I am uday sadhu.. Lpg consumer no.03256... Distributor.. M/s aparajita gas service... Habra.. Kamarthuba...
Subject matter:
1) delivery boy collecting rs.25/- extra while delivering cylinder. Threatening not to deliver cylinder if extra amt not paid. Complaint lodged with dealer on several occasions, no result.
2) while delivering cylinder, it is not checked, not weighed in front of consumer. Refuses to give mandatory service.
3) cash memo not handed over while delivering cylinder.
4) rs. 150/- recovered by dealer for inspection and service from each consumer. But no inspection and service extended by dealer's representative. Dealer is looting consumers in the name of inspection.
I need / demand visible steps for remedy and pl inform me in this regard.

We are connected with mann gas service bathinda. They could not given me my booked lpg cylinder..
They told me, he could not given the cylinder due to one cylinder issued to my consmer no. And they said, you can take second cylinder otherwise they cut the connection.
They told it"s upper division order.
If its happened then they have to told on my last deliveryor at phone call

Dated on[protected], that time i have not find any online pay option. Till i am not finding the online pay option in your online portal.

Today i went my sodepur indane office and they are saying they can not help for online, and the dbc charge is a package that is rs. 2115 with some product like lighter etc.br...

Wrongly click give it up button please deactivate give it up subsidy
I cannot receive my subsidy last three months. So please help me
To deactivate give it up subsidy & again continue my subsidy.

Maine ritesh nagori ne activa 4 g me shree seva indian oil dealer opp e square pune 411016 se 350 rs ka petrol fill kiya jiski date 4/1/18 time 11.39am bill no. 6500 hai.
Petrol fill bahut kam hua, complaint karne par bhi staff mujhe hi ulta bol rahe the. Khule aam chori. Worst petrol pump in pune. Don't fill petrol from this pump. Ki automatically pump band ho jaye.

I made an online payment via ICICI Net Banking for booking a refill cylinder on Jan 4th @ 01:16 pm, the amount of Rs 747.67/- was deducted from the bank account, but booking was not confirmed. I wanted to check if there is a way to contact Indane on the booking status. All it says is please check after 30 days on the payment status and not allowing me to book a cylinder.

Please share any contact number of Indane or a way to contact them on checking the status

Sir i booked for a cylinder on 31.12.2017 with our lpg dealer m/s south madras gas agency, thiruvengatam street, mylapore, chennai. Phone no[protected], 24938866. The delivery man is insisting on paying rs 150/ - for some checkup and is refusing to deliver the cylinder unless we pay rs 150/ -. I am an office goer and my watchman takes delivery of the cylinder. I was taken indane lpg connection on dated 21/04/2017. That time i was submitted my pan card aather card bank accounts details and room agreement paper etc. All documents submitted to shri giridhar agencies. Address indane gas distributers, no 58. Shop no 3. Fdm km cariyappa bhawan. Residency road. Bangalore:- 560025. My consumer no [protected]. Plz. Do the need full. Submitted complain about that to office but still not solved the issue..

Please delink my aadhar number[protected] from Bhagirathi gas agency, Nehru Vihar, karawal nagar road, delhi 110094. I am Bhagat Singh Narwani. Please delink my aadhar number from your agency. I have to link my aadhar number with my new gas agency. As with Bhagirathi gas agency my aadhar number unnecessarily linked. As this is my father number and I am not required gas from you. Please delink my aadhar number with your gas agency.

I am having consumer no. S2476 with saaheb distributors' agency, ph. No.[protected]/1746, 360a upendranath banerjee road, kolkata 700060. Today morning i went to that office for submitting kyc. Because when i got message, that time i was out of station.
But really i am very upset for agency staff rana guha's behaviour. One of agency staff talked with me and processed my work but rana guha constantly disturbed and behaved with me so rudely.
I am the patient of high b. P. And nerve. So if agency staff behaved liked that, then may be people will fall sick. So please take necessery steps against him. I will be grateful to you.

Dear sir,

On 2nd jan 2018, i have put a petrol of rs.100 in tms petrol bunk, salem-636001, but he put a petrol showing in meter was rs.100.53. I drive a bike within a kilometer, it comes to reserve. So i return back to petrol bunk, discuss regarding above complaint, that person check the meter and say that it showing error and given one bill for rs.70 and put a petrol again for rs.30.46. Again i got 10 kilometers only. Regarding this matter i complaint to that petrol bunk owner he not given proper answer. My worry was how many customers are cheated like me, who will take action against a mishandling of petrol..

