My family ration card no[protected], name of ration card holder - bimla devi, vpo - bharounda kalan, distt - jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), pin-333024. When i application for new gas connection in pmujjwalayojana at my region jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). Then gas agency distributor said that connection has already issued on this ration card by jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency,, village - jindoli, opp power house alwar (Rajasthan). I called to many times to jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency, alwar but not positive response. Hence, jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency alwar issued unauthorised gas connection. Request action against the above gas agency so that i application process of new gas connection.

Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Rs.707/- debited from my S.B.A/c. to TECHPROCESS PAYMENT SE MUMBAI on 10.03.19 at 11.13 A.M. But the cylinder delivery person informed that no payment credited in gas payment and received cash.
Hence please arrange to refund my Rs.707/- please. My Consumer No. 17096 and my Phone No.[protected].
