It's been more than 5 months since i closed my gas connection and i have not received my security money back.
                I am not able to reach Mourya Teja Indane Gas Agency (No.125/6, Tavarekere Main Road, BTM Layout 1st Stage, Near Tavarekere Bus Stop, Bangalore) on phone because they do not pick up the call and even after posting a complaint i don't see any progress on the request.

                could you please help me with this request?

                  Spurty gas agency located at alwal in hyderabad was not bothering about consumers problem, i transferred from shamshabad to alwal and submitted all necessary documents to management, they told everything fine, but iam unable to book gas and i again went to them, they told problem is rectified but still iam unable to book gas and the way of solving the issues from them is not up to the mark, plz take care of consumers and plz look in to my problem with consumer number [protected]

                    I had to pay cash for the gas booked online. I had paid the amount - Gas agency was Sheela Gas agency. Reference number for payment[protected] is the number of reference. Invoice number is 47828397. Inspite of payment of the money online around 634, I had to pay the cash in person when the person came home. Please ensure that the amount is refunded.

                        Meham distt rohtak haryana. I have made booking for refill on three times in this month of june 2019. I met with the gas agency officials and requested to deliver my gas cylinder but they paid no attention on my request... On 23/07/2019 i made a reminder about non delivery, there was voice message that last delivery was made to me on 28.03.2019but in fact no such delivery was made. It is learnt that said distributor is playing some mis-chief always. On being contacted the distributor in this matter his behavior was so rough. I am a govt official. You are requested to kindly make an inquiry in the matter. Pl also see that issue is resolved at an earlist.

                            I applied gas connection online from indane distributor rcb gas agencies kerala, pathanamthitta district, konni registration no : n181103117457121627185. What i ordered have been canceled by the problem of address. So for that reason i changed my address for the distributors and their reply was that they didnt recieve the cash in their account. The issue has been going on from novenber 24, its been nine months from now. I need the refund. The gas agency didnt get the money, so my question is where did the money go then? I need the response as soon possible.

                              I filled rs.1000 worth petrol today (July 1, 2019) from indian oil petrol station in parel (Mumbai). But the petrol was heavily contaminated with large quantities of water. Immediately after filling the petrol, my car started vibrating and it broke down because of which i suffered immense agony through out the day (In addition to missing my office). I called a local mechanic who confirmed that there is heavy water content in my petrol.

                              I confronted the petrol pump owner (Mr. Alok, mobile - [protected]), he agreed there has been water contamination in petrol and he refunded rs.1000.

                              However, my car is in bad shape and may require repairs that may cost rs.10, 000.

                              I request for compensation from indian oil/ dealer for causing much trouble and expenditure for repairing my car.

                              I am attaching bill from the petrol station for reference.

                                  This is behalf of ms. Geeta devi. She got indane gas connection under the ujjawala yojana, she got 2-3 cylinder in starting of the cycle. After jan 2017 she is not getting any cylinder. She approached multiple time to the distributor to know the proper reason but the distributor give a one-word answer, your connection has been discontinued by indane.                                     This is regarding online payment issue. Even though amount got deducted but i have not received any confirmation from ioc. However distributor (Cauvery indane distributor, krishnarajapuram, bangalore - 560036) again collected money from me.
                                    I had followed up with this agency for almost 15 times till date. But the manager is least bothered and everytime says the same story : we are looking in to it. Its more than 6 months. I am seriously fed up with this guy. His contact number : [protected]

                                      मैं प्रार्थी मेरा ग्राहक संख्या -CX 23529065 है मैंने इंडेन गैस सर्विस मुंगरा बादशाहपुर जिला -जौनपुर उ0 प्र0 के मोबाइल न0-[protected] पर दिनांक[protected] को अपना सिलेंडर बुक किया था जिसका कैश मेमो नम्बर -[protected] था परन्तु सिलेंडर को आज तक डिलीवरी नहीं किया गया है और डिलीवरी के समय डिलीवरी का कैश मेमो/बिल से अधिक भुगतान मांग जाता और प्रार्थी घर से तीन किमी0 बुलाकर सिलेंडर दिया जाता है। इसका विरोध करने पर मेरा सिलिंडर को निरस्त कर दिया गया और दोबारा सिलिंडर बुक भी नहीं हो रहा है। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

                                        I have house hold gas cylinder on 25th june 2019 vide booking for con no cx21152194 is registered with ref no.703360 and payment has been done thru online for rs.753. Cylinder got delivered on 27th june 2019 cm no.[protected] however the delivery person had collected cash payment inspite of payment has been printed in the bill. I have been following up for the past 3day no response received. I would request to the inform the concern dealer (Shivshankar agency-porur-chennai) to return the amount - j. Lingaraj

                                        I visited the Indian oil Kumar petrol pump Saharanpur, u.p at 10:37 pm on 26-06-19 to take fuel for my shine bike of 210 rupees but staff of petrol pump start filling my bike and on 50 rupees he set the meter figure .but in end meter shows only 161 rupees fuel 2.21 ltr ...he cheated me 49 rupees.please take action against him.
                                        I booked gas cylinder with kalpana gas agency bhagyanagar kukatpally hyderabad on 12/06/2019.vidr booking no[protected].

                                        The gas cylinder not received till date (26/06/2019).

                                        There is no response from kalpana gas agency staff .

                                        I request the concerned to call for explanation what caused the delay.

                                        Advise Kalpana gas agency to delivery Gas cylinder immediately.
