My lpg regtn. Was done in 2015 on submission of aadhar card. Was getting su bsidy in m y a/c till march, 2016. And then su bsidyt stoped.in july2016 i linked my aadhar number online. Subsidy for two supply paid. And again no subsidy was paid. Inreply to compt. No3109209. Ioc denied payment subsidy saying adharcard not submitted. My consumer no is p-10739. My annual income is less than ten lakhs. I had wrongly gave up my gas subsidy which i like to withdraw. I like to avail the benefit of gas subsidy.

I am residing in delhi and the consumer indian gas under the dealearship of m/s. C. Lal and sons, kashmeere gate, delhi. My consumer number is 18668.
My agency is always supplying under weight cylinder. The weighing machine which carried by their delivery boy is already mapped at under weight end.in this regard whenever contacted to the dealer, their reply is not satisfactory.
In view of above, it is requested to please look into the matter so that such type of thefting of gas could be stopped.

This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “give it up” subsidy option for my lpg connection by pressing ‘0’ by mistake while ivrs sms booking. So, i request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment. I have not received my subsidy one year. Please givemy subsidy last one year as soon as possible. Please do the needful. I am waiting for your sympathetic consideration at the earliest.

This is regarding had a fraud of petrol pump at Kami road, Sonipat.
On 03/06/2017, I swipe my HDFC debit card ending with no.5264for feeling fuel RS.360 /- . This amount deduct from my A/c but the petrol pump manager says that the transaction was failed and no said amount credit in his A/c. Now 15 days were pass and no solutution till date.

I asked to fill fuel for 1000 rs. The worker started filling and stopped the meter at 300.. When i asked why, he said he heard it as 300. Which is absolutely #! Then he continues filling but at the same moment another guy comes up to me asking for payment, trying to distract me from watching the meter.
The other guy stops the meter at 700 and claims that he already filled fuel for 300 initially. Another #!! This is where i was aware to notice that he started filling again from 300 itself.
When i questioned him he acts like dumb as if he don't know anything.. When i questioned more the second guy told him to fill till 1000.
These fraud people have done this to me not just once but thrice!

I have been getting my lpg subsidy through my s b account of punjab national bank regularly.
To my surprise i find that an amount of rs. 121.85 has been credited to airtel payment bank a/c (Ioc ref no. [protected]) without my concurrence.in fact this airtel bank account was also opened without my knowledge.
I would request you to investigate as how or whose instruction the the credit has gone to a different a/c.in future i would request you to please credit my pnb a/c as has been done earlier.

I am a customer of lpg gas (Customer no: cx[protected], getting supplies from distributor m/s. Natraj gas service 37/209d, bundu katra agra gas service. The cylinder supplied by them was leaking and we informed them on 4.06.17. They dont sent any technician. We told the hokar to take back the cylinder and replace them but they refused. Now we are living in a dangerous situation. I would request immediate action against the distributor. Plz sir

I m a consumer of indane lpg at vayusena gas agency tughlakabad, consumer no. [protected], newly issued cylinders are leaking from valve, on complain/request mechanic is not coming & telling 50% cylinders are having minor leakage problem & you have to accept this, agency is also confirming this contention, as a consumer i think that it is a financial loss as well as a safety threat for the society. Resultantly i am forced to not use my lpg cylinders and wait for the kind help from an angel.

My consumer id is cx7610287, complaint regarding delivery man (Mool singh) of sushma gas agency, he did not delivered cylinder in time and have very bad attitude. After booking confirmation, invoice generated this man not delivered cylinder on the time that's why my booking automatically cancelled after 7 days, than i faced a problem to arranged the cylinder, after giving approx 10 call to every time delivery man come for delivery and now this is headache for me please take the action against him, because he not cared if i am lodged complaint against him.

Respected sir/madam,
I had come know that i have been accidentally opted out from gas subsidy. As a common family we will not be able to buy cylinders at non-subsidy rate.
I had contacted the distributor and as per their response i have submitted the details (Copies) of my aadhar, voter's id, pan card along with subsidy restoration request to the distributor and thereby the company. So kindly restore my gas subsidy please.

Subsidy has yet to receive till date. Subsidy for above supply was pending on the pretext that aadhar had been delinked but on 17/5/17 aadhar was linked by the bank though subsidy was not deposited to bank a/c. Again, on 24/5/17, aadhar had been linked, but no subsidy as on date has been paid to customer's s/b a/c. Please pay the subsidy to customer's/b a/c as furnished and practised earlier. Pl. As a bonafide and eligible cusmoter, i have been availing subsidy so far and for this first time, i am yet to receive subsidy in indane gas for the refilled cylinder vide dt. 3/5/17 till date. I am manish kumar. My indane consumer no. Is cx9134733. Agency - shingeri enterprises, gurgaon haryana, ph[protected].in the last one year, this is the fourth time that my cylinder has lasted only 60%of the normal time period.

The indane delivery people are perhaps using some advanced methods to steal lpg from cylinder, replace it with some other liquid and refix the seal, so that customer could not claim any tempering.

Indane authorities should carry out snap check on the contents of cylinders in gurgaon and punish the agency as well as delivery persons if any abnormalities are noticed.

There is this petrol pump on nh-2 named faridabad fuel station near ajronda chowk. They fill petrol without showing zero meter reading and will continue the meter from previous reading. There will be two men one will distract you and another one will fill the petrol. One of the persons name is gopal.

I want serious action to be taken against them.

Before 2 days i went to fill up petrol in my activa around 8:00 am at iocl kankaria ahmedabad petrol pump for rs 100. I remember in rs 100, 1.45 ltr petrol showing in digital meter. Today my petrol tank was empty and i am surprised that i have not taken any long trip or gone to outside my home only 15 to 20 km in 2 days my vehicle is running. So iocl kankaria petrol pump staff was cheated me. So i think this is what we kind say enjoy with public money.

Sir, i have registered my name for online gas booking, in that i registered my user name swapnilchavada, the password i forgotten then after click on forget passward i got the mail for passward reset, but the link send by iocl team through mail is not opening and getting time out. Pl. Refer to my compt. No sr 3109209. I am not satisfied withthe reply. Aadharcard was submitted at time of registration under pahal in20015. Subsidi was regulary coming to my a/c up to 30.06.2016. Then after subsidy payment stoped. Again aadhar no. Was linked by me in july 2016 online. There after subsidy was paid for two refil only. Again subsidy payment stoped details of memos against which payment not received are given in above complant. Pl. Look in to the matter and pay the subsidy.

Today around 9:00 am, petrol pump person pours lessor petrol without entering the amount. When i said the needle didn't shows the 100rs petrol they told me that it always shows this in every vehicle and no worry to take tension but i know they stole the petrol and pour lessor amount of petrol in my vehicle.
