I recently moved to sec 33 went to nearby petrol pump of indian oil at ashok marg, i was a bit suprised to see only few vehicles on the petrol pump near such busy area, no four wheelers were there. A guy on bike was fighting with the employees, which i thought would be some minor scuffle. My turn came and they diatracted me and started meter at 200 something and stopped at 500. I argued why they didn't show it to me same fight started with me.
I tried but theu were admant and they were 4 to 5 of them against me.
Why is indian oil employing such goons, they are robbing the company of myriad of customers crom such a bisy area. It did lose my trust in indian oil also. They petrol pump is more or less idle because they arr infamous. Please look into it.

I want to put into your knowledge that one of your dealer having petrol pump in the name of patnaik gasoline in cuttack-puri road, near chintamanishwar petrol pump, bhubaneswar, odisha sir we are asking him for your bonus card or reward card to issue us from last one year but he is refusing to issue us by giving excuses from last one year that company is not providing any such card or we donot have stock.

We request you to kindly issue the card or reward card to your dealer so that he can serve us better as we are regular customer from since last 10years. We need cards because our daily consumption of oil and diesel is near about average rs.3000 per day.

Dear team,
Yesterday i. E 31/07/2016 petrol price was reduce by rs 1.42 and it was effect on 1/08/2016 12.00am.
Today i. E. 01.08.2016 i have visited ravi petroleum mori ta-bardoli surat gujarat at 8:30 am to 8:50am for feeling the petrol and on that pump i have been charged for same price i. E. 64.47 instead of rs. 63.05.
I have been experiencing many such incident on the same petrol pump.
Please find the attached bill for your reference.

I amit kumar, consumer no. 16095 has done a complaint vide complaint no.2713642 dt.01/08/2016 regarding shortage of gas in my gas cylinder.
I have done many complaints to gas agency, mathura for shortage of gas in gas cylinder but they refuses to accept my complaint and replied me you should that come and take on your own and not buy from the hawker.
Hawker who is delivering gas cylinder at my area stole gas minimum of 5-6 kg per cylinder every month and they does not carry weight machine.
I request you to kindly take action against the gas agency i. E. Mayank gas service, mathura and hawker name is mr. Om (Mob.[protected])
I hope you will solve my complaint as soon as possible.

A pagare gas agency - cylinder deliver boy misbehave with my family. His taking extra charge rs. 40/- to home delivery of cylinder.
I already complaint to pagare gas agency manager but his not take any action.

I booked on date 16 July 2016 but till now i have not received my Cilender .These Problems comes again and again, each and every times call to our distributor then he provide the same . I purchased a a gas connection from indance and submit all relevant documents online with payment of rs.3706.06 from my credit card on 22/06/2016. And i visited prakash gas agency near my home in raipur cg. They are again asking for all papers i agreed but after that i cancelled the new connection request and i told them i dont ant ne connection please refund my amount of rs.3706 and also i have raised service request for the same but there is not any response from indane. I called more that 3 times to customer care but they told us in process. What the hell services if i paid 1 month back and cancelled the request after 2 days after more than 1 month i have not received my refund. I am regular customer of your petro pump m/s sai mitra auto at narmada road, jabalpur[m p] since its opening. Since long days, the air filling machine at this petrol pump is always out of order. The caretaker is not keen to resolve the this problem. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir i have a connection in your 3eme indane gas agency bairagarh bhopal (m. p). the agency code is 280905. my consumer i'd is - cx[protected]. i have take a gas tank on 18-04-16 and give all my documents to agency and bank. but i have not receive subsidy in my account. today i visit your agency but they tell me there is all right. therefore i request to you please look in to matter and do needful.

I would like to inform you that there is an illegal gas filling in a house in our building since it is a residential area & illegal filling cylinder from big cylinder to small cylinder. It is very dangerous to all neighborhood people and children, every time we feel gas leakage. We have informed to police, but no action was taken by them.

I just want to complaint about petrol filling station nearby me. (panwar filling station) they are just spoiling the reputation of indian oil corporation which is a maharatna company. we all are fed up of his services. meter is always not working whenever we ask to type the amount. they do not even fill properly. always they do inappropriate things which is intolerable now. please try to look into this issue. they are just enjoying their wrong practices.

