Maine abhi 13/12/17 ko geeta gas agency se gas booking karya that geeta gas agency per abhi tak gas delivered nahi hue. Jab maine booking no per call kiya to us per batya ja raha hai ki abki gas delivered 11/12/17ho gaye hai jabki abhi tak muhje mere cylinder nahi mil paya hai. Agar maine 13 dec ko gas book krya hai to 11 dec mai kaise delivered ho skta hai. Asa hi phele bhi do bar ho chuka hai ki maine gas booking nahi karye hai phir bhi mere phon per gas booking k msg aaya aur phir delivered hone k bhi msg aaya jabki maine koi booking nahi karye the.

    My consumer number is 17062, Kolkata. Booking Ref. No. 902751, Cash Memo No. [protected], Cash Memo Date 14 Dec. 2017, I call Delivery boy, but ignore to deliver the gas at time, still saturday 16th. December 2017 not delivered the gas, I am in very trouble. Do something needful, Thanks. There were no weight machine to satisfy customer.

      Consumer no [protected] booking ref 779003 cancelled by dealer without any call. On the again booking ref 785488 cash memo issue on 09-12-17. Till now refill not delivered. Dealer is supplying gas to their special customers as gas was available with dealer. It should be stopped and refill should be delivered immediately as it is a utility required timely. I am facing problems since[protected]Date of booking which has been cancelled by dealer). Strong action required against dealer.

        Coimbatore. Consumer no.278510. I have not received subsidy since july 2017. Cylinder deli. Dt. 30.07.2017, 6.09.2017, 25.10.2017, 02.11.2017 and 04.12, 2017 subsidy not received.

        Kindly verify and credit subsidy.

        Sengar indane gas adhoc panki gas agency not supplying gas cylinder on the booking of on line gas system. he supplied gas cylinder without cash memo, so subsidy can be interrupted. please see the matter.
        Dear team,

        My consumer no is [protected], my distributed (Sharma Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar) is not delivering my gas cylinder, and even when I call him for the cylinder delivery he started abusing on phone and behaved very rudely and ask me to change the agency.

          I have an gas connection with indian and mouryateja indane gas agency is my distributor. I have applied for gas refill cylinder online on 10th december 2017. I receiver the confirmation message on my phone on 11th december 2017. On approaching the mouryateja indane gas agency for refill cylinder on 11th december 2017 they said that they are charging rs 300 for immediate delivery or i have to wait for 7 days. Today is 15 december 2017 and now they are saying that they will now sent the information to agency and we will get another message from agency, gas refill will be delivered after 48 hours after that. Could you please take necessary action against the distributor taking bribe for gas delivery. We are not getting gas on time as gas distributor is giving gas on bribe.

