Usage of mobile phone near petrol dispenser from outlet employee

Petrol dispenser person use Mobile phone while filling a Two Wheeler, This has been warned many times but no action is taken . Today that means 19.03.2017 at 3.36 Pm in Rajashree Petroleun in Vijaya Bank Lay Out behind IIM Bangalore .

The person Fuel Filler speaks on Cell Phone while filling and if we warn him he abuses and continue to use the phone . When ever we ask for Manager the answer is Manager has gone out for lunch...

    now you tell me how a family will manage this type of behaviour and service ..

      local gas agency in chennai Nanganullur veera anjeneya forcing us to pay 258 rs for checking safety of cylinder. i dont know why they are collecting. they say ioc ordered them to collect this money.
      there is no circular nor any information about this.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have indane gas connection at my residence at ahmedabad. I have connection from agency "gujarat nagrik gas fuel supply" at sardar patel stadium, navrangpura, ahmedabad.

        I have noticed a very serious note the cylinder. Since last few months we felt that the gas cylinder may not as per the mentioned weight on the bill and cylinder. We use to change it in very short and frequent time every month. Initially we thought it may be due to high usage but las month it was empty 15 days before our average change time, i have shared the same with a friend and the same happened to them having 5 kg less than actual billed weight, so we have decided to weight the cylinder at the time of receipt. I got new refilled cylinder on 15th march, 2017 and i asked the delivery boy to weight it initially he avoided but after so many argument he brought the weight hook and surprisingly it was around 2 kg less. I asked him to change the cylinder and got another cylinder having around 3 kg less. I randomly changed 3-4 cylinders but the same result 2 to 4 kg less in every cylinder. Finally he tried to make me convinced that this happens due to leakage in valve but i was not convinced with his answer. Finally i thought to take some actions against them in favor of me as well as society so i took a cylinder and receipt at my home and the delivery boy went away.

        I called the agency guy mr. Mahesh rana and complaint about the matter and got very rude answer saying it's not our responsibility and you have to check it and you can settle it with delivery boy. I asked him that this is not only matter of single cylinder, he relied if you take more interest in the matter you will not get any service from our agency and you can't do anything to us. Do whatever you want, we don't care and he cut the phone. Finally i decided to take the matter to upper level.

        I got number of area office of iocl from the internet and called on 16th march, 2017 on[protected] with ms. Rekha and asked me to talk to mr. Jony ([protected]) about the matter. The matter has been discussed with mr. Jony. He also repeated the same as agency person mr. Rana that you have check and take as well as it happens many time that due to valve leakage you may get little less. I asked that how much less could it be he said it may be 200 grams but when i asked him that it’s 2-3 kgs then without bothering he said change other. I repeated the same that it happens to other cylinders also then he simply replying the same thing that it happens due to valve leakage and you change the cylinder. I asked him that even if i change the cylinder the same issue happens as well as the same issue is with other customers also. I tried to make him understand time and again that end of everything customer is facing the issue but for my every sentence he was just replying like typical politician that you change cylinder and take other and it happens due to valve leakages to anybody else.. I repeatedly asked him to show a way to for precaution and he repeatedly roam around other things and same answer to check and collect your cylinder but he did not show the interest to stop the cheating. Overall i felt he was just safeguard the agency and it's easy to understand why...!

        I have below questions, request you to advise further.
        1) if the valves are leakage and for that the officers are not serious then who will be responsible for any accident happen at any home for leakaging such a high amount of gas?
        2) if it is not only the matter of leakage then how to stop this cheating?
        3) what should we do if the officer himself is also protecting the agency for just some bugs for his pocket?

        it's around 45 days and there is no response or actions from any officials of IOCL.
        Sir, Is it settled in between you parties ? you wants me to suffer without gas cylinder at home and I use the cylinder with underweight? so no proofs against you payment collection agents so called distributors.

          I stopped my car in IOCL petrol pump near baranga, while coming to nadankanan, bhubaneswar to fill up petrol in my car. I asked the guys to fill petrol of Rs 500/- One guys came infront of window and started talking unnessary talks. I told him to stand aside and let me look at the meter. Other guys just insrted the pipe in the tank and was going to start. I check the meter was 110/- i stopped him and told him to set zero. He set it to zero and fill upto 390/- when i asked him he said he already filled 110/- when i complain he told me to give rs 390/-. This was happened to me before in the same petrol pump. Bt last time i had not noticed the meter setting. Please take action against thses cheaters and fraud petrol pump. The dealer is also involved in this as when i complain to dealer he only told me to pay rs 390/- but did not take any action against them.

