My name is rajeswer thakur and my consumer number is d01809. My distrubuter name is dasna gass agency. Sr i want to ask you that dasna gass agency is not working good. He doest not provide cylinder for house. We face the hard problem for this cylinder. Every month we facing problem. My age is 62 and in my family is 2 member me and my wife. I request you please resolve my problem shorthy

My aadhar number is already linked with bank account also in the connection of lpg but i am not getting subsidy in bank account. My name is prem lata garg. My lpg connection id is [protected]. My adhar number is[protected]. My bank account number is in obc bank. My bank account number is [protected]. Bank ifse code is orbc0100793. I have recieved cylinder on 1 february 2018 but not get subsidy till now in my bank account.
I request you to see my complaint and work on it and send my subsidy as fast as possible..

Sri giridhar gas agency is not delivering the domestic gas to the customer properly.

After we book for the gas cylinder and after the waiting period is over, we get the 2nd message saying that the cash memo is generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly.

Soon after (Mostly 2 to 3 hours later) we get the message (3rd message) which says that your cylinder has been delivered - before the cylinder is delivered.

When i try to contact the agency they are not answering the calls promptly.

There seems to be some thing wrong. I feel that my booked cylinder is delivered somewhere else.

Request you to look in to this and check what is wrong with the agency.

One week back a person visited our house (In my absence) informing he is coming from shree chella gas agency, seliayur (Who is our gas supply agency) and insisted that he want to inspect the gas connection, when the elders at home asked for i. D card or any notification paper from him, he used hard words and insisted that they should believe and allow him to inspect the gas stove and pay rs.175/-. The eleders at home, without knowing who this is as well whether it is mandatory requirement,. Strongly refused to let him inside the house.

We request the concerned the authorities to take necessary steps
To instruct the agency to send a notice/letter to the customer/s well in advance stating the particular day or between particular periods the authorized mechanic, along with the copy of the letter send to the customer and id as well, will come and inspect the gas connection thereby we can allow the mechanic to do his duty.

A copy of this email will be sent to the company and agency for their reference.

This petrol pump is situated in the he heart of city gwalior. No toilet and drinking water facility on this petrol pump. On this petrol pump no credit card, debit card or paytm facilty for the consumer. This petrol pump service is very poor. This petrol pump is not giving receipts or bill to consumer. Check the all complaint and reject license of this petrol pump

The delivery boys with the gas cylinder are demanding extra money apart from the gas cylinder bill amount. If i refuse they are using abusive words. Kindly, take severe action against the gas service supplier station to tell their boys to not to demand extra money. This happened by the "bindu shakti gas service" station of city secunderabad, pincode-500056. Please take an action against them.

Today the gas agency boy came at my home for delivery the cylnder... That time only my mother at home, delivery boy gave tha gas leak cylnder to my mom... The seal is broken,, my mom say to delivery boy plz change my cylnder... Bt he miss behave to my mother... Nd thourgh the gas copy at the floor.. Nd say go to gas agency nd buy the cylnder from there.. I complaint in gas agency tell him all matter but they dont any responce, delivery boy say im not ur servent... This is too much... Hi indian oil,
I have a query/complaint regarding availability of equipments on indian oil petrol pumps. Actualy i have indian oil citibank credit card in which i have more than 1500 reward points to fill the petrol/deasel in my vehicle but due to unavailability of reward point machine on indian oil petrol pump i cant redeem my reward points so this is to request you please do available reward point machine on all indian oil petrol pump mostly in bijnor, uttar pradesh as soon as possible.

Sir i have put petrol for rs.100 in coco palla varam lakshmi kantham ss unit2 chennai 43 petrol bunk at 9.20 but they fuel indicator shows in dead red level only and i have asked the sales person, he has not responded to my question and given bill in the time 10.01. After reaching guindy spic my vehicle has stopped due to petrol tank dry. Please take this issue and solve it immediately. Gun girl has done some cheating while putting the petrol to my vehicle. Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have been cheated twice on indian oil fuel pump, shaheed deshraj petrol station. While filling the fuel these people on the pump they do not restart the process if a person is filling 100rs fuel then the next customer is been fueled by continuing the process they do not make the reading 0. It is very disappointing everytime we have to say to those people to make the reading 0 and fuel the bike. When talk to a person name suresh, he say our staff don't cheat at all. He is so confident, i think he also a part of that fraud.
I hope you take some quick actions

My consumer no. 33527. Raghav gas service loni road delhi. He has not delivered my calendar on time and roudly behave by staff and delivery man. Staff does not pic the phone. So i am very worried about it. Please solve my problem

I am. From Chennai, my name is udayakumar, getting IOC gas from Prema Agencies chennai.For the gas received on 26/12/17, I have not received the subsidy amount till date .Till last time it was credited to bank accounts correctly .when I referred the matter to the toll free no and customer care nos., there was no proper reply .They say that it will be credited to latest linking Aadhar account.As per Govt directive I have done linking of Aadhar nos. With banks / LIC/ Post offices .The latest one I done was with post office, even there also it has not been credited .I am really fed up.My LPG ID no.[protected], cons.no.005298
Please look into the matter and solve this problem

Please refer my s c no. 29254. Refill booked on 03.02.2018. Refill not delivered till date despite my captioned complaint.

Please let me know what is the time schedule for delivery of a refill once it is booked.

The same was information was sought in the captioned complaint but they have not bothered to let me know the time schedule.

In case i do not receive now also, i do not mind seeking the required information under rti from the ministry itself.

I can filed 200 rs diesel for my auto alfa passenger. On 14/02/18.in iocl habeeb filling station mpl road kadir 515591i. S. T. No: [protected]c
M. S. T. No: [protected]v. Invoice no: 190986. Nozzle no.1. They are giving shortage diesel. I shocked but i can another filled 100rs diesel on same date it can shows same half tank diesel. They fooling people. They are earning lot of money from poor people so plz take immediate action.

I used to fill petrol in my car & scooter from Victory filling station at Solan in Himachal Pradesh. Whenever I request to make payment by ATM / Debit Card, they oftenly refused to use card saying that machine is out of order. This happened many time whereas Govt. is giving stresss to make on line payment or e card payment. It is therefore requested to look into the matter seriously and direct the owner of filling station to not repeat such activity knowingly.
