I have recently applied for a new gas connection and my application was approved by "uttam indiane".

My registration no. Is n170720287639339599781.

When i reached the distributor with the kyc form, they said that i would need to wait for a month for the hotplate inspection and in the meanwhile if i am using my parents extra cylinder, my application will be rejected. Whereas it clearly says on official website that the inspection should be completed within 7 days. If it is a matter of 7 days i can adjust without a cylinder but can't do that for 1 month. I am pretty much sure that the distributor is intentionally doing this.

When i started leaving the distributor's office, he said that there is an alternative by which you can get the connection within 3-4 days. Upon asking how he said that i should buy the connection along with the hot plate and then they will help me sell the hot plate to someone else.

Clearly a case of indirectly forcing the consumer to buy unwanted accessories. I posted a complaint on their website but no reply. Please suggest whom should i complaint so that appropriate action can be taken.

    I have received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor rudra indane gramin vitrak, p. O & village matiari, district nadia, p. S kaliganj, w. B 741153, phone[protected],
    In reference to the matter i wish to know, is it authorised by leagal authority? As the distributor shows the d. O. No. P-39014/1/86 mkt dt.14.08.1988 u/s 4.13.3 in the notice.
    For the service they chargers 150/-+18%...

    I am akhil basak, consumer no t02446, lpg id[protected], residing at 2nd floor, within 1 kilometer from distributor, konnagar gas service, l have shifted new address here, new delivery man demanding extra ₹38 (587+38 as extra) total ₹ 625. He demands extra for delivery at 2nd floor. I complained to distributor over phone about the matter, unfortunately he also told same. Now please let me know what should i do & exact rule of delivery at my distance & floor.

        A cash memo has bee generated as cash memo no [protected] against said costumer no sw-10121. We didn't book this refile. This is not first time, this is a usual practice. Kindly take note immediately. Few days back i got the same massage while booking was not done by us and cylinder was not delivered to us. It seems that local agency might do some misappropriation. Kindly do check and take action at earliest.

                Kindly note that the gas distribution in our area is pathetic, irregular and without proper checklist from the top resulting in misuse and mismanagement. Often there were delays which resulted in visiting the offfice and long queues. If the supplier visited our area (Ranni, anathodom) he immediately disappeared by not giving proper signalling purposefully avoiding very needy customers. Often inssited on tips from customers. Kindly advise whether tips are alllowed besides their basic wages giving inconvenience to customers without proper service. Kindly do the needful.

                  We, m/s. Bee romen (Our vat no. [protected]) purchased bitumen vg-30 from your paharpur bitumen drum fiiiing plant, kolkata-88. & haldia refinery, haldia, w. B.
                  The purchasing amount from paharpur was rs.380384.00 (Bill no.[protected] dt:26/06/2014) & haldia rs.479481.00 (Bill no.[protected] dt:16/04/2014).
                  We had to pay rs.18113.52 for paharpur & rs. 22, 832.44 for haldia as sale tax. Till today the above said sale tax amount were not submitted on the behalf of your company & therefore we have been given special audit notice from sale tax department for your negligence.
                  Sale-tax department demands to get back their tax with interest & penalty charge within 18th august 2017 by sending us a letter.
                  Henceforth, either you solve this mismatch or you give back the above said amount with interest @ 25% p. A. To us within 18th august 2017.

                            My ioc gas registration / consumer number is [protected]. Ammal agency, kattakada trivandrum is providing cyllinder to my home. But nowadays they are not delivering lpg cyllinder to my home. Instead they are keeping the same at a nearby driving school which is about 1km. Away from my home. This is causing inconvenience for me as i have to travel 1km to collect the cyllinder. As i am not using any vehicle this causes more burden upon me. The vehicle of the agency is passing in front of my house. Still it is surprising that they are not delivering the cyllinder to my doorstep.
                            So kindly take ncessry steps to give direction to the agency to deliver the lpg cyllinder to my doorstep. Otherwise i will be forsed to proceed on legal measures to get justice to me.

                                Ordered a cyclinder via giridhar gas agency, on the 6th of july 2017, cash memo generated on the 12th of july 2017, however no delivery of the cyclinder. Booking number - 267691. This has become routine and no one picks up phone calls made to their various numbers. Every single time, i have to do this and it is very frustrating.

                                As a citizen of this country giving up lpg subsidy to support a good cause, you dont get basic utilities on time is just not acceptable.

                                Pathetic is not the word, this is the usual routine.

                                The diesel price in Chennai is Rs.58.02/ltr on 21st July 2017, whereas UGL agencies in Kolapakkam charged Rs.58.39/ltr. This is not the first time this agency is charging a higher rate.

                                Kindly look into this.
