Sir,
Yesterday morning 6-35 am i went to the vathiad pump for refilling petrol, but there was only one old man who was busy with filling the diesel in the busses and he told me that there is petrol in the pump, but nobody was there to fill the petrol. On that situation i was waited there and asked him were is the complaint book, and he told me that i don’t know. Then i called to the sales officer mob no. [protected] at 06-51 am, but there was no any reply from him until now.
Then i was waiting there for petrol and one lady come at 07-10 am and filled the petrol. Please note that more than 50 vehicles come over there for filling the petrol and the nearest pump was not working due to machine complaint. Sir, i am a senior citizen around 62 years of age, until now i did not felt this much tension on my mind during that waiting time.
In the light of the above mentioned facts if you feel that my complaint is genuine i request you to take necessary action for the same.

      Sir
      Iam narayanan m. K from kerala. Our consumer no 21059. We got subsidy in previous year through our sbt account no. We have realised that in the above account we cannot receive the subsidy in last 2 year. Then we contact our gas agency (Bhagavathi gas agency aroor) they checked the details and said that the subsidy is going to my hdfc account.

      What can i do for getting my subsidy to sbt account.

        I am a consumer (No: 10393) of the distributor "avijit enterprise" of khardah, 24 prgs (N), wb, pin-700118.
        Somehow my subsidy facility has been withdrawn.
        After consulting them i have submitted all docs as required for re opting of subsidy on last august.
        But they are reluctant to do the same and repeatedly buying time.
        As being a senior citizen it is troublesome for me to inquire every week
        Pl take necessary action for starting of the same.

          From the above, it is to state that subsidy amt. Is credited before delivery of cylinder. For that i have visited our distributor namwd radha indane, opp. Mirzapur court, ahemdabad. Thay have behalve very bedly with me and no any properly handeled my problem. From that we can say that our cylinder was sell to other person for malafied intence.

          I want justice and want to initiate action against defaulter..

I waited more than 1hour because cashier is not in branch. I said to brand manager cashier is not there then he said to me, u closed your saving account and used amusing language from me so plz i request urgent action to this matter

              I have booked a service request for refilling of gas cylinder on 03.09.2018 with booking no.[protected]. As the refilled gas cylinder was not delivered i have made a service request on 19.09.2018 with no.[protected] and on 28.09.2018 i received a message that necessary action have been taken, but till date refilled gas cylinder has not been delivered. Apart from service request i have requested telephonically many a times but all in vain. They have not even generated the cash memo and in addition to that once they have supplied to other people in the same locality and even to those persons who had done booking after me. Please look into this matter seriously and urgently, as i have borrowed a refilled gas cylinder from my friend in case of emergency.

                Sir, My connection number is 05408 from Ghaziabad. Their is leakage in our gas since morning and we tried to complain through customer care, but nobody responsed it...kindly send your serviceman as soon as possible, leakage is getting high with time. We will really appreciate your efforts...we are really facing problem from this leakage kindly try to resove the problem... We even tried to call customer care but nobody received... Kindly provide your service as soon as possible

Is in mohibullapur bhratagas service, lucknow. My aadhaar has not been deleted from my old connection no. [protected] and double connection show on with my aadhaar. Thusthus my new has been blocked and i am not able to book my order. Please unlink my aadhaar.

                    I surrendered my lpg connection with hp gas at hyderabad and took an indane gas lpg connection with distributor jaya gas agency (Chennai) ([protected]).in the subscription voucher dt 1/10/2018 received by me for my consumer no [protected][protected], my name is wrongly mentioned as "c m mahadevan" instead of my correct name"c h mahadevan".
                    When i contacted the distributor for rectification, i was asked to come next month for the issue of corrected subscription voucher as they have to send some email to the concerned authorities.
                    Kindly help me for urgent rectification of the mistake.

