I booked my LPG cylinder on date 16 Jan 17 & Booking no. was 333466, fir again msg milta hai ki Booking cancel bcoz door closed, jabki me pure dinbhar ghar par hi rahti hu, me House wife hoon, ye ek baar nahi hamesha aisa hi hota rahta hai jarurat ke wakt cylinder nahi milata hai, (03 Feb 17) Abhi tak nahi mila hai, aapka Complaint no. [protected] bhi kuch kaam ka nahi hai, 5/6 baar koshish kar chuki hu par ek baar bhi Complaint darj nahi huii hai, aur website Indiangas.com.in bhi kuch kaam ka nahi hai, me bahut pareshan ho gayi hu aapke is vyhwaar se to kya consumer court me jaaoon,

We could not replace cylinder on sunday 29th Jan morning because the plastic cap did not open. It was observed that the wire spring is loose & could not be opened by the string. All our efforts for half an hour had failed.

Please arrange to replace the cylinder quickly so that we can start using kitchen.

But steel i have noted recived my gas cly so what to do becouse of this delivery man

      I have booked Indane gas cylinder on 12 January 2017 with Sri Manikanta Gas Service, Hyderabad 500062, Telangana (Phones:[protected],[protected]. Even after 21 days they have not delivered the cylinder. I have called them several times, and they do not give proper reply about the delivery date. Every time I have delivery problem with this gas agency. The details are;

            My consumer No 23683, Bankura Gas Distributor West Bengal. Ref my complain to Indane LPG 2909829 and 2915485. I have booked a gas cyl online on 23 Jan2017 for on line payment 597.00 vide Tr. Ref No[protected]IGAAQYFVS2 from SBI Net Banking. So far no LPG gas delivery or return of money to account. For delaying again I have booked another cylinder. Is it the example of Digital India? If they are incapable then why they are taking the money through online payment.
            Please look on to this matter.

              My name is santosh kumari .my cons no CX14794476 I booking lpg through online & paid payment through debit card & amount will be deducted from my account & confirmation message from indane gas that's your reference no is 904514 the lpg delivery in 2 days & booking lpg on 1-2-2017.And I also received 649 amount will be debited from your account. But today I have been mail from indiane gas that your transaction not successful. I shock that I booking lpg on 1-2-17 & all confirmation message received but they will be transaction failed. There is my first booking online. But I don't know how they provide a great service means poor. ...service. so they not refund my money back to my account so request you to take a immediately action

                Indane - Loging problem

                I have registered my consumer details in the IOCL portal. Recently, I was not able to login and it kept on saying that Invalid Login. These are the things I did but all in vain:

                1. Decided to go for Forgot Password and gave my email id so that I can get a reset password. Apparently, after umpteen attempts, I never ever get reset password email.
                2. I tried to give feed back on their website, to notify this...

                Sir, Kindly help me, I am very poor person. I am able to take only 1 cylinder after 2 months.my cosumar no is FT42083, Distibutor is flam craft ph:[protected]. I booked gas on 14 Jan 2017 booking no.808180, Cash memo No.[protected]. The distributor cleared gas supply upto 23/01/2017 but still they refuse to give me the cylinder, then I wanted to take it myself from the distributor.initially they said that, 3 times they sending it day after...

                My Indane consumer no. Is [protected] (Ramanuj singh). I have booked and paid online a gas cylinder booking no. 900093 dtd 26 Feb 17. I approached to Indane distributor for delivery of gas cylinder. Manager told me that it is not showing that you have paid online. Till today 01 Feb 17, I have not received gas cylinder and one cylinder amount also deducted from my account. All relevant documents are attached.

                    Dear sir,
                    I booked gas on 27/Dec/2016 through indane online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't received any request for refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount Rs. 613/-.

                    We visited our distributor personally on 18-Jan, they sent mail to their management and not seen any action or update on the issue what i am facing.

                    Please help me to get my money back or adjust the amount in my next booking. Please help me here.

                    I called up indane CC people also, they asked to check with distributor only.

This has been a recurring happening which really irritates the consumer and often feel that did I made a mistake to be a customer of Indane gas and still showing my patronage to this company?If this company doesn't want to serve then please send me a mail to withdraw my gas connection .please revert at the earliest.sending a copy of the same to the PMO and ministeryof oil and gas too.

                        Booked on 10.1.17. Cash memo generated. Then msg that door closed, order cancelled. On qerry, learnt on 20th, cylinder booked upto 9th delivered. On qerry in personal phone, I was assured to effect delivery on 20th or 21st. But not yet delivered. Door close information is wrong information. Take immediate action.

                          My connection no.890005. I have booked my gas on 22nd jan 2017, with ref no.276129 & a message says 5 to 7 days delivery. since 27th on wards i am talking to distributor M/s Keerthi for Gachibowli area of hyderabad. when ever we ask the reply is we sent the cylinder, it will be delivered. But it is not done.
                          once cash memo generated on 23rd, no.[protected], and not delivered till date meaning their transport / delivery system needs to be corrected. otherwise it may lead to some dangerous event.

                          request you to take suitable steps to avoid such instances.

Instead when we called the mechanic told us that it was not his duty.. n quarrelled that who gave his number to us.. people who respond like this in emergency is really miserable.. & even leave unattended...

                                Actually, I have booked cylinder 2 weeeks ago, and I received a message that your cylinder will be delivered shortly...but suddenly, after 2 days there was message that your cykinder has been successfully delivered, but I had not received it yet.So, I strongly put my dissatisfaction of this act.
                                This was not happened first time, earlier I complained it to the service station...but again I suffered from this kind of act which is shameful in itself.

                                    Dear, i fueled diesel in my nissan terrano on 25/01/2017 at GAJENDRA PETROLEUM at pune satara road, satara. when i reached at petrol pump approx 7 to 10 disel is balance in my car & i ordered to top up up to full tank in my car
                                    he shows me 0.00 reading at start & i am with my family in the car & person told me that your tank is full & 48.80lit is filled up & i take a bill for the same
                                    then i strike that my tank capacity is max 50 lit, so how 48.80lit + approx 7.00lit stock at the time of filling .so total is 57.80lit . so again i told him that i have some place in my tank so fill up again & started again & next 4.88 lit is filled up fuel in my var so total quantity in my tank is 60.68 lit & my tank capacity is only 50.00lts as per company record.
                                    since from my car purchase of this i never filled up more than 48.00lit at a time & this time its 67.80.Lit.
                                    i also talk with Company person on [protected] he says your tank capacity is may wrong, also also talk with pump owner mr.viraj shinde on [protected] he cant given proper answer about this .
                                    so i raised complaint at pump station valid serial no 006 dated 25/01/2017 with manager Mr Ajit mohite [protected]
                                    who acknowledged this complaint in his register,
                                    so kindly see tin this matter, or suggest me any another authority to talk or mail this matter to see in this matter
