Delhi consumer no 11988. Indane gas.
I booked refill around 15 days back. On checking, the status of delivery on your system shows that the cylinder got delivered at my home on 20.11.2017 but i have not received cylinder till date. Either a wrong delivery report has been given by the employee of service provider / gas agency or delivered at some other wrong place.

    I am unable to book cylinder through phone. I checked with my agency. They reverted back that gas subsidy amount is credited twice a month. They requested to produce the bank statement and we had produced xerox of the statement.

    Ioc wrongly credited the subsidy amount twice. This is not fault of mine. This is ioc fault. You are biocking the cylinder booking. For this i had gone six times to gas agency. Their reply is that they will check with ioc and revert back.

    Req. To sort out the issue and confirm.

      I have an indane gas connection. My agencies name is maa durga indane gas-lucknow. My consumer no. Is 1053. Since last 3 months i am not getting subsidy credited in my account. I have already furnished aadhar details to bank as well as agency. Despite my repeated complaints neither tha agency nor the bank is helping. Pls help

        To day i had been sambalpur fuel, budharaja at about 10 am for filling my scooty and checking of tyre pressure, they told that the tyre pressure can not be checked because it is not working. They also told that they have lodged complaint to office. This is frequent affair in most of the petrol pumps. Pl look in to it. I have lodged complaint to them also

        Sir I went to fill petrol in my wagonR at indian oil, coco bareilly indian oil corp, ltd, civil lines, bareilly (UP) on 23.08.2018 and get petrol filled worth Rs. 1000/-. vide receipt no.[protected]. Then I asked the rep to check and fill air in my tyres. It was raining slowly that time, hence he refused to fill air by saying that मैं भीग जाऊंगा । I then requested to the executive sitting in the office of petrol pump. He refused me too and misbehaved by saying that आपको तमीज़ नहीं है, बारिस हो रही है, मेरे आदमी को रात भर ड्यूटी देनी है । अभी नहीं हवा भरेगी । I also requested him to endorse it on my receipt, but he denied to do so.

          One man whose name is ravi he is supplying lot of domestic and commercial cylinders illegally to high rates and he is also store the same cylinders in is house it is very danger's to surrounding houses. The cylinders delivered boys are directly unloading minimum 50 cylinders

            Today one person from my gase agency navratna enterprises, secunderabad visited our apartment and he said he is on duty to inspect safety of your gas connection and you have to pay rs.75/- as service charge. He is visiting every house and apartment of locality. He showed an authorization letter from navratna enterprises requesting us to allow him to inspect lpg connection and pay rs.75/- service charge with another letter from ioc head office, himayat nagar branch dt. Year 2013 authorized navratna enterprises to collect charges.
            But when we insisted him to go inside kitchen and inspect gas connection he denied and asked us to pay rs.75/- and take all good certificate. He was interested in collecting money only. He was not interested in inspection at all. When i said we will not pay money without inspection than he threatened us you will not receive gas refill now onwards. And he simply went away.

            I request authority to clarify if any such safety checking drive is in progress? If yes then why authorized letter in current date from head office is not issued? Why gas agency not employing technical person to do inspection work which is the main soul of the purpose of survey. Because he was not technically qualified person he was not checking safety of connection.

            If customer has to pay money. Than it should be published in local newspaper for awareness of customers.

            I didn't paid money to him because i was not satisfied by his behavior. My consumer no. 59332 alpesh c gandhi. Flat no.501, sri amba bhavani apt, venkat rao nagar colony, p. G. Road, secunderabad-500003. Cell [protected].

              I went to fill petro on indian oil petrol pum in nadiad the boy seen card on my hand and said we don’t accept the card. When i asked him why than he said i don’t know you asked the owner. Than i went to owner and asked the same thing than he said i get loss because of machin. Such a stupid reason he gave me than i said what loss in that than he said staff don’t know to use and all i said your staff knows how to count the money than he said obviously that to they will know only. So i said that they know and don’t know how to use machin.
              In gujarat state only people want cash and this thing i have notice every we're that don’t want to go cashless at all. I ll take this matter to our priminister narendra modi.
              Seriously such a stupid reason he gave me kindly take my complaint seriously and i want you to reply me on the same???

                I have booked my gas from indane website and paid online on 18/11/17 but the distributor is telling me that he had not received money in account. If this is how it works than what is the benefit of booking gas online they told me that if you book offline we will deliver you in 1 or 2 days. Its already been 6 days but they are saying they didn't receive money. And there customer service is worst they have no information about online. I suggest everyone never book online.

