Hi this is ramalingam raju consumer no:[protected] and i have got lpg gas connection 1yr back but still now i have not received any subsidiary. I have complaint many times but not attended.
Pl attend immediately. Otherwise we may will go to consumer court.

I have failed to get supply of LPG due to no response after booking through registered mobile on IVRS. The telephone number of distributor M/s Bharmal Gas Agency, Kasturba Road, Rajkot is not working since last week and there is no alternative to establish contact. My customer id is 5702. Register my gas supply request and resolve this complaint.

    adulterated input of diesel from shaheed deshraj filling station

    While travelling from delhi to gwalior, we filled rs 2000/- diesel from iol’s authorized petrol station ‘shaheed deshraj filling station’ location (Pp-1, sector-105, noida-201304 (Gb. Nagar) up.

    We had not even crossed yamuna express way and were still heading to agra, that our car simply stopped running and started indicating a coil at the stairing highlighter.

    I called every possible service...

      I have booked a gas on 22 nov 2017.. Thinking that my existing gas will become empty by few days... But it is still not empty... When the delivery boy came to my house two days back.. I informed him to cancel the booking bcz my existing gas is not empty.. Today he again came and forced me to give the half filled gas and take the new one... When i asked him to cancel it.. He said my connection will be blocked if i don't take this gas (This is my second gas in the 6month period)...
      What i should do now?

        I had filled fuel for my innova car that have only 55 litres tank capacity. Although there was already quarter tank fuel left, these guys filled fuel for 60.36 ltr and when asked they saying they cant do anything and told do whatever you want. The so called owner of the bunk is so arrogant and infact had a kind of threatening voice while raised the concern on how can a 55 litres tank can consume 60 lts of fuel. I filled for complete top up including my quarter tank fuel.

        The fuel bill attached with this complaint have its address and name in it

            Non receipt of subsidy after april'17. It was suggested by customer care, to update aadhar card with bank but it was already updated. As earlier, the subsidy was credited in the same acount. Now, for last 6-7 months no subsidy has been credited into my account

                I have gas connection 2005467 with utkarsh gas agency behrampura ahmedabad but since last three years i have not received any subsidy in my bank account when i contacted utkarsh gas agency they told your subsidy is being credited to kotak bank but i don't have any account with this bank

                  Aadhar card is linked to this a/c. Earlier subsidy used to be credited with proper bank a/c xxxxxxxxxxx333, but for the last 2 refills made vide bill nos.[protected]/dt08/11/2017 and [protected]/dt. 21/11/2017 subsidy is not credited to mentioned a/c whereas i am receiving sms on my registered phone that amt of rs. 232.02/dt. 14/11/2017 and ra.232.02/27/11/2017 is credited to a/c no. Xxxx9898 which i had never requested for change nor i have any such detail with me. Pls verify facts at your end and rectify the mistake.

                    On 27-nov-2017, i went to fill up petrol in indian oil petrol bunk. I asked the staff to fill up the tank to full. He initially filled only for rs.200 (Rs201.50 to be precise) manually, & said it's done. I told him that i had told him to fill the tank and in reply he said that he heard it to fill up for rs.200 only. When i told him to continue with the filling he went near the machine and pretended that he was pressing some button and immidiately he continued with the filling. When it was full the amount displayed in the machine was rs.2100. When i paid the amount by cash the staff said the amount to be paid was 2100 + 200 = rs.2300. I told him that the meter continued from rs.201.50 and did not start from zero point.in return he started abusing me that i'm trying to cheat and was abusing my friend who was also watching the meter and told him that the meter continued from rs. 200 only. When i asked him to get printed bills from the machine to check he said only manual bills are available and that too he did not provide when asked for. When the argument extended he told us to leave and asked us to pay only rs.2100. To my shock he pretended as if he was sacrifying rs.200 from his side and kept abusing us still we left.

                    Such cheap actions have been a continuous complaint from many people and kindly take necessary actions over the bunk.

                      This is to inform you about our dissatisfaction at the above mentioned ioc patrol pump, sector 7, rohini, delhi.

                      Last i used my citi bank card for payment on 10th nov'17 since than i have been told that the card machine is not working, i agreed and refueled from somewhere else. Same happening every now and than so i decided to make a complaint and called up you.

                      The air quality is also in question this pump doesnt have digital air fueling metre and boy does it manual, the ideal air for car tyre is 33pm however when i got it checked from somewhere else it was found 45-46pm. I again complained it to the owner however no action taken.

                      Today i demanded for the complaint book and waited for 15mins for the same however i was denied by the pump supervisor, said it's locked and can not be provided.

