As per the message from the distributor I have been delivered one cylinder on 08 Jun 2016 whereas I didn't booked or received the LPG Cylinder. On enquirey the enter staff have a talk of rough language and not agree to clear the matter. In this regards I ask them for a complaint book and they produce me a costumer feedback book which is not authenticated with any officer of IOC or any other related sales manager with sufficient authority. Please intimate action on this matter. without my knowledge the cylinder have been supplied to somebody in irregular manner which is a lost to me and to the govt. In this matter action taken to the agency may please be intimated to me at the earliest so that further consequence can be avoid.

    I have applied online for new lpg connection and made payment online for rs.2120/-. Later distributor forcing to take accessories and asking more money. When we disagreed then they rejected our application and not giving refund of payment which is made online on indane.Co.In through icici credit card. 3 month has been passed and i have made 10 to 15 complaint on their website till not resolved. Today i called to the area office on[protected] but they are saying we can't do anything as it is automated system please contact to your bank. But in my credit card statement is not till refunded

      And my lpg gas connection has been disconnected due to the multi connection state and i have only one connection of hp gas in pune city were we originally live.
      So, i request you kindly active my connection and i also agree to give up lpg subsidy of my given indane gas connection consumer no: cx23980413
      So, i once again request you kindly look into my matter and solve my problem by activating indane gas connection as earliest as possible.

        I had applied for a connection for indane gas last year and on 19th July 2016 I made the payment online. After 10-12 days I went to the distributer and asked about my connection they said there is no payment done neither there is any connection from my side.. So I think something is wrong because if the payment option was available to me and I made the payment then why not I should get the connection...         Have not received anything regarding my problem
        I am facing same problem, Neither I get connection nor they are giving my money refund. my ref.No.N[protected]. I called area office but they are speaking like a nonsense and saying speak to your banker.
        Have you made online payment? And you are saying that after cancellation you didn't get the refund?
        The distributer has contacted me and now everything has been resolved... Thanks

          I have applied for double cylinder gas connection on 29/06/2016 and they are not replying and there contact number is fake not working. No one picks the call. I want gas connection soon. They are charging extra money and also saying that you need to take gas from us. i insisted on that its not compulsory. i told them 3600 i max amount for double cylinder gas but they asked for 5300 rupees and even more as per time. Please help me to get it resolved.

            Today I was visiting from visakhapatnam to arraku valley(both in Andhra Pradesh) in morning 7 am, i visited indian oil petrol pump(just beside hanuman temple, gopalpatnam), here is some language problem in hindi, i have told him(petrol pump worker) to fill 200 rs petrol in my active, he told me sir taht too much dust in my vehicle and side by side other worker started to fill petrol, and he just just started and show me that 200 rs in gauge, i have told that he has to show me meter before starting, he has not listen, and using rough language, iwas in hurrey, there was already approx half tank was fulled and it very easily understood in two wheeler whos tank capacity is approx5.5 ltr that how much petrol he has filled, he has done minimum 70 rs fraud with me. #shame on indian oil, this type of employees working with you, you the worst petrol providing agency.

                  "Cashmemo [protected] generated against ur refill booking No.561953 stands cancelled. Reason:Empty Cylinder not available. Delivery may be reattempted shortly"-- I had received this SMS after generation of cashmemo...which is totally vage and false. No body visited our residence for delivery of gas cylinder. Then how come they know that " empty cylinder not available ". My consumer no is AB6354. Please look into the matter and revert at your earliest.

                    निवेदन है कि मेरे इण्डेन गेस क0स0cx 15067736 को Suspend कर दिया गया है। यह समस्या on line gas book करने के समय आयी। इस बिषय से सम्बन्धित जानकारी जसपुर गेस सर्विस जसपुर से की गयी कि किन कारणो से गेस क0स0cx 15067736को Suspend किया गया। इस बिषय में जसपुर गेस सर्विस जसपुर द्वारा यह बताया गया कि (same name same mobile) होने से Suspend हो गया है, तथा same name same mobile पर दो गेस कन्कशन और लिये गये है, जबकि मेरे द्वारा दिनांक-10/12/2014 को गेस क0स0cx 15067736 ही लिया गया है। अन्य कोई गेस कन्कशन कभी भी मेरे द्वारा नही लिया गया। जसपुर गेस सर्विस जसपुर ने मेरे नाम से यह गेस कन्कशन किस आधार पर किसको जारी किये है। जसपुर गेस सर्विस जसपुर द्वारा मेरे नाम से किसी अन्य को इन दो गेस कन्कशनो को क्यों और केसे जारी किया गया है, किसी के नाम का दूरुपयोग करना अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है। इन दो कन्कशनो को जारी करते समय मेरे हस्ताक्षर किसने किये तथा गेस कन्कशन जारी करते समय उपभोक्ता से जो आवश्यक प्रपत्र लिये जाते है वो प्रपत्र किसके लगाये गये। यह गम्भीरता एवं जाँच का बिषय है। इस प्रकरण की जाँच करायी जाये। शीघ्र ही मेरे गेस क0स0cx 15067736 को Activate कराया जाये। मेरी तीन माह से गेस क0स0cx 15067736 पर गेस रिफ़िल बुक नही हो रही है।

                    There is a gas leakage in my house. I have tried to contact all the emergency nos provided, the one on the website and toll free nos. Either the nos do not exists or not reachable. Tried reaching the distributor for rectification. But in vain.

