Good morning
I am indian oil regular customer but last few months i am suffering regarding subsidies my distributer shiv indian ahemadabad not giving any information so i am cancelled my lpg now i am transferred my lpg in meghani indian ahemadabad last 7-8 months i am already submitted all documents but still i am not receiving any support. Plz do some support my lpg no.[protected]

    Sub: non delivery of refill cylinder (Lpg-gas) against booking ref. No:
    582771

    I manish kumar, whose consumer no. Is 144081, had booked refill cylinder (Lpg-gas) vide booking ref. No: 582771 on 10.01.2018. But cylinder was not delivered to me and cash memo [protected] was generated on on 12.01.2018 and massage of same came to my mob. No. [protected]. When i contacted delivery man mr. Yadav on his mob. No.[protected], he told that i will delivered to you on 15.01.2018. When i asked why he had delivered cylinder to other, he misbehaved. Then i told him that i am going to lodge a complain against you. After that he came today morning to my quarter for delivery. But i send him back. This was second time that he had not delivered the cylinder and cash memo of delivery was generated. Before this incident, i had booked cylinder with ref. No. 575744 on 29.12.2017 and cylinder was delivered to others with cash memo [protected]. At that time i warned him not to do again in future. But again he repeated this.
    This is my humble request to the esteem authority of the grievance cell that please do necessary action against the delivery man so that this will not repeated in future.

      I am a customer of indane gas ltd of ioc, my consumer no is cx 9793278. I got my lpg cylinder delivered on 05 jan 2018. But till dt i have not received the subsidy amount. Request let me know the reason and credit the same in my adhaar linked bank account no please. The cash memo generated by m/s meherangarh gas is [protected]. The inconvenience has started from the last issue of cylinder only. Already i have transferred the gas from command gas agency in visakhapatnam to mehrangarh gas. Since that time i have completed all the formalities required to recd the benefits of dbtl. Kindly cooperate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,

        I am anand kumar jha, a customer of indane gas, i had a cylinder book, but my subsidy amount not link my bank account, then i talked to the indane customer care, he told that your bank is not linked to the aadhar card, because your amount is not coming from bank account, but i have already linked my addhar card to the bank, but there are no updates from indane gas, so i request you to have my last & coming subsidy amount sent back my account.

        & again call customer care, he says by mistake you wrongly clicked 'give up subsidy'. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate 'give up subsidy' i want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy.

        Please update & subsydry amount link my bank acount.
        Please help me.

        I am Anand kumar jha, a customer of Indane Gas, I had booking cylinder, and then I talked to Indane gas customer care, then he told me that your Aadhar card is not linked bank account, but I have already updated Aadhaar card link in bank,
        so please send me subsidy amount in my account, But did not come, then I talked to the customer care then he told me you give up subsidy, I do not even know when I did;;;??????,
        So please deactivate my subsidy give up & refund my account, and update Aadhar card account update to indane gas account.

          My dealer is Seetharam Indane Gas Service, Jigani, Bangalore. Non receipt of subsidy on Domestc Cylinders supplied to me. Since 2015, I have been supplied 14 Cylinders and out of 14, only 3 Clinders subsidy have been credited to my Bank account and rest 11 cylinders subsidy have not been credited to my Bank account. My Consumer No. is 4316.
          My dealer is Seetharam Indane Gas Service, Jigani, Bangalore. My Conumer No. is 4316. I have obtained LPG Domestic Cylinders -14 nos, sinceFeb 2015 till now. Out of 14, only 3 cylinders subsidy have been credited to my bank Account, Rest subsidy have not been credited.
          Regulary i am getting the lpg subsidy transferred to my bank account, recently AIrtel has linked my aadhar no and my LPG amount was transferred to airtel account without my consent. Subsequently I cancelled airtel linking aadhar and request to transfer to my SBi account. but so far nothing has been done

            Gas connection no.[protected].

