Attn sir/madam this is seetha from chennai i saw loc ltd job vacany in olx and i called to miss:shwetha she oly offer a job in olx she take regular intereview in phn and skills test and she told me u r selected for job pls send your resume and id proof for my refer i send him her mail id then she called me & told for your eduction qufalication i will provide u superviour posting nu i will send u offer letter today evening itself pls paid 2000 for your letter mam .nu i told y asking moeny mam she told me oly limited job is there and company producer pls provide today itself nu i will send him 2000 rs in her ac no :then eve she provide offer letter in tat letter ur training period in hosur pls call to another mam her name is shrubi singh then i called shwetha again and told iam not willing to go hosur nu she told oly 15 days training dont worry mamnu then i called to shurbi singh she also take interview me and take skill test and ask me all produce id proof job, reliving certificate, medical certificate husband id proof also i send him to watsapp .then she told me u r selected for job training in hosur oly 15 days nu i will provide u all factillity food, resturant, travels charges & all then i will provide u laptop, mobile, uniform, shoes just u pay 30000 for this nu i told sry mam i cant pay nu she told me mam oly 15days after training the money will be refunble for u i will return ur money dnt wry & brain wash me then i will send 30000 rs after 2 day oly she provide me joining letter in tat letter ur joining will be 18.03.2016 pls call to another person her name is deepak singh i called him he told me to call at 13th march mam i will send u all details in courier mamnu.then 13th i willcall him they all 3person are not attenting my call and switch her mobiles after i will call at another num they are attening call and taking rubbish wat we can do am not worry am in new delhi u cant do anything nu pls take action about this type of cheating i need my money this is a good company but somebody miss using in this company job. pls take action immedtily.her name shwetha cnt no:[protected] shrubi singh cnt no:[protected] deepak singh cnct no:[protected] i send money in this ac no: rachan BANK OF BARODA acno:[protected] ifsc code:BARBO(ZERO)RANDEL . i have all proof in my hand pls take action.

This month 3rd march, we booked cyclinder but on 18th we received message through registered mobile number that is cyclinder has despatched. We enquired the agency, they replied cylinder has despatched and we have a bill for that with received signature. And also agency pupils way of talking is not probable manner and blaming us. Here we did not receive any cyclinder on that day (18 th march) and no entry in gas book. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I'm was go to Indian oil near my place over that place name is TBP petrol pump(Indian oil) so there last 2 week to Atm is not working to lead over there so they not properly work like rudely to speak not atm work so chain rupee have to come so go another so them talk don't like behavior that so we over a customer so don't use that type of word.& I hope u u solve the problem fastly &atm machine to repair to some day so help the other customers.

My complaint is about Raminder GAS agency staff whom not deliver my cylinder and by the last 7 days
By confirm from deliveryman he search for my receipt and he said slip is missing from office person.
This is serious matter for a daily wages people to check the Gas Agency for their cylinder everyday.
I am using since 25 years and I am 76 Years old
plz look into the matter for not to do such kind of mistakes by office staff in future.

This is to inform you that i am not getting subsidiary amount from tushar agency hazaribagh jharkhand they are telling me that you did not give your adhar number i have already given so many time
Last 6 month i am not receiving my subsidiary amount as i asked that i had given you all the details
But they are miss behave with my father, it is not happing only with me so many customer is facing same problem, i m your regular customer and i have fully faith to indian oil.
I would request you please take some action regarding this matter

I am from Vadodara, ACME gas agency is my gas provider.
last year in March'16, Acme's man came for routine check up of gas stove.
since then, Twice every month I am receiving calls from gas agency to get routine check.
They charged nearly Rs.3, 000/- for changing parts and pipe.
Can you suggest me your TIME TABLE for routine check up..??
OR
I have to bow down to their demand.
its frustrating.

We have booked the Indane gas cylinder on 6th march. after many follow ups the cylinder is not delivered. Today the gas has finished & we called up Gem gas service to deliver asap as its so many days they not have delivered. We got very absurd reply from them that if you want please get the cylinder pick from our godown we dont have any person to deliver. This is merely harassing the old aged parents & how come they can pick from godown. My consumer id is 14336 Indane gas & dealer name is Gem Gas Service. Please help.

my consumer no. Is cx4896909. I have been delivered with a cylinder on 07 mar 17 from my gas agency (gemini enterprises, najafgarh, new delhi). On 18 mar 17 i smelled a leakage from sealed cylinder and lodged a complain on emergency no. (complaint no. 287433). A delivery boy changed the valve but leakage was continue. I told him as well as the gemini enterprises to replace the cylinder with another one but now they are telling to come to gas agency and there they will charge the price of leaked gas from me and then will replace the cylinder. As the cylinder was sealed till the mechanic came to replace the valve, i should not be charged for the leakage and cylinder should be replaced from my residence only. Please do the needful. With reference to booking reference no 903634, I booked gas for my for my consumer no QG22144 dated on[protected].
The gas cylinder has not been delivered to me till now dated on[protected], but the message being sent to me that it was delivered to me on[protected]. The cash memo was generated on[protected].
It's a cheeting and hurrashment to me as consumer, as I am managing the things anyhow. Where the gas cylinder has gone. Kindly see it, take action with information to me.

