I am a resident on Sinhagad Road, Pune. There has been problem in metering and with workers handling petrol pump. Many times the workers do not set the bar at 0. This has happened with me 2-3 times before. 2-3 days before I went to this petrol pump and the worker set the meter to 0, it went correctly till 40 and suddenly as he left the handle of pipe the meter showed 100. Some or the other things always happen at this petrol pump and according to me the people there always try to misguide the customer.

    Dear sir,

    this is to inform you that i have taken the petrol from shahid chaman petrol pump sector 54 noida of rs. 480 but after 2 days of running bike again my bike goes to reserve mode then again i go to another pump for refilling of petrol (attached sip karnal automobiles)
    then i tried to call the dealer of shahid chaman petrol pump but landline no. which indicate on petrol slip was out of reach.
    then i search on google and found the no. of mr. kapil [protected] and also whats up him regarding theft of petrol from petrol pump so he asked me to come to petrol pump and register a complaint and get your money back over phone.

    then i goes to pump after 3-4 days and register a complaint and ask them to give me back my money then they all petrol pump person vinay pathak start misbehaving with me and also told me do whatever you can do and also threat me to call the police.
    then i called to mr. kapil again but he didnt picked the call and after the written complaint no one has contact me yet for any resolution.
    so here i am attaching all the receipt and conversation screeenshot with this email, may you can help me .
    otherwise there is no meaning of register complaint.(some complaints also by some other person on google when they gave review i also attached them for reference that you can comes to know the fraud of this petrol pump.everyone is involve into this from up to down and making customer fool,
    theft the petrol after involving us in other activity like plz on your mobile for paytm, in between other person divert the mind and theft petrol.

      I have recvd a notice message for delivery of refilled cylinder on 09 Jul 2018 towards my booking No.376191 dated 26 Jun 2018. However, the refilled cylinder has not yet been received in spite of repeated calls and reminders.
      This type of negligence occurs all the time from the distributor. They dont attend the telephone call most of the time. Request urgent intervention.

        My Indane Gas delivery address got changed in the records without my knowledge. When I raised a complaint with Indane via their consumer portal, I received response asking to visit distributor with valid address proof.

        My complaint is that I have never given request for address change then who changed the address and why was it changed?

        Could such a sensitive data be manipulated by anyone at the distributor level?

        Why should I travel 15+ kilometers to meet the distributor when error occured from the data entry operator?

        Desired solution:
        I could email the proof, so that the distributor could make required corrections. Travelling up and down 30 plus kilometers is not a viable solution for an error that was not from the consumer.

          This complain is against Pawar Filling station, Near Rispana pul Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001

          On 19th of July, around 3:00 pm I has gone to fill in petrol in my vehicle. I was moving my vehicle a bit due to construction work. The service boy in the filling station without preloading the amount in his meter pumped petrol in my vehicle. The meter showed 5o when he started, I immediately stopped him, and lodged complaint to the manager regarding the incident. But nobody paid heed to the complain. Instead asking me to get my vehicle refilled without paying them anything.

          It has also happened in the past also.

          PLEASE TAKE A URGENT ACTION FOR THE BETTERMENT OF PUBLIC

            With reference to the subject cited avobe I have the honour to inform you that l made a complaint under vide Ref No-311598, dtd-04/06/2018 on 15/06/2018 but the matter is not resolved till today.
            That Sir, I Sri Nitai Das one of the consumers of M /S DAS GAS CONCERN[protected] of Karimganj Dist, Assam have been getting very poor service from my concerned gas agency for last several months regarding home delivery in due time.
            Therefore, I earnestly request you kindly to take necessary action and arrange to delever my booking Refill at my home at your earliest as I have already waited more than one month as well and thus oblige.

                  I drove my Honda WRV to local Petrol Pump "City Fules" at Durgapur (W. B.), City Centre, License No 44 Dgp./ 1.5.07 on 11.07.2018 to get the vehicle re-fueled and they gave HSD 38.87 Lts.

