This is to inform you that in our locality at bidhannagar petrol pump of your franchise in durgapur, west bengal the pump operators misbehaving with the customers along with me on the reason that they are not willing to serve the petrol as already many pump are present. Only one pump is being operated. Other staffs are simply gossiping and no work has been done.
Therefore, since only one pump is being operated that is why the pump becomes very crowded and always in rush. If said to other staffs to run the other pump they used to misbehave with us and say only one pump will be operated.
So this is for your information and necessary action may taken please for the hassle free service.

I am a conumer of indane gas having consumer no - cx3457933 and the agency name is veer sachi indane gas, niladri vihar, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar. Their gstin no is - 21aorpm2880b1z3. I had book for a cylinder ref no - 335250. I had also get a message on 6.10.2018 that my cash memo bearing casmemo no - [protected] has already generated. Still now it is not delevered at my home. Alsovtheir phone is impossible to get. My contact no is [protected].

On 8.10.2018 at afternoon i went to pushpak-indian oil petrol pump & cng address: jogeshwari - vikhroli link rd, jogeshwari east, mumbai, maharashtra 400060

To filling cng gas i was in queue around ½ hour without any reason i. E. There is no any car on front of my car hence i just ask their person why so late please fill my car and he shouted me and telling that you “don’t see reading is going on” i just calm and see every around petrol pump pipe that all auto are coming without any queue and filling cng and wise versa.
Then i ask 1or 2, 3 person why you are coming without any queue he answer that he paid rs 10 extra it and every auto there same review that they coming without queue by paying extra amount hence the queue of private vehicles getting late.
Please do me fever to solve this issue and escalate them it everywhere in mumbai specially indian oil petrol pump.

My consumer number is 61764 from air force gas agency naliya, kutch district, gujarat. I have been transferred to hyderabad from naliya with transfer voucher.

Now i have taken a new connection from bharat gas at suvidha air force gas agency at secunderabad. After few months bpcl has blocked my consumer number stating that consumer has a duplicate gas connection.

It is only possible that my adhaar number is not delinking from ioc at naliya, so it showing duplicate gas connection.

Pl do the needful. Tks

Everytime we book the cylinder its always got d3livered after 20 to 30 days and that so after we regularly go n check our status to the agency and the delivery boys always demand 30 to 50 rupees extra for delivering cylinder at home it was so harrassing each month and the people at agency was so careless about doing their work. They didn't even bring weight doing machine for checking refill weight and bring half empty cylinders.

I have a gas connection in aviskar indane service but recently it has been transferred to monoroma indane service. I feel that aviskar is more convenient to me than monoroma. So, i request you to retransfer the gas connection to aviskar.

While trying for new registration in the relevant page after giving the information details the information of "consumer no." or "17 digit consumer id" is not standing on the plea that it is already existed. That means i'm already registered. But i cann't memorize the user id and password. While asking for user id and password in the relevant section it demands for my e-mail id. After giving the e-mail id it prompts that e-mail id is not...

Dear sir today now myself go to your settarakatte servicecstation dealer code is 248445. They are not able to fill fuel to my vehicle at 9:58 pm. Because they are told the reason our working hours finished. Hemce give me the working hours of yours fuel station.

Sir. Domestic lpg is used for commercial purposes on the following hotels. Xavier guest house no 11 new street. Model school road thousand lights... And xavier rajan guest house no21 gulam abbas ali khan 7thstreetthousand light chennai. The owner bluntanly post picture of domestic lpg in the booking.com site as well.. The hotel provides uses domestic lpg through pipes cinnected to all rooms for cylinders they have in family members.. Looting the nation has to caught red handed and secret raids has to conducted to catch. Sibi rajan the owner uses a no domestic lpg in these hotels. Hope the concerned authorities raid and catch the thieves. Thankyou with public concern and prevent loot

I made online payment to iocl on 26/09 2018 for new gas connection. It's been 10 days payment has been done but connection is not provided. When ever i visit the dealer (Benaka enterprises) they show there computer (Photo attached) and asking me to come next day. Payment is successful but it's been more than 10 days that utr is not generated in dealer's portal.

I applied for a new connection at keerthi indane hyderabad and without even providing stove and mechanic support they charged me 3800 rs. When i asked for bill they tried to prepare a bill which has incorrect charges like stove (250) and pipe (150) and administrative charged 500, mechanical support (150), still the bill reached to 3700, but above services and products were not provided

Hi team,

I went to refuel in iocl bunk (Opposite to cognizant tco, 5/535, old mahabalipuram road, okkiyam - thoraipakkam, chennai - 600097), on 05-october-2018 (Friday) at 23:04.
I clearly said 500 rupees, he clicked a button 'c' in the pump machine and started filling.
While filling he asked, is it for 100 rupees, i said it is 500. He said sorry and acted as if he is resetting the metre to 0 and typing 400 in the pump machine to set the amount.
Meanwhile another guy in the pump distracted me asking "whether the payment is by card", when clearly i had my debit card in my hand.
When i replied to another guy and saw the metre in a matter of seconds, it crossed over 150 rupees, also the metre didn't stop at 400 rupees and he manually stopped at 400.35 rupees. Intentionally he acted as setting it for 400.
So he clearly cheated me 100 rupees. Also i can see my bike's fuel indicator which was less by a point. When encountered it, he started arguing that "he refuelled for 500".
Then i left as i was so tired after working hard for 12 hours and ended getting cheated on my hard earned money.

I hope prompt action will be taken.

P. S. - this complaint number might be around 88 lakhs, which is hard for you to action on all complaints. But only when strict actions are taken, the complaint rate will go down.