My problem is in april month by mistakely pressed on give up subsydy in online portal but really i don't want to give up lpg subsydy so cancel it and send subsydy to my bank account please.

And once i contacted lpg agency they told me in this year we can't cancel it we can cancel it coming year only so please cancel and send subsydy amount to bank account.

I am of 73 years old senior citizen, being harassed in receiving lpg cylinder by the distributor as he recorded my address 'rabindapally' instead of 'arabindapally' and thus i am not getting delivery the same in my residence. I already submitted my address proof document and requested to rectify their mistake but they did not take care of it and i have been tortured to receive the cylinder. I have double cylinder connection in indane kalkaji gas service, new delhi. My job transferred in kolkata. I surrendered my gas cylinders in delhi and received transfer voucher from kalkaji gas service. I submit this transfer voucher to indane chatterjeehat gas service, howrah with all the required document on 13th july 2016. Today 23rd july they told me online massage came transfer voucher not found. I have to contact iocl office in kolkata.
My question is they are only obstruct for transferred customer. For new customer they are make extra initiative for selling their gas oven.
Please check the matter and revert me as soon as possible.

I had applied for change of name from my father as he expired on 27.5.2016. On 23 rd July name was changed but I was forced to buy apron of rs 250 and gas lighter of rs 150 along with administrative and other charges of rs 150. total paid rs 550g I told my distributor I don't require the things but he said I have to take or else my name won't be transferred since my wife went to collect the documents she got afraid and took the things paying the forceful extortion

Our online gas booking and repeated reminders of m/s raj gas agency, risia district bahraich but not supplied the gas to home. They said your gas has delivered on my telephonic talk. No any subsidy has been received till now.

After the previous complaints against a indane samarjit barman is making this complaint again that i have no gas to cook now so the answer from gas agency is - when it comes and it takes 1 month for all.

So, the following detail by the only llm of the world. -

Dgcc today:-
Samarjit barman today went to enquire his gas cylinder booked on 03/07/2016 by gas booking in telephone to national system at jayram gas agency of him at dharmanagar at tripura north.

Dgcc is the citizen of india 2 only by a id in gas bill’s receipt is a 4 slot only that a tripura has no id only by constitution of india and indian constitution also!

- so, there is no question of any confusion also!

O so a dgcc booking is a rule a 1 day only by a tripura police rule only.
O hence, a 4 slot id’s booking is a delivery in 1 hour only and so i booked on 03/07/2016 and today is 21/07.2016!

Fradulent/cheating by m. y. filling station, sy. no. 176, manikonda, ranga reddy, 500089.

I went to petrol pump to fill my honda unicorn bike. below are the details of fraud.

Date of petrol purchase : 20-july-2016
The dealer filled honda unicorn bike (150cc) : 16.49 liters
Total amount paid : rs 1101.50
Liter petrol cost : rs 66.79
Reserve capacity : 1.3 liters
Honda unicorn total tank capacity including reserve : 13 liters
Petrol in my bike : 1.2 liters
Difference : 1.2 (petrol in tank) + 16.49 (by filling station) = 17.69 (total) - 13 (capacity) = 4.69.
Total liters of difference : 4.69 liters
Difference in percentage : 36.07%


I went to the petrol bunk and make sure that the digital meter look zero, requested to fill the full tank.
I have already 1.2ltr in the tank, but the dealer guy filled the tank with 16.49 liters which is vague, unrealistic, unbelievable and fraud. i requested for machine bill he rejected and gave me written bill. when i requested the bunker how it is possible, he called the local mechanic and the mechanic supported the bunker that the unicorn bike capacity is 18liters even i have shown company specification to them in internet with my mobile. my bike model is 2005, till now it was never happened to me. i requested the dealer to empty the petrol tank and measure, at first he accepted but after some time he rejected and started using abused language and claimed that he is zptc chairman and no need to afraid of anyone and no one can do anything, and when i stood there for long time for justice after some point of time he questioned about my address and tried to threaten me with hostile action, and was forced to pay the amount. please do take necessary action.
