Here is complaint about Jayashree gas services Denkanikottai, tamilnadu. This gas service demanding too much money and vulgerly speaking to customers. need to close this kind worst services in the society..fathetic service and no response for call at all from past 2 years facing problem. they wont respond call if they respond vulgerly speaking and always demand money for each and everything. We are facing lot in
Tedious formalities in booking a new gas connection.
Refusal for registering complaints by the dealers
At the time of new connection, dealers are insisting that the customer must take various appliances (like gas stove at Dealers’ choice, Rubber hose and other allied equipment.)
Dealers are not entertaining the phone calls and not registering the customers’ booking.
people are scaring customers with their wicked attitude.
Gas cylinder is less in weight.
need to close this kind worst services in the society

    In spite of repeated requests my email id registered against my CONSUMER NUMBER [protected] is not being updated.
    My correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com
    Each time I send the request via change email id option an automated email is generated, that claims my email id is updated but in no avail.
    Please take immediate action.

        Today morning while going to office i refill petrol from jain service station sec-54 noida bill no-749878. when i stop them they are denied to refill petrol and saying they will only refill extra premium petrol from this pump if i need to refill normal petrol then you have to go to next station becouse office time we will only refill extra premium. when i try to reach manager they were ready to fight with me.

          My consumer number is CX5703837. It is shown from my bank statement that no credit entry regarding gas subsidy in my account since November, 2017. And it is also to be mentioning by me earlier the gas subsidy was credited in my another account. Now it has been shifted to my another account. Anyway, Since November, 2017 I could not been credited any gas subsidy from your end. Please Find solution for this. My bank account already been linked with the aadhar .

            Last two Gas supply of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Consumer No [protected] were delivered to me subsequently on 26.5.2018 and 23.6.18. But the subsidy has not been received in my account. The matter was reported to Agency in 1st week of May 2018 for the present financial year. They have assured me to get subsidy after making correction in my name. It is to be noted that after that Subsidy has not been credited in to my account number [protected], SBI, Jaynagar, 8th Block Bangalore, even the complaint has been brought in to notice of M/s D.K. Agencies, 1st A Cross Road, 24th Main, Bangalore – 560078 (Mob.[protected]) and on mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com several times.
            You are requested to look into the matter to get subsidy at the earliest.

              the distributor or delivery person is bot giving delivery of cylinder at right place they are just providing it a single place and call to pick from that place which is very far from the home.
              kindly take some serious action against these kind of nonsense things.
              the gas distributor is not responding at this problem or doing nothing for it.

                  The local gas agency in Mavelikara, Kerala (Coral Agencies) is not delivering LPG gas booked by me over a month ago causing severe inconvenience to me and my family. The agency is delivering LPG cylinders without proper reciepts, and of late there have been no proper sms intimations to the customer on his registered mobile phone after proper phone booking as was the practice earlier.
                  On lodging my complaint verbally at Coral Agencies, one of there employees retorted " when thousands of customers are inconvenienced, your complaint is NO BIG DEAL", This is a rather shameful situation for all IOC customers and needs to be looked into immediately.

                          Well it's been 2 weeks I've been calling my gas agency and till now no action... Sometime they tell me that there is no delivery boy, sometime no gas supply, and later they will say that it will take 3 4 days...M fade up of calling​ them all the time..My details are given below.please do something about this and for your kind information this is not the first time..This happens everytime

                            Sir,
                            I went to IOC fuel pump at ### Kerala at 4.45 pm today and asked the worker to fill deasel for 1000 rs. Then there was a car filling fuel in front of me . When my turn came the worker opened my tank and put the filling pipe to my tank .After a while he has printed a bill for rs 791.94 and taken out the pipe and again put the same to the tank. He started the operation again and filled fuel into my vehicle. After that he gave me two receipts, ie, for rs 791.04 and rs. 208. I felt that that the fuel as per the first bill is not filled into my car. Iasked the man why it is two bills and also .06 paise less. He has no satisfactory answer and only said that he has filled the fuel.
                            Please verify the matter and convince me what happend.
                            why he has given me fuel as per two bills.
                            why it is 6 paise lesser.
                            whether i was cheated.

                              I, Ajay kumar srivastav, have linked my Aadhar No.[protected] with my Bank A/c [protected], Union bank of India, Gosaipur Mohav Which IFS Code is UBIN0563552 appx. 2 years before for Gas Subsidy of M/s sai indian Gas Agency. But After 15 times delivery the subsidy Amount is not transferred in my above mentioned Bank A/c No. And my LPG Account no - 12035

                              Therefore, I further requesting you that please look into this matter sympthacilly and solve the proplem as soon as possible. I will be highly oblighed for you this kind.

                                    I am an Indane gas customer (6****) in Chennai, senior citizen and living at present with my son in Bengaluru. I did not order gas for a while in Chennai and the gas agency stopped supply, demanding for fresh KYC. I do not have any issue with KYC, but the agency viz. Cooking Gas Agency Tiruvanmiyur has refused to accept papers sent thru my friend. The manager insists that I should present myself at the office of Agency. The manager also spoke to my friend in a manner not commensurate with supplier, demeaning.
                                    Registered a complaint with IOCL on 24/June/2018, and SR no.[protected]. IOCL closed the complaint on 27/June, saying "Dear customer we had taken your complaint to resole the issue please"

                                    When I called the agency I found out that without doing anything, IOCL had closed the complaint and I could not get gas cylinder which I hoped.

                                      Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — LPG subsidy wrongly credited to some service provider instead of normal bank account

                                      I, (Mr) krishna kant yadav, residing at f20 beerbasawan singh nagar, rukanpura, patna 800014, having an lpg (Ioc) cylinder consumer no. 18158 and the concerned lpg distributor Deep Ganga, ashiana nagar, patna 25.
                                      I have been getting my lpg subsidy through my s b account at andhra bank regularly.
                                      To my surprise i find that some amount has been credited to my Punjab National bank account with IOC ref. no. without my concurrence.
                                      I would request you to investigate as how or whose instruction the the credit has gone to a different a/c.
