Sir i am purchase lpg through online that time purchase rejected and my amount was debited, but still my debited amount was not refunded, i am request an bank they said we are not to give refund because of you are transact by neft and i am contact to my lpg agency they said we are dont know, and i am contact to ioc they said we inform to your agency they give solution, but still my transact amount not refunded, my lpg distributor is sunther gas agency and my consumer id 024785 my mode of transaction neft, utr no: ioban[protected] transaction date dec 24 2018 transaction amount 875.67, now i want refund the amount.

Hi .I am insane customer my consumer number is CX5513314.every time i book cylinder when cash mamo generated and I got message that your booking cancelled we attempt shortly..always take more than two weeks to deliver..really worst distributor..dev krupa .I hope my problem short out.

    I have booked the gas on 4/3/2019, but it has not delivered after 10 days .
    how could a customer can wait more than 10 days to get a refill cylinder delivery .Bad service provide indane gas or agency . My Booking refrence no is 900822 .

    kindly resolve the issue i urgent need of refil cylinder

      The cylinder was recently delivered on the 9th instant against my order of requirement by the distributor associated traders in t nagar chennai 600017 tamil nadu and still the subsidy amount mentioned in their cash memo no [protected] has so far not been credited to my bank account.

      Request immediate action for crediting the subsidy to my bank account and confirm action taken as well.

        My family ration card no[protected], name of ration card holder - bimla devi, vpo - bharounda kalan, distt - jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), pin-333024. When i application for new gas connection in pmujjwalayojana at my region jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). Then gas agency distributor said that connection has already issued on this ration card by jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency,, village - jindoli, opp power house alwar (Rajasthan). I called to many times to jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency, alwar but not positive response. Hence, jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency alwar issued unauthorised gas connection. Request action against the above gas agency so that i application process of new gas connection.

          I have booked a cylinder and got the delivery on 7 march 2019. But subsidy is still not credited and when i am calling on customer service they are disconnecting my call. Please look in to this matter.

          Cylender LPG booked on 24th March has not yet been supplied by distributor till today, compelled to use electricity for cooking. pl handle the person responsible with strong hand as it has become order of the day. hope the matter is taken on priority.

I had booked (Purchase new connection) a refill cylinder on 7th march 2019 till now i haven't got delivery. And i visit agency then miss behavior with me agency staff so please take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributors.

                Every time when we are booking refill from mukund distributor we are not getting online payment option instead of that they are sharing a sms with link to pay the refillamount which doesnt work. Asking us to pay amount by cash ti delivery boy at the time of cylinder delivery. Kindly share any proper email address where i can share there sms and even call recording of executives in which they are saying the online payment option has been removed now we need to pay cash only. We faced similar issue with ealier distributor as well and now samething happening again. I guess govt should remove the distributors only...

                    My consumer no. Is cx25845461 and the distributor is brijwasi gas agency gomti nagar lucknow. Against my refill booking i paid online rs.735 but the agency is asking money for cylinder saying that they have not received money. My account is debited already.
                    Further, i tell everytime to delivery boy to come with pos machine for card payment but he doesn't bring saying that agency does not give him the machine.
                    Please intervene to resolve my problem immediately.

                        Earlier i was getting subsidy in my account but it suddenly stopped. When i enquired about the same, i was informed i gave up susidy which i never did and i am very sure about it. I spoke to the dbtl helpline number they said i have to write application to my gas distributor but when i reached distributor, he bluntly said it cannot be done. Now i dont no how to proceed

                          Hi, sir i stay in hyderabad, i take my lpg cylinder from sri srinivasan gas agency, hastinapuram, they are demanding extra amount, if not given they are taking back the cylender. If i complete to the agency they are also not responding property. Next time when i book a cylinder it will be a month delay or a message stating that door locked. They are demanding and telling that we have increased the delivery charges. Pl help me out in this reg.

                            I have been a regular customer of indian oil, one of your oil station in meerut, uttar pradesh have been stealing petrol on a regular basis today is the third time in last one month that i have been provided with less petrol in given amount also the behavior of workers of that particular oil station is very rude and intolerable. I request you to please take suitable action against them as soon as possible.

                              My indane gas customer id is[protected] and the distributor is m/s mini gas agencies, kundara, kollam.
                              I have booked for a refill vide regn no.833342dtd[protected].. Others who booked later are given refills.
                              On 6th march a cash memo generated vide receipt no.[protected]
                              On 7th march i got a message stating that the registration for refill stands cancelled.
                              It is with out my knowledge and consent.
                              I am also asked to register for refill afresh.

                                    When i was placing the order for my indane lpg consumer id: cx26920 on 07 march 2019 at 06:06 pm.

                                    When i tried to pay for lpg with upi it redirected to your "paynimo gateway". On 7 march 2019, i booked lpg indane oil cylinder through upi. I paid 785/- through upi payment refrence no[protected], but the amount is deducted my bank account, and my lpg booking was not booked but money is debited through techprocess. ([protected]@icici). Amount was of 785/ and transaction was done on 7march 2019 itself.
                                    I have paid to person who came to deliver my cylinder because i had got transaction failed message slip.

                                    Sir main 1l petrol bharane gya ushne kaha 70ya 80 ka hi vharawo maine wola mujhe 1l = hi chaiye uska daam 73rupees h par oo dene se inkar kr diya or bola ke jao khai or se le lo ish complain m jor dalye or ishme sudhar kijye

                                      People are not provided petrol niether diesel at indian oil petrol pump in our locality
                                      If people ask about fuel, they are answered that there is no fuel at the station even when there is fuel at the station
                                      Fuel is filled in the tanks at the petrol pump and it is taken back in the trucks during night so that people would not know
                                      What is the matter that once fuel is dumped in tanks for providing to people but taken back in trucks during night illegally
                                      I m complaining second time because i am not satisfied by the answer given to me during first time, they said engineering work is going on in tanks but no work is going on
                                      They are only frauding people and even indian oil company
                                      All people are returned back by not providing the fuel
                                      Please take a satisfying action on it so petrol and diesel should be provided to consumers

                                        My id no. Is 11416. Today i have visited the counter for payment.in a que i am standing behind one lady & behind me two more gentle men. When i approached for collecting book with request, one person (After enquiry it was known that his name is mr. Wangdi) start to behave like anything bad.
                                        I also know that this service centre is not registered in his name and the centre is totally meant for public like us.
                                        So, my humble request to your esteemed organisation please look into the matter seriously so that govt. Facility should reached to the consumer with out haresment & in a proper with correct ways.