            Report on irregularities in respect of petrol pump outlet awarded by indian oil corporation ltd (Iocl) in 1967 at p. O. Balipara, distt sonitpur assam to m/s goel trading company (Gtc).
            Iocl guwahati let out petrol/diesel pump agency to mr goel trading company (Gtc) in balipara, rangapara road, distt sonitpur assam in 1967. At the time of letting out the agency, my father mr chatursen jain signed as a partner of goel trading company. On lodging an rti iocl informed me that they have no partnership deed of m/s goel trading company. Mr chatursen jain expired in 1986 death certificate provided to iocl guwahati). Also provided to iocl was evidence by way of passport which showed me as son of mr chatursen jain. Since the death of my father mr chatursen jain, a person by the name of mr ravinder kumar jain (Posing to be son of mr chatursen jain and one of the partners of m/s goel trading company is signing the papers and a person called bimal jain (An independent businessman in nearby town tezpur), is collecting the supplies and selling through the above petrol pump. As far as iocl is concerned both are unknown parties to them as they have no record on either of them since the agency was let out in 1967. I am a partner of m/s goel trading co (See partnership deed already supplied to iocl) since 1963 together with mr ravinder jain and my father mr chatursen jain, however denied any benefit from sales from this petrol pump, as iocl guwahati accepts signatures of mr r k jain to release petrol/diesel supplies to mr bimal jain and i come nowhere in the picture. Petrol pump has been leased out by mr r k jain who has been living in delhi for the last 25 years to bimal jain who lives in tezpur assam and pays monthly rent to r k jain. Since mr r k jain signs the document he keeps all the rent to himself. Recently mr ravinder jain fraudulently sold the petrol pump land which belonged to my father mr chatursen jain to mr bimal jain.
            Therefore, clearly neither this petrol pump is being operated by goel trading company nor it stands on its own land. This is in breach of iocl rules and regulations governing running of petrol pump outlets. Mr pegoo, dy general manager, retail sales ([protected]@indianoil, in) based in east point towers, bamuni maidan guwahati 781021 was made aware of this on several occasions in the past. However, it soon became apparent that he is "hands in glove" with mr bimal jain and therefore making this illegal business possible. When i approached mr pegoo on 4th december 2017 in his office personally, i was told by him that being an nri i cannot hold partnership in a iocl franchise namely goel trading company's partnership. I am infact overseas citizen of india (Oci) card holder (Copies of oci supplied to iocl already), which different to being an nri. According to advice i have received from counsel general of india (Cgi) in sydney, australia he confirmed in writing to me that oci card holders are entitled to do business in india. A copy of this email with a request to contact cgi directly, if necessary, was conveyed to mr pegoo.in summary, not only is this petrol pump being runs against iocl rules due to corrupt conduct of mr pegoo, but he also denies my right to be a partner in goel trading company.
            On my reporting of this matter to prime minister’s office as a case of rampant and open corruption iocl suspended the supplies to gtc vide their letter dated 30.03.2016 ref: rec/gdo/ro/15-16/gt/2 issued by mr d. Datta, chief divisional retail sales manager.
            Mr r k jain then went to tezpur court and managed to get an order for temporary restoration of supplies. Mr r k jain also sought an order from tezpur court to accept a partnership deed with him and his younger brother narender jain as partners of gtc, which was never registered. This is matter is pending with the court. I as a partner of goel trading company at the time of award of dealership by iocl in 1967, i filed an application in tezpur court for impleadment as a party in this case, as a son of mr chatursen jain (Proof of passport provided to iocl) as well as a partner of goel trading company (A copy of partnership deed provided to iocl). Tezpur court accepted my impleadment. However, mr r k jain has challenged this in guwahati high court and obtained a stay order very recently.
            My complaint with iocl is:
            1. Due to corrupt conduct of mr pegoo, iocl did not appeal against temporary relief to r k jain who had been fraudulently taking supplies and is encouraging mr bimal jain and mr r k jain in their illegal affairs.
            2. Mr pegoo maintains that since i am an oci card holder i am not entitled to do business in india, which is quite contrary to ministry of external affairs guidelines/rules and regulations governing oci card holders. This is when all along he had been taking me as an nri and heard the word oci first time from me.
            3. He basically wants me to just “get lost”. My discussions with him made that clear. Clearly, he risks losing his regular flow of income from bimal jain through his illegal affairs.
            4. Mr pegoo has been supplying petrol to gtc’s petrol pump based on r k jain’s signatures without knowing who he actually is. Supplies were actually stopped by mr d. Dutta though mr pegoo claims credit for it to escape corruption charges.
            As a partner of gtc i am more than happy to comply with requirements laid out in iocl’s letter dated 30.03.2016 ref: rec/gdo/ro/15-16/gt/2 issued by mr d. Datta, chief divisional retail sales manager for the recommencement of gtc’s petrol pump to operate it in a fully legal way complaint with iocl’s requirements.
            My request to you therefore is
            1. To investigate the fraudulent manner in which mr pegoo of iocl, guwahati has been allowing gtc’s petrol pump to operate for decades through his corrupt conduct and take necessary action against him.
            2. Restore my right as a partner in gtc who never relinquished his partnership in gtc since 1963.
            3. Take pro-active measures and either stop supplies to gtc with immediate effect or atleast lodge an appeal in guwahati high court to obtain a stay order on tezpur court’s decision to ask iocl to continue supplies to gtc temporarily, until they comply with requirements laid out in iocl’s letter dated 30.03.2016 ref: rec/gdo/ro/15-16/gt/2.
            I can assure you that this action will speak highly of iocl as a just, fair and transparent organisation to be proud of.
            A complain to pmo’s office has been again lodged by me on 11/12/2017 and has been registered vide registration number pmopg/e/2017/0626321.

