Gas agency has updated unknown mobile no in my consumer data.

I have update my kyc too many times in my gas agency named
Maheshwari gas madangir, new delhi 110062.

Why

What the hail this descrepcy error

My subsidy didnt reveived in my account previous 1 and half year.
Gas agency has no response

They said this is not our job
They make bank and
Aadhar excuses previous one and half year

Today
I have found an unknown reg mobile no in my consumer data while using sms booking.
What the hail, i dont know the owner or number

    registration for new user not permitted

    While trying for new registration in the relevant page after giving the information details the information of "consumer no." or "17 digit consumer id" is not standing on the plea that it is already existed. That means i'm already registered. But i cann't memorize the user id and password. While asking for user id and password in the relevant section it demands for my e-mail id. After giving the e-mail id it prompts that e-mail id is not...

      Sir. Domestic lpg is used for commercial purposes on the following hotels. Xavier guest house no 11 new street. Model school road thousand lights... And xavier rajan guest house no21 gulam abbas ali khan 7thstreetthousand light chennai. The owner bluntanly post picture of domestic lpg in the booking.com site as well.. The hotel provides uses domestic lpg through pipes cinnected to all rooms for cylinders they have in family members.. Looting the nation has to caught red handed and secret raids has to conducted to catch. Sibi rajan the owner uses a no domestic lpg in these hotels. Hope the concerned authorities raid and catch the thieves. Thankyou with public concern and prevent loot

        I made online payment to iocl on 26/09 2018 for new gas connection. It's been 10 days payment has been done but connection is not provided. When ever i visit the dealer (Benaka enterprises) they show there computer (Photo attached) and asking me to come next day. Payment is successful but it's been more than 10 days that utr is not generated in dealer's portal.

          I applied for a new connection at keerthi indane hyderabad and without even providing stove and mechanic support they charged me 3800 rs. When i asked for bill they tried to prepare a bill which has incorrect charges like stove (250) and pipe (150) and administrative charged 500, mechanical support (150), still the bill reached to 3700, but above services and products were not provided

          03/10/2018 - took 3800 rs, refused to provide bill
          06/10/2018 - tried to provide fake bill with fake entries

            My name is shri horendra nath saikia and my client id no. 28839179 under the custody of m/s. Stock holding corpn. Ltd. At tinsukia. That sir, my total number of iocl's shares is 17, 372 (Seventeen thousand three hundred seventy two) only but regret to inform you that recent iocl declared dividend rs. 2.00 per share was not remittance on my bank account.               Hi team,

              I went to refuel in iocl bunk (Opposite to cognizant tco, 5/535, old mahabalipuram road, okkiyam - thoraipakkam, chennai - 600097), on 05-october-2018 (Friday) at 23:04.
              I clearly said 500 rupees, he clicked a button 'c' in the pump machine and started filling.
              While filling he asked, is it for 100 rupees, i said it is 500. He said sorry and acted as if he is resetting the metre to 0 and typing 400 in the pump machine to set the amount.
              Meanwhile another guy in the pump distracted me asking "whether the payment is by card", when clearly i had my debit card in my hand.
              When i replied to another guy and saw the metre in a matter of seconds, it crossed over 150 rupees, also the metre didn't stop at 400 rupees and he manually stopped at 400.35 rupees. Intentionally he acted as setting it for 400.
              So he clearly cheated me 100 rupees. Also i can see my bike's fuel indicator which was less by a point. When encountered it, he started arguing that "he refuelled for 500".
              Then i left as i was so tired after working hard for 12 hours and ended getting cheated on my hard earned money.

              I hope prompt action will be taken.

              P. S. - this complaint number might be around 88 lakhs, which is hard for you to action on all complaints. But only when strict actions are taken, the complaint rate will go down.

                Sir,
                Yesterday morning 6-35 am i went to the vathiad pump for refilling petrol, but there was only one old man who was busy with filling the diesel in the busses and he told me that there is petrol in the pump, but nobody was there to fill the petrol. On that situation i was waited there and asked him were is the complaint book, and he told me that i don’t know. Then i called to the sales officer mob no. [protected] at 06-51 am, but there was no any reply from him until now.
                Then i was waiting there for petrol and one lady come at 07-10 am and filled the petrol. Please note that more than 50 vehicles come over there for filling the petrol and the nearest pump was not working due to machine complaint. Sir, i am a senior citizen around 62 years of age, until now i did not felt this much tension on my mind during that waiting time.
                In the light of the above mentioned facts if you feel that my complaint is genuine i request you to take necessary action for the same.

