Respected sir,

Today i have been at ioc petroleum located at utran at 11:45 pm (21/06/2017).

But unfortunately i was surprised to hear from one of the staff that pump is closed and he is unable to fill fuel.

I can see that all pumps is on but after my humble request he strongly refused to fill and said that i have right to close pump at 11:00 pm, he switched off all pumps before me, i want to know that what is the timing of ioc pumps all across india and what action i could take as i have suffered to pull my bike 2 km without fuel.

    This is in regard of my experience with a indian oil petrol pump at sec:38 gurugram, near medanta hospital (A square filling station).

    My complain is as bellow:
    Today on 21st june, i approached this petrol pump to fill fuel in my car. I asked them to fill the diesel for rs 500. By the time a fuel station guy came and started talking with me (Like; sir average kitni hai gaadi ki and all that) so that i dont see the meter reading. During the time the other guy just filled the fuel of rs 365 and showed the reading to 500 (He tricked the meter reading from 365 to 500)
    On equiry he said (Sir 500 ka fill ho gaya, light chali, meter main show nhi kar raha). I asked the manager (Anil) but he did not helped me.

    I am dissapointed with the service and hope you look into the matter and hope others are not cheated like this

      I have filled petrol from kapithan's fules on[protected] for 1500/- rupees. Later on[protected] i have got a message that rs. 43.13 deducted from your account for service charge. I here with attaching the proof for the above mentioned. Normaly when you do transaction with debit card normally will get money back instead of deducting. So kindly look in to the matter very seriously and refund the money at the earliest and take neccesary action against the agency.

        I filled petrol of rs 200 from dullapura petrol pump at 1000 hrs on 07 jun 2017.in the first second the meter shot to 60/- and the filling of rest took another 30 seconds. The person at the pump said that my eyes are weak, as i couldnot see properly. Talks to your executive turned futile. He didnot turn up as he told. The owner called me and tried to persuade.
        Please initiate and intimate me accordingly.

          I have applied for subsidy and all formalities related to same is completed six months back. As per my income i am entitled for subsidy which is below 10 lakh. I was getting subsidy before my retirement after retirement i have shifted from delhi to vadodra and during transfer of connection my subsidy was removed when my income has gone down.

No-09196, done a booking on 28.05.2017 vide no-433579 than received a massage for generating cash memo vide no-[protected] on 09.06.2017 after that received another massage on 13.06.2017 informed that cash memo no - [protected] stands cancelled. Fact was informed to the dealer as per dealer help another cash memo vide no - [protected] genarated and received the cylinder on 13.06.2017 but till date i have not received my subsidy amount to my bank a/c. Sir pls. Look into the matter & try to solve at an early priority.

              Iam sivashankar from coimbatore. Iam very comfortable in paying for fuel through card payment. But many bunks in my place they are saying card payment is accepted only for above 100₹ and suppose rarely any bunk allows they are not putting for exact litre. They are forced me to pay round off amount example 70₹, 80₹. Kindly take a strong action in these petrol bunks.

                I have booked refill on line booking system with booking number 434651, my consumer number is 13299. On 1/06/2017. Later 19 days not delivered gas cylinder till date. I have inquiry at amerdip gas agency with phonically the operator said that your refill booking still cancelled, without any reason & said if you want rebook your cylinder.
                Please take n/a, and without my concern in writing not close this complain. I am fully unsatisfied with gas agency due timely not provide services, if gas portability coming i am immediately to joint bharat gas due to excellent services.
                How cancelled my refill booking, please provide to me my refill booking without any delay. This type of practice done many time, please do needful & take n/a urgently.

                  My lpg regtn. Was done in 2015 on submission of aadhar card. Was getting su bsidy in m y a/c till march, 2016. And then su bsidyt stoped.in july2016 i linked my aadhar number online. Subsidy for two supply paid. And again no subsidy was paid. Inreply to compt. No3109209. Ioc denied payment subsidy saying adharcard not submitted. My consumer no is p-10739. I dont agree with ioc reply. Gopal bhama

                      I am residing in delhi and the consumer indian gas under the dealearship of m/s. C. Lal and sons, kashmeere gate, delhi. My consumer number is 18668.
                      My agency is always supplying under weight cylinder. The weighing machine which carried by their delivery boy is already mapped at under weight end.in this regard whenever contacted to the dealer, their reply is not satisfactory.
                      In view of above, it is requested to please look into the matter so that such type of thefting of gas could be stopped.

                          This is regarding had a fraud of petrol pump at Kami road, Sonipat.
                          On 03/06/2017, I swipe my HDFC debit card ending with no.5264for feeling fuel RS.360 /- . This amount deduct from my A/c but the petrol pump manager says that the transaction was failed and no said amount credit in his A/c. Now 15 days were pass and no solutution till date.

                            I asked to fill fuel for 1000 rs. The worker started filling and stopped the meter at 300.. When i asked why, he said he heard it as 300. Which is absolutely #! Then he continues filling but at the same moment another guy comes up to me asking for payment, trying to distract me from watching the meter.
                            The other guy stops the meter at 700 and claims that he already filled fuel for 300 initially. Another #!! This is where i was aware to notice that he started filling again from 300 itself.
                            When i questioned him he acts like dumb as if he don't know anything.. When i questioned more the second guy told him to fill till 1000.
                            These fraud people have done this to me not just once but thrice!

                              I, (Mr) k gangadharan residing at r24, s m nagar govt housing estate ph-1, b b t road, kolkata 700143 having an lpg (Ioc) cylinder consumer no. 06401d and the concerned lpg distributor
                              P k music, budge budge, south 24 prgs.
                              I have been getting my lpg subsidy through my s b account of punjab national bank regularly.
                              To my surprise i find that an amount of rs. 121.85 has been credited to airtel payment bank a/c (Ioc ref no. [protected]) without my concurrence.in fact this airtel bank account was also opened without my knowledge.
                              I would request you to investigate as how or whose instruction the the credit has gone to a different a/c.in future i would request you to please credit my pnb a/c as has been done earlier.

                                I am a customer of lpg gas (Customer no: cx[protected], getting supplies from distributor m/s. Natraj gas service 37/209d, bundu katra agra gas service. The cylinder supplied by them was leaking and we informed them on 4.06.17. They dont sent any technician. We told the hokar to take back the cylinder and replace them but they refused. Now we are living in a dangerous situation. I would request immediate action against the distributor. Plz sir

                                  I m a consumer of indane lpg at vayusena gas agency tughlakabad, consumer no. [protected], newly issued cylinders are leaking from valve, on complain/request mechanic is not coming & telling 50% cylinders are having minor leakage problem & you have to accept this, agency is also confirming this contention, as a consumer i think that it is a financial loss as well as a safety threat for the society. Resultantly i am forced to not use my lpg cylinders and wait for the kind help from an angel.

                                    My consumer id is cx7610287, complaint regarding delivery man (Mool singh) of sushma gas agency, he did not delivered cylinder in time and have very bad attitude. After booking confirmation, invoice generated this man not delivered cylinder on the time that's why my booking automatically cancelled after 7 days, than i faced a problem to arranged the cylinder, after giving approx 10 call to every time delivery man come for delivery and now this is headache for me please take the action against him, because he not cared if i am lodged complaint against him.
