There is a petrol pump at kalyanpur kanpur nagar gt road infront of kalyanpur thana. There is no professional air person. Some other guys doing there own business shop of puncture and they are not interested in filling air for customers as they r busy in their shop only. I request u to contact them to allot a air person there so that we can get the air easily. Air machine is also not working there its been a long time.

    My lpg id is :[protected]Sushant kumar). My subsidy has to go to my pnb (Punjab national bank) a/c with which my aadhaar is linked.

    But there is probably a scam under which my subsidy is going to an unknown person's bank a/c in bank of baroda. Last time i received subsidy in my own bank a/c was only in march 2017. Since then, the other person is getting subsidy wrongfully, in his bank of baroda a/c. I had not requested any change in this regard.

    So i request that the subsidy amount wrongfully transferred to some other bank a/c should be recovered and be given to my pnb a/c no. On placing a complaint with ioc (Complaint id: 1- [protected]), i was told to delink my aadhaar and link again. But my aadhaar is already linked correctly to my own a/c i. E.in pnb.

    Please correct the error wherever it is, and recover my lost subsidy.

      Yesterday i book indane gas cylender through online and i paid the amount 684/- through my hdfc debit card online.
      Payment is successfully done but when i check booking history there is no such a any transaction is reflecting in my indane gas booking history. For your reference pls find the below details.

      I am mithai lal, consumer of indane gas from goodwill gas agency (Sultan puri). My consumer no12832. The delivery person does not provide/interest to deliver cylinder on time & ignore to give at house. After cancellation of december booking, he told me you are not coming to take your cylinder because of (I have weight machine to weight cylinder) that is why he is not responding. Again 23 december booking is not received. Please strict action towards distributer and delivery man (Bahadur singh).

      The cylinder delivered to us is of less weight differing in more than 3 kg of gas. When asked from delivery man, he simply changed our cylinder with a full one. This irregularity is done third time. I firmly believe that some of the gas is taken out from some cylinders illegally.

      Kindly take appropriate action as soon as possible

        Today on 03.01.2019, i went to m/s nirmal sain enterprises, iocl pump at sector 14, panchkula, haryana for getting the petrol refilled in my activa.
        I asked specifically for petrol, but the operator very cleverly filled with xtra premium petrol with out seeking my permission. I asked him why he didn't asked or mentioned this before filling? He has no answer. To hide his fault, he started misbheaving. He even dared me to complaint upto any level and said that we will again do this.
        Immediately i informed this to the outlet manager and asked him to provide me with the official complaint book of iocl. He provided me with a simple copy and asked me to write my complaint on that. I again asked him to provide with the official complaint book of iocl. He straight forwardly refused to provide the same and said that they don't know about any such complaint book. I asked him to give the name and contact of the higher authority to complain the matter but he again straight forwardly refused and said, i don't know. Also there was no information on any board about the complaining authority.

        Pls take my this complaint against this petrol pump for cheating the consumers, misbehave by the staff and not providing the required mandatory information on boards & not providing the complaint book. I request for a strong action against the operator, manager as well as the owners so that these type of malpractices should be stopped immediately.

          Sir, i updesh kumar, consumer no. [protected] phn no. [protected], got my distributor changed from people gas service indira nagar, to maa durga indane gas acency, vinamr khand, gomti nagar lko. Booking clerk miss lakshmi tiwari firstly feeded my wrong address and now after so much helter skelter correction could be done. Now when i booked my cylinder .For about 11-12 times, each time after booking cylinder, it gets cancelled after 2-3 hrs. Mssg shows to contact distributor. I went to disributor multiple times, they gave me assurance to resolve but my problem is still not resolved and my booking is getting cancelled.I am fed of running to distributor . Hope you will help me in the matter so that i will get cylinder smoothly.

