Yesterday i went to prabhu filling station near sai mandir madhotal transport nagar jabalpur. They are not giving right quantity of petrol. On filling petrol they are not fully press trigger of petrol pipe. On saying that press full trigger they are started doing misbehave and say bad words. Manager of petrol pump is very rude and also not listen any complaint and he also do misbehave with us. When i ask for bill they dont give that bill also. And say in very rude way do whatever you want.

Gas booked on 18/02/2018 booking no:668013, gas not delivered for the last two thursday's. Also we are not satisfied with the employees who are coming to deliver gas, they are behaving arogently with the customers.

        I am holding an lpg gas connection with chahal gas service sector 70 mohali, customer no. 24947. Gas cylinder was booked on 03rd march via iocl site. Till date cylinder is not delivered to our home. On checking the site, it is showing that cylinder goy delivered on 10th march. It seems that lpg cylinders are being sold at black market. This thing had happened before also. Kindly check the status and get the cylinder delivered.

            My consumer number is 50414 and my gas agency is bp agencies ttc kowdiar trivandrum. For past several times though i am getting the message regarding the subsidy credit to my mobile number [protected], i am not the credit to my bank account. Kindly check at your to find out where the credit is going, and re credit the entire subsidy amounts which are not credited to my account.in this i contacted gas agency as well as bank, and they were unable to provide any information. So kindly help in this matter.

              My consumer no is 1702a with gas agency commander gas service located at 517/43 b block, rajajipuram, lucknow, uttar pradesh. I booked cylinder on 1st march getting booking id 821990 but still on 13th not provide the filled gas cylinder. And gas agency says that if you want a gas go to my warehouse which is located around 10-12 km from agency office. Before 1 month they provide gas from his office located in b block rajajipuram. But now they are giving gas cylinder from his warehouse which is located very far.
              Please do needful to resolve the issue.

                Dear sir,
                I booked my cylinder dated 04/03/18, my consumer no. Is 33440 on nipro gas agency munirka new delhi-110067. I have not received my lpg booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even i personally went to agency, but still i have not received cylinder after 10 days. It is not first time, i am facing same type of problem last one year. Every time service provider said next time we will provide the cylinder on same day when you required.

                Kindly help me in this matter.

                  Sir,
                  Plz. Refer to my indane gas consumer no. [protected] and lpg id[protected]. I have submitted my aadhar both to bank and lpg distributor. Despite several times visit to the rajarhat gas service and bank still i am unable to get my subsidy under dbtl scheme. Bank is passing the buck to the distributor and distributor is to bank.
                  I am facing intense hardship for the last 01 year. Therefore, it is requested to sort out my problem so that i can get the lpg subsidy. Past subsidy amount which i have not received may also be credited to the bank account as it is absolutely not my fault.
                  Govt. Endeavour is to give the benefit in hasell free manner but here the officials are not changing their attitude. Plz. Take stern action against the erring officials and help me out from this problem.
                  For this i shall always be obliged to you.

                    I filled petrol for my car on 12th march for 1882 rs. (75.28 * 25 litres)
                    The same day i checked the website and found the cost of 1 litre petrol was 75.14 whereas they tweaked their machine to 75.28 and cheated 3.50
                    On 13th i went to fill petrol for my scooter and i observed the machine was calibrated to 75.30
                    I enquired about this to the supervisor there, and he said the website price will be less, but we calibrate according to adding the toll fees on the road and the distance from the filling point etc.
                    Is this correct?
                    In a day thousands of vehicles fill in the petrol bunk and their argument of calibrating the machine to adjust for toll fees and other expenses is not acceptable and wrong practice.
                    I request you to please take necessary action and correct the petrol pump

                      Sir this is vikas kumar verma i have indane gas connection with consumer no. Cx7942754 and my agency is lalmani agency mova raipur chhattisgarh. I have booked my cylinder on 02-02-18 and 1 st cash memo generated on 22-02-18 then canceled why i dont know then i call them and they said they will provide me gas on 09-03-18 and again cash memo generated for 09-03-18 but its 13-03-18 today and i didnt receive my cylinder yet. Kindly do the needful.

                        Alongwith the gas bill there was another so called bill atqtached to it, without signature or date or the consumer name and without even distributor's name on it for rs.150/-. When asked for explanation, the delivery boy said that it was for inspection charges. When asked about the inspection form, he said it was not required! And when asked what inspection did he carried out he said that he had inspected whether the new cylinder supplied had the 'o' ring inside the nozzle! How can indane sent the delivery boy to dothe inspection, who doesn't even know the basic things nor he can read the inspection form! And the amount is supposed to be for two years. But the delivery boy was arguing that it is for each year! What is the truth? Is it yet another way on the part of indane to oblige the distributors without enhancing commission themselves, passing the burden onto the consumer, or are they also a party to the loot?

I booked the Gas on 2nd March, Cash memo generated on 6th March. we are following up with Agency from then. The gas is still not delivered. we have small kids at home and we are badly impacted.                             This is to report rude and greedy behavior by the delivery person.
                            My consumer no is cx63651.
                            Every time the delivery person comes to deliver a refill cylinder, he demonstrates a very rude and greedy behavior.
                            He rudely demands 40 50 rupees for delivery charge on top of the bill amount.
                            If you question, he miss behaves and leaves the cylinder outside the door.
                            My house is at ground floor with my door 5 meters from road.
                            My mother is a senior citizen, but he starts misbehaving and shouting at her, and refuse to give the remaining balance.
                            As if he is so much addicted to free money that he can't survive without it and he will go to any heights to get free money.
                            Today is once such bad day.

                            I've been warning the person for past many months, but seems he is least bothered about complaints and is not going to behave properly.
                            This is heights o[censored]nprofessional-ism. He never offers any digital payment options never shows the cylinder details like proper weight etc.
                            I request you to please take action on this so that we should not be getting such behavior again.

                              Sir i am sorry to say that there is lot of corruption in our area beacuse our disributer ludhiana gas service (Amar singh market, gurdwara kalgidhar road ludhiana) is not doing his job honestly as he doesn't supply the cylinders to the customer in time while they selling cylinders to many non consumer customers for like commercial uses. They made a black market of the lpg gas cylinders in our area. So please stop it and take action againts it. I

                                Pl solve this issues otherwise i will go to legal action like consumer forum, always his vendor & agency staff demanding extra money, its showing very bad reputation of iocl...

                                  This mail is regarding my recent unpleasant experience with iocl in mysore.
                                  I had been to the iocl vishwas service petrol pump station in mysore to fuel up and the representative there informed me that there is an offer on premium petrol i. E. One led bulb for fuel worth of rs 1000 and there were posters of the same in the petrol pump station.
                                  So after conforming with the staff i fueled up premium petrol worth of 2000 twice. After which the staff informed me to collect the bulbs tomorrow since where it was stored was locked. The next day when i went to the petrol pump station to collect they told me that it is unavailable now. I have attached the invoice for the same in the mail and i request iocl to look into the matter and provide us the led lamps as advertised in their fuel station.                                       Today i went to one fuel station of indian oil to get my tank fulled up named "vinayak petroleum" on sola road and saw that they were emptying the fuel tanker in the underground tank while the fuel station still operational and accessible to general public to get their tanks filled up. It is dangerous for the life of general public and it can lead to big accident leading to loss of lives and property