Petrol dispenser person use Mobile phone while filling a Two Wheeler, This has been warned many times but no action is taken . Today that means 19.03.2017 at 3.36 Pm in Rajashree Petroleun in Vijaya Bank Lay Out behind IIM Bangalore .

The person Fuel Filler speaks on Cell Phone while filling and if we warn him he abuses and continue to use the phone . When ever we ask for Manager the answer is Manager has gone out for lunch...

now you tell me how a family will manage this type of behaviour and service ..

Dear sir/madam,
I have indane gas connection at my residence at ahmedabad. I have connection from agency "gujarat nagrik gas fuel supply" at sardar patel stadium, navrangpura, ahmedabad.

I have noticed a very serious note the cylinder. Since last few months we felt that the gas cylinder may not as per the mentioned weight on the bill and cylinder. We use to change it in very short and frequent time every month. Initially we thought it may be due to high usage but las month it was empty 15 days before our average change time, i have shared the same with a friend and the same happened to them having 5 kg less than actual billed weight, so we have decided to weight the cylinder at the time of receipt. I got new refilled cylinder on 15th march, 2017 and i asked the delivery boy to weight it initially he avoided but after so many argument he brought the weight hook and surprisingly it was around 2 kg less. I asked him to change the cylinder and got another cylinder having around 3 kg less. I randomly changed 3-4 cylinders but the same result 2 to 4 kg less in every cylinder. Finally he tried to make me convinced that this happens due to leakage in valve but i was not convinced with his answer. Finally i thought to take some actions against them in favor of me as well as society so i took a cylinder and receipt at my home and the delivery boy went away.

I called the agency guy mr. Mahesh rana and complaint about the matter and got very rude answer saying it's not our responsibility and you have to check it and you can settle it with delivery boy. I asked him that this is not only matter of single cylinder, he relied if you take more interest in the matter you will not get any service from our agency and you can't do anything to us. Do whatever you want, we don't care and he cut the phone. Finally i decided to take the matter to upper level.

I got number of area office of iocl from the internet and called on 16th march, 2017 on[protected] with ms. Rekha and asked me to talk to mr. Jony ([protected]) about the matter. The matter has been discussed with mr. Jony. He also repeated the same as agency person mr. Rana that you have check and take as well as it happens many time that due to valve leakage you may get little less. I asked that how much less could it be he said it may be 200 grams but when i asked him that it’s 2-3 kgs then without bothering he said change other. I repeated the same that it happens to other cylinders also then he simply replying the same thing that it happens due to valve leakage and you change the cylinder. I asked him that even if i change the cylinder the same issue happens as well as the same issue is with other customers also. I tried to make him understand time and again that end of everything customer is facing the issue but for my every sentence he was just replying like typical politician that you change cylinder and take other and it happens due to valve leakages to anybody else.. I repeatedly asked him to show a way to for precaution and he repeatedly roam around other things and same answer to check and collect your cylinder but he did not show the interest to stop the cheating. Overall i felt he was just safeguard the agency and it's easy to understand why...!

I have below questions, request you to advise further.
1) if the valves are leakage and for that the officers are not serious then who will be responsible for any accident happen at any home for leakaging such a high amount of gas?
2) if it is not only the matter of leakage then how to stop this cheating?
3) what should we do if the officer himself is also protecting the agency for just some bugs for his pocket?

Hoping for some actions in public interest.

I stopped my car in IOCL petrol pump near baranga, while coming to nadankanan, bhubaneswar to fill up petrol in my car. I asked the guys to fill petrol of Rs 500/- One guys came infront of window and started talking unnessary talks. I told him to stand aside and let me look at the meter. Other guys just insrted the pipe in the tank and was going to start. I check the meter was 110/- i stopped him and told him to set zero. He set it to zero and fill upto 390/- when i asked him he said he already filled 110/- when i complain he told me to give rs 390/-. This was happened to me before in the same petrol pump. Bt last time i had not noticed the meter setting. Please take action against thses cheaters and fraud petrol pump. The dealer is also involved in this as when i complain to dealer he only told me to pay rs 390/- but did not take any action against them.

My consumer no. is [protected]. I encountered cylinder leakage problem the day I received my cylinder (08/03/2017). I registered complaint for the same on the day I received my cylinder. The complaint has indeed been attended and enclosed but the cylinder has not been replaced. I have trying to contact a no. from your company [protected]. Still these no response from your company. If this goes on I think we would loose our trust from Indane .My contact no. is [protected].

Please make sure that after reading about my problem you do attend it as food is fuel but right now we need fuel for food.

We are a indane dealer under madurai area.
The sales officers/managers are demanding foreign/high quality alcohol during their field visit, every time.
It costs so much and also a lot of time and effort, this is unacceptable.
This is getting out of control, so next time someone demands, we will give them the drink, take a video and publish in the local newspaper.
If you still don't take action, we will mix something in their drinks and you know what happens.
