I visited the petrol pump - suraj petroleum, nh-2, khaga, fatehpur (Up) on 02.10.2017 with my family to take fuel. I asked for debit/credit card machine for swappig the card. Pump attendant said the machine is inside office and he will not give. Furhter he said that you have to take petrol in cash. I took petrol of rs. 500/- only. I went to toilet and found that those were very dirty. No body can even stand there. I asked for complaint book....

1week ago i refilled from here for rs. 300 and runs 137km after 3 days i refilled from other bunk (Shell) and refilled for 300 and runs 210km. Then i got some doubt but i blamed bangalore traffic. Yesterday​ i refilled for rs. 200 and ran just 63km. If you are using card, they'll distract you like those who fill the fuel wont give you the swiping machine. Instead another guy will come and stand opposite to the machine. They won't take normal time to refill. Last day i noticed something called preset in the meter.

Dear sir,

I am p babu from changanassery, kottayam, kerela. I came to kodaikanal with my family for a tour on 30/sept/2017. For returning back to changanassery on the next day 1 oct 2017 [sunday] evening approx 4:15, i went to indian oil pump at moonjikal [kodaikanal], for filling petrol in my swift dzire vxi car (Kl-33-g-9990). I told the fuel filler[a boy] to fill petrol in my car for rs 2000 very clearly. After filling fuel and started travelling about 5 km from kodaikanal. Suddenly engine stopped working and car breaked down in a forest area. We were scared with our family and we were alone in that forest area for about 2 hours in the dark and later we went back to kodaikanal in another passing car. We found a mechanic in kodaikanal and they came to the spot and detected diesel inside the engine. They called a pickup van and pulled our car back to their workshop in kodaikanal at 8:30pm night. On the next day 2/oct/2017, they cleaned the fuel tank and engine side. They took the tank outside and poured the diesel and petrol mix from the tank and cleaned the fuel pump. The total service charge was 7000rs and we payed it we came to the pump and met the manager and that fuel filler boy. They understood their mistake, we understood that the boy had no idea about vehicles and he thought that all big cars are diesel. While seeing the photo of our car he asked us that "is it a petrol car"?
They hadn't given any training to that staff.
Later they given us petrol for approx 1700rs in a jar. They had'nt given us any compensation[service charge, room rent]. Because of their irresponsibility we faced many problems and had lose 10000 rs and time [a day]. Please kindy take action against this irresponsibility and kindly give us atleast our lose money[10000rs].
Suggestion : please ensure that all the staffs are strictly trained in all pumps.

Dear sir as per the information through e-mail 17 oct @ 2pm in change of price. But i booked on 20th sep 2017 27th sep cash memo came to me through sms price was 598.50. But no supply when i went to sri ram agency price as been revised to 650 /_ rs. What is going on. And when you are using technology why it was not informed through sms or net. Making foolishness of people.

Necessary action may kindly be solicited to prevent such type of cheating the govt. Or indian oil corporation.

I filled my car with petrol of 1800/- on 2nd october 2017 at around 9 am from meer singh fuel point sohna road gurgaon... Within few mins my car engine stopped and service engineer checked that petrol is mixed with water cause issue in car. Sample of petrol from car is attached and we showed the same to fuel point owner. Please take it a note as immediate action and else i will take legal action. Mine car is new and i suffered a loss due to bad fuel

I have booked for indane gas refill on 01.08.2017 and got supply on 10.8.2017, vide order no
[protected]. But till date, i have not received my gas subsidy, which i used to get it through indian bank, bibikulam branch, madurai.

Yesterday night i. E. 01.10.2017, i went to sunder indian oil, mansarovar, jaipur to fill petrol in my car. I asked to fill petrol of rs. 550. The staff person feed the amout and start filling petrol. I asked him to leave the pipe as it was automatic. But he didn't do this and started to misbehave with me. I asked him to call manager but he told me that he will come in morning and you come in tomorrow morning. He also said the you do whatever you want to do. He was not shamed on his behavior and doing all this with very bravery. I left the station because i was with my family and it was too late. So you are requested to do something for it. I was giving respect to him so i also expect respect from also.
This kind of behavior will make your company loss, as i will never go to there again for petrol filling. This may happen with other customers also.

I went to SAHAH FILLING STATION.DISTRICT CENTER at paschim vihar on 29/09/17 at 19:59 pm to get my bike for fuel filling and ask to full the tank of my bike with normal petrol. After filling the petrol he give invoice no - 001176 for Rs-1050 14.90 Ltr petrol. my bike tank capacity is only 13.5 ltr than how can it be possible to pur 14.90 ltr petrol even the bike itself have aprrox. more than half ltr petrol.Its means at that time the bike cantain more than 15 ltr petrol. I request to take action againt this filling station and let me know about this.

