I have filled in petrol in ioc coco petrol pump mansarovar jaipur for rs1100/-
I found that about rs 200/- less petrol was filled in in my car
By milo meter reading i sour for it was cheating with me
I calculates average, every time, now i found i was right, it gave less average about rs 200/-
I found ioc officials are with petrol pump dealer, not bother customer

Form the last one year i didnt given the subsidy amount to the bank. I have already linked my adhar number to ma a/c no.
I had trying to complaint the same issue through customer care support number[protected]. But couldn't receive any response from there.
Also i was trying to complaint through area office but unfortunately no response from there also.

I have booked for my refill cylinder vide booking no 471728 on[protected].
I was informed vide sms, that ur cash memo no [protected] dt 30-05-17 will be delivered withi 2 to 3 days.
Now i receive the following sms
Dear Indane customer, your refill booking ref no. 471728 stands cancelled.Kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation.
Pl.verify d sms n instruct for urgent delivery.

Our gas connection is 30 yrs old. The regulator has become rigid and the switch is getting stuck. It is unable to go the proper position to connect to the pin in the cylinder as a result no gas supply happens. A couple of months earlier the regulator would not fix and the gas hiding sound was heard. The gas agency sent a person who temporarily rectified it. Since it's an old regulator, the rubber bush had become hard and rigid. The up and down movement is not smooth.Kindly replace the regulator ASAP.

Today I was charged 470 Rs for filling cng in my SX4 car. Normally it costs between 260-375 depending on the pressure. The attendant and supervisor distracted me by opening my coolant cap at the last moment of filling so I did not watch the final amount being completed. It is not possible it can ever cost in excess of 100 Rs extra. I complained but was treated with disdain and a comment 'it's mixed gas'. I have not found this to be true....

Your cyl is delivered with cash memo no.[protected]. You may also book and pay for future refills online, through our web portal www.indane.co.in.but we din't get manually cylinder, my contact no.[protected], also every time when i book cylinder, they send sms, cash memo details, third or fourth day, again receive sms of cylinder received, but on din't get manually, karan gas agency is bed, bakvas, ineligible, bogas, thair agency should be cancelled, office work is bed, every time, we have to call them,

I was getting lpg susidy in my following bank a/c w. E. F 24.1.2015 to 7.12.2016 which has been stopped intentionally. Details are following-

Sir,
I am to request you that the subsidy of cylinder delivered at my residence by the M/s. O.P. Gas agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi on 21 October, 14 November, 19 November and 9th December 2016 have not been transferred into my account after a lapse of five months as the delivery dates of the same has been shown in my account also. I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter and release the subsidy of above period immediately.

On Date 28th May I travel from saputara to my home at that time I visit Maa Krupa Petroleum near Praptnagar on tha way from vansada to chikali.

I wanna fill Up petrol in my car but there was so line for CNG. I say to pump manager please fill up petrol then he start to give excuse and say i[censored] wanna fill CNG then u can otherwise wait for half and hour.

Also he insistent to fill CNG meanwhile my wife and kids wanna go for washroom then washroom isn not clean and one of washroom is locked when she ask that time manager says " Ghare badha Clean j hoy K'"

He use bad word to my wife also he used with me.
"Benchod 50 lakh invest karela che bhikari thoda che"

I ask about complain book he is not given to me also for bill after fill up ask for petrol bill he is not given.

And say bhosdina kya thi aave aaava loko.

It is very serious matter and pls look in to the same and wnanna result for same.

I request lost because I m with family but they are not under stand.

Niu gas agency niuland. Nagaland has been illegally selling truck loads of filled lpg from his residence. Large number of cylinders are illegally stored at the residential premise thereby endangering the lives of the people living in the locality. I request the indian oil corporation to take appropriate action against the lpg dealer and the transporter for indulging in illegal activity

I have booked cylinder on 20th may but still it not yet delivered. When i asked they said person shifted..

Construction work is going on in current house that is the reason we stayed in nearest house but for that they asked to change the address why should i moreover, gas service already there in same address... How could they give 2 connection in single address.

I receive my LPG refill from Amar Gas Service, Bihari colony, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.
When refill cylinder delivered to me i connected to the burner cylinder lasted for only 25 days, whereas normally it lasts for 40 days.
The cylinder though was quite heavy, but no gas was coming out.
After i checked the cylinder is filled with water.
please do a serious action against it

This agency is not providing the gas cyclinder. Every month I am facing the same problem. After booking the refill cyclinder and getting the bill genetation message but the gas will not be delivered. Every time I have to call 10 to 15 times and request them to send the gas cylinder. Fed up of this gas agency. The company people also not taking care of the complaint given. Kindly change my gas connection or take a serious action against these people.

I asked for Rs 200 petrol at fuel pump Mr Ramesh kr sales boy Sold extra primium petrol to me without seeking my approval for the same and when I protested and ask for a compliant register to write a complaint then Petrol pump manager name Mr Shivshankar threaten me that just leave the place otherwise I will sattle you here right now as we we don't keep any sort of register also I use to see lot of customers like you...

Iam a Indane gas consumer. My consumer number is CX13163575. Every time iam not getting LPG subsidy amount as my aadhar number is not updated. I went to distributor office(Sri Sainath Indane, vizag, A.P) and given my aadhar photo copy duly signed by me to update in record in march-17, Till date they have not updated. I have taken many follow ups but the work is not done due their negligence. Today I went to the office and asked for the same. They r not giving answer. They are just ignored n told we will not update, do whatever u want. Getting LPG subsidy is everyones right. Due to this distributor iam losing subsidy for each cylinder..please do the needful.

Sir, i am a customer of indane gas. My dealers name is m/s shaw indane thakurpukur. Customer no-cx9282634. Lpgid —[protected]. I have booked gas on 18/05/2017 order no.[protected] which was scheduled for delivery on 25/05/2017. On that very day the delivery man came to deliver the cylinder with half filled gas, and on the suspicious behavior of him, my mother in law aged 70 years who was the only family member present at that time in my house asked to show the weight by their spring weighing machine. But the delivery man misbehaved & refused to do so & replied that the weighing machine is out of order. Further he was asked to bring any other weighing machine but he left the place with the cylinder and did not deliver the gas till date. Please take suitable action in this case as the delivery man is in a habit of misbehaving whenever he was asked to show the weight.

I have received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor moonlight gas service, 9/3 g. T. Road (Tentultala) post bhadeswar dist.[protected].
In reference to the matter i wish to know, is it authorised by leagal authority? As the distributor shows the d. O. No. P-39014/1/86 mkt dt.14.08.1988 u/s 4.13.3 in the notice.
For the service they charge rs.75/-

I regularly using extra premium petrol in Indian oil. Today I saw attracting banner in one of the Indian oil petrol pump in kamarajar salai, Madurai. According to the banner those who may fill Rs. 200 to 500 worth extra premium and may get assured gift of pen or pencil. I filled Rs. 200 worth extra premium and claimed my gift. The pump worker get my signature and after a few minutes they given me just Rs. 2 worth pen. I was shocked and never...

Sir, I have indane gas connection, i had done all formalities for linking Aadhaar number and bank account to get subsidy. My customer number is 65845 and LPG ID[protected]. Manytime I have informed Vijayakumar Gas Agency at pammal to rectify the problem about non payment of subsidy. They informed that unique number is problem so they could not able to pay subsidy, only the field officer of IOC has to rectify this problem. So I kindly request the field officer to rectify the problem as early as possible. thank you.