          Sir, after complaining about cancellation of my lpg booking, since it has been a week but still my problem is not yet solved.It is cancelled again & again. Kindly look into the matter seriously and plz try to solve it as soon as possible so that booking of lpg can be done.Or plz guide me the way to solve the problem.

            From[protected] to[protected], 37 gas cylinders have never received a subsidiary and there is no solution to the gas dealer nirmal indien. The bank said he did not have any topic there. Yet another bank has not started a new account and does not claim that it must be hazardous to take a quick action.

            In chennai commonly they are charging Rs.30 for gas cylinder delivery evertime for every one.. if you ask anything they will not delivery cylinder in correct time
            Sir,
            I am not receiving the gas subsidy from last so many months. Pl accept the request & provide the outstanding amount as soon as possible.
            Also activate the facility on my Customer ID for future bookings.

              Sir I Nirmala Kukreti W/O Harsh Mohan Kukreti consumer No. A00433, LPG ID[protected]-3456 not receiving LPG subsidy in my Bank A/C no. [protected]([protected]) SBI(ADB) Padampur Sukhro, Kotdwara (UK) -Code 5848 since November 2017. My Aadhar No. is already linked with my Bank account, but my bank account no. not linked to LPG. In this regards I several time requested to my LPG Distributer i.e. Sidhbali Indane Gas Agency Kotdwar, Distt .Pauri Garhwal (UK) code- 173733 to link my Bank Account to LPG but the distributer is not taking any action on my problem. I have submitted unified PAHAL (DBTL) joining form duly completed in all respect along with the photocopy of my Aadhar card twice to my LPG distributer but my Bank account No. not yet linked to LPG. Please do the needful in this regard so that I may get my LPG subsidy.

                Description :
                I got shifted to a place around 20 km from the current place and checked that the cylinder is leaking even after taking off the regulator and applying the cap.
                Went to the current distributor to transfer my connection and was being told they require 02 empty cylinder and suggested to take the cylinder along and return the same once emptied.
                On calling the distributor for help regarding the leaking cylinder they turned up saying they are not responsible for the leakage and asked me to get the cylinder to the distributor office.
                I cleared them that the cylinder is leaking even after i take off the regulator and it is impossible to get it to the office. The distributor told we cannot visit as the place is very far.
                I told them they can call the nearby distributor and ask them to provide help, on this also they refused to help and disconnected the phone.
                I also called the nearby distributor, they also turned up saying we cannot help. On calling the customer care they asked me to contact the nearby distributor and ask as they cannot do anything in this.
                This is a life threatening situation and nobody is is agreeing to help.

                  Sir/madam,
                  My consumer no is 214668 under the distributorship of lipi gas service sambalpur, odisha. I have booked cylinder refill on 16/12/2018 at 8.21 pm for which i have got a message regarding cash memo generated on 24th dec 2018 10.26 am (Cash memo no - [protected]) which should have been delivered within 2 to 3 days after that. But to my amazement i found a message on 31st dec at 8.56 pm regarding cancellation of the booking.

                  The delivery of gas cylinder is delayed every time... They delivered cylinder everytime after 1 to 2 complaints... Very poor service quality...