              I wanted to buy a new regulator from lakshmi gas agency - in which i am a customer. Customer no - 21047
              I have no indane regulator, because i returned my regulator to the gas agency of chennai while i shifted to andra pradesh in 2110. I was using a regulator which i bought in a shop in chennai.
              Now that regulator is not working well. Hence when i went to buy a new one in the above mentioned agency, they are demanding rs 500/= from me.
              Kindly do the needful.

                I cannot understand you are asking 150 rupees for checking gas stove, tube and cylinder

                Totally useless and look like scam

                In web, you mentioned as 75 rupees but your agency (Raniee enterprises, madipakkam, chennai) asks 150 rupees

                Confirm the real amount for inspection and also do work for getting the amount from us

                      I am a consumer of indane gas and getting supply thro guagan indane gas,
                      Erode. I was receiving my subsidy to my sbi sb a/c [protected], erode gh rd branch. From april 2017 onwards, i did not get my subsidy to my sbi a/c. Instead for april 2017 it has gone to my corporation bank account. From may 2017 onwards, it is going to airtel money bank.
                      I would like to furnish the following info:
                      1. I did not open any airtel money bank account.
                      2. I have given in writing to gugan indane gas, erode my sbi a/c details to receive my subsidy and i have been receiving as well.
                      3. What should i do to get back my subsidy for the previous months?
                      4. How to regularise this subsidy payments?

                        My Indane Gas connection automatic transferred to Sengar indane gas adhoc panki gas agency Kanpur (UP) from Satyasai Indane gas agency Kanpur (UP) without any information. Current time new gas agency (Sengar...) is not supplying gas cylinder on the booking of on line gas system and always message received from his side "Dear Indane customer your refill booking no... stand cancelled" if supplied gas cylinder on many request on mobile than he send cylinder without cash memo, so subsidy can be interrupted and no responsibility of rifling, damage, water in cylinder etc. So please see the matter.

                          I have taken diesel on dated 15/11/2017 from rajbir auto centre faridabad (Hr) at 7 pm of rs-2200/ and i got average of my vichele 9km/liter in place of 18 km/liter i am using my vdi swift since 2015 and always average comes 18-19 km/liter.
                          I have taken diesel first time by this petrol pump.
                          I got actual diesel of rs-1000/ only.

                            Gass booking hoone pr bhi gass ki suply 1month baad bhi nahi aati hai, jab complaine karoo to kahte hai ki computer me problam hai ye inki har month ki complane hai jab dobara book karte hai to silender me gass kam aati hai, indian gass ke supply boy deepak avasthi jo hamse 3year pahle new slinder ke liye 8000rs liye, abhi tak na silender diye ur na rs. Diye complaine kiya to office wale bolte hai ki mujhe nahi pata.
                            Sir meri samsya kaa hal kirne ki kripaa kare, anyatha mujhe company kee khilaff conjumer court me jaana padega...

