I booked gas on 24/march/2019 through indane mobile booking number. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history, it was for the amount rs. 697.5/-.

Please help me to get my money back. Please help me here.

    I have purchased xtrarewards card from one of your outlet. After that today i went for fuel filling. I had a cashback of 267 point, and asked them to redeem that they told it is not possible. After that i asked to add point to xtrarewards card they refused to do that also. I purchased this card for 60 rs. Are you people snatch money from us. I am very fustrated about this. While giving the card you where assuring of getting point, but the points that i got as cashback cannot be redeemed. Can you please cancel my card and give back the money.

      I have a gas connection with sonar bangle gas service. It is a matter of deep regret to inform you that after so many complain regarding booking of my gas cylinder. The distributor is delaying my booking and does not give proper response. Even they do not pick my phone call sometimes. And always used to say that come to the centre and take the cylinder personally. I am not satisfied with the service. So for that reason i want to change the distributor.

        I booked my cylinder online by paying through netbanking but the person who delivered cylinder took money i paid twenty extra (720.00) also i phoned ekadanta insane gas service office she told you have already paid money i will ask him to refund your money from last four days kam calling him daily he is not responding please help me.

          We have booked gas with ioc pooja gas agency kurali and got booking message ref. No:333098 on 28th march 2019. With in two days cash memo generated ([protected]) message received but not showing payable amount in msg. But reffiled cylinder still not received as on 1st april 2019 so we have tried to know the status same was showing cylinder delivered. Then we have raised a complaint no:[protected] and assure us to delivered the cylinder with a week.
          On 4th april 2019 morning 9:30 am receive a call from gas agency delivery boy. I call to gas agency staff to confirm the exact amount / and cash memo availability with delivery boy or not. Gas agency staff assured us that delivery boy will be provide cash memo as currently our system not working.
          Today (04.04.2019) delivery boy delivered the cylinder without cash memo & charged extra rs.10/-. Same complaint with gas agency staff regarding the delivery boy behavior.
          Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

            My consumer no. Is [protected]. T t indane gas service, puttenhalli, jp nagar 7thphase,
            Bangalore
            Every time i book for a refill, the delivery boy ask for extra money, if not given they, misbehaved.
            I complained many times to the distributor, but no action is taken against the delivery boys.
            It has become a regular practice of extorting extra money from the consumers.
            May indane authorities take some action.

            I filled my fuel for 4900, still not given air ... One is saying he's gone for food and other says sunday is holiday... Upon asking while filling fel he made a head movement as if it's available...Location is ioc petrol pump ..bowenpully ts time of fill 1431...Date[protected]
            Worst part ..Manager not available...No complaint register

                Ganesha gas agency, mogapair west chennai
                I am relocating to noida so i am surrendering my cylinder. Since regulator is not avaible with us so they are charging rs. 400/- as a deduction while rs. 150/- is mentioned in the document.

                So please advise us about the correct charge of deduction for regulator if they are charging more please help me to get my money from distributor.

                  This is to inform you that i am an indane gas consumer vide consumer no. Cx19682581 w. E. F 07/03/2015 under the distributor : naranda indane gramin vitarak (272119).
                  At the beginning of getting the connection, i was consuming and refilling the gas cylinder under the subsidy scheme at subsidized rate and availing & getting the subsidy amount credit in my bank account in regular basis.
                  From last 1 year, i have been refilled the lpg gas cylinder near about 6 times. But from that time, i have been not received any subsidy amount o refund credited in my bank account. I have visited and meet my distributor several times regarding this matter. But, the distributor every time said to go to bank for passbook update, when going to bank they were throwing the blame on gas agency.
                  Last time, the distributor told that it may be the chance of “give it up” subsidy option opted out enrolled or activated against your consumer number for that reason i am not getting subsidy amount in my bank account. The distributor told that they told there is no option to change regarding the subsidy. They suggested to write & complain regarding this matter to the indane (Iocl).
                  If the give it up subsidy option wrongly activated or enrolled then i request you kindly to deactivate this against my consumer number. So that i can avail the lpg cylinders in subsidized rate. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “giveitup” option and credit my subsidy in my account as i don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder. Please inform further what i can do to cancel the give up subsidy.

                    I am keshavanand tripathi who is staying in ajmer and having indane gas connection through udai gas agency ajmer i have booked a refill on 21 march 2019, and received one link for online payment i have paid through that link after ten days cylinder has been brought by the agency people and they claimed me to pay the cash for the cylinder i told them i have already paid but the denied to deliver the cylinder and they told me that they have not received the payment as i don't want to pay repeatedly for the same cylinder i told them to deliver the cylinder after they got information...

                      Hi,

                      Every time i book a cylinder either last year in bangalore-karnatkaka or right now in hyderabad - telanagana, agency people charge us extra delivery charges which has been not mentioned anywhere.

                      Also, while transfering my connection from bangalore to hyderabad, the quathabllapur, hyderabad agency has charged me rs. 200 extra for document charges for which they have not even given me the receipts.
                      This is open way of harassing your customer.

                        In siliguri location, matigara indane service is not delivering cylinders to customers booked at month. They have internal information about rise in gas cylinder price.

                        For such malicious practice they should be penalised.

                        I have booked cylinder 5 days ago, but till no cylinder delivered.

                        I cant pay extra amount which govt has increased today which is due to fault of gas agency.

                        Hoping for early resolution of such practices.

                          Due to absence of technician stamping of pump is not done. So send technician to state transport mahamandal mehkar depot in buldana division. The stamping is not completed due to absent of technician. We have given 3 dates for stamping 26, 28, 30 march but technician not come at mehkar depot. We have rejected the procedue, so send technician before 7 april

                            Hey, i'm a regular customer of pooja gas, unichara. 2 days back my cylinder was delivered but after opening the seal, i found that it has got a leakage. Since i have kids in my home, it is too risky to keep it in here. I have called for assistance but nobody came till now. I hope you find a solution to this as soon as possible. I'm out of gas. Thanks.

                                Dear Concern,
                                I would like to inform you that due to my residential address change, I have to change my GAS DISTRIBUTOR as well as the consumer Name.

                                When I visited my old gas distributor Shop(BARRACKPORE GAS SERVICE, Distributor ID:140378)on 24 th march, 2019 as per the instruction, I have submitted the all the documents like Adhar card, Bank Statements, Photo, KYC, filled the required form.
                                My consumer no is-[protected]

                                I have payed RS-663 for Sulekha Happy Home Pack & Pipe Surak 1.5 OST which was forced by them.Arround 5 hours, I was there, still they did not provide TDV.They told us due to some server issue they are not able to provide TDV.& come to next sunday or any working day.

                                Again, when I visit today 31 st march, 2019, they will not provide the TDV due to their year end activity.

                                The behaviour of the employees were extremely rude.
                                We are expecting service rather than this type of harassment.

                                I will be thankful if you will take some necessary actions & solve the issue.

                                  I transferred connection from chennai to kanchipuram sri kamakshi gas service.
                                  Initially i received two cylinder with the connection. The first booking i made on jan 07 2019. But booking allotment not came to my distributor. So i requested my distributor and booked manually and received cylinder.
                                  But upto now i am unable to book through ivr. If i try to book following message will be received you have booked a refill on 07-jan-19 with booking no 677776. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible to book my cylinder.

                                  Note: manual booking also not allowed.

                                      I had made online payment through sbi netbanking. Due to some reason my payment transaction was not ssuccessful and the amount was debited from my account.
