I have visited petrol pump of iocl : jattewar hall hasanbag road, nagpur, maharashtra & spend 5 minutes in que and when come to nozle : 1 man come with his scooter direct without que & nozzle boy gave nozzle to add petrol in his scooter by himself when i asked nozle boy that we are also in line that time he said : i need to talk with that person not with nozle boy and nozle boy loudly told his name is kailash ninawe and said to do whatever i can do : i don't think this is a proper way to communicate with clients when fault is yours and my question is iocl hired this kind of goons with which purpose?

Kindly solve this as soon as possible and give proper solution to iocl regular customers.

    I ordered cylinder and it delayed alot.
    Agency name - mahasagan gas agency rajajipuram, lucknow, uttar pradesh.
    Staff member did not have a proper conversation and they miss behaved and abused.
    They gave threat that they will not deliver cylinder anymore.
    Please look upon my query.

        With due regards i am a following customer of indane gas belonging to bhaskar gas distributor, piyali phukan road, rehabari, guwahati-8, assam. As per regards i would like to lodge the following complaint regarding the delivery employee named as ganesh kalita of the following distributor. As i have booked my lpg cylinder 25 (Twenty five) days earlier as on 25/01/2019 and i have not received a refill of my lpg cylinder. When i would contact the delivery personal of the following distributor he would deny the delivery and would ask a certain bribe of rs 80-100 extra for delivery. As accordingly he would also sell the lpg cylinder on black to a certain amount of rs 2000 per cylinder.
        I would be obliged if you see towards the following matter and work accordingly.

          But we are cheated by sales manager of IOC Bhagalpur reason, his name is Mr R K paswan, he called me & asked about bid amount from me & help directly to others
          Which is not fair, he taken 7 lakh bribery from that person & many times called them on 15 th of Feb 2019

            I am a consumer of AGNIHOTRI GAS SERVICE Shop no. 10, Godavari Complex, Sector 37, Noida. My Consumer No. is [protected].
            I booked a refill from the agency on 17th Feb-19 having Cash Memo no. [protected]. After booking, a delivery person named Rashid came to deliver the cylinder and when I asked him to weight the cylinder, he first refused and said that he doesn't have any measuring device with him.
            After that, I arranged a measuring device and When I measured the cylinder, I found the quantity was 4kg less than the actual weight. The delivery person just walked away and said that he will come again with another cylinder.
            I request you to take strong action against the agency so that they got a lesson and can never try to make fool of their customers.

              Hi my earlier gas cylinder... It's sgt-228.. But when i had shifted i was told get to get my old copies and it's misplaced as i had shifted and it's been 35 years im using the connection.. Why can't system just take it out my old records... It's been one year i have been takin it in black and i'm from middle class family.. Why are we being tortured.

              I am consumer of MAHESHWARI GAS SERVICE agency of Indane gas & my consumer no. 7101171407 (Prasanta Ku. Parida) .I am facing lot of problem, the delivery boy always delivers less weight cylinder, nobody taking any action against him your booking staff are also support him.
              so please take a necessary action against him i have already request to him please replace the cylinder but he did not. I hope you will take necessary action against him. The company does`t pick phone for gas booking and all the other time their phone is always busy. they are deliver short weight of gas always. My last Order No.2000166898, dated-02-01-2019, I found 18.4 kg empty cylinder weight and also cylinder make sound like fill-up water when shaking. please take a necessary action otherwise I go to media show them how you cheat the consumer, this was not the first time, it happened many time before, now I am done. so I want to take a necessary action.
              I forget my user ID @ password, when I try to recover it shows your email id wasn't registered.how I solve... Thanking you.
              Cylinder have not delivered door to door and if I booked one cylinder than it will be not delivered Wright time and than i will go to agency and will be collect from there so no anybody satisfied for there services. So i requesting u to take a good service for better all customers.

