I am from small town named amboda your petrol station is 6km away from my town. The problem is too serious about this station. petroleum with name vishwajeet vaishnavi petroleum located at dhanaj khurd, after making so many times complaint i see there is no customer satisfaction and no resolution. its my second times to post a complaint but there is no action taken by you i see the petroluem is being closed time to time there is no electricity backup they stop the customer for 1 hrs to make crowd on petroleum later on that they are started petrolling in vehicle but there is no time to stay for long hours whats happen when there is emergency i complaint you to make satisfaction on it and take a strong action on owner he is not providing facilites at petroleum I want to say that if you can't resolve our problem then shut it down, I kindly request to give some electricity backup on station and workers are too much lazy lots of people going on petroleum but it' can't give us petrol beacuse there is no electrity backup accroding to rule you should have been all needy backup and this petroleum is on highway. so please resolve our issue as soon as possible because lots of farmer also facing this issue going many time on petroleum return our vechicle without petrol so have focus on it, make my note if my issue not resolve within 2 months i should be redy to shut this dummy petrol pump so be prepared and serious about it, so my request is to say please give a warning to owner and make satiisfied resolution if next time i found error on the petroleum give the message to owner the guy with name swaraj dhage has been ready to taking a strict action with law on petroleum.

Why proper checking not adhere at bottling plant at Chennai since at home when regulator fit in refill the gas leak happens. what is checking methodology followed by IOB if it is follows this type complaint will not arise.

Neemuch M.P. 458110, By Mistake Petroleum employee filled diesel instead of petrol in my Tata Nexon XM Car, after that I was unable to start my car and towed my car with the help of towing truck and get it repaired from tata showroom (Sugandh Automotive) Neemuch, after repairing I asked the manager and employee to pay the bill of repairing but they are not giving my charges back and showing his power. I am a lawyer practicing at High Court of Kerala, EKM and I usually travel to my native place every second Saturday and fourth Saturday since my wife is working as a Branch Manager with one of the leading nationalized bank in India, on[protected] at 3:49 AM while I was travelling with my family I approached an Indian Oil pump at Kanakkary viz St Thomas Fuels and filled diesel for Rs 1850/- and I asked the staffs present to fill nitrogen for my car which they denied and later I was forced to fill nitrogen myself which is against the policies and guidelines put forward by the Ministry of Petroleum. The CCTV footage will prove my allegations made by me the same wrong was committed by the same agency on[protected] at 10:31. On the first instance Mr Rupesh Chandran Asst Managaer (RS), IOCL, Kottayam District ([protected]) was very specific in closing the complaint and that shows his nexus with the agency and on that occasion Mr Rupesh in connivance with the agency escaped by putting false blames and claims against the then staffs and Mr Rupresh thus helped the agency to come of the troubles and the agency repeating the same wrong within a short span.

Mr Rupesh Chandran Asst Managaer (RS), IOCL, Kottayam District ([protected]) along with the agency has come up with a new story in a mail on[protected] that on the day of incident I have never asked the fuel attendant to fill nitrogen to my SUV but I voluntarily filled nitrogen to my suv no prudent man with common sense will do such act that shows that Rupesh Chandran Asst Managaer (RS), IOCL, Kottayam District ([protected]) along with the agency are cooking up stories without looking into the matters seriously.

Please look into the matter and take action against the agency and staff of IOCL...regards

I booked a cylinder few week back and today when my old cylinder was over. I tried using the new cylinder. When tried to burn the gas for cooking its does not burnt. When I smelt the gas, it does not look like LPG gas. It looks like Air is filled inside because cylinder is heavy and did not burnt. People who are delivering the LPG cylinder to our household always keeps on taking gas from newer cylinder. These guy steal gas near our area and tried to fool us. Even with involvement of Agency these delivery boy people steal gas and even repetitive verbal notifying them they did not stopped.

Now what i lost is around 1200 RS, Could you let me know who is responsible for this, Agency or Indian Oil Corporation.

I have visited the MARS Fuel Point, Haled, Teh. Jaisinghpur, Distt. Kangra (HP) petrol pump on dated 04.06.2022. I have taken petrol for my Alto car (DL 8CP 7681) for Rs. 1000/- for which I was trying to pay the amount through SBI ATM Card (Two times) but it was failed. So, I paid Rs. 1000/- in cash. After some time my account showing two transaction of Rs 1000/- deducted for taking the fuel. The transaction details are :- (0THPOS[protected]MARS FUEL POINT DT. 04.06.[protected]

After that, I have visited petrol pump several times and apprise them about the above transaction. But staff of the petrol pump even manager/cashier did not cooperate and misbehave. I have provided the bank statement copy but they refuse to accept it. They provided a, pno;e number of the owner of petrol pump but it could not be connected. Again, I recently visit the petrol pump 31.07.2022 at 10.30 AM but their behaviour was same as earlier. They did not provide my money or petrol.

That why I am writing and urge to you to look at the matter at the earliest. Action against Petrol Pump and their staff who does not customer friendly may be taken.

I am Ranjani Kant employee of BANK OF Baroda Designation Sr. Manager. I have a indian oil connection with consumer no[protected]. Resently I got transfer from Muzaffarpur to Pune. I lost my SV original copy. When I check Indian oil web site a self declaration will works if SV lost, but delar said make Policy complain and give us SANHA copy. Delar said no self declaration is allowed by Indian Oil company. Kindly do tha needful. I deposit the cylinder in gas godown. Distributer code is 179115.

I have many time to visit fill up fule but cash less fasility is not available in one time.

i was visit at petrol pump at date of 01/08/2022, i was seen the machine was totally damage and services of there imployee totally courappted and behave like totally madness and rudelly with customer than i talk with owner of petrol pump regading that metter than he said to me how are you and he is my petrol pump . they are totally give to customer bad services they push to me and say get out of my petrol pump and he say, what ever do u want .

Amount deducted from my account as payment but it show as error by indane order id[protected]

I got to know somehow one of your employee doing a job last 20+ years in IOCl with fake documents and marksheet

I request you to do the proper background verification of that employee and terminate such kind of fake employees .

And take the action against suck kind of employees so this will not happen in future again

My complaint is that you are not crediting the full subsidy for payment of domestic gas cylinder by me for a long time now.
On 27/07/22 I ordered for a new cylinder and paid Rs 1082/- towards the gas bill.But I find that you have credited only a paltry amount of Rs36/- as the amount of subsidy to my aadhar linked bank account.Though I understand that I am entitled to receive a subsidy of Rs 811/- as subsidy, you continue to susidyse only Rs 36 for all my bill payments so far.
Pkease therefore clarify why the full subsidy is not restored to me and requeszt for release of thefull subsidy amouny

- No Air Service was Provided.
- When asked for a complaint book, staff was rude & refused to provide a complaint book.
-Very unprofessional behavior from attending staff.

Sir I have brought a new gas connection from indane oil corporation at Vasudeva Gas Agency lumding customer I'd[protected] and I have given all necessary documents that they asked for and I also have visited my sbi bank at lumding where I have account [protected] and submit all documents they asked and updated by kyc and they said my aadhar is linked so I will get the gas subsidy.but I didn't get subsidy yet.i have visited the bank on this regard 3-4 times, plz help me on that regard.and also i visited gas agency 5 to 6 times they not providing me with solution and now when i am calling they just hang my callings.

Today morning I faced this issue.today morning I'll go to petrol bunk.i am asking they employ i want use washroom.he told bathroom not available.washroom has been locked.this not acceptable.need your Intervention on this. Location

Please Verify who is using this connection on my Mobile number. I am providing you with the following information which i gathered from the automated machine.