            My consumer no. is [protected]. I encountered cylinder leakage problem the day I received my cylinder (08/03/2017). I registered complaint for the same on the day I received my cylinder. The complaint has indeed been attended and enclosed but the cylinder has not been replaced. I have trying to contact a no. from your company [protected]. Still these no response from your company. If this goes on I think we would loose our trust from Indane .My contact no. is [protected].

            Please make sure that after reading about my problem you do attend it as food is fuel but right now we need fuel for food.

              We are a indane dealer under madurai area.
              The sales officers/managers are demanding foreign/high quality alcohol during their field visit, every time.
              It costs so much and also a lot of time and effort, this is unacceptable.
              This is getting out of control, so next time someone demands, we will give them the drink, take a video and publish in the local newspaper.
              If you still don't take action, we will mix something in their drinks and you know what happens.

                I have not received my gas subsidy for the months of November, 2016 & January, February 2017. This has been revealed from my bank statement. I took up the matter with my dealer, who confirmed as having been paid as per their records and advised me to contact the bank. I took up the matter with the bank authorities, but they told me as having not received the aforesaid subsidy in mu account. When I again took up the matter with my dealer, they told me straight way to do whatever you like, we cant do anything. I requested them to atleast provide me with some confirmation in writing but they refused to do. Under the circumstances I am approaching you for immediate redressal of my grievence. I am also providing the necessary details in this regard.

                      Regarding:cheating by your dealer m/s. Lalitkumar harjivandas, national highway no.8-a, sarkhej ahmedabad, rsl.No.Sar.1/10 vide bill no.037580 dated 25/04/2019

                      on 25/04/2019 we have purchased new brand breeza from kataria motors, sarkhej, and they have filled the tank by 5 ltr diesel as per their terms for new sold vehicles in front o[censored]s. After taking delivery we sent our driver for further feeling the fuel from near by pump and accordingly he got filled the tank of our new suv car breeza which has having tank capacity for 45 ltrs only and already 5 ltr being filled by the car dealer even your diesel pump as mentioned above filled our breeza suv car with 47.49 ltrs vide bill mentioned above, now we are unable to understand how a capacity of 45 ltrs tank consume 47.49 ltrs from your authorised pump where 5 ltrs is already in the tank from car dealer side, please calculate the things and ask your dealer to correct pump machine and arrange to refund our excess amount for more than 7 ltrs and also guide them not to cheat customers.

                        the supply of gas cylinder ref: refill voucher no [protected] ; invoice date 16.02.2017, total invoice amount Rs 664.49 has contained acutely short of gas in it .
                        Usually we get for over 45 days whereas the last supply pertained to the above refs has lasted just for 24 days meaning only 50% content.

                            I am selinamma, consumer of Indian gas. While booking gas by mistake I was wrongly clicked on GIVE UP SUBSIDY without knowing actual purpose.for the last 13 months I am not getting subsidised gas cylinder, my whole family annual income is less than 3.5 lakhs so need to avail subsidy..so I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy and return the subsided amount during the given period..i had already lodged written complaint at our agency Priya Gas Agencies Ettumanoor.Do the needful as soon as possible..

                              Petrol pump guy started filling before I see the 0 limit. They put filler into vehicles' tank before customers check 0 on monitor. He kept the limit filled to previous customer and continued filling my vehicle. They also divert our mind by saying swipe your credit card and you'll get offer. I found only half a tank petrol when it actually has to be full tank. Many reviews can be found on google for this indian oil petrol bunk. https://goo.gl/maps/5dSYhTbAGhB2

                                I got a cylinder on 5/03/2017 when I was using that I found leakage cylinder is in my house. So I want to replace that one . Please check with the proper way and give me a correct cylinder as soon as you possible.i am hoping that you are doing something right after reading this.so please sir I'm working women please resolve my issue quickly .                                   The delivery boy demands for tip for delivering on 2nd floor.On complaining in the agency it was told that it's a rule to give too to the delivery boy for delivering on 2nd floor via stairs.
                                  Please tell me if there is any such rule, cause as per a consumer's knowledge the delivery people are paid from the government then why not a fair n honest service?

                                    Indane Gas delivery guys asking for extra delivery charge

                                    The delivery guys always asks for minimum of Rs.50 as delivery charge though the area fall under the radius of delivery. When we reject to pay the delivery charge they talk in rude and rubbish language and ask to pick the cylinder by our-self from agency directly.
                                    This is been a trend now and has no replies to the complaints already made.

                                    Have a double gas connection, when tried to connect 2nd cylinder, it was leaking heavily while connecting to regulator.

                                    The gas was coming out very fast, it scared us.
                                    It comes out when i try to connect the regulator.
