I was trying to make an online payment fro booking an indane gas cylinder. I made a payment of rs. 706.50 through the bhim upi app. The money got deducted from my bank account but i have not received any confirmation from indane and most likely i will have to pay them again while receiving the cylinder. I tried to lodge a complaint with indane with no avail. I want my money back. Thanks.

    Sri ambiram indane gas agency — gas cylinder not deliver.
    Writing with frustration, i booked for refill on 07th april 2019 and got a booking confirmation message stated like will be deliver within 3-5 days. But when i check to the office on 10th day, the checked and said it will be deliver within 2 days but it not delivered. I tried to contact with office landline, there is no response even they cancelled my refill. My cylinder got empty and again tried to reach out to the office and asked the status they said the bill was sent out..

    They given a contact number, i called the delivery man, they said will be deliver today.. Afternoon i called... But not respons.

    Til now refill not delivered my cylinder.
    As my auntie's gas connection book is lost, my aunt want the gas book to be closed immediately.
    But we don't have the gas book number
    But my aunt name is Gita Sarkar, from Tinsukia
    In petrol bunks it is said that after filling petrol air is free. The IOC petrol bunk on RT Nagar Main Road Bangalore is insisting payment for filling air. Is this permissible. Incident 8.00 am on 15/04/2019. Behavior of the boy was indecent and he insists air is not free of cost. Please do the needful.
    I placed oder before 4 to 5 days but cylinder not deliver so i ask how many days to take otherwise I canceled oder right now..
    Petrol bunk located at Uthamar Gandhi road, is not filling air for two wheelers. Staffs are lazy and rude. Please make them realize that two wheeler owners are also customers.

      I had tried to booked online my indane lpg cylinder on 21 april 2019
      During this process rs. 806 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Indane.co.in portal deducted amount of rs 806 after entering otp after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

      It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.
      Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending more than a week time.

          I use to book my gas cylinder online my aged mother who is not aware of the booking formalities. Now i am not able to book online as the site is not allowing, please support urgently. If this issue persists its very difficult for me to support my aged mother at home. Kindly do the needful to resolve this matter urgently and allow the online booking of the indane gas.

            We are having a gas cylinder connection in mahitha indane services suryapet. Customer no - 1358. We are facing a regular issue o[censored]nauthorized charges regarding delivery of cylinder. Every month we are paying extra amount for cylinder delivery. Actual bill for cylinder is rs 783, but they are demanding rs 30 to 40 extra, we are paying 820 rs every month for cylinder. Approximately we are paying more than rs 500 extra in a year. I request you to kindly take a serious action regarding this issue. We already told to distributor, but they were not responding properly. I hope you will take an serious action on this.

              I booked refill on 19/04/2019 11:52 pm through indane online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. i tried to do the pre-payment in advance through upi. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and didn't received any request for refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount rs. 711.50/-.

                  Today I made a payment of rupees 760 at IOCL website for booking my LPG cylinder after doing payment the money has been debited from my bank account but the cylinder has not been booked so today I am very disappointed I am providing necessary details share so please do something as I can get my refund amount in the same bank account as soon as possible

                    These are the details of our booking. Still the indane gas from our locality did not deliver the gas. We approached the agency and told the issue still they didn't respond.
                    I hope we will receive it soon and i think necessary actions must be taken on the so called indu sekhara gas agency in our locality.

                        I took 5 commercial cylinders in the month of february, person name was sushil - [protected] who took the money and came to deliver the cylinders, after 15 days of taking the delivery i called him to take back the empty cylinders and till the time person is making excuses like its holi, i am busy, i will get this done by tomorrow kind of stuff. Till today cylinders are with me and my money is stuck with the person. I visited the centre once (5 days back) that day also he said that he will get it done by 11th. I am expecting a quick response on this with suitable action against the person. You can contact me on [protected].

After getting my new connection opened it took few months to get cylinder consumed and when i tried to book new cylinder the dealer is saying that your account is deactivated and you have to do all those formalities which i done during getting new connection. Sir i want to know that is there any time frame to get one cylinder consumed and to book a new one and if not then why dealer unnecessarily troubling me.                               Hello Team,
                              I have tried to book refill cylinder on 12th April 2019, The amount has been deducted from my sbi bank account but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason and service submitted to distributor. I have contacted the distributor but no positive reply i got from them. They telling regional office has to sort it out, they can't do anything.

                                Indane gas with c no. 18446 at mohaniil gas agency. Iit crossing new delhi booked on 4.4.2019 through automated system on checking on 8.4.2019 was informed that delivery of lpg is complete till booking upto 2.4.2019.. Cash memo no [protected] generated and delivery of lpg cylinder is shown on 10.4.2019 by sms on registered mobile number. But cylinder is not delivered to consumer. The agency should be asked to send another cylinder at the earliest against booking done through automated system on 4.4.2019 as stated herein above

                                  Hi i have booked my cylinder refil req on 28th march same day cash memo generated, and now 13th april they haven't delivered. I was registered many complaints on indian oil website and calling to them then called more than 29 times to distributer. But no use every day they were telling today will deliver from past 2weeks please help in this usually it should not delay more than week. I want to file case on this

                                    From 2.30 am to moring 7 am i was trying on both no. Till the time i child was crying.
