The delivery person from vishnu gas agency (Indane) in bangalore is very rude and charges extra everytime,. It's high time the higher ups of this prestigious organization take this up seriously. Inspite of paying online, they charge extra. Its not about money, it's about principles, i would rather donate to a orphanage than give these people. They have the audacity to argue and threaten you if not consent to their demands. I hope the heads of organization does something drastically.

I have booked a indane gas on 21st april 2019.
And also made online payment via bhim app.

But after sometime they cancelled my booking with out any proper reason
And i have not received the refund yet.
I tried to contact them many times but did not get any satisfactory answer. They are always saying your refund is in progress.
It has been already 19 days i have not received the refund yet.
Could you please look into this.

On march 11 i have booked indane gas and done an online payment and received a sms confirmation receipt copy of my payment rs 721 against refill booking ref no: 681627 for consumer no:[protected] of cash memo [protected] of amount rs 731
On march 23 i received message as gas booking ref no 681627 stands cancelled.

But still cancelled gas booking amount is not refunded.

My consumer no is 330248. I have booked gas on line in april vide 330248. Ireceived a sms stating that consumer no:330248 has been generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. And i received another sms stating that 330248 stands cancelled kindly book again or contact ur distributor. So this month i went to indian gas agency and booking is done through there and this month also i received same messages stating booking confirmed on consumer no:336276 and another sms booking got cancelled.

My self adv. Vishal mohite yesterday around 10 to 11pm. I am travelling from karad vita road going to my village at wangi. At that time i m facing problem of tyre pressure. That time i am visited two petrol pump at night one is "shah petrol pump" ad hoc coco kadegaon and another shri datt petrol pump kadegaon but both are refused to air. They are saying such facility not available on petrol pump. When i asked bout machine of air, they said they are just showcase.

Please take stern action against them

I booked cylinder on 15.04.2019 booking no[protected] through indane website and for this booking i paid through online but my first transaction is failed. After some time i tried to pay online and it went successful. But my cc card was charged twice mt191060063000010004131 and mt191060063000010004136. Please refund my money which is debited incorrectly to my card.

My consumer no./id is cx298236/[protected]. I was booked domestic gas cylinder through online duly paid the amount on 20.04.2019 of booking no.2.[protected]. Further, gas cylinder was delivered on 26.04.2019 of m/s royal indane ([protected]), museum road, governorpet, vijayawada-2 's invoice no.[protected] of 23.04.2019. But subsidy amount rs.232.07/- not credited to my bank account. Hence, it is requested to pay the subsidy at the earliest.

Daily we are making call to the agency and they are saying today it will be delivered. But it is not delivering. After starting my car, i noticed that they didn't even put 1 liter against 500 rupees.

I complaint them at the same time but they denied and didn't accept my complaint.

I, narsingoju srinivas, circle inspector of police, ichoda circle of adilabad district in telangana state, today i visited at ioc petrol pump at mannur village of gudihathnur mandal, adilabad district in telangana state (Chennur to nagapur highway 217 km stone) and observed that they are 2 petrol pumps were situated in the opposite direction and maintained by one owner. The owner of the ioc petrol pump created ramp by using bricks to cross the divider from one petrol pump to opposite petrol pump in dangerous manner. I ask to seller where air machines are not working, but he says that it is in under repair, many days no working is not in process. The owner was not responding properly. The toilets of petrol pumps were not maintained neatly. Please take action against the said petrol pumps.

Today afternoon i went to an indian oil petrol pump nearby located at malkajgiri, so the person who is filling the petrol showing the dishonesty to the consumers by not entering the price metre requested amount and pouring the petrol inappropriately by cheating the consumers, so i have asked the filler to pour 60 rs of petrol in the bottle but with inappropriate response he just poured 59.65 price of petrol and also by not refreshing the price metre he just poured another vehicle by mixing up the amount 60 rs and cheated him, when i got asked him he is not even responding properly the consumer didn't saw the metre, so i said him, so consumer got asked him but he was lying by saying that he refreshed the price metre, so please sir concern my request and take appropriate action on the petrol pump, it is located at malkajgiri near anutex shopping mall, secunderabad

I took 5 commercial cylinders in the month of february, person name was sushil - [protected] who took the money and came to deliver the cylinders, after 15 days of taking the delivery i called him to take back the empty cylinders and till the time person is making excuses like its holi, i am busy, i will get this done by tomorrow kind of stuff. Till today cylinders are with me and my money is stuck with the person. I visited the center once (5 days back) that day also he said that he will get it done by 11th. At this agency 'rajasthan gas agency kota jn' i have parsonally visit to agency for 3 to 4 time for each time for cylinder, even after booking on line, but cylinder not delevered till ' chakkar lagao ', why? So please do needful.

Sir,

1. My consumer no. Is [protected] and my distributor is vidya sagar gas agency, old pitampura new delhi. I had booked my gas cylinder on 26 apr 19 with reference no. 843160. A cash memo no. [protected] was generated for amount rs. 706.50 on 29-04-19. Gas cylinder was not delivered even up to 30-04-19. I received a message on 01 may that the cash memo generated on 29 apr 2019 is cancelled. On contacting the distributor, they intimated that from 01 may 2019 price of gas has been increased to rs. 709.50 and i will have to pay increased rates.

2. As i had booked my gas cylinder on 26 apr 2019, my gas should have been delivered by 30 apr 2019. Why should i pay increased rates effective from 01 may 2019 while my booking is of date 26 apr 2019. I request that i should be delivered gas on the rates prevailing on 26 apr 2019. Gas distributor must ensure delivery of gas within 04 days of its booking.