                  Customer no.25947, complaint regn no 3333658... The distributor had abruptly stopped home delivery due to his own problem. It happened, when there was no such problem through out india. I had to incur additional monetary expenditure for visiting the distributor nearly 4 times (His telephone connection was cut off by himself) and for transporting the cylinder. The reply given against my complaint is not convincing. I want the distributor to reimburse the additional expenditure incurred by me. If my claim is not acceded, i will be led to file complaint before consumer court. Alternatively, please let me know whether ioc has ombudsman procedure or not.

                    I have a gas connection with sankar gas agency in madhyamgram, kolkata.. I am susama debnath my customer number [protected].
                    I take a new connection from sankar gas agency (Indane) 18.09.2017.
                    But my main problem is gas oven leakage. Already i exchange my gas oven 21.11.2017 from indane dealar. But exchanged gas oven have same problem.

                    Now the indane dealar (Sankar gas agency) gstin (19aywps4350b1z0) dont solve my problem. And sankar gas agency employee partha ghorui & ashim saha miss behave with me.

                        Pump attendant is not measuring petrol as per customer demand and supply less petrol and after asking for wrongdoing staff is not cooperating at hind service centre at kanpur highways lucknow.
                        Points to be taken action...
                        1. Exact quantity of petrol should be filled as per customer demand.
                        2. Attended the should be trained for customer services.
                        3. Complaint no board should be displayed at pump stations on big banners as company ads.
                        4. Manager of pump should be available when customers asks.
                        5. Free air and amenities are not maintained at pumps, should be taken care.
                        6. Pump staff should provide suggestions/complaints register when asked by customers.
                        7. Complaint register should be following customers complaints made by them

                            I will like to register a complain against the kavya petrol park (Petrol pump) with respect to the illegal practise which is been performed in the petrol pump. Today i have took petrol worth rs 300/- and when i started driving the bike, the bikes suddenly stopped and when i check with the garage staff then he told that the petrol content more then 50% water and when i went to complain against the shop they argue and doesnot accepted and mistake and told that you can do anything you want.

                            As a aware citizen i will like to register a complain against the petrol pump owner - (Ioc - kavya petro park no. Ca1, ddk phase 1, epip area, white field, next to rmz nxt, bengaluru, karnataka[protected]

                            Also would request to have the verfication and check at the petrol pump mentioned above.

                              I k n harisha consumer no [protected] indian oil customer from long back. But i have taken change from karnataka to north india subsidy amount not deposited to my account???...

                              Please arrange because govt has to provide the facility to all our indians why we are away from this from past 1.5 years

                              If you are supplying by humanity consideration for lpg domestic purpose without subsidy why we are sufferring from past 15 days.

                              One small mistake done by your side to disconnect my connection after transformation to some other area. Why you fail to disconnect and put into trouble. One week i last my leaves and money to solve the problem

                                Dear sir,
                                Ioc had trfd my connection haldwani gas service to aarav gas service. But the aarav agency is not supplying the lpg with in time. After booking the lpg, i have call to dealer and driver more time a day but they are neither received nor reply and not supplying the lpg. Please trfd my connection again to haldwani gas agency form aarav agy.

                                  Dear sir/mam,
                                  On 17-nov-2017, as i was trying to fill petrol for rs.1000 in indian oil petrol bunk, they cheated me, as initially they filled only for rs.300 (Rs 301 approx) manually, & other person was distracting me that my credit card is not working in that. When i was trying to explain that i asked them clearly to fill petrol for rs.1000, then he told that he will add rs.700 more.
                                  And he filled the mark rs.700 from rs.300 only. Two of my friends from my car too watched the same. But they argued me that they started from zero point.
                                  As i know how to pay in card payment machine, i checked it & was working fine. After deducting my rs.1000, they filled only for total rs. 700 only (Ie from "0 to 300" & "300 to 700" respectively)
                                  Bunk: "lakshmikanthan service station", 323/2, velachery main road, pallikaranai, chennai 600 100.
                                  I request if you can necessary steps/actions with the respective employees at that bunk.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i have booked my gas on november 2nd 2017 at 3.42pm, registered with reference no.838556.
                                    After 18 days the gas got cancelled on 20th november at 12.40 pm. This is not the first time, this has happened several times. I have been using this gas for 48 years. I have been facing such issues. The telephone no of the agency is not mentioned in the bill. Kindly look into this.

                                        Gas was leaking with high pressure when i connected to a new cylinder. I am made a complaint. The person who came to service (He is not indane employee) told to change the valve in the stove, rubber tube at cost of 1000 rs. After i asked multiple questions, how gas leaks only in new cylinder and the leakage is only from the regulator? He finally accepted the valve is not there in the new cylinder. He charge rs200 and refuse to give the bill. Looks scam to me