                    Looks like Indane is not aware that all thier emergency nos have ceased to exist.

                          I smt. namita debnath booked of my refill gas on 12/02/2016, bearing booking code no-113617, from the agency of ashirbad gas agency, agartala, west tripura, pin-799005, but till date i have not getting my said booking gas from the agency. details of my consumer no-aga/9247, sv. no-084985, dated-07/07/2001 and my home delivery no-614, your honour please accept my this complaint and directing the aforesaid agency to make delivery of my booking gas positively with out fail either the complainant herein will be highly injuries with out any fault and it can not be compensated with the money value, with regards, namita debnath.

                              Hi,

                              This is in regard to fuel cheating that is being done systematically by almost all petrol dealers in pune.

                              I would make it clear by sharing my today’s experience at iocl petrol station named sukhwani petrol pump situated near hinjewadi bridge. I asked the person to fill the fuel for rs.250. He set the meter at 250. After it reached 80, he adjusted the pipe and said since it has caught air, he has to set it to 170 telling me that it’s now 250.

                              However, since i regularly fill the same amount of petrol, i knew how far the meter goes. I suspected and told him straight away that you have not filled properly. Surprisingly another man came to me and told me that he would fill more petrol of rs.50 without making any noise.

                              I saw manager and approached him and again with big surprise he behaved as nothing has happened. There was no change of expression on his face when i told him that i will lodge a complaint for this cheating.

                              After few days, fearing that it will expose them, they put the boards saying if meter does not move, it won’t be their responsibility. I took a picture of it as attached in the email.

                              I believe it's happening at all fuel stations and by doing such unethical and dishonest activities, petrol dealers not only save lot of petrol but earn for the lesser petrol and also help workers to earn too from the consumers pocket.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    As per discussion with you I am sending you bills copy and diesel image.

                                    Matter is regarding fuel. On 22th June I fill up diesel at Dhaliara pump on Saheed Roshan lal filling station and drive car up to 350 k.m. and than after when iam going Mandi to Sundernagar highway i fill up oil again at Harbans lal and sons petrol pump.
                                    But when iam going to Sundernagar to Rampur Car has takes some problems like : sound and power . After that iam contact with Ford road side assistance and they put my car and drop at Saluja ford service station.
                                    After checking by their technician car has vibration and sound problems, and they are saying that these problems due to bad oil. and it's repairs takes to much cost.So I want to know who is responsible for this loss. You can also contact with Saluja ford for any assistance.
                                    For your kind information I and sending you petrol stations bills and Image.
                                    So Sir I humble request to you please look into this matter

                                        Respected sir /madam,
                                        We would like to inform you that the subsidised diesel supplied by the fisheries departement is mostly diverted illegally to petrol bunks and to other commercial customers by the fisheries depot dealers in royapuram, neelangari and kadapakkam (Ecr).
                                        These dealers have bogusly created subsidised fisherman cards on persons who
                                        Don’t even possess motor boats.
                                        As falsely making sale bills on this non – existent fishermens huge quantity of subsidised
                                        Diesel is available with them, which they sell in black market.
                                        Almost 60 – 70 % of the alloted quantity is been diverted illegally to the black market.
                                        We had understood that each day from 02. P. M to 10 p. M. Around 20000 – 30000 litres is been illegally sold by these dealers, forwhich they load the subsidised diesel drums in delivery vans from their depot making sale bills on the name of the bogus fishermen cards and store in their unauthorised storage places near to the depot and in the late hours load the subsidised diesel to petrol bunk dealer’s tankers.
                                        And also sometimes they directly deliver the drums from fisheries depot to the petrol bunks, as captured in the attached / enclosed pictures. (Neelankarai – ecr-)

                                        1. The delivery van being loaded with subsidised diesel from neelangari
                                        Fisheries hpcl depot. (Near to brown tree signal)
                                        2. On ecr road taking left from the mosque (Ecr) towards periyar salai, (Karim nagar)
                                        3. On the canal road towards omr
                                        4. On omr u turn at apollo hospital junction (Omr)


                                        5. Reached the petrol bunk and the subsidised fisheries department diesel being unloaded.
                                        6. Kadapakkam fisheries diesel pump pictures.

                                        (The delivery van registration no : tn11 w 3679 is not a public carrier vehicle, it is used
                                        Pecifically by the fisheries department dealer to deliver diesel to fishermen.)
                                        Due to this illegal business activity of these fisheries depot dealers and certain petrol bunk dealers the business of other genuine dealers are getting affected.
                                        As from these three fisheries depots around 60000 – 70000 litres is supplied to the petrol
                                        Bunks in and around chennai city.
                                        We had put our best efforts to track their activities and get this evidence of the fisheries
                                        Depot delivery van transporting the subsidised diesel to the petrol bunk.
                                        So we kindly request you to take strict action against these activities and restrict the
                                        Diversion of subsidised diesel.