                                "my name is p. Srinivasulu and my customer i. D for cooking gas supply thro my dealer m/s s. E. Muthu agencies (Located in v3elachery region in chennai city) is 19986. I had linked my customer i. D with my aadhar no as early as jan 2015 thro my bank (Andhara bank, velachery branch, chennai and i had been receiving my gas subsidy ever since, in to my sb account no :
                                [protected]at this branch. I have not changed my bank ever since and the last remittance of subsidy in to this account was verified to be rs 303.10 on[protected]both from the dealer's computer data and my my bank pass book!! After that i had changed the gas cylinder seven times ;but the subsidy was not remitted in to this account!! When i enquired with the dealer m/s muthu agencies, i found to m surprise the following revelation. On[protected], an amount of rs 125.35 was credited in to another bank account of mine in ratnakar bank against particulars entry wriiten as apbscrioc ref n[protected], which was not initially recognised by me as gas subsidy remittance. After that date, the subsidy was not received even in this ratnakar bank account!
                                ! How this new bank name came in to your record is still surprising!! On the advice of my gas supply dealer aboue mentioned, i once again registered my aadhar no in to the original andhra bank accunt, given aboue as i am still holding this account and it was convenient also to me. The most surprising part is revealed to day by my dealer that my subsidy amount for the subsequent seven refills were sent to a third bank, called united india bank, where i had long back closed my sb account. The bank had therefore returned the money to ioc and the computer data with my dealer shows that the remittances failed. But i was not informed either by ioc or by my dealer till now!!! The failed amounts sent to and returned back to ioc from united india bank were rs 65.65 each on 12/8/2017, 6/9/2017, 26/9/2017 and on 13/10.2017, rs 65.65 each (On 4 occations!!), and further 177.39 on 1/11 2017, rs 177.39 again sent and returned on 17/11/2017 and recently rs 266.31 sent on 30/11/2017 — all these amounts sent again, by mistake to the same united india bank and returned back to ioc. Who is responsible for this kind of irregular subsidy remittance from ioc?? Why the customer is kept in dark by ioc as well as the dealer all these months???! The dealer says he is not responsible for subsidy remittance and only ioc should be contacted!!
                                Will you please look in to these anamolies and arrange remit the returned amounts from united bank and also 'cancel that bank name (United india bank) with my customer i. D and in its place, note the andhra bank account no, aboue given as the subsidy receiving bank account in future, for my customer id 19986 still continuing with the same dealer m/s muthu agencies in chennai, as he is the only one in our neighbourhood to be approaced by me as a senior citizen. Please lookin to all the anamolies aboue pointed out and arrange to call m on my mobile no [protected] in chenai city where i have now settled and remit the outstanding amounts to my andhra bank account aboue given and record this bank only for future remittance of gas subsidy!!!

                                I have today again " first delinked and again re linked" (as advised by the gas supply agent to day ), my Aadhar no with my bank account no. [protected]@ Andhra bank, velachery branch in chennai city, (IFSC code where I had first linked in 2015 for crediting the gas subsidy. I understand IOC is choosing the bank, for sending the subsidy amount, the bank where i have "most recently" got the aadhar no linked to a bank SB account!!! Even then, The United bank of India, where you have been sending subsidy amount in recent months from[protected] does nYou have not cared to verify with the customer why this is happening so many times !! why then you are accumulating all such refunded amounts and have not even advised me as the IOC customer what is the bank to which the subsidy amount needs to be sent, starting from[protected] till date and in future too!!!
                                Will you pl confirm that you have now in your computer data, got entered my latest linking (today!!)of my aadhar no with the same Sb account @ andhra bank, velachery br, Chennai-600042 (A/c No aboue given)and you will please quickly arrange to credit to this account all such subsidy amounts returned by United bank of india, velachery br and Andhra bank a/c aboue given will will be recorded for future gas refill subsidies as well!
                                (Pl note the IFSC code of andhara bank, velachery as ANDB0001174, its MICR code is[protected] and the manager's contact tel.no is[protected] My mobile no is [protected] in Chennai and i may be called for any more clarification needed on this subject!! I will look forward to have this assurance quickly please...

                                  On 28 th November 2017 I filled petrol in this pump in my car MH15BN5669. I asked to fill petrol worth Rs2000/-. The man filled Rs400/- and stopped, when I questioned- he said he heard me asking for Rs400/- only. When I told him that I ordered for Rs 2000/- worth, he immediately changed figure to 1600/- .I objected that he should set the metre to zero then restart- to this he said machine automatically does it ! But My car-metre showed less ! I knew I had got only Rs1600/- worth of fuel. I asked for manager but he was not in his office. I then said I will lodge a complaint with IOC. Then another man came to me, noticing my displeasure, saying perhaps a mistake is made so he will compensate for the less filling and asked me to repark the car at pump and filled another Rs 400/- worth of petrol. I had faced same situation on earlier occaisions but did not argue. This time when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they corrected themselves.This clearly indicates that they must be doing this with many like me and duping them ! I am attaching my credit card payment slip. I expect some stern action against this petrol outlet - otherwise reputation of IOC is at stake.

                                    My cooking gas connection number is cx 8650018 (Bajrangi indane gas agency, yashoda nagar kanpur, u. P). I always book gas in time but its a regular practice of agency that they never deliever gas in time, even many time i m calling to agency person and owner but they always reply negative. This time we booked the gas on 21st of november but till today i didnt got any delivery... Some body told me about this complaint site so i am writing to you. Otherwise i will complain to higher consumer court against this gas agency...
