All contact details (Customer no (14442) given in the distributor book is either not working, not picking even emergency gas leakage no [protected] is not picked up. Toll free [protected] is not correct.
He any incident happens iocl shall be held responsible

    Yesterday i book my indane cylinder for retelling but not any response coming from the dealer end i don't know who ll coming for filling the cylinder or not, i want two time for my nearest indian gas vehicle for fill my cylinder but thay refused to give the cylinder cause of its a different agency my booking no is 204543
    If it's not resolve in today i ll twitter my complaint in pm and mr santosh gangwar also
    Hope you resolve my issue in priority basses

      Kindly note that the gas distribution in our area is pathetic, irregular and without proper checklist from the top resulting in misuse and mismanagement. Often there were delays which resulted in visiting the offfice and long queues. If the supplier visited our area (Ranni, anathodom) he immediately disappeared by not giving proper signalling purposefully avoiding very needy customers. Often inssited on tips from customers. Kindly advise whether tips are alllowed besides their basic wages giving inconvenience to customers without proper service. Kindly do the needful.

        We, m/s. Bee romen (Our vat no. [protected]) purchased bitumen vg-30 from your paharpur bitumen drum fiiiing plant, kolkata-88. & haldia refinery, haldia, w. B.
        The purchasing amount from paharpur was rs.380384.00 (Bill no.[protected] dt:26/06/2014) & haldia rs.479481.00 (Bill no.[protected] dt:16/04/2014).
        We had to pay rs.18113.52 for paharpur & rs. 22, 832.44 for haldia as sale tax. Till today the above said sale tax amount were not submitted on the behalf of your company & therefore we have been given special audit notice from sale tax department for your negligence.
        Sale-tax department demands to get back their tax with interest & penalty charge within 18th august 2017 by sending us a letter.
        Henceforth, either you solve this mismatch or you give back the above said amount with interest @ 25% p. A. To us within 18th august 2017.

            This is for your kind information that i had booked a gas on dated 16/7/17 then i got sms of raising invoice on 19/7/17 but till now i haven't received the gas. Whenever i am trying to check of delivery status by using booking number told me that gas has delivered.

              L, dr. Sangeeta roy, from varanasi, consumer no. Sr5702, booked gas on 6th july 2017 & on 15th july 2017 but yet no supply of gas till today. Also received message for confirmation of gas supply on 14th july & 23rd july. I have complained in to customer care no.& received complain no.3176146 on 25th july 2017. Yet no solution is there & feeling helpless regarding cooking as it is the only source of energy for cooking. Kindly do the needful.

                My consumer no.24897 . I receive gas from freedom services Birati, kolkata-700051. Last year I was not in receipt of gas subsidy as my annual income exceeded Rs.10 lacs o/a retirement benefit. This year I am in receipt of annual income less than Rs10 lacs. My PAN ACPPD3194H . Please restore the subsidy this year and oblige.

                  My ioc gas registration / consumer number is [protected]. Ammal agency, kattakada trivandrum is providing cyllinder to my home. But nowadays they are not delivering lpg cyllinder to my home. Instead they are keeping the same at a nearby driving school which is about 1km. Away from my home. This is causing inconvenience for me as i have to travel 1km to collect the cyllinder. As i am not using any vehicle this causes more burden upon me. The vehicle of the agency is passing in front of my house. Still it is surprising that they are not delivering the cyllinder to my doorstep.
                  So kindly take ncessry steps to give direction to the agency to deliver the lpg cyllinder to my doorstep. Otherwise i will be forsed to proceed on legal measures to get justice to me.

I am puzzled as bank officials are saying they have updated my aadhar number & gas distributor says they also have updated my aadhar number. What to do, i don't understand. Please guide, as status is showing in-active @ npci. My details are :

                      Ordered a cyclinder via giridhar gas agency, on the 6th of july 2017, cash memo generated on the 12th of july 2017, however no delivery of the cyclinder. Booking number - 267691. This has become routine and no one picks up phone calls made to their various numbers. Every single time, i have to do this and it is very frustrating.

                      As a citizen of this country giving up lpg subsidy to support a good cause, you dont get basic utilities on time is just not acceptable.

                      Pathetic is not the word, this is the usual routine.

                      The diesel price in Chennai is Rs.58.02/ltr on 21st July 2017, whereas UGL agencies in Kolapakkam charged Rs.58.39/ltr. This is not the first time this agency is charging a higher rate.

                      Kindly look into this.

                      I booked refilling of a cylinder on 6/7/2017 (consumer No.1301435 booking No.-465565), but the cylinder has not yet reached to me. I lodged a complaint with the consumer complaint (No.3173414), but in vain.

                            I have booked the cylinder vide bill number [protected] but the delivery boy had refused to deliver the filled up cylinder and also spoken rudely with my mother who was alone and who is 70 years old

                            Apart from this the delivery boy had taken empty cylinders of IOCL and given us empty cylinders of HP

                              On 15/07/2017, petrol filling was done for rs1000 in my ford car in belapur automobiles (Indian oil) near cbd belapur station navi mumbai. Since my car shows 'km of fuel 'available, after filling i was in little doubt why the reading is showing by approx. 60km, presuming that it will correct reading after running few km, but surprisingly it didn't. After few days i filled petrol in another pumping station where the 'km of fuel'was showing as normal. On camparing i understood the cheating business undertaken by the petrol pump.

                              It is advisable to keep regular inspection and monitoring of petrol pumps by indian oil authorities and take severe actions on faulty petrol pumps.

                                  Gas booking is with kripa gas company, chrompet and number
                                  Is 1084. Subsidy of rs.125.35 was credited to air tel bank account, cell no.
                                  [protected] 15th july and reversed 16th. Till now credit is made to
                                  [protected] sbi. Why change. Pl credit the amount soon.
                                  Problems for all consumers since aadhaar card is linked to cell.
                                  Credit sbi only.