            I have two cylinders gas connection.
            For the cylinder supplied on 1.11.2017, i gave connection on 4.01.2018.
            It lasted for 9 days only. I conclude that used cylinder was supplied.
            Please take action and respond. I am using indane gas for the past
            50 years. I never had this sort of experience. The seal is
            Not fool proof and it is easy to fix the seal in used cylinder also.

            So i have ordered for new gas cylinder today. Thanking you,

              This refers to the above mentioned subject.in this regard, i wish to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased petrol worth rs. 450/- from apna petrol pump today at 7.25 pm. I have asked the concerned filling person to use lock system during petrol filling and the lock should be auto-cut. But i am surprised that after telling this thing to the filling boy he has taken off the lock immediately when the meter shows rs. 450/-, and when i objected, he says that we are used to it and we don’t care. Do whatever you want to do. I asked them to give your number or contact details, but they refused to give us the information.

              I have taken your contact details from the wall outside. I have made a telephonic call immediately to you (At 7.35 pm approx.) from my under-mentioned number, but you won’t pick the phone.in my opinion this is theft of our price money & petrol.

              I request your goodself to take appropriate action against such employees so that public will not suffer.

                I have book cylender on 1-1-18 with rathwa gas agency. Till i have not received cylinder. I have call many times to them n everytime they tells today came but not received yet. Even their head tells that u have not booked cylinder from april so its ur duty that u have to booked early.in winter delivery is always late. Pls do needful for the same.

                    Purchased fuel petrol on Standard Chartered credit Card for Rs. 2000/- on 02/01/2018. But digital discount on the above transaction of Rs. 15/- has not been credited even after 9 days which is supposed to be credited within 3 days. Bank says they have not received credit from IOCL, Bunk says they can't do any thing about. Please help in getting this amount back in my card account.                           Hi, i am registered with indane gas customer no. [protected]. Name of the distributor - abhiyash gas service, nehru nagar bhilai 490020.
                          Every time i booked a gas cylinder the gas delivered but the subsidy amount seems not been credited to my savings account with the registered bank. I haven't crossed the limit on the no. Of gas cylinders that could be taken at subsidy price per year. (As per govt) during my booking. Hence, certainly i am eligible for the subsidy. I have personally submitted my aadhar doc and id proof to the respective gas distributor and bank. Request indane gas (Iocl) to look into this complaint and provide quick resolution.

                                I have been a regular customer of indian oil from the last 12 years. I have no complain against the quality of petrol that you provide. But i have problem against the fake advertisement that some of the pumping stations highlight. There is a petrol pump in sector 63, noida, and they have displayed posters and banners of xtra premium petrol in that specific locations but they don't sell it at all. They even wear t-shirts of the same but do not sell the exact commodity. They have put posters of xtra premium every where in the station, and while being asked, they said that selling xtra premium is not yet started in the station. The same statement is given by each and every employee in the station from the last 1 year or so.
                                If they are not selling xtra premium petrol, then the posters of the same should not be displayed.

                                    Myself abha verma, a house wife. I have a gas connection in my name since before marriage. That was in name of abha prasad. After marriage i changed my surname to verma and had been using my gas connection since last 25 years. My aadhar card is in name of abha verma. Now i am unable to link online my aadhar number with lpg connection and for that i have been denied booking of gas any further.

                                      I am having a indane consumer connection no. [protected] with abhilash gas agencies, nehru nagar, near krishna public school, in durg district, bhilai. I have booked for the refills on 04.01.2018 and 08.01.2018 by phone so please refer the numbers from your end. But, till the date refill is not delivered to me despite my repeated requests. Of late, my registration number itself is seemed not on record. Ironically enough, it is learnt some customers in this area, who booked recently, were also given refills. The agency is reluctant to give a proper reply on my inquiry in this regard over phone which is coming as engaged tone. Now being house wife where shall i go cyclinder? In this regard kind attention is drawn in to the matter for immediate supply of the refill and to avoid further recurrence of such incidents.

                                        I changed my home and requested indane gas to update my gas booking address, but they have added wrong address in which instead of adding house no-107 they have added - 101, please take corrective action on this.
