I am complaining about sri vigness gas distributer. It is dhanbad jharkhand, every month i booked cylinder but it doesn't respond anytime and unless i call them, phone are always out of coverage areas, even after a month they don't deliver cylinder at a home that i booked cylinder before a month. I register 2 cylinder but i never satisfied with this service, i never get my booked cylinder in time

From last when ever i book a gas from this agency in past i can't receive my gas cylinder on time every tym i called so many tyms regarding myy booking but they people not take it serious. Recently i booked a cylinder cash memo is (Cashmemo [protected] generated against ur refill booking no.779554 stands cancelled. Reason:cancelled booking. Delivery may be reattempted shortly). Evrytym i got this type of msg when i call to agrncy then there is a lady who pick the call and talk rudely and misbehave with us on call and everytm gave a fake answer oir delivery boy is met with accident his arm id fractured so we will delivered u shortly or i[censored] have any issue then change ur gas agency. So, plz take it seriuos and take action against this agency.

    Rs.707/- debited from my S.B.A/c. to TECHPROCESS PAYMENT SE MUMBAI on 10.03.19 at 11.13 A.M. But the cylinder delivery person informed that no payment credited in gas payment and received cash.
    Hence please arrange to refund my Rs.707/- please. My Consumer No. 17096 and my Phone No.[protected].

    Sir, by mistake I give up my gas subsity, so please retain my gas subsidy thanku. My mobile no [protected], consumer no98. Iam not under section 10 lakh/anum. By mistake I pressed the option give up my subsidy. At present I did not get my gas subsidy. Please regain my subsidy.

    My consumer No:[protected].I was receiving subsidy regularly.But for the past two cylinders I did not receive subsidy.I am a retired rly employee.       I had made a payment of ₹ 725.50 to [protected]@icici for my indane gas cylinder booking and is paid through my phonepe upi on 11/3/19 but when the cylinder was delivered i received a cash memo and when contacted the raghu gas agency they replied that they haven't received the payment. I had to made the payment twice. Cylinder delivery was made on 13/3/19. Why the payment has not been received by the agency in between these 4 days...

        Dear sir,
        This is in reference to gas refill of my cylinder, i did an online payment of rs.654 on 22nd feb'19 against reference no.910368 my customer id is [protected]. On 28th feb'19 i received an sms that your cylinder has been delivered with cm no.[protected] wherein i haven't received any cylinder. I raised a complain with sondhi gas agency - saket who is my respective service provider, every time i called them up they have the same answer that your cylinder will be delivered today. Its close to one month and i haven't received the cylinder nor i am getting proper response from the service provider. Please help in resolving the issue at the earliest.

        Contacted the vendor individually and referred to the complains I have made and they delivered the cylinder, wherein no response was given from IOL after 11 days of complain thoguh.

          Sir today suddenly gas cylinder is empty i call to gas agency but monday is anand gas agency was closed. No any reposed from owner or any worker. All member toll today is monday. Today agency closed so call tomorrow. Sir i request to you provide one gas cylinder today as soon as possible.

            Dear sir, i received water weighing 5kg approx in my lpg cylinder.
            I receive cylinder from 'kanchandeep' office of indane in jamshedpur.
            When i complained i was forced to purchase a non-subsidy cylinder despite of 1 subsidy cylinder being left in my quota.

            I don't think this is fair sir. If you see overall i was duped of rs. 200 /-
            Please take some action against this rule of cylinder distributors.

              Sir, i applied and received one cylinder against my purchase with other accessories.
              But last month i went to distributer for 2nd cylinder then they told me. You have already purchased two cylinder now u can't get another cylinder.
              This is really discusting. I purchased only one and paid for only one. They sold my 2nd cylinder in black.
              Please suggest..

                Hi sir.
                I am guruvammal s consumer number cx14322509.
                I have booked lpg gas refilling and got a cash memo on 13-mar-2019, confirming delivery. But no cylinder delivered till now. Tried calling their contact numbers. But none of the numbers are available in service.
                So i personally walked over to office to enquire about the status on 15-mar-2019. They advised the delivery was done on 13-mar-2019 itself and they will enquire with the distribution guy's. But till now no updates. I stepped again to agency but there was no proper response and requesting to wait. While i was there, one more customers was arguing for the same issue. Looks like it's a common issue with this agency.
                Need some superior to intervene the situation and get this malpractice fixed asap.

                  On 28th feb 2019, i made a payment of rs.747 at 08:47pm against an indane gas booking through its website www.indane.co.in. it was a upi payment which i did through paytm upi. The payment gateway is [protected]@icici i. E. The payment has been sent to upi id - [protected]@icici. The payment was successful and got a receipt from paytm. But even after 16 days, indane gas agency says that they have not been credited with any amount from my side and paytm says that the transaction is successful. Upi reference id[protected]

                  Kindly look into the matter and provide me with either a refund or a gas booking.

But we didn't get any esic benefit and our employer didn't take any action for registering in esic and we all people didn't get any benefit also. However the employer deducting the esic contribution from employees in every months. Due to which employees are facing lots of problems in medical treatment.. Here i attach a scanned copy of our complaint letter also from employees.. So for that, take an immediate action towards our institution for registering our name also in esic for acquiring benefit.

When i application for new gas connection in pmujjwalayojana at my region jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). Then gas agency distributor said that connection has already issued on this ration card by jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency,, village - jindoli, opp power house alwar (Rajasthan). I called to many times to jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency, alwar but not positive response. Hence, jindoli indane gramin vitrak, indane gas agency alwar issued unauthorised gas connection. Request action against the above gas agency so that i application process of new gas connection.

                                        Every time when we are booking refill from mukund distributor we are not getting online payment option instead of that they are sharing a sms with link to pay the refillamount which doesnt work. Asking us to pay amount by cash ti delivery boy at the time of cylinder delivery. Kindly share any proper email address where i can share there sms and even call recording of executives in which they are saying the online payment option has been removed now we need to pay cash only. We faced similar issue with ealier distributor as well and now samething happening again. I guess govt should remove the distributors only...