                    Iam narayanan m. K from kerala. Our consumer no 21059. We got subsidy in previous year through our sbt account no. We have realised that in the above account we cannot receive the subsidy in last 2 year. Then we contact our gas agency (Bhagavathi gas agency aroor) they checked the details and said that the subsidy is going to my hdfc account.

                    What can i do for getting my subsidy to sbt account.

                      I am a consumer (No: 10393) of the distributor "avijit enterprise" of khardah, 24 prgs (N), wb, pin-700118.
                      Somehow my subsidy facility has been withdrawn.
                      After consulting them i have submitted all docs as required for re opting of subsidy on last august.
                      But they are reluctant to do the same and repeatedly buying time.
                      As being a senior citizen it is troublesome for me to inquire every week
                      Pl take necessary action for starting of the same.

                        From the above, it is to state that subsidy amt. Is credited before delivery of cylinder. For that i have visited our distributor namwd radha indane, opp. Mirzapur court, ahemdabad. Thay have behalve very bedly with me and no any properly handeled my problem. From that we can say that our cylinder was sell to other person for malafied intence.

                        I want justice and want to initiate action against defaulter..

I waited more than 1hour because cashier is not in branch. I said to brand manager cashier is not there then he said to me, u closed your saving account and used amusing language from me so plz i request urgent action to this matter

                            I have booked a service request for refilling of gas cylinder on 03.09.2018 with booking no.[protected]. As the refilled gas cylinder was not delivered i have made a service request on 19.09.2018 with no.[protected] and on 28.09.2018 i received a message that necessary action have been taken, but till date refilled gas cylinder has not been delivered. Apart from service request i have requested telephonically many a times but all in vain. They have not even generated the cash memo and in addition to that once they have supplied to other people in the same locality and even to those persons who had done booking after me. Please look into this matter seriously and urgently, as i have borrowed a refilled gas cylinder from my friend in case of emergency.

Their is leakage in our gas since morning and we tried to complain through customer care, but nobody responsed it...kindly send your serviceman as soon as possible, leakage is getting high with time. We will really appreciate your efforts...we are really facing problem from this leakage kindly try to resove the problem... We even tried to call customer care but nobody received... Is in mohibullapur bhratagas service, lucknow. My aadhaar has not been deleted from my old connection no. [protected] and double connection show on with my aadhaar. Thusthus my new has been blocked and i am not able to book my order. Please unlink my aadhaar.

                                  I surrendered my lpg connection with hp gas at hyderabad and took an indane gas lpg connection with distributor jaya gas agency (Chennai) ([protected]).in the subscription voucher dt 1/10/2018 received by me for my consumer no [protected][protected], my name is wrongly mentioned as "c m mahadevan" instead of my correct name"c h mahadevan".
                                  When i contacted the distributor for rectification, i was asked to come next month for the issue of corrected subscription voucher as they have to send some email to the concerned authorities.
                                  Kindly help me for urgent rectification of the mistake.

                                    With due respect following submission is made for your kind consideration please:-
                                    (1) That I am a senior citizen and holder of gas connection No. 32077 at Durga gas Company/ agency Sanjauli, Shimla -6.
                                    (2) That the gas subsidy for the gas cylinder (Domestic Connection) booked/purchased after[protected] has not been released/reimbursed in my PNB Bank Account .The last subsidy released was through IOC reference Number [protected]
                                    (3) That neither I have closed my above said bank account nor I have made any request for change of Bank / Account for the reimbursement of gas subsidy. My bank account is linked to my Aadhar No as well.
                                    (4) That it is pertinent to mention here that I am a senior citizen with income much less than Rs 5 lakhs.
                                    (5) That I have visited number of times to the Durga gas Agency, Sanjauli, Shimla as well as the bank where the gas subsidy was being reimbursed, but none of them is giving satisfactory answer and putting responsibility on one another and the matter is not resolved .
                                    Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned to release the subsidy and reimburse the same to my PNB Bank Account No. where it was being reimbursed before 13-11-17.

                                      Sir, i booked gas cylinder many times but i have not received a refill cylinder from the distributor, when i contact the distribtor of indian oil JKFED Gas, Jawahir Nagar Srinagar they told me tomorow your gas will be sent but waiting for many days no gas has been sent from the distributor they are behaving like the masters and they dont pay heeds to my requests. kindly see the matter
