    I have not received subsidy in bank account. I already contacted your distributor many times and till date have not resolved the issue. I am due for subsidy since 1 april 2018 date (Pending subsidy for more than 10 months).

    I also verified with the bank (Sbi), they claim the aadhaar is linked to the bank account.
    I personally verified online and the bank account is linked to aadhaar.

    Please resolve the issue.

    Complaint to company for the gas leakage .evening mechanic came but after 5 minutes again gas was leaked.we try to contact your complaint emergency number but no one attend the call

        I have a connection in my father's name in muthu mani gas service, bhel, trichy. Given req for address change to another agency. For the surrender certificate the manager is making us to walk several times. Just a 10 mins work. He is so arrogant and rude. Such a worst customer service. They are locking the agency for 2hrs as lunch time. No one is responsible in an emergency time. Such a # agency. Spoilers

          Indian oil corporation [ioc] — delayed delivery of indane gas refills
          I, v. Palani kumar, consumer no.18371, booked a refill cylinder on january 21, 2019 vide reference no.517534 thru' your dealer "nanda gas agencies, no. 39, arcot road, saligramam, chennai - 600093 having phones #[protected]/[protected]. They assured delivery within 10-12 days. It is now over 19 days since booking. My telephonic reminders to the dealer has elicited no tangible/positive response.in the past, my experience with delivery boys of the dealer has been very unpleasant as they demand rs.35/ as tips to deliver the refill at my door which is in the second floor. They have threatened that they will deliver the cylinder only downstairs, if i don't pay them the demanded tips. Other distributors of indane gas cylinders belonging to the nearby localities/areas are assuring/giving deliveries within 3 days and the delivery boys of them are very courteous.
          This is not the first time it is happening like this. Please bestow your preferred attention to this matter and see that the aforesaid dealer delivers my refill promptly and refrain from indulging in such delays in the future. Also warn those delivery boys not to demand tips but to accept whatever we give out of our free will and volition.
          Request your utmost cooperation and remedial action in this regard.
          Failing to get remedy within the next one week will constrain me to seek legal remedies in competent fora like consumer courts with consequential costs to you and to your said dealer.

              I made the payment online through the link i got using my credit card amount got deducted. But it was not reflected in the receipt. So i have to pay the amount again to the vendor. I raised many sr on indane portal but no assistance.

                My consumer no: 5225, jk indane gas agency. Booked three times in january itself. Still cylinder not delivered.in nearby house the delivery person had said as we do not give extra rs. 50 so that i made it as door closed and not delivering. Was it rule to provide extra amount than specified in the bill? Even though we provide rs.10 to rs 20 extra than bill, still the delivery man has done this and he frankly speaking this to nearby house and going.

                  I am a consumer of your company.. My card was transfered from guwahati to kendukona near kamalpur and when i going to submit my sv to the gas agency rupjyoti indane gramin vitrak, kendukona, kamrup (R), assam they need extra money for accpt the sv.. They need sv fee + 2 full cylinder fee + 315 + 300.. This 315 and 300 fee is illgal.. They called i[censored] don't pay then u go to the other agency here not possible.. Thats why i complain a this type of ageny who got extra money for connection...

                    I am a senior citizen from assam. I have a specific complaint to make. My consumer id no for domestic lpg cylinder is cx11590549. Distributor's name : shankardev gas agency, six mile, guwahati.
                    I booked the cylinder online on 12.1.2019. Reference no.588086. I was informed that expected delivery is 8-10 days ie by 19-20 january. But cylinder has not been delivered yet. If it would have been a normal delay i would not have complained, but i suspect a racket, because everytime i enquired i get an online reply that my cylinder has already been delivered on 19.1.2019. But where is the cylinder? Not delivered to us yet.
                    Prime minister has taken lot of initiatives for the benefit of consumers. But because of malpractices at field level, common people are not getting the full benefits of the schemes. Particularly in the north-east, gaps between the govt schemes and actual benefits to the society are too high creating resentment amongst the common people. Hence every such complain, however small it may be needs thorough investigation.
                    I was particularly hurt because my daughter's marriage was on 30 jan and we were without gas on that day.
                    I request you kindly to investigate the matter and do justice eradicating the malpractices at executing level. Hope to receive a reply informing the outcome of the investigation.

