I have booked the refill gas of Indane on 22nd July 2022 and I got the message that invoice is generated and the refill will be received in a day or two.
But this is the second time the gas agency office and delivery boy is not able to deliver the gas till date.
Every day I need to call and they promise that today it will be delivered. But nothing happens.
I have even raised complaint with Indian Oil corporation but of no use, as it is a govt undertaking.
Can you help me in getting the cylinder delivered on time.

Air filling machine not working all the time. Only kept as show piece

On 11th July 2022, 8:13 pm at I.O.C.L TRILOCHAN SERVICE STATION, BADA LALPUR, VARANASI i took my car for refuelling and asked the attendent to fill diesel of Rs. 2, 000 then i checked zero and he started filling it. After that i paid him and asked for receipt he gave me that and i left for home. Dear Sir, . I am to inform you that I am a consumer of Indane gas having consumer number [protected]. I had booked for gas but one delivered sms i received on 3rd july without delivering. Today is 22 nd July, till i hv not received. Every Month the distributor is doing.like this. Totally monopoly and cheating to consumers. If not delivered, than how delivering sms is coming. Pls look into thr matter and take stringent action against such type of Distributor who is damaging company 's reputation.

My gas connection number is [protected]. Gas agency is ramnagar gas service distt nainital uttarrakhand
I have tried to book my gas cylinder through registered mobile number on 21.07.2022 but can't get success.
Later on today I received a message on my mobile number that your cylinder is booked by ref no[protected] and one another message that your cylinder is delivered by ref no[protected] and invoice is generated. I have neither booked any gas cylinder on 21.07.2022 and neither get any cylinder this is totally fraued booking and delivery
Kindly take appropriate action on this matter.

I am an Indane LPG Gas cylinder consumer. My LPG gas cylinder regularly empty before its date. I complained to the IOCL many times but the condition is as it is. please look into the matter and give us some fair justice, if possible.

My indane gas consumer no. Is: [protected]. I made a upi payment of rs. 1062.50 via upi pay for indane gas cylinder booking on 15/07/2022. The amount was debited from my indusind bank account but the payment was not reflected against my order on the indane gas portal. At the time of delivery, they asked to pay again fater which we get the cylinder. Please find attached all required documents against my transaction. Kindly do the needful and resolve my issue.

I have complain about this pump
They don't have any basic facility like epayment, air, & not accepting Indian oil extrapower Card
So coustmer facing so much problems about this.

with reference to the above subject, we are requesting our extra payments swipe the amount RS: 62822.00 IOCL Dealer Pratima Fuels Agro Rice Mill, NH-49, Bypass, Kirari, Bilaspur for Reimbursement of Payment which was Double swipe done at his dealership and agreed by him.single transaction fraud amount two times swipe the card. more time mail sent him so please respond to the problem of our amount. Please, as early as possible solve the issue.

Gas cylinder supplied by Sidheswari Gas Agency Siliguri West Bengal found defective while fitted. Top mouth is oversized and not matching.
Condition of cylinder is very poor. No paint and no eligible writing for manufacturing or refilling details .

Quality of Petrol not good in M/S Paul and Paul Brothers.

Domestic LPG cylinder was booked on 12.7.22 with advance payment of Rs. 1062.50. Every time we face problem in getting cylinder. Service is poor or they do it knowingly. Mohan gas Service Model Town Karnal. Today is fourth day till cylinder not received.

The Indian Oil Petrol Bunk on New BEL Road (next to Anugraha stores) is not accepting card payments for the last 20 days.

According to the Staff, the card machine works only for diesel and not when petrol is put in the vehicles.

Are they fooling the public?
How can a card machine work only for diesel and not for petrol?

I book a gas on upi through 27/06/2022.but unfortunately I cancel my order same-day.but refund not receive in my account.the wabsight show refund but I cannot receive in my account.

Today I visited Bhavani Auto NH48, Pardi dist. Valsad, got 2500 diesel fueled in his car at around 12 o'clock in the night, whose receipt no is G1152, his nozzle staff refused to give the complian book saying that it was kept in the office locker. I can't give I would like to ask the company that if the complaint book is a thing to be kept in the locker, then what is the use of issuing it when the customer cannot register his complaint. The video of his refusal is available with me. I am a very old and permanent customer of your company. I had asked the staff to enter the point of sale amount but he replied that I do not know. I want to ask that why does the company appoint such employees who do not know anything. At least trained staff should be kept so that the customer does not face any problem. Thank you

Dear Sir,

1. Attached is the message Screenshot of my Invoices generated by the distributor.

2. I booked the cylinder on 27/28 Jun 22, and the invoice was generated next day, however the cylinder was not delivered. After 3 days again a invoice was generated, but this time too the cylinder was not delivered.

3. After that I visited the agency three times from 03 Jul 22 to 12 Jul 22 and the agency people always promised to get the cylinder delivered next day, but the same was never done.

4. Today on 13th Jul 22 the cylinder was delivered with revised invoice, wherein the rates of the cylinder has increased by Rs 50/-.

5. Now the problem is that, why should I pay extra for the negligence of the agency? This same incident has happened to me few months back also, but I don't have any details to share.

6. It is requested to look into the matter at the earliest and the agency may be advised to not repeat the same in future.

I'm inform you that I'm the consumer of Indian Oil Corporation.
My cylinder gets booked automatically without me having to book it and I have the problem of generating invoice by delivery.
Sir I also have invoices related to this which I have never booked so far the cylinder was booked