I am a customer with indane lpg gas service since quite long. My first gas agency was kay aar enterprises old rohtak road, delhi. But i have changed my distributor because we had shifted to our new house which is in aman vihar, kirari suleman nagar, delhi - 110086 (North west zone) as my father retired form railway. My current distributor is goodwill gas agency add - f-3/446, jj colony sultanpuri, new delhi.

Sir i am anil kumar having account in sbi bank krishna nagar operating last 2011 & also my adhhar no. Is linked with my bank account but lpg subsirdery not received
Due to this on feb. 2017 i open my account in bank of baroda & my subsidery amount automatically transfer in this account. Now i closed my bank of baorda account on dt. 21/10/2017
Therefore, i want my subsidery amount in my sbi bank a/c. Detail as follow:-

My consumer no is 29628. (Indian oil coporation)
My subsidy is not credited in my account. From last 3 to 5 months my subsidy was credited to airtel payment bank without my consent. Later on i told the airtel subscriber to disconnect the same but now it is also not credited in my actual union bank account. And our distributor (Sonu gas surat) is not ready to seed our subsidy with union bank account, they behave rudely and don't listen customer query. They have taken my aadhar card copy 3 to 4 times but not accepting copy of bank passbook & saying it is not required as it is already attached but the problem is not solved. Bank is also saying that we can seed only aadhar to bank account for lpg subsidy querry you should contact your distributor.
What can i do??

Sir this written to draw your attention over my gas agencies which makes regular check and charges money. They visit every 3 months and charge with 377 rs on basis of regular check up, which is suppose to be held once in a 5 year. But they perform this twice in a 3 months and charged with 177 rs service checkup and 190 for providing thier own pipe (Which has 100 actual price in market). If we oppose them they assure us that they will fire my services. Sir i urge u to look into this matter before they thrice or quad in 5 years period..

विषय: डीज़ल में अधिक मात्रा में मिट्टी के तेल की मिलावट होने से गाडी ख़राब हो गयी, अतः मुझ को मेरी गाडी ठीक करवा कर दी जाय.

आप सभी आदरणीयों का में तहे दिल से अभिनन्दन करता हु, की आप ने अपने कीमती समय में से समय निकल कर मेरे सन्देश को देखा उसके लिए में आप का आभारी हु.

श्री मान में अश्वनी चौहान निवासी उत्तर प्रदेश, आगरा. आप को एक शिकायत दर्ज करवाना चाहता हु, महोदय में दिनांक[protected] को इटावा जाने के लिए अपने घर से निकल और अपने नजदीकी अमर सहीद जीतेन्द्र इंडियन ऑयल के पेट्रोल पंप से करीब सुबह 8:०० से 8:15 के बिच डीज़ल अपनी वेंटो कार यू पी 80 बी यू 4301 में 890 रूपए का करीब 15 डीज़ल डलवा कर निकल गया, लेकिन रस्ते में मेरी गाडी अचानक ख़राब होगयी उसको फिर में वहा से उठवा कर आगरा लाया तो पता लगा की डीज़ल में अधिक मात्रा में मिट्टी का तेल मिला हुआ है, जिसकी वजह से मेरी गाडी ख़राब हो गयी और गाडी में बहुत नुकसान हो गया है,

मेरा श्री मान से यही अनुग्र है की मेरी गाडी में जो भी नुकसान हुआ है उसकी भरपाई करवाई जाये.

एवं एक बार फिर आप सभी का सुक्रिया की आप ने मेरे संदश को देखा, इन्ही शब्दो के साथ में अपने शब्दो को विराम देता हु एवं आप से उम्मीद रखता हु मेरी गाडी का हर्जाना जल्द से जल्द मुझ को दिलवाएंगे जिससे मेरी गाडी जल्द ही ठीक हो पाए.

Delivered a cylinder with past due date. On dec 8th, delivered a cylinder with due date of c-17 (September 2017). When is asked him to change it, he refused and asked me to come and change in person. As i'm an woman, i couldn't lift it for long distance. So requested him but he refused to change it. Then i called gas agency and waited for one week. It started leaking, so called gas agency again. They sent a mechanic, but he did something and refused to change it again. So please help me to get rid of this issue. If something happens, it will affect the houses nearer to my home. So please work on it and help to get it resolved

Yesterday in evening i went for petrol filling in my two wheeler. Firstly they denied to fill normal petrol which they were having n fillling in cars they lied that we do only have power petrol. But at same time other nozzle normal petrol availabe at stage. So when i was asking for that but he was misbehaving with me.

Existing iob account was closed on 06.10.2016.

Later aadhaar card was submitted in sbi bank for lpg linking and adhaar seeding.

Aadhaar seeding completed, but amount was not credited in my account.

So many times request to lpg dealer sri saila gas services, they are not solved till date.