                    I am natvar singh. I am customer of indane gas, customer id is cx11994039. My registered mobile no - [protected]. I booked indane gas cylinder on 22 dec 2018 by online through icici bank credit card and according to icici bank my online was accepted online on 24 dec 2019. New issue created as the indane gas distributer (Kishore) comes on 25 dec 2018 at my home address and speak you have booked indane gas in cash, so gave money in cash rs-800. I contacted to my sanganer gas agency for confirming to paid online payment. They told me as two things first is that they did not receive any payment and second is we have received 2 requests online as cash and online. I was confused that how is it possible that i gave only one request online through credit card. I had need of indane cylinder that time so i paid also in cash. Next day when i contacted to my icici bank credit card team that they sent statement of same transaction. They told me that online credit card payment accepted on 24 dec 2018. I could not understand that why did they speak lie as "we did not accepted online payment". Again i contacted to sanganer gas agency owner on phone then they confirmed that we have recieved online payment online on 24 dec 2018. Main issue is that why are indane gas agency or iocl not reversing to my online credit card payment after giving cash payment on 25 dec 2018. I sent all evidence like online paid payment gas booking recipt and transaction of credit card for booking online. When i contact to gas agency owner veer soni ([protected]) on same phone and i sent all evidence to sanganer gas agency owner veer soni. Sanganer gas owner veer soni accepted that online payment has accepted online credit card payment on 24 dec 2018. Veer soni told me that payment will be credit automatically in your credit card account. After 7 days passed i did not get any reverse payment in my icici bank credit card. I have given hard copy to sanganer gas agency of all transaction of icici bank on 29 dec 2018. I am in trouble that who and when will reverse online credit card payment. I am attaching all documents that are related to case. Please check it and please resolve as soon as possible. I hope that you will solve issue.

                    Please resolve to my reverse online credit card payment as soon.I contacted to Sanganer gas agency owner Veer Soni they told me that Online payment will be credit automatically.we can not do nothing.I had sent all evidence to Sanganer Gas agency.I hope that you will resolve issue.

                    I would like to say Great Thanks to IOCL Team for resolving to my refund online payment as Rs-800 by Sanganer Gas agency, Jaipur side on 22 Jan 2019. Again Thanks to IOCL Team.Now My Issue has solved and I have no words to explain to my happiness.

                    I have book gas on 25th and made payment through upi and it's not confirmed again I paid cash and payment done 2 times. But still I didn't receive refund. Please resolve my issue ASAP. For evidence here I have attached payment details.

                            The petrol pump located in mumbai sion near wadala rto are having workers who sell petrol or diesel with no proper identification and no uniform, when asked to the manager about this following confern he was very rude and was giving silly reasons and finally to get his point right he raised his voice on to the customers this situation is been observed since 6 months and everytime their answer was the same that the workers were new and their identification is been under process...

                              I am consumer of indane having consumer number 026479. I am from kaknyakumari district and my service provider is yes yes yen gas agency, t v m road, kanyakumari. My subsidy for the past 25 month was not credited to my account. On approaching the gas agency they said it is a fault from bank side and on approaching the bank says it is a fault from gas agency side. Request you to kindly look into it. Many thanks.. George raja

                                I would like to inform you that. I am user of indian oil corporation [ioc]. From long time, but my issue is i have receiving my lpg gas cylinder with low weight and leakage issue there is 2kb to 3kg less in every cylinder with leakage. So i just asking with you sir. Is this is good way to deliver indane gas cylinder to every customer. And this not a first time. On every i have receiving my gas cylinder low weight and leakage issue. I had complaint many time but no one care about this.. My state in delhi i am leaving new delhi gas agency is sona enterprises, indane gas, vasant kunj, address: c-19/20, abdul gaffar khan marg, d6, sector d, vasant kunj, new delhi, delhi 110070.. So please kindly do some needful for your customer's sir. This is not just leakage issue. This is realeted this our life. Please please i have humble request with you that. Kindly take some action.                                   My car works on petrol and instead of filling that in the car, they filled the car’s engine with diesel.
                                  Shows extreme negligence and lack of proper work skills.
                                  Absolutely shameful that people who’re expected to do such jobs with utmost carefulness aren’t doing so.
                                  I am highly disappointed in the service of the people working in vibhuti khand, lucknow’s indian oil petrol pump.
                                  I obviously can’t expect any sort of compensation at this moment, but it’d be really nice if the customers don’t have to deal with such circumstances because it not only wastes our resources, energy and money but also is a huge wastage of time.

                                    I have lost my lpg paper so i am not able to purchase dbc. Will you please tell me how to find duplicate papers it is online so tell me how to find in your site or not in online so what is the procedure to collect the duplicate lpg gase paper.
