Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that regarding consumer no — 22084, the subsidy amount is not crediting after 03-06-16, whereas before 03-06-16 it was crediting. After going to ubi (Where the aadhar was linked) and gas distributor (Baranagar gas service) 10-15 times they are not able to help and they are saying that aadhar is linked both ubi (United bank of india) and gas distributor (Baranagar gas service).

Multiple times i logged a complain to ""http://spandan.indianoil.co.in/DBTLGrievance/comp_reply.jsp"" site but till now no result was found.

Pfa of aadhar linking status o[censored]bi and gas distributor.

Almost going to 1year over i have to purchase the gas in market value but till now subsidy was not crediting.

I am cordially requesting you plz. Help to resolve the issue and do the needful asap.

If i not get the resolution within today i will escalate to the higher authority.

      Myself Nakul, R/O M-15, 16 Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059.
      I have received two cylinders on 08/03/2017 on my new consumer no. [protected].
      On which distributor had used Colors to disorder actual weight of Cylinder. I came to notice the same when I rubbed it with a wet cloth which showed actual weight of cylinder is 17.0 but earlier it was 15.0.
      With that the distributor is stealing 2kg of Gas on each cylinder.
      Please take necessary action against below details of the distributor.

        I had purchased diesel of Rs.2, 500/- on 11-02-17 at Shantadurga Petroleum, Cuncolim at time 18:37. However on 21/02/2017 I have been debited with Rs.71.88 by you towards charges for using debit card. When the Prime Minister is encouraging use of Cashless Mode for transaction, it is gross on the part of the company to recover cost from the Customers without authority. How do we have faith in the financial system that recovers costs after 10 days of transaction?

          I am a regular traveller on nashik - dhule sector on ashian highway no 47 (Mumbai agra). Today when i wanted to fill up my car with petrol on indian oil corporation's petrol pump viz. M/s. Chordia &co. At mangrul phata, tal. Chandwad, dist. Nashik, i noticed that the said petrol pump is offering /selling only extra premeum petrol costing rs.78.59 per litre as against normal petrol which is available at other petrol pump @ rs.76.09per litre, thus costing rs.2.50 more per litre. The said petrol pump is not selling normal petrol and forcing the customer's to buy extra premeum petrol which is costlier by rs.2.50/ per litre, moreover this fact of selling extra premeum petrol only, is not displayed anywhere at the said petrol pump. When i wanted to register my grieviences, the suggestion/complaint book was not made available to me. I have spoken to mr. Nirajkumar, iocl sales manager, on his cell no.[protected], but found that he was clueless and accepted the fact of non display of sale of extra premium petrol only. I may therefore request the concerned officers of iocl to kindly look into the matter and stop this unethical practice. Regards, sunil wadetiwar, cell no.[protected].

                Hi, I am Indane LPG gas customer, live in Madhyamgram, 24 parganas. Our gas delivery boy Ratan takes extra money after delivery from every one in our area since so many years. Where in other parts of Bengal like Durgapur delivery boy does not take extra money even delivery to first floor by stairs. Another thing cylinder condition is not good often, which could be dangerous cause of accidents . Please check these matter carefully for transparent good society. Thanks

                  The mahadev gas agency jamnagar is charging over and above the bill amount. They are also misbehaving with my mother when she denies to pay this amount. When asked why they are charging this much they say this is transportation charges. Each and every time we have to pay 20-30 rs extra. Other wise they are misbehaving and says that they will not give cylinder. Please do the needful.

                        Just last week i used my bob visa card in a ioc petrol bunk to put diesel for rs. 1500/- for my car. I got the swiping machine bill for rs. 1500/-. When i came back to my home i received a sms from the bank telling that they have debited rs. 1542.75/- from my account. (Rs.1542.75 is debited to a/c...2174 on[protected]:21:30 (Clear bal rs. Xxxxxxx) at pos. Tollfree [protected] [protected] (6am-10pm) immediately i verified the bill i received from the petrol bunk to confirm the amount but it is given only for rs. 1500/-. So immediately i rushed to the petrol bunk to enquire about the extra rs. 42.75/- detected from my account. The bunk people said very firmly that the extra amount is detected by the bank as commission for using card. So immediately i went to bank to enquire about the matter. They told that the amount is detected by the bunk people and not even one rupee comes to bank. Twice i ran to both ends to find out the person who detected the amount and the reason for it but i did not get the truth. For using my card once to put diesel for just rs. 1500/- they have stolen my money rs. 42.75 without my knowledge and permission. Till today i do not know to whom the money has gone. I need my money back.

                                    i am a regular customer from raigarh and purchases petrol from raigarh petroleum centre jindal t.P. Nagar gorkha raigarh purchased under bill no 6916 lst[protected] hose id 02, on 01.03.2017 about 3.01 ltrs @73.05 per ltrs. But, mixing kerosene in petrol they are not supplying pure always giving mixing product. So, kindly arrange to look it and take strick action against your dealer.

                                    Due to mixing my vehicle should be damage who will responsible.

                                    So, further i am requesting you to kindly take action against your dealer as early as possible. Before taking action you should watch.

                                      I went to sree kodansarama service station and filled 2000 INR petrol by credit card.
                                      I asked the person that you have citi bank machine he told yes, and I gave him citi bank credit card for payment, but he swaped the card from some other machine which occur a surcharge and VAT to me. if he swaped from citi machine i would have got 250/- INR. I lost 250Rs plus i had to pay surcharge and VAT unnecessarily. i request indian oil to give me my money back or give petrol of that total amount.

                                        Gas cylinder cash memo [protected] dt 28.2.17 for Rs661 was generated against my booking No 80809216 by south Madras gas agency, Ch-28.They didn't deliver the cylinder on 28th and postponed by a day and regenerated the cashmemo and increase the rate to Rs 747 instead of Rs 661 ..Also sent a message at 5.21PM on 1.3.17 informing house locked, where as cylinder was delivered at 4.30 PM on 1.3.17.The entire thing is cooked up to extra charge for the cylinder.
                                        This is totally condemn able and excess amount charged should be refunded.

                                        I have booked a domestic Gas at 22-Feb-2017 from Indane web site https://indane.co.in/consumer_reports.php. The confirmation number is 901032. I received a SMS at 27th-Feb-2017 that cash memo has generated and cash memo number is [protected] and amount is Rs.672.50. So, the distributor suppose to deliver the gas next day, 28th - Feb-2017. Unfortunately they did not deliver the gas and send a SMS at midnight, 28th-Feb-2017 that your door was closed we will try at next day. Next day we ask delivery boy why you did not deliver our gas because my parent always in home at 24X7 ? He replied distributor ask to every delivery boy "Stop work today we will deliverer next day". When he deliver the gas we see the amount is Rs. 758 which is not machining SMS value Rs 672, 5 !!

                                        Now we understand why they didn't deliver the gas yesterday. Because yesterday gas price was 672.50 and today (1st March 2015) it is 758!
                                        Complaint about the delay distribution of cylinder never attend the phone & mobiles by the dealer M/s Abiyash INDANE. NEHRU NAGAR BHILAI DITT.DURG.CHTTISGARH. TRYING TO CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR. MORE THAN FIFTY CALLS. NEVER ATTEND THE PHONE MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 337079
                                        BY THE NAME OF VIPINKUMARSETH. VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT ABLE TO RUN THE AGENCY.
