While I want to petrol in Bike on 23.08.2022 on 10.10 a.m. at Bhagawati Filling Station, Jhansi under IOCl
there working persons says we didn't take UPI payment while there is option of QR Code but they using abusive language and say you can do what can you

we don't have cash so we request so many time and last the person who is in office says we don't know UPI payment

we are so helpless that time and they mis behave with us

I am a Ratul Pramanick from Kolkata. I had booked my gas cylinder on 3rd August 2022. The cylinder got delivered on 5th August 2022. When I went to install the cylinder on 20th August 2022, I found that the delivered cylinder is empty with fully sealed. I went distributor and complain against this issue. But the distributor (#Swati Indane Gas Service) refused to take any complain. They asked me to apply for a new cylinder and return this empty gas cylinder during the delivery. I have registered a complaint in Indane portal. Indane complaint number[protected]/[protected]. Indane is booked a gas one be half of me without any inform and asking me to pay a again.

Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

My LPG gas is not getting delivered as some other agency which I don't know generated my invoice on 28th June by their side without my consent and now that agency( Vasant Enterprises) is not willing to deliver or cancel booking that they created themselves which has restricted me from getting a filled cylinder. Please help in this matter as the invoice was also generated by this agency only not from my side. And now I need the cylinder and I cannot get it because of them...

In Rajasthan, some where near Jodhpur the toilet at Indian oil petrol pump was not at all clean and was stinking a lot. Also there was only one toilet for ladies and gents.

Gas cylinder delivered this morning on 17/08/22 against order no[protected] is badly dented and corroded with rust. I have safety concerns regarding this. A polite request to provide a cylinder in better condition was laughed off by the delivery agent who also suggested that all cylinders with the company are like this. Please look at the picture and tell me if you would want something like this in your kitchen.

I have never faced such a worst of the worst experience in my life. I'm from Melur, Madurai-TN. Today 16.08.2022 around 8.30pm I filled petrol for my bike at jj petrol station at therkutheru. A boy may be college goer seemed to be at that age filled the petrol and I gave my sbi debit card to make payment. While entering the pin I noticed the amount as 150.80. When enquired him he said he had wrongly entered the amount and while trying to correct the payment he went to put petrol for other bike. He started talking to them and tried to put the card hardly in the machine and nozzle in same hand. I told him that the card is bending and try to be careful. For that he answered very roughly and words flied between us two. Meanwhile an old employee came for the rescue of the boy and instead stopping the argument he started to scold me and tried to raise hands on me. Another two more persons in the bunk came and I had to tackle all the four explaining the things that happened. But nobody listened and the arguments got high. My wife got so worried and persuaded me, then we left the spot. For a smaller issue could have sorted out with a sorry or the boy could have accepted that the mistake happened unintentionally means it would have become ok. But how can the employees manhandle a customer. Is this the way to talk to a customer and act savagely? If there be any feedback on this petrol pump available means I would be surely giving a below poor rating or no star. What happened to me should not happen to any of other fellow humans. I am bringing my concern to iocl to listen out this situation and bring customer satisfaction with good employees in their petrol pumps.

SP ashwanth agency petrol bunk in kolathur chennai is giving very poor coustomer service. They don't respect the bike coustomers they will show face if we put petrol below 100 rs person who is working in free air will expect money from the coustomer. The workers working in the bunk are very bad I got information from Google reviews the they cheat money so request you to take strict action against them thank you

Hi I am an employee of Jubilant food works LTD(Domino's Pizza) taking care of all outlet, located at Asansol city(WB).we have a Pan Indian tie-up between JFL and IOC to purchase petrol trough virtual petrol card .
There are 4 fuel station near to my outlet and all 4 pump attendant never providing petrol in easiest way, everytime my employee enter to purchase petrol to below mentioned pump, their attendant, Supervisor and Manager all started giving excuses that our machine not working, link not up, server issue etc...Sometimes they even threats that they won't provide petrol to our employee or purchase through cash only.

