Sir one of your petrol pump named parasuram agency located in sadayalpatti Theni district Tamilnadu is not supplying petrol to vehicles after 930pm. They simply locked and went back to their residence. Hence, it is requested that kindly take necessary action to get petrol 24/4 hrsfrom that pump without any disturbance. You early action is solicited please.

    I am suneesh, I filled extrapremium petrol worth Rs.300/-
    from

    Gemini Indian Oil
    Gas Station
    Chirakara, Thalassery - Coorg Hwy

    Open until 11:30 PM

    and the owner gave me the bill, and told me there was an offer in which I would have to sent a message as IOC bill number and sent to [protected],

    I did the procedure as u want, and after a minute I got a message that said You have been successfully registered in to the IOC scheme take it and take off offer.

    on the end of last of march 2017 I got a call from [protected]( indian oil corp), the following phone number and informed me that.. You have been selected as the winner of IOC of above offer... So I was happy...
    the enquire about whether I had kept the original bill... I replied her that " Today I am in office, , I will give the details tomarrow..
    the next day I called to to the number
    I could not contact her beacouse.. that was a company phone number and I think it is only the facilities of out going.

    after a day another lady contacted me and enquired Did I get the orginal bill'' I replied her... Yes..
    she replied The company authority would delivered the prize..
    Till date any person did not contacted me or get the prize

      TUCS Ltd Ayanavaram Chennai Customer No CX13867898 was in receipt of LPG subsidy till[protected] in Union Bank of India to the customer Mrs S.CHANDRA with SB A/C NO [protected](IFSC 552593) & Aadhaar NO[protected]; But unfortunately from next refill onwards the subsidy was wrongly credited to a different person having account number ending 2498 in State Bank of India till[protected]. Kindly arrange for reversal of wrong credit and regular credit in Union Bank of India Ayanavaram SB A/C 3390 .

        I have received a leafleted by my distributor Moonlight gas service of 9/3 G.T.Road (Tentultala) Police. Bhadreswar Dt.Hooghy (West Bengal) for a mandatory checking which is charged Rs.75/-(Rs.seventy five only). I want to know about the matter that is it authourised by the company? Please inform properly.

          Pl see the attached bill of dated 26/04/2017.
          In this petrol pump, I went for filling of oil for 1000 rs.
          After filling about rs 300 diesel, boy said that due to gas pressure oil is coming out. He put back the oil gun on dispensing machine & said he will put the rest oil after gas pressure will be less, he pointed that now meter will start from Zero so he will dispense rest oil[protected] = 700 ). He asked me to shake the car. In between he took out dispensing gun & start pouring oil, but what I noticed that meter start from 300 onward.
          After much arguments & I asked to produce the meter printed slips, they fill the full oil.

          Many other customer must be getting cheated, pl do needful.

              Today at singh filling station university road meerut up, i pay rs.200 to fill petrol in my scooty although i have seen the zero in meter but as per my physical observation and meter reading of the scooty i anticipated under weighing of petrol and go to the manager and detail my grievance and want to chech the machine by filling 1 liter bottle. He suddenly start misbehaving and denied me to weight 1 liter petrol, and told me to weight 5 liter petrol however i requested him to take 1 liter bottle bcoz i[censored] have a error of 50 mg in one liter it can be well detected in a plastic bottle and not in a 5 liter ancient looking damaged weighing iron bucket. I asked him to tell me his name but the manager denied to tell me and said "ja jo karna hai kar lee". And told me that i shud not come to the station againg and if soo i will face the consequences and suddenly tried to snatch my phone from which i am tried to record the event". I request the company officials to register my complaint and take strict action immediately and compensate me a reputation loss and monetary loss and take strict action against the petrol pump owner asap. I am sending you the video clip of the event whatever i darefully recorded. Also i am sending the same clip to some media houses so that everyone see the real picture of these petrol pump staff and underweighing.

                Aroop enterprises, dealer of Indian cooking gas(SAP no. - 140363), always supply the cylinder very late. It became a habit for them. Every time after 10 days, I have to go to their office to inquire on this. I am unhappy from their service but can not do anything. Many others are suffering with same problem. We had use kerosin for cooking due to their late supply.

                  Today an excutive from abhinav gas service has come to our home and forcefully tried to enter our kitchen for replacing the gas pipe. We told him that who has authorized you to enter our home and check our kithen without our permission. He told that if we will not allow him to check the kitchen then he will cancel our lpg connection. That person was having an identity card from abhinav gas service, he is also asking us to pay rs. 150 as inspection charges and rs. 230 for gas pipe. We then called the abhinav gas service no.[protected] to confirm whether he is a fraud or an authorized agent of abhinav gas service. The answer we got from abhinav gas service was very shocking. They told us that either get your gas pipe checked and replaced and pay rs. 380 to the executive or they will not book your refill and cancel your lpg connection with immediate effect.
                  Kindly check this matter and get our issue resolved and stop abhinav gas service from extorting money from innocent lpg consumers.

My complaint is, the agency is not providing cash less transaction even after that the nation is going on cash less transaction. But the agency is not aware of this.
                    I request that the agency may kindly be instructed to provide the machine to help the consumers.

                      Misbehave by petrol pump employee

Many times visited in agengy there contact person told that please contact in your bank. After that i visited in bank and meet with bank manager he link my account with adhar imeideatly. After that i talk with customer care there person told me that your complane is closed and if your issue is not resolve then you plaese talk with mr sudin gaguly at this no:-[protected] after that two three times i call this number but no any pickup this phone and after last few days this number is switch off.

                                My booking for Consumer No.18965 was registered with reference No.361537 dated 04.04.2017. But no delivery has so far been effected till date. I received a message that cash memo [protected] for Rs.790/- was generated on 28.04.2017. Again I received a message on 01.05.2017 that the said cash memo was cancelled. This has become a practice of the dealer LIPI Gas Service, Sambalpur. Kindly take necessary action for immediate delivery of the cylinder.

                                Sri Giridhar Gas Agency is not delivering the Domestic Gas to the customer.
                                Gas is getting booked through mobile and I am receiving the message saying that your cylinder has been delivered. But in actual it is not delivered.

                                  Indian Oil Petrol bunk situated on mysore road cheats people. If you ask for Rs 2000 pertol, they will distract customer and then with a push of button set the meter to 2000 even though the petrol filled for 1700. This has happened multiple times now.

                                    I had booked for a lpg cylinder on 09/04/2017 and the booking no; 625425. Our gas agency is m/s sreekumar agencies haripad, alapuzha, kerala, pin no;690514.
                                    As per the information from the ivrs total facility it came to understand that all the booked cylinders up to 11/04/2017 has been delivered, but not yet recieved the cylinder.
                                    Iam an aged woman having 75 yrs, being the part of the life it is an essential commodity, kindily make necessory action to get the cylinder at the erliest.

                                      I filled petrol in my bike at Sector-61, Noida IOCL petrol pump. The person filling air initially declined to fill air in the tyres of my bike stating that my bike has sufficient air (without even checking it), on repeated request he finally agreed along with misbehaviours. when I complained to the staff they also said that " your bike must have sufficient air thats why he need not to fill further".
                                      It may be further mentioned that the air filling compressor of the petrol pump is being used by the person doing general servicing work and the same person declined to fill the air stating that it was not required for my bike. However on finally checking it was found that my bike was lower on air presure.
                                      Request you to take up the matter.