                  It is well known that the fuel tank of Honda WRV is of 40 Lts and if I drove the Diesel vehicle to the pump it should take HSD some where below 37 Lts.

                  This clearly implies that the meter of the pump is faulty / manipulated. We request you to kindly verify the same and get the same rectified.

                      With reference to the subject cited avobe I have the honour to state that I, Sri Nitai Das vide consumer no-CX13024721 one of the consumers of M/S DAS GAS CONCERN Karimganj Dist[protected]Assam have been harassing almost every month regarding home delivery by the concerned gas agency in due time. Last month I booked a Refill vide Ref No -311598, dtd-04/06/2018 but after more than one month it is not delevered till today. Where as I personally contact with the concerned gas Agency but I was fail.
                      So, I earnestly request to your kindself to take necessary action and arrange to delever my booking Refill at your earliest and thus oblige.

                      I was getting LPG subsidy till January 2018. After that I have not received subsidy on last 4 occasions. My account with bank of India is mapped with my Aadhaar and I am surprised that suddenly the subsidy has not been credited to my account.

                        Sir, i have refilled petrol in tank of my bike thrice at ioc petrol pump situated at 100 ft road near sachin tower Ahmedabad-380015. Every time i ask to fill tank with Rs. 100 but workers are filling less than 50/-. This is not fair as customer are being cheated and Many customers ignore this problem as they have no effect of this as they may rich. But i m student and most of people like me get effected. I expect that you will take necessary action.

                          On 8-12-17 I booked for indane gas cylinder, nemmara guruvayurappan gas agency. con no. 2473. Rs.754.30 debited from sbi credit card. The agency said amount not credited to their a/c. SBI card authority said amount debited from card and credited to indian oil corporation. I complained to IOC, agency etc. But the amount has not been refunded yet

This gas service demanding too much money and vulgerly speaking to customers. need to close this kind worst services in the society..fathetic service and no response for call at all from past 2 years facing problem. they wont respond call if they respond vulgerly speaking and always demand money for each and everything. We are facing lot in
                            Tedious formalities in booking a new gas connection.
                            Refusal for registering complaints by the dealers
                            At the time of new connection, dealers are insisting that the customer must take various appliances (like gas stove at Dealers’ choice, Rubber hose and other allied equipment.)
                            Dealers are not entertaining the phone calls and not registering the customers’ booking.
                            people are scaring customers with their wicked attitude.
                            Gas cylinder is less in weight.

                              In spite of repeated requests my email id registered against my CONSUMER NUMBER [protected] is not being updated.
                              My correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com
                              Each time I send the request via change email id option an automated email is generated, that claims my email id is updated but in no avail.

                                  Today morning while going to office i refill petrol from jain service station sec-54 noida bill no-749878. when i stop them they are denied to refill petrol and saying they will only refill extra premium petrol from this pump if i need to refill normal petrol then you have to go to next station becouse office time we will only refill extra premium. when i try to reach manager they were ready to fight with me.

                                    My consumer number is CX5703837. It is shown from my bank statement that no credit entry regarding gas subsidy in my account since November, 2017. And it is also to be mentioning by me earlier the gas subsidy was credited in my another account. Now it has been shifted to my another account. Anyway, Since November, 2017 I could not been credited any gas subsidy from your end. Please Find solution for this. My bank account already been linked with the aadhar .

                                      Last two Gas supply of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Consumer No [protected] were delivered to me subsequently on 26.5.2018 and 23.6.18. But the subsidy has not been received in my account. The matter was reported to Agency in 1st week of May 2018 for the present financial year. They have assured me to get subsidy after making correction in my name. It is to be noted that after that Subsidy has not been credited in to my account number [protected], SBI, Jaynagar, 8th Block Bangalore, even the complaint has been brought in to notice of M/s D.K. Agencies, 1st A Cross Road, 24th Main, Bangalore – 560078 (Mob.[protected]) and on mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com several times.
                                      You are requested to look into the matter to get subsidy at the earliest.
