I have been getting subsidy but did not get for the supply made in Nov, /Dec 2016 by Supreme Gas Vivek Vihar Delhi . My consumer No with them is 27049. I am told that they hve sent the subsidy but failed. please resend it
Subsidy was supposed to be remitted to HDFC bank A/ No [protected].
already informed LPG dealer as well as Bank but in vain

I received sms for delivery of cylinder on 25.01.2017, but after 3 days (28.01.2017) again received sms that the booking is cancelled due to " door closed" and delivery may be reattempted shortly. My Indane consumer no. is 40286. This happened on second time. Please look into this matter.

    मैं एक वरीष्ठनिवृत्त सरकारी कर्मचारी हूँ। मेरा उपभोक्ता क्रमांक है - CX8025740. मैं जब भी रीफील बुकींग करवाती हूँ तो कुछ ही समय में 'डोर क्लोज' का मेसेज मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल पर आ जाता है और मेरे डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... पी.सी ब्रदर्स द्वारा मेरी रीफील बुकींग रद्द कर दी जाती है। मैं पीछले दो साल से इस परेशानी को झेल रही हूँ। कई बार ओन-लाईन कंप्लेन की। बावजूद इसके यह समस्या बनी हुई है। कई बार लिकेज रीफील लेने पर बाद्य किया जाता रहा है जिससे मैं और मेरे परिवार के जीवन का जोखिम हो आता है। डीस्ट्रीब्युट... गुजरात सर्कल की ओफिस-राजकोट, और इस जिले - सुरेन्द्रनगर के सर्कल ओफिसर अशोक ठाकुर से इस संदर्भ में शिकायत की लेकिन न तो डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... का रवैया बदल रहा है और न ही मुझे सरलता से रीफिल उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है। सिस्टम जनरेट मैसेज कुछ और कहते हैं और डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... इन मैसेज को अनुपयुक्त बताता है।
    दिनांक 2/2/2017 को रेफ. नं. 456284 से सुबह 7.52 को रीफिल बुक करवाया था जिसका कैश मेमो 4/2/2017 को [protected] शाम 5.34 को जेनेरेट किया गया और तुरंत ही शाम 6.07 बजे 'डोर क्लोज' होने से डिलिवरी कैंसल का मैसेज आ जाता है। अब 33 मिनट में तो डिलिवरी बोय केश मेमो की हार्ड कोपी लेकर ओफिस के बाहर भी नहीं निकल पाता, उतने में तो डिस्ट्रीब्युट�... को कैसे पता चल गया कि मेरे घर का दरवाज बंद है, जबकि मेरी तबियत खराब रहने से मैं प्रायः कहीं बाहर जाती ही नहीं हूँ।
    मेरी शिकायत पढ़नेवाले अधिकारी से मैं यह प्रार्थना भी करती हूँ कि समय-समय पर मुझे इन विभिन्न तरकों से प्रताड़ित किये जाने पर मैंने जो शिकायतें की हैं उसे भी मेरे उपभोक्ता क्रमांक CX8025740 से पढ़ियेगा और जनता के सेवक (डिस्ट्रीब्युट... पर उचित सटिक कार्यवाही भी कीजिएगा।

      I booked cylinder in indane website by logging username & password on 23.1.2017 on TAAS GAS AGENCY, CHROMPET, CHENNAI-44. I received the booking ref.no.905426. But till date the cylinder is not received more than 15 days are gone.
      When i contacted taas agency, they said that the booking is deleted. But how the booking ref.is possible?. They (taas agency) are giving false information.
      I suffered a lot without cylinder which leads to starvation of my family members.

      Kindly do the needful.

        I was booked cylinder 16th of January 2017 and got delivery 19th of January 2017.I don't get subsidy till now. but indane customer care executive told me my subsidy has been credited on 23rd January 2017. but i looked my account. no any amount credited from them. my indane consumer id is CX26119229. my contact no [protected]. please solve it. otherwise i can't understand why i don't get it till now.

          I have indane gas collection at RAVI CHANDRA GAS AGENCY, KHAMMAM, 507003, . Indian Gas delivery boy forcing us to pay more amount than the actual bill for delivering gas to our doorstep. Actual net price was @729 but the delivery boy collected Rs 760 from us.

          Please suggests us how we can stop all these illegal things, where for middle class people additional pay of Rs 50 its painfull.

