Sir, i am a customer of indane gas. My dealers name is m/s shaw indane thakurpukur. Customer no-cx9282634. Lpgid —[protected]. I have booked gas on 18/05/2017 order no.[protected] which was scheduled for delivery on 25/05/2017. On that very day the delivery man came to deliver the cylinder with half filled gas, and on the suspicious behavior of him, my mother in law aged 70 years who was the only family member present at that time in my house asked to show the weight by their spring weighing machine. But the delivery man misbehaved & refused to do so & replied that the weighing machine is out of order. Further he was asked to bring any other weighing machine but he left the place with the cylinder and did not deliver the gas till date. Please take suitable action in this case as the delivery man is in a habit of misbehaving whenever he was asked to show the weight.

    Mandatory checking of gas notice by dealer

    Sir,
    I have received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor moonlight gas service, 9/3 g. T. Road (Tentultala) post bhadeswar dist.[protected].
    In reference to the matter i wish to know, is it authorised by leagal authority? As the distributor shows the d. O. No. P-39014/1/86 mkt dt.14.08.1988 u/s 4.13.3 in the notice.
    For the service they charge rs.75/-

    I regularly using extra premium petrol in Indian oil. Today I saw attracting banner in one of the Indian oil petrol pump in kamarajar salai, Madurai. According to the banner those who may fill Rs. 200 to 500 worth extra premium and may get assured gift of pen or pencil. I filled Rs. 200 worth extra premium and claimed my gift.     Sir, I have indane gas connection, i had done all formalities for linking Aadhaar number and bank account to get subsidy. My customer number is 65845 and LPG ID[protected]. Manytime I have informed Vijayakumar Gas Agency at pammal to rectify the problem about non payment of subsidy. They informed that unique number is problem so they could not able to pay subsidy, only the field officer of IOC has to rectify this problem. So I kindly request the field officer to rectify the problem as early as possible. thank you.

      I m indian oil dealer. I have been used xsprash application but when i try to login it need pin. But i don't know which pin they need or where m i get this pin. I also post this request to review app on google play also but no reply from their. So help me out in this.
      And because of this i face so many problems like i can't able revise my price change immediately it take few time, and i can't able to show my loaded truk status without app. And i can't show my competitive sale without this app.
      So please kindly throw some light on it.

        Your Sreerama gas agency of Rammurthy nagar bangalore never attend phone calls. Whenever we book gas, cash memo generates and next day onwards we receive message that cylinder nor delivered because of "door lock". But its completely lie because 24/7 our family will be there in house. They deliver very late some times they cancel the order without even delivering the cylinder. I request you cancel the license to this Sreerama agency.

          R./sir, my name is bhagirath rudra paul my indane lpg id no[protected] consumer no 18473. Last three month i have not received my subsidy amount. I contact with my distributor and check my all status & found that last three month the subsidy amount not credited by ioc authy. Even all formalaties done by me previously (Kyc aadhar number etc). I try to put up my applcation to my distributor. But not grant my appln by them. Suggest me to putup my application to assistant manager ioc indane gas authority agartala near radha nagar bus stand. I also try this but i reached agartala office from 70 kms my home at least 4 time and found the office is closed. Now i am very tired for this drama. How is possible plz suggest me.               Hi sir/madam

              I have filled 1000 rs diesel on[protected] around 5:30 pm in indian petroleum at sivakodu, razole mandal, east godavari district. After filling diesel in my car on next day itself my car not getting started. Lateron when i called car service person & gave my car in service centre then i came to know that due to impure diesel my fuel injector and high pressure diesel pump got damaged badly & need to replace them.

              Cost of those injectors and high pressure diesel pump are cost inr 50, 000. I can't bear this cost & have no other option other then to file a case against the above said company.

                I have booked my gas cylinder as on 21 May 2017, made a payment via online, but the cylinder has not been delivered by delivery boy and asked for the cash payment? why should I pay twice for a single cylinder? Distributor asked that the payment has not been credited to their indane account? but how this is Possible? I have my proof of mini statement of my bank account which clearly indicated that the amount has been deducted in the name of indane gas account. Please do something.

                  With due respect, the petrol pump located in Gordwanpura chowki at Kotputli, Dist -Jaipur, Rajasthan, was not accepting ATM card for Fueling petrol. On 22.05.2017, i was going for fueling petrol but the pump operator was refused to accept atm card & i had no hard cash with me on that time. I was trying to convince him that please accept atm card otherwise i couldn't go anywhere due my bike was in Reserve mode. But he refused.

                  So please sir/mam, take action against him. Our P. M said to go for Digital Transaction but that type of pump operator was trying to stop our digitality.

                  My card no. is [protected] Yesterday I was fill the fuel your retail outlet 6000.00 fuel in my cars.
                  But unfortunately my extra rewards points is credit in my account only 2000.00 rs equivalent. please look at this matter and remaining balance is credit in my account ASAP.

                    Transferring points from old card to new card

                    Petrol filling not done properly. Giving less petrol

                    Self a nri applied new gas connection for my residence at 04, t1-04, ruchira residency em bypass, ruchira residency near rubi hospital, kalikapur, kolkata, west bengal, 700078. Self paid the full amount to indane through electronically. Sl69 released date :[protected]. However, the day i landed to kolkata, the agent golfgreen gas service called me and told they can't supply. Subsequently tried to call local office of indane, kolkata no one picked the phone. I have never experience such lousy service.
                    I should get refund the deposited money asap.

                      I am indian gas consumer, my gas connection no 11257, kottarath enterprises (Indane gas distributor) thrissur, kerala.
                      I have booked cyclender last month and we got the confirmation last week it will reach our home asap. But unfortunately we are not in home at last week. So the gas return to the service center. After for the delivery we called this agency & delivery person also but they are not listening our words and they told us they will be deliver the gas next time, when the have time & stock.

                      Take action as soon as possible.

                        I have booked my gas cylinder on 12th May till today rai gas agency has not delivered it. Daily they saying they will deliver it but not taking any action.                           I am customer of indane gas holding facility of double barrel. My consumer no. Is [protected]. My indane distributor is "lalmani gas' lodhipara, raipur (Chhattisgarh). I have made booking for refill on 2nd may 2017. I received the message of booking no.361229 on same day on my cell number. On 18th may 2017 i made a reminder about non delivery, there was voice message that last delivery was made to me on 28.04.2017 but in fact no such delivery was made. It is learnt that said distributor is playing some mis-chief always. On being contacted the distributor in this matter his behavior was so rough. I am a retired assistant commissioner from central excise & customs department. You are requested to kindly make an inquiry in the matter. Pl also see that issue is resolved at an earlist.

                          I chitra my distributor adayar gas agency consumer no.[protected] banker IOB already linked aadar card no.[protected] with gas agency and bank, since no subsidy received, enquired with both, they simply escaped dat said no fault of their side and kick of me to bank and to gas agency, what can i do further?