                      In gdk there is have a one has agency of indian name is sri mayi gas agency located in ntpc. Here they are collecting extra amount for one connection. Which is we taken recently from them. They charged amount 3400rs but they given receipt 1600rs only and in that they mentioned one number of cylinder and one regulator that for this they charged 3400rs

                        i have book my cylinder on date 26/01/2019.Indian oil LPG cylinder supply to me on 02/02/19 AT 11:00 AM, (at that time I m not at my home) after 5 minuts I came at home and check it due to smell of gas I observed that the seal of LPG cylinder is damaged so I will call to delivar boy but he is not answering, I call to [protected] halp line no. but due to server problem thay will not take my complain, I called to helpline no after five hour but my complain of seal damaged is not registed.

                          On 25th january 2019 at 3:00 pm, i took my vento car to get the diesel tank full. I purchased the diesel for rs. 2750 @ 66/l. On my way to mathura, the vehicle stopped in between and could not be restarted by the local mechanics there. I had to bring it to delhi on crane by spending rs. 12000 for towing charges. The vehicle was checked by volkswagen service center at moti nagar, new delhi and i was informed that the diesel was adulterated with approximately 30% water. Due to this malpractice by the petrol owner, my car got damaged and as per the estimate given by the authorised volkswagen workshop at moti nagar, it may cost me over 3 lacs. I have contacted the manager of the petrol pump, mr. Paritosh sharma ([protected]) who personally visited the workshop at moti nagar and checked with the service advisor. For no fault of mine, i have been suffering since last 1 week but my car is still there and the petrol pump manager/owner is not showing any concern. I request the authorities to look into the matter and advise the petrol pump owner to pay the actual expenses made by me towards the cost of getting the car repaired and bringing it back by crane from mathura. Mixing the diesel with water should be considered a serious crime and the matter may be investigated further and the license of the said petrol pump must be cancelled immediately forever so as to protect the consumers like me against such crime. An early action shall be highly appreciated and serve as a lesson to the criminals like abhishek motors.

                                I have lpg connection with consumer id cx6559683 and registered phone[protected], from past 8 to 10 months my booking is not getting delivered in 1 go.
                                While booking my refill it should get delivered in 3 to 5 days but every time prathana enterprises cancelling the booking and i have to again book the refill and also to raise complain.

                                This time on 4th jan, i booked refill but it got cancelled and i booked again and also complained but this time my cylinder is not delivered to me.

                                  I am a citizen of hazaribag jharkhand. Today evening i went to a petrol pump in my city (Jain petrol) i saw that the employe is cheating during fill the tank. He gave petrol of rs30 to a person and start giving another person without reset the meter. This is his first time. The employe name is kunal kumar. Please go through this so we dont fill cheated.

                                      My name is pradeep kumar and am posting this complaint from mysore. Indane gas agency (Dhanya indane service) delivery boy took rs.30 from me in cash as delivery
                                      Charges for delivering the refill cylinder on 25th january 2019 for the online (Ivr) booking made on 23rd january 2019. I also made the refill (Cylinder) cost online the same day. This rs. 30 taken by the delivery boy is not accounted in the cash / payment receipt. My consumer number is [protected]. Later on verification in google, i came to know that there is no delivery charges if the distance is less than 5 km.in my case, yes it is around 2.5 kms. Also i read as the delivery charges collected
                                      If any that need to be mentioned / accounted in the cash memo/receipt. But in my case the same also has not happened.

                                      Sir I was done booking on date Jan 17 and I receive a message that my booking was cancelled on today date i.eJan 28. Sir I kindly request to you what problem arises due to what my booking was cancelled. Please give me reply as quick as possible.

                                        Please correct my name to bhagya sri mahankali. This is the name i have in all my documents like aadhar, pan card and passport as well

                                        If this can not be resolved here, please let me the right procedure to resolve this issue.
