    This is to inform that, lpg cylinder subsidy did not received for 21 cylinders from 06/05/2017 to 21/12/2018. Due to bank mistakenly aaddar linked for nre account. So subsidy blocked, now bank correctly linked for normal account. So please release subsidy amount for above mentioned period. (06/05/2017 to 21/12/2018)

      I have booked indan gas. March 17, 2019 .ioc link received my mobile, I click and make a payment, payment debited my account, but not refund still now. I complained many more time customer support, thay tell u go u r agency collect cash, he tell I am not give money u complain customer care. What can I do sir amount716 rs complain number (1-[protected]) kindly give proper solution pls refund my Amount I have attached

        unsolicited checkup of gas connection

        I have a few questions to you, sir.

        A) can’t we initiate a system from ioc – by which the consumer will know about the mandatory routine check up? I do appreciate the concern for safety – but the same should be initiated by the parent organisation (Similar to the banking industry who keep warning us about the transactions effected, not to disclose our passwords etc. Etc.).

        I samuel karuthalagan who is staying in bangalore having indane connection through sheela agency j. P. Nagar bangalore has been booked refill on march 26th and simultaneously paid online 699.67 rupees for the same through city union bank but till today i have not received the cylinder even though i have raised a complained on 1st april their is no response twice they brought cylinder and taken back by saying payment has not revived and they demand money for the cylinder once again.
        So for i have not received my subsidy amount from the begging more than twenty cylinder i have taken apart from that again and again i have to pay for one cylinder

          Your petrol pump m/s kargil shaheed ramesh chandra filling station at jalalabad (Shahjahanpur) is involved in massive theft and cheating of diesel. There was no fuelling but meter was continuously moving. What ioc is doing even after up and maharashtra incident. Please investigate the case, the pump is doubtful in terms of quality and quantity. I filled hsd amounting rs 1510 on 05.04.19. No sms scheme was explained to me. Ioc makes fake promises to the customer.

            I booked cylendre for home delivery on date 16.03.2019 but not deliver. To cylendre whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with udai gas agency ajmer rajasthan pin 305001...

              Sir, my uncle has a gas connection in kwick gas service at jwalaheri, paschim vihar, new delhi, consumer no. Rg-16182, lpg id[protected]. He died 3-4 months ago. Now my aunt wants to change name in gas connection. She has all the required documents. She has gone to gas agency so many times and requested to change name but the dealer told her that your connection is from an old scheme (Mrs. Sheila dixit, ex. Cm of delhi) and it can not be transferred.
              Sir, my aunt is very poor. She cannot afford so much cost since she will not receive subsidy due to her husband's account has been closed.
              Sir, please give necessary instructions to dealer.

                Dear sir,

                Been facing the issues with indane gas distributor over 3 years now, on booking getting cancelled everytime and delay in delivery of refill cylinder. It's over 15 days now since the cash memo got generated, refill not been delivered still. No one in the agency receives calls and most of the time call never gets connected as they keep the ph receiver on the table.

                Would like to highlight that the deliver boy demands rs. 50/- everytime during delivery. And if any time you fail in paying the boy he donot deliver the refill cylinder next time.
                Complaint been raise with the agency several times both of delay in delivery, memo cancellation and service boy demanding money but all in vein. They entertain the service delivery boy collecting money from all consumers making personal and additional profits violating the compliance guidelines of the company.

                Request to take stringent action against the agency on the above complaint.

                  3148 RS filled, I've made a prior transaction of 3000 RS and there was no prior amount put.
                  It was a clear meter jump from 1200 RS to 3148 rs. Please check the meter and I've made a transaction of 3000rs with my SBI credit card PRIOR.
                  They haven't questioned me on the meter jump and the employee accepted that it is a meter problem please report them as meter jump is a crime and fraud.

                    My consumer no-26748. I have complaint against my indane gas cylander late delievery. I booked my cylender on 1st april 2019. But still cylender is not delivered on 6 april. And every time delivery boy deliver a short weight in cylender. Many times i tell him to delivere fill cylender he is not listening anything. So please resoled is soon as possoble..

                          I have purchased xtrarewards card from one of your outlet. After that today i went for fuel filling. I had a cashback of 267 point, and asked them to redeem that they told it is not possible. After that i asked to add point to xtrarewards card they refused to do that also. I purchased this card for 60 rs. Are you people snatch money from us. I am very fustrated about this. While giving the card you where assuring of getting point, but the points that i got as cashback cannot be redeemed. Can you please cancel my card and give back the money.

                            I have a gas connection with sonar bangle gas service. It is a matter of deep regret to inform you that after so many complain regarding booking of my gas cylinder. The distributor is delaying my booking and does not give proper response. Even they do not pick my phone call sometimes. And always used to say that come to the centre and take the cylinder personally. I am not satisfied with the service. So for that reason i want to change the distributor.

                                We have booked gas with ioc pooja gas agency kurali and got booking message ref. No:333098 on 28th march 2019. With in two days cash memo generated ([protected]) message received but not showing payable amount in msg. But reffiled cylinder still not received as on 1st april 2019 so we have tried to know the status same was showing cylinder delivered. Then we have raised a complaint no:[protected] and assure us to delivered the cylinder with a week.
                                On 4th april 2019 morning 9:30 am receive a call from gas agency delivery boy. I call to gas agency staff to confirm the exact amount / and cash memo availability with delivery boy or not. Gas agency staff assured us that delivery boy will be provide cash memo as currently our system not working.
                                Today (04.04.2019) delivery boy delivered the cylinder without cash memo & charged extra rs.10/-. Same complaint with gas agency staff regarding the delivery boy behavior.
                                Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

                                  Every time i book for a refill, the delivery boy ask for extra money, if not given they, misbehaved.
                                  I complained many times to the distributor, but no action is taken against the delivery boys.
                                  It has become a regular practice of extorting extra money from the consumers.
                                  May indane authorities take some action.

Upon asking while filling fel he made a head movement as if it's available...Location is ioc petrol pump ..bowenpully ts time of fill 1431...Date[protected]
                                  Worst part ..Manager not available...No complaint register

                                      I am relocating to noida so i am surrendering my cylinder. Since regulator is not avaible with us so they are charging rs. 400/- as a deduction while rs. 150/- is mentioned in the document.

                                      So please advise us about the correct charge of deduction for regulator if they are charging more please help me to get my money from distributor.