I cancelled and returned my LPG gas connection in May and I have not received the refund for my connection. Shringeri gas agency is not responding to queries

4 Aug 2022, I went to Panna Moti Petrol pump, Nagar road, Yerawada, Pune around 10 am. I asked to fill my Scotty's petrol tank with 400/- rupees. The guy filled 100/- then I told him it was 400/- so he did fill till meter goes 300.
As per his calculation it was 100+300.
But he has not reset the meter. He was trying to steal money.
The petrol pump attended name was - Sidhu.
I shouted at him and even people standing back told him he have not reset the meter. Somehow he accepted and took only 300. Still I went to his manager and complained about him .
Caution to all who are using this petrol pump
Make sure you keep eye on meter.
They will fill the amount which previous vehicle have asked to fill. And then will start the meter again from there. When you quarrel they will show you the amount which 1st vehicle has filled and you will be convinced that this was filled in your vehicle.

Better ask them to set the amount, leaving hand and then only fill the petrol.
I feel the management and owner is also involved in stealing publics money as after so much kind of same reviews they have not improved anything on there service.

Please take necessary steps. There are lot of reviews in google regarding them

I used my ATM card for the payment of fuel at IOCL petrol pump. The card has my registered mobile num which is also registered with IOCL app. From period of 11 June 2022 to 27 July 2022, I ddnt receive any points in my extra rewards /loyalty ponts IOCL. I refilled a fuel of ₹7340/- TOTAL.

Today about 5pm I received message about booking of gas connection then invoice generation then message of gas deliverd .I want to clear that I have not booked for refill of domestic gas cylinder. Sem incident happened about one month ago I also want to inform that when I book for refill, they supplied after several reminder or request.Agency never receive calls. it is requested to take strict action against mukti gas connection Ranchi Jharkhand

This is complaint regarding not using upgraded auto cut machine nozels by the IOCL Dealer -Khyber Service Station, I buy petrol today dt.9th Aug. but the staff denied in front of his Manager Mr.Lalit that Nozel are not in order to capture auto-cut when desired petrol tank is full, they use to click all the time to free the nozel when petrol is filled. In this case Mr.Pawan a staff have a quarrel with me. and even Manager tried to sort out the matter by showing the readings in machine, but I am not satified by this answer . If IOCL is not using upgraded good quality nozel then there is question of Quality as well as Quantiy. Request the authorities to verify why these are still managed manually by the staff. Or It require an Audit for the said case.
Lastly, Misbehave by the staff is also a great concern.

I am from small town named amboda your petrol station is 6km away from my town. The problem is too serious about this station. petroleum with name vishwajeet vaishnavi petroleum located at dhanaj khurd, after making so many times complaint i see there is no customer satisfaction and no resolution. its my second times to post a complaint but there is no action taken by you i see the petroluem is being closed time to time there is no electricity backup they stop the customer for 1 hrs to make crowd on petroleum later on that they are started petrolling in vehicle but there is no time to stay for long hours whats happen when there is emergency i complaint you to make satisfaction on it and take a strong action on owner he is not providing facilites at petroleum I want to say that if you can't resolve our problem then shut it down, I kindly request to give some electricity backup on station and workers are too much lazy lots of people going on petroleum but it' can't give us petrol beacuse there is no electrity backup accroding to rule you should have been all needy backup and this petroleum is on highway. so please resolve our issue as soon as possible because lots of farmer also facing this issue going many time on petroleum return our vechicle without petrol so have focus on it, make my note if my issue not resolve within 2 months i should be redy to shut this dummy petrol pump so be prepared and serious about it, so my request is to say please give a warning to owner and make satiisfied resolution if next time i found error on the petroleum give the message to owner the guy with name swaraj dhage has been ready to taking a strict action with law on petroleum.

Why proper checking not adhere at bottling plant at Chennai since at home when regulator fit in refill the gas leak happens. what is checking methodology followed by IOB if it is follows this type complaint will not arise.

Neemuch M.P. 458110, By Mistake Petroleum employee filled diesel instead of petrol in my Tata Nexon XM Car, after that I was unable to start my car and towed my car with the help of towing truck and get it repaired from tata showroom (Sugandh Automotive) Neemuch, after repairing I asked the manager and employee to pay the bill of repairing but they are not giving my charges back and showing his power.
