Hi, i am registered with indane gas customer no. [protected]. Name of the distributor - abhiyash gas service, nehru nagar bhilai 490020.
Every time i booked a gas cylinder the gas delivered but the subsidy amount seems not been credited to my savings account with the registered bank. I haven't crossed the limit on the no. Of gas cylinders that could be taken at subsidy price per year. (As per govt) during my booking. Hence, certainly i am eligible for the subsidy. I have personally submitted my aadhar doc and id proof to the respective gas distributor and bank. Request indane gas (Iocl) to look into this complaint and provide quick resolution.

    My Aadhar card number .[protected].The gas agency name is dolphin Indane gas .the gas subsidy not create your account. The gas agency said to you Aadhar not like you bank.there go bank to link my Aadhar card Aadhar card inactive NPCI site.thae are many time go to bank to gas agency.

        I have been a regular customer of indian oil from the last 12 years. I have no complain against the quality of petrol that you provide. But i have problem against the fake advertisement that some of the pumping stations highlight. There is a petrol pump in sector 63, noida, and they have displayed posters and banners of xtra premium petrol in that specific locations but they don't sell it at all. They even wear t-shirts of the same but do not sell the exact commodity. They have put posters of xtra premium every where in the station, and while being asked, they said that selling xtra premium is not yet started in the station. The same statement is given by each and every employee in the station from the last 1 year or so.
        If they are not selling xtra premium petrol, then the posters of the same should not be displayed.

          My gas subsidies of the month sep-17& oct-17 (Ioc) are illegally diverted to airtel bank payment with out my consent. A no of times i contacted to customer - executive of airtel customer care. They replied that your subsidies amount will be sent to your previous bank account with in 48hrs. Till date the above said subsidies amount not transferred to previous bank account.

            Sir,
            Myself abha verma, a house wife. I have a gas connection in my name since before marriage. That was in name of abha prasad. After marriage i changed my surname to verma and had been using my gas connection since last 25 years. My aadhar card is in name of abha verma. Now i am unable to link online my aadhar number with lpg connection and for that i have been denied booking of gas any further.

              I am having a indane consumer connection no. [protected] with abhilash gas agencies, nehru nagar, near krishna public school, in durg district, bhilai. I have booked for the refills on 04.01.2018 and 08.01.2018 by phone so please refer the numbers from your end. But, till the date refill is not delivered to me despite my repeated requests. Of late, my registration number itself is seemed not on record. Ironically enough, it is learnt some customers in this area, who booked recently, were also given refills. The agency is reluctant to give a proper reply on my inquiry in this regard over phone which is coming as engaged tone. Now being house wife where shall i go cyclinder? In this regard kind attention is drawn in to the matter for immediate supply of the refill and to avoid further recurrence of such incidents.

                  I am uday sadhu.. Lpg consumer no.03256... Distributor.. M/s aparajita gas service... Habra.. Kamarthuba...
                  Subject matter:
                  1) delivery boy collecting rs.25/- extra while delivering cylinder. Threatening not to deliver cylinder if extra amt not paid. Complaint lodged with dealer on several occasions, no result.
                  2) while delivering cylinder, it is not checked, not weighed in front of consumer. Refuses to give mandatory service.
                  3) cash memo not handed over while delivering cylinder.
                  4) rs. 150/- recovered by dealer for inspection and service from each consumer. But no inspection and service extended by dealer's representative. Dealer is looting consumers in the name of inspection.
                  I need / demand visible steps for remedy and pl inform me in this regard.

                    They told me, he could not given the cylinder due to one cylinder issued to my consmer no. And they said, you can take second cylinder otherwise they cut the connection.
                    They told it"s upper division order.
                    If its happened then they have to told on my last deliveryor at phone call

                      Today i went my sodepur indane office and they are saying they can not help for online, and the dbc charge is a package that is rs. 2115 with some product like lighter etc.br...

                        Maine ritesh nagori ne activa 4 g me shree seva indian oil dealer opp e square pune 411016 se 350 rs ka petrol fill kiya jiski date 4/1/18 time 11.39am bill no. 6500 hai.
                        Petrol fill bahut kam hua, complaint karne par bhi staff mujhe hi ulta bol rahe the. Khule aam chori. Worst petrol pump in pune. Don't fill petrol from this pump. Ki automatically pump band ho jaye.

                          I made an online payment via ICICI Net Banking for booking a refill cylinder on Jan 4th @ 01:16 pm, the amount of Rs 747.67/- was deducted from the bank account, but booking was not confirmed. I wanted to check if there is a way to contact Indane on the booking status. All it says is please check after 30 days on the payment status and not allowing me to book a cylinder.

                          Please share any contact number of Indane or a way to contact them on checking the status

The delivery man is insisting on paying rs 150/ - for some checkup and is refusing to deliver the cylinder unless we pay rs 150/ -. I am an office goer and my watchman takes delivery of the cylinder. That time i was submitted my pan card aather card bank accounts details and room agreement paper etc. All documents submitted to shri giridhar agencies. Address indane gas distributers, no 58.                                   I am having consumer no. S2476 with saaheb distributors' agency, ph. No.[protected]/1746, 360a upendranath banerjee road, kolkata 700060. Today morning i went to that office for submitting kyc. Because when i got message, that time i was out of station.
                                  But really i am very upset for agency staff rana guha's behaviour. One of agency staff talked with me and processed my work but rana guha constantly disturbed and behaved with me so rudely.
                                  I am the patient of high b. P. And nerve. So if agency staff behaved liked that, then may be people will fall sick. So please take necessery steps against him. I will be grateful to you.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      On 2nd jan 2018, i have put a petrol of rs.100 in tms petrol bunk, salem-636001, but he put a petrol showing in meter was rs.100.53. I drive a bike within a kilometer, it comes to reserve. So i return back to petrol bunk, discuss regarding above complaint, that person check the meter and say that it showing error and given one bill for rs.70 and put a petrol again for rs.30.46. Again i got 10 kilometers only. Regarding this matter i complaint to that petrol bunk owner he not given proper answer. My worry was how many customers are cheated like me, who will take action against a mishandling of petrol..