                      With due respect following submission is made for your kind consideration please:-
                      (1) That I am a senior citizen and holder of gas connection No. 32077 at Durga gas Company/ agency Sanjauli, Shimla -6.
                      (2) That the gas subsidy for the gas cylinder (Domestic Connection) booked/purchased after[protected] has not been released/reimbursed in my PNB Bank Account .The last subsidy released was through IOC reference Number [protected]
                      (3) That neither I have closed my above said bank account nor I have made any request for change of Bank / Account for the reimbursement of gas subsidy. My bank account is linked to my Aadhar No as well.
                      (4) That it is pertinent to mention here that I am a senior citizen with income much less than Rs 5 lakhs.
                      (5) That I have visited number of times to the Durga gas Agency, Sanjauli, Shimla as well as the bank where the gas subsidy was being reimbursed, but none of them is giving satisfactory answer and putting responsibility on one another and the matter is not resolved .
                      Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned to release the subsidy and reimburse the same to my PNB Bank Account No. where it was being reimbursed before 13-11-17.

                        Sir, i booked gas cylinder many times but i have not received a refill cylinder from the distributor, when i contact the distribtor of indian oil JKFED Gas, Jawahir Nagar Srinagar they told me tomorow your gas will be sent but waiting for many days no gas has been sent from the distributor they are behaving like the masters and they dont pay heeds to my requests. kindly see the matter

                          I booked my refill on 7th sept, 18 booking id 451087. My cash memo was printed on 24th sept, 18. I have been visiting the distributor for delivery everytime he promises to but doesn't deliver the same.

                          Kindly look into the matter as this problem is faced by consumers very often due ti fault on part of distributor.

The day's price was Rs.83.00 as per internet and tv media report. they charged Rs.1245.90 for 15 litres, . this comes to Rs.83.06. The payment made through invoice no. 009256 Batch no. 000946 at Sanjeev filling station near police station, Rohini south .

                                I have booked gas on 26 wep making payment of rs.873/- online. Gas is not delivered till date. On viewing status today it is showing as delivered on 29 sep 2018 which is false. Pl let me know to whom and how it was eelivered. It is nothing but a fraduelent act on the part of agency/delivery boy. Hence please look into the matter and arrang or immediate delivery of the gas as amount already paid while booking online and take suiitable action against the concerned foul player.

                                    I have a long standing connection with our local gas agency (Baby gas agency, adoor, pathanamthitta dist, kerala, s. India) bearing consumer no: 63369. Earlier we used to get prompt billing receipts along with the supply of gas cylinder. All of a sudden it has completely stopped. When inquired at the office, they have practiced the art of giving some lame excuses, as printer not working, net connection bad, server slow, etc. Now the general practice is that the customer has to go to the office to get the receipt printed on demand. I strongly believe, a lot of malpractice is happening with this agency since the manager being a woman is strongly been influenced by the co workers and staffs. Hence forth i request your sincere inquiry and necessary action at the earliest.

                                      I am consumer of indane gas. My distributor is l. T. Distributor kolkata phone number [protected]. My consumer no. Is 16201. I have registered my phone in the kyc submitted to the dealer as [protected] but whenever i want to register it through ivr system i fail to do it. It says some other phone number is registered and as such my number cannot be registered furthermore. But the registered numbers do not belong to me nor i donot have any idea about these numbers. I have requested personally to the needful but no action has been taken. Now i request to register my actual number that is [protected] to enable me to book cylinders through ivr system and get the messages accordingly.

                                        ഞാൻ കേരളത്തിൽ കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ കൊട്ടിയം പ്രദേശത്തെ പെട്രോൾ പമ്പിൽ debit card ഉപയോഗിച്ച് 55 രൂപയുടെ പെട്രോൾ നിറക്കാൻ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ അവിടുത്തെ മാനേജർ 100 രൂപയ്ക്കു താഴെ petrol നൽകാൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചു കാരണം പറയാൻ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 55 രൂപയ്ക്കു petrol അടിച്ചാൽ അവർക്കു നഷ്ടമാണെന്നും complaint നൽകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നീ പോയി എന്താണെന്നു വച്ചാൽ ചെയ്യ് enikkoru കോപ്പുമില്ല എന്ന മറുപടിയാണ് കിട്ടിയത്
