Sir, i booked gas cylinder many times but i have not received a refill cylinder from the distributor, when i contact the distribtor of indian oil JKFED Gas, Jawahir Nagar Srinagar they told me tomorow your gas will be sent but waiting for many days no gas has been sent from the distributor they are behaving like the masters and they dont pay heeds to my requests. kindly see the matter

I booked my refill on 7th sept, 18 booking id 451087. My cash memo was printed on 24th sept, 18. I have been visiting the distributor for delivery everytime he promises to but doesn't deliver the same.

Kindly look into the matter as this problem is faced by consumers very often due...

I have booked gas on 26 wep making payment of rs.873/- online. Gas is not delivered till date. On viewing status today it is showing as delivered on 29 sep 2018 which is false. Pl let me know to whom and how it was eelivered. It is nothing but a fraduelent act on the part of agency/delivery boy. Hence please look into the matter and arrang or immediate delivery of the gas as amount already paid while booking online and take suiitable action...

I am ganga. My mother has lost gas connection book and not able to find the same and she don't know how to read and write.
So i requested you to issue us a new gas connection book. The gas connection book was earlier the same name of chittoor venkatamma, old post office street, korlagunta, tirupathi - 517501. Our consumer number is 651.

The delivery boy wanted rs.850. Mentioned that he gets only rs.6 from the distributor for delivering. His name is richard, was very rude.

I have booked my refill on date 21st september through mobile phone. And same time i received a message on phone regarding the confirmation on booking which has been done and delevery will be done in 3to 4 days. But refill is not delivered at home till date. I m complaint regarding non receipt of subsidy amount against the last 06month. I got the delivery of the cylinder but did'nt got the subsidy amount in my bank account. For this i lodge a complain and even called at helpline number of distributer. Everytime got the response that the server is down & non response to delhi office.

Pmuy started with new feature like sc st connection, awas beneficiary, mbc etc. But from last couple of days some of your agency (Pawan putra gramin vitrak) issued connection to obc category. Which is totally fraud and misuse of government fund.
There is no circular regarding obc connection from central government.
1. They charge 500/- for each connection obc connection.
2. If rs 500 charge for connection and issued remaining...

Though the issue has been raised several times, still even today 25/09/18, payment done online on the portal, when the cylinder was delivered today the delivery boy demanded inr.30 as delivery charges which i paid in cash. Though indane is aware of this issue, i believe the dealer continues this practice with the support and help of indian oil corporation staff where mostly they get a share from the dealer of the excess amount charged forcibly...