                I have booked gas cylinder on 9 feb. 2019 gas does not deliver till date (17 feb. 2019) and generally gas is less than standard weight in the cylinders that is reason gas of cylinders is finished before the due date even i have two cylinders and gas of both cylinders were finished. How we cook food? My customer no. Is [protected]. Please, provide me with gas cylinders quick today.

                    I wish to lodge a complain against ioc as my father expire on[protected] and his gas connection was transferred in my name and booked a gas cylinder but till date i am not getting subsidy amount in my bank. For your information at the time of name change application i had already submit my aadhar and cancel checque for proof of my bank account. Please also note my consumer number - [protected].

                    So please look into this matter.

                      Petrol filler at kumar filling station, basahi varanasi, u. P on 6-2-19 gave less petrol by cheating and when i complained to manager, whole staff argued and misbehaved with me and also refused to give the complaint book. This is the reality of not just this filling station but of majority of the petrol pumps. Petrol fillers cheat by distracting consumers or reducing the fuel flow by pressing handle hard and also there is setting in machines to give less quantity of petrol.

                        Payment done online on 18012019 but gas got delivery next day... but still payment is not credited to Gas agency... Gas agency wants me to make cash payment by today to close their month end process but i have made online payment which is successfully credited. I have confirmation message once i have done the payment... Now I made payment to gas agency also... For one gas cylinder I made two payments...

                            I am using indane gas from last 1 year.. At the time of gas connection by default i opted the "give up subsidy" and i am unable to cancel the subsidy give up.

                              Two days back i booked gas cylinder in sri jays gas agency (Keelkattalai, chennai). I ordered this after my both the cylinder empty, so i requested them delivery immediately. Yesterday they delivered a cylinder with on 30% filled. I noticed only at the night after i came from office while lifting the cylinder. Please let me know where do i complaint on this.

                                Due to untoward attitude from the distributor, i cancelled my indane gas connection on 11.2.19. Since my booking for gas was existing (Booked on 11.12.18) they were not in a position to cancel the connection. So they have created a cash memo [protected] for rs. 659/- for booking no 901204 stating that cylinder shall be delivered shortly. After some time i got another message stating that your cylinder is delivered with cash memo no. [protected]. We did not receive the cylinder. I do not know how they have delivered the cylinder since i already returned both the cylinders before receiving the message. Please ensure delivery of gas cylinder or the amount i paid.

                                While issuing the TV they have returned Rs. 1000/- to me saying that it includes the refill booked by me on 11.12.18. But I have to get Rs. 800/- towards Deposit on 1st cylinder Rs, 300/-, 2nd cylinder Rs. 450 and PR Rs. 50/=. I paid Rs. 806/= from my debit card for the refill booked on 11.12..2018. They also told me that while linking aadhar No. with account No. IOC has deposited Rs. 450/= into my account. But verifying the passbook not seen any such deposit. Please do needful and clarify.

                                  lost my gas card book.

                                  My gas card book got misplaced during shifting. I want a duplicate book for further process. As i'm facing lots of problem for booking. I specially visit to the dealer (M/s red horn gas agency), nalbari. They didn't respond on my complaint. I'm purchasing my cylinder in black. Please take an immediate solution for giving my duplicate book. Hope you concern about my serious problem....

                                  I approached br gas agency for a new lpg gas connection.

                                  Since i already purchased gas stove, i requested the dealer to issue the gas connection without stove. But they refused to give me the connection where it is consumer's choice to buy stove from the agency or from any other vendor of their choice. However, the regulator/pipe/gas are mandatory from the agency.

                                  Also, they are giving the stove at a discount of 600 (Out of total stove mrp) in case the applicant provides the invoice of the stove they purchased from stores. And they are saying this is a indane company rule.

                                  Please let me know what are the actual terms and conditions related to stove purchase from gas dealer while taking a new lpg connection (Domestic).

                                    I want to know the "regulator replacement fee", as my agency is asking for rs. 200/- for new regulator, as well i asked to submit old one, but no receipt suppose to provide for this fee.