Even after 21 days they have not delivered the cylinder. I have called them several times, and they do not give proper reply about the delivery date. Every time I have delivery problem with this gas agency. The details are;

I have booked a gas cyl online on 23 Jan2017 for on line payment 597.00 vide Tr. Ref No[protected]IGAAQYFVS2 from SBI Net Banking. So far no LPG gas delivery or return of money to account. For delaying again I have booked another cylinder. Is it the example of Digital India? If they are incapable then why they are taking the money through online payment.

                          My name is santosh kumari .my cons no CX14794476 I booking lpg through online & paid payment through debit card & amount will be deducted from my account & confirmation message from indane gas that's your reference no is 904514 the lpg delivery in 2 days & booking lpg on 1-2-2017.And I also received 649 amount will be debited from your account. But today I have been mail from indiane gas that your transaction not successful. I shock that I booking lpg on 1-2-17 & all confirmation message received but they will be transaction failed. There is my first booking online. But I don't know how they provide a great service means poor. ...service. so they not refund my money back to my account so request you to take a immediately action

                            Hi,
                            I have registered my consumer details in the IOCL portal. Recently, I was not able to login and it kept on saying that Invalid Login. These are the things I did but all in vain:

                            1. Decided to go for Forgot Password and gave my email id so that I can get a reset password. Apparently, after umpteen attempts, I never ever get reset password email.
                            2. I tried to give feed back on their website, to notify this issues. .
                            3. Some how I managed to complete the explanation and submitted in the website. No acknowledgement came out of the submission.
                            4. No contact number to report portal issue.
                            5. I tried to re-register with new email id and other data. It did not accept that as well, and said that the consumer number is already registered.

                            What should I do to get my login details? Please help me.

                              Sir, Kindly help me, I am very poor person. I am able to take only 1 cylinder after 2 months.my cosumar no is FT42083, Distibutor is flam craft ph:[protected]. I booked gas on 14 Jan 2017 booking no.808180, Cash memo No.[protected]. The distributor cleared gas supply upto 23/01/2017 but still they refuse to give me the cylinder, then I wanted to take it myself from the distributor.initially they said that, 3 times they sending it day after tomorrow but not sented, then they said that, their delivery man gone for leave. now after so many days past, they telling me to change my address. They delivered cylinder in the same address for last 5months, problem arise when I refuse to give Rs.70/- fer cylinder.in between some inspection boy taken Rs.150/- from me and said that, there will be no problem for new address, same boy taken Rs50/- for my addhar card and again asking Rs.200/- for fillup the adderss change form. I am staying very close to the rental house with previous one. It is very difficult to change address for rental house always in short time with in near about. But my bank account remain the same from the beginning. There is no gas in my house from 1st jan 2017. and kerosene price is very high 50to60 rupees/lit. it is very difficult to survive, poor like me. kindly help. I am looking forward for your kind help.                                 My Indane consumer no. Is [protected] (Ramanuj singh). I have booked and paid online a gas cylinder booking no. 900093 dtd 26 Feb 17. I approached to Indane distributor for delivery of gas cylinder. Manager told me that it is not showing that you have paid online. Till today 01 Feb 17, I have not received gas cylinder and one cylinder amount also deducted from my account. All relevant documents are attached.

                                  Dear team I have booked syleder on 8th Jan 17 with con no 04308 ref no 518288.on 17th Jan it got been delivered with cash memo no [protected] but I didn't received the syleder. Please do the needful as earliest as my both syleder is empty.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I booked gas on 27/Dec/2016 through indane online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't received any request for refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount Rs. 613/-.

                                    We visited our distributor personally on 18-Jan, they sent mail to their management and not seen any action or update on the issue what i am facing.

                                    Please help me to get my money back or adjust the amount in my next booking. Please help me here.

                                    I called up indane CC people also, they asked to check with distributor only.

                                      My customer ID is 24553 in name of rahul mantri, got the booking done on 18 jan 2017, ref no. being 328745...cash memo has been generated on 25 jan 2017 no being [protected]...but still the same has not reached my residence . This has been a recurring happening which really irritates the consumer and often feel that did I made a mistake to be a customer of Indane gas and still showing my patronage to this company?If this company doesn't want to serve then please send me a mail to withdraw my gas connection .please revert at the earliest.sending a copy of the same to the PMO and ministeryof oil and gas too.

                                        Booked on 10.1.17. Cash memo generated. Then msg that door closed, order cancelled. On qerry, learnt on 20th, cylinder booked upto 9th delivered. On qerry in personal phone, I was assured to effect delivery on 20th or 21st. But not yet delivered. Door close information is wrong information. Take immediate action.