On 27/09/2017 between 09:30 am to 09:45 am, i visited my regular petrol pump to fill fuel for rs 200.00, sawant petrol pump, tingre nagar, vishrantwadi pune 411015,

The indian oil petrol pump is delivering less fuel to customer, after noticing it on complaining the staff argued saying the tank is 5 ltr and it will cost 500-550 to fill the full tank and now as the petrol price is hiked for rs 200 you will get only this much petrol only, whereas earlier within rs 320-350 i full my tank,

Before filling petrol i told him to put rs 200 fuel but still at first he filled fuel for rs 50 and when i said i asked you to fill rs 200 fuel, so again he filled rs 150 petrol, this is the time where i think he cheated and filled less fuel,

Today (On 10/01/2017) when i went to other petrol pump (Hp petrol pump, koregaon park, pune) to fill fuel and there my tank was full for rs.280 because there was some fuel of rs 30-40, so i again visited the sawant petrol pump to show them and to talk there owner/manager the guy showed me the puc guy and told me that he is the owner talk to him,

Requested you to look into this matter and take a strict again against this issue, please give a secret visit to check the issue, this is not the first time i am facing this problem here it happen couple of time, i am attaching my bank transaction info from both the petrol pump, please do the need ful.

I have the honour to state that i smt shefali das, vide c/n-15905 under sarada gas agency, karimganj dist, assam booked a refill, vide ref no-452129 on 05/08/17. Cash memo already generated, vide memo no-[protected] on 26/09/17 but it is not delevered till today at my home by the concerned agency.
So, i earnestly request you kindly to take necessary action & delever my booking refill at an early date and thus oblige. Contact no :[protected]

I have a indian gas connection bearing consumer no. Cx10696523, recently one cylinder delivered, while connecting the regulator the is a leakage of gas from cylinder nasal. This is third time. When the complaint has give to my dealer one boy is coming and demanding for rs. 300/-, rs. 400/- like that. I regret the repeated problem with indian gas cylinders.

Dear sir i face problem from your dealers today i filled fuel from quality fuel station, nh-73, rampur, d. Dun road, roorkee. (U. K).

I filled premium fuel i said fill tank with auto cut but his auto cut is not working fuel tank overflow and lots of fuel fell down on floor. I said i cant paid this wastage fuel charges. Staff orgue with me you must pay this charges also. Its happen 4 times in last 2 months. Still there area not resolve his pump machine problem they wastage the fuel and collect money from customers.

Today i went to refuel my bike when asked if debit card transaction staff happily agreed. When my turn came his partner tried to distract me with oil pouch worth₹10. I realised person did not reset fuel pump and added fuel worth ₹130 in my account which he already sold for last customer. When asked what ignore first then dadagiri. As per him his is manager is not available when this happened..

I am from tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Last week i went to tuticorin by bike. Since my petrol level was low near vallanadu i went to indian oil petrol pump in vallanadu. When i went there they said that they dont have petrol stock in pump and they have it in 1ltr pet bottles. Then i asked 1 litre and gave them 100rs note.in return they gave 20 rs instead of 28rs. (On that day the petrol rate was 72). When i asked about it they said that the petrol rate is 80rs since they sold it in pet bottles. When i object this improper rate they threaten me and forced to leave. As i noticed there were hundreds of 1ltr pet bottles filled by petrol and it seems that they sale like this regularly since there is no petrol pumps nearby that location. So by this i request the indian oil corporation to make enquiry with this issue and i request customers to be carefull with this pump.

The concerned gas agency of indane unloads a truck load of full cylinders on the roadside, just in front of the temple. This is a main road through which many school going children pass by; there is generally more number of people and vehicles passing through this place. Unloading full cylinders, the delivery people use this place for moving full cylinders for delivery and storing empty cylinders. This goes on from morning till evening. Delivery boys make huge noise in unloading and loading cylinders. Storing of cylinders just in front of the temple is a great nuisance to the public coming to the temple. This is a regular phenomena. This happens two to three times per week. Apart from nuisance, there is huge risk in storing full cylinders in public place. This is gross violation of law by the distributor. Location: pachayappar street, mogappair east, chennai 600037 near sendhil andavar temple. Ioc may send strict instructions to the distributor to desist from this practice.

Hi is any amount to be paid to change my name as per aadhar card the indane agency is asking a sum of 804 rs to change my name as per aadhar card. Want to know just to make changes why should v pay re 804. We have complained even to ioc bangalore but answer was not convincing.. Nobody knows the exact rules and we feel we are been cheated.. Give us clarity