                      Request you to please look into the same and resolve as early as possible. Please apprise me the action taken.

                        Delhi consumer no 11988. Indane gas.
                        I booked refill around 15 days back. On checking, the status of delivery on your system shows that the cylinder got delivered at my home on 20.11.2017 but i have not received cylinder till date. Either a wrong delivery report has been given by the employee of service provider / gas agency or delivered at some other wrong place.

                          I am unable to book cylinder through phone. I checked with my agency. They reverted back that gas subsidy amount is credited twice a month. They requested to produce the bank statement and we had produced xerox of the statement.

                          Ioc wrongly credited the subsidy amount twice. This is not fault of mine. This is ioc fault. You are biocking the cylinder booking. For this i had gone six times to gas agency. Their reply is that they will check with ioc and revert back.

                          Req. To sort out the issue and confirm.

                              To day i had been sambalpur fuel, budharaja at about 10 am for filling my scooty and checking of tyre pressure, they told that the tyre pressure can not be checked because it is not working. They also told that they have lodged complaint to office. This is frequent affair in most of the petrol pumps. Pl look in to it. I have lodged complaint to them also

                              Sir I went to fill petrol in my wagonR at indian oil, coco bareilly indian oil corp, ltd, civil lines, bareilly (UP) on 23.08.2018 and get petrol filled worth Rs. 1000/-. vide receipt no.[protected]. Then I asked the rep to check and fill air in my tyres. It was raining slowly that time, hence he refused to fill air by saying that मैं भीग जाऊंगा । I then requested to the executive sitting in the office of petrol pump. He refused me too and misbehaved by saying that आपको तमीज़ नहीं है, बारिस हो रही है, मेरे आदमी को रात भर ड्यूटी देनी है । अभी नहीं हवा भरेगी । I also requested him to endorse it on my receipt, but he denied to do so.

                                One man whose name is ravi he is supplying lot of domestic and commercial cylinders illegally to high rates and he is also store the same cylinders in is house it is very danger's to surrounding houses. The cylinders delivered boys are directly unloading minimum 50 cylinders

                                  Today one person from my gase agency navratna enterprises, secunderabad visited our apartment and he said he is on duty to inspect safety of your gas connection and you have to pay rs.75/- as service charge. He is visiting every house and apartment of locality. He showed an authorization letter from navratna enterprises requesting us to allow him to inspect lpg connection and pay rs.75/- service charge with another letter from ioc head office, himayat nagar branch dt. Year 2013 authorized navratna enterprises to collect charges.
                                  But when we insisted him to go inside kitchen and inspect gas connection he denied and asked us to pay rs.75/- and take all good certificate. He was interested in collecting money only. He was not interested in inspection at all. When i said we will not pay money without inspection than he threatened us you will not receive gas refill now onwards. And he simply went away.

                                  I request authority to clarify if any such safety checking drive is in progress? If yes then why authorized letter in current date from head office is not issued? Why gas agency not employing technical person to do inspection work which is the main soul of the purpose of survey. Because he was not technically qualified person he was not checking safety of connection.

                                  If customer has to pay money. Than it should be published in local newspaper for awareness of customers.

                                  I didn't paid money to him because i was not satisfied by his behavior. My consumer no. 59332 alpesh c gandhi. Flat no.501, sri amba bhavani apt, venkat rao nagar colony, p. G. Road, secunderabad-500003. Cell [protected].

                                    I went to fill petro on indian oil petrol pum in nadiad the boy seen card on my hand and said we don’t accept the card. When i asked him why than he said i don’t know you asked the owner. Than i went to owner and asked the same thing than he said i get loss because of machin. Such a stupid reason he gave me than i said what loss in that than he said staff don’t know to use and all i said your staff knows how to count the money than he said obviously that to they will know only. So i said that they know and don’t know how to use machin.
                                    In gujarat state only people want cash and this thing i have notice every we're that don’t want to go cashless at all. I ll take this matter to our priminister narendra modi.
                                    Seriously such a stupid reason he gave me kindly take my complaint seriously and i want you to reply me on the same???

                                    Petrol pum name is some were around ‘chetak’ petrol pum. Still I have not received any response consider this as reminder ?????

                                      I have booked my gas from indane website and paid online on 18/11/17 but the distributor is telling me that he had not received money in account. If this is how it works than what is the benefit of booking gas online they told me that if you book offline we will deliver you in 1 or 2 days. Its already been 6 days but they are saying they didn't receive money. And there customer service is worst they have no information about online. I suggest everyone never book online.
