I asked the petrol bunk man to fill for 200rs but he asked to fill for 250 and blamed me not filling for 250 again i asked him that reading is not showing so he said to fill for 90 so i said ok. The total amount is 340 so i want to get 4.76liters but with doubt i went home and checked the petrol i got only 3.6. Although before my bike is having more than 1.5 liters so he cheated me by not filling more than 2 litres so i went and asked him the same thing he said it was his fault and filled with 2 litres but also one litre is loss for me

I am p v ramesh babu. I hold an account with dwarakamayee gas agency with acc no 7758 in visakhapatnam. I have booked for gas cylinder on 20th april 2017. I got a message that a receipt has been raised on 12th may. Later i got a sms that cylinder has been delivered and payment received. Intact no gas was delivered and no payment made. Please look into this matter. Tried calling agent and toll free no but no calls were answered

M/s girja devi tiwari petrol pump at satna 485001 are giving only xtra premium petrol and pressurising for the same.
Today in morning same experience i had repeateadly.
They are very arrogant, all employees behave rudely and indiscipline.
They give only xtra premium or refuse to give petrol.

Pls look into the matter.

Dear sir

I bought disel for my skoda car week ago from sama savli road baroda ioc petrol pump. After next day i try to start my car i show white smoke from my car and car engine voice is totally difrant so i went to the garage the person let me know then your disel is full of mixing with nepftha and my fuel pump and injecter is damage and should need to be change it's coast is 40000/- to 50000/-. So who is listen my complain. Please ioc take action gains this curopted petrol pump owner? Baroda is city we're mr priminister elected and i found curopter petrol pump owner in this city. Is any one help me?

Today 18.5.2017 when I had been to purchase fuel for my 2 wheeler from Jyoti petrol pump singhroad pune-411030, I observed a very bad experience from forecourt attendant at pump no 8. He deceived me by giving me less fuel than what I paid for. He was very arrogant. Though the delivery of fuel is with automatic machines forecourt attendant plays tricks while delivering fuel resulting in shortfall in desired quantity of fuel & wastage of fuel. Such petrol pumps may please be warned with proper instructions

This is to inform you that my consumer no is CX2769140 and bill no [protected]. Please note that I had made the online payment of INR 718.00 however the bill was generated for INR 631.00.
Your delivery boy Dinesh didn't returned me the rest of the money, whenever I try to call him at [protected]. He always give me the time and he never returned to give me money.
I need to raise a complaint regarding this.

I am your costumer befor one year. Sir gas celender is not delevery on my adders. Delevery boy"s beehive is very bad. Every parcel he tek 5 rs extra. I live signal because my husband expire. Sir i not catch celender wight.

My consumer id [protected], i have getting almost half cylinder from last couple of month from. Shanti indian gas sadh nagar delhi distributer number 25052040, today my little sister has received the refill cyclinder and i found approx 4 kg gas is there... If they give me cylinder every month like.. Trust i take them legally... They are making their fool and every month they are theft of 4 kg which is not acceptable at all... Cylinder is with us with same condition and seal pack... You r requested please take strict action against them and replace my cylinder with full gas tomorrow itself.

Dear sir /mam,
I am having gas connection and double cylinder which is consumer id is rf 9835 our agent (Richflame faridabad) is not giving services properly. Every time we are suffering from our gas dealer, afterall we buy cylinder from blackers?

My connection no. is SB 17181. I gave up subsidy before 2 years. After that I am not receiving gas cylinder on home. I always take cylinder by self. Now I booked cylinder on[protected] booking no. 600322, but I have not received cylinder till today[protected].Gas agency always says that his staff is sick or injured but I have seen home delivery of my gas agency nearby of me. I think that I done a mistake to gave up subsidy. Please help me to confirm home delivery of gas cylinder. Thanking you.

Oversightly sometime in july, 2016, i had pressed "0" by mistake and my gas subsidy is gone. Since then i have requested several times to my distributor but the subsidy has not yet been restarted.

I did the procedure as u want, and after a minute I got a message that said You have been successfully registered in to the IOC scheme take it and take off offer.

on the end of last of march 2017 I got a call from [protected]( indian oil corp), the following phone number and informed me that.. You have been selected as the winner of IOC of above offer... So I was happy...
the enquire about whether I had kept the original bill... I replied her that " Today I am in office, , I will give the details tomarrow..
the next day I called to to the number
I could not contact her beacouse.. that was a company phone number and I think it is only the facilities of out going.

after a day another lady contacted me and enquired Did I get the orginal bill'' I replied her... Yes..
she replied The company authority would delivered the prize..

Bhadreswar Dt.Hooghy (West Bengal) for a mandatory checking which is charged Rs.75/-(Rs.seventy five only). I want to know about the matter that is it authourised by the company? In this petrol pump, I went for filling of oil for 1000 rs.
After filling about rs 300 diesel, boy said that due to gas pressure oil is coming out. He put back the oil gun on dispensing machine & said he will put the rest oil after gas pressure will be less, he pointed that now meter will start from Zero so he will dispense rest oil[protected] = 700 ). He asked me to shake the car. In between he took out dispensing gun & start pouring oil, but what I noticed that meter start from 300 onward.
After much arguments & I asked to produce the meter printed slips, they fill the full oil.

Many other customer must be getting cheated, pl do needful.

Today at singh filling station university road meerut up, i pay rs.200 to fill petrol in my scooty although i have seen the zero in meter but as per my physical observation and meter reading of the scooty i anticipated under weighing of petrol and go to the manager and detail my grievance and want to chech the machine by filling 1 liter bottle. He suddenly start misbehaving and denied me to weight 1 liter petrol, and told me to weight 5 liter petrol however i requested him to take 1 liter bottle bcoz i[censored] have a error of 50 mg in one liter it can be well detected in a plastic bottle and not in a 5 liter ancient looking damaged weighing iron bucket. I asked him to tell me his name but the manager denied to tell me and said "ja jo karna hai kar lee". And told me that i shud not come to the station againg and if soo i will face the consequences and suddenly tried to snatch my phone from which i am tried to record the event". I request the company officials to register my complaint and take strict action immediately and compensate me a reputation loss and monetary loss and take strict action against the petrol pump owner asap. I am sending you the video clip of the event whatever i darefully recorded. Also i am sending the same clip to some media houses so that everyone see the real picture of these petrol pump staff and underweighing.

Aroop enterprises, dealer of Indian cooking gas(SAP no. - 140363), always supply the cylinder very late. It became a habit for them. Every time after 10 days, I have to go to their office to inquire on this. I am unhappy from their service but can not do anything. Many others are suffering with same problem. We had use kerosin for cooking due to their late supply.
