Our account is showing wrongly the we 'opted out of subsidy option'. We don't know why it is activated. We never tried doing so. Earlier we were getting subsidy on my bank account. From march month on words we are not getting subsidy. I am B.S. ADHIKARI, iam living in Chhattisgarh, korba my gas dealer is korba gas agency, my id no is 18657 and my kyc no is 10526. iam having indane household gas in my house, though I have been taking cylinders for many years now, earlier I use to take cylinders by myself, but due to some unforeseen circumstances iam not able to do soo, I have approached to the dealer he refused stating that my area doesn't fall in his area,...

My indane consumer no is 22397. I requested for indane refill on 14th june, 2016 thru' indane site and paid the full amount online thru' my hdfc credit card. The online receipt has been mailed to my mail id by indane authorities. But the delivery man from the indane distributor "gas & gadgets" was asking for money. When he was shown the receipt, he denied to deliver the gas cylinder and went away.
Now i am running short of gas and...

They never agree with two cylinder and says that once only if written two also that a empty cylinder is to be returned while taking a cylinder so that makes a two cylinder. - (So a abuse only to the American DG - Samarjit Barman).

And their issue is the DGCC written on gas bills by amount in comma to say they cannot charge a American!

And all this all the time since 2007 only!

Yesterday, i went to petrol pump for filling of petrol in my vehicle and found that m/s gunesh india pvt. Ltd, arniyapanth, shambhoopura, distt.- chittorgarh, rajasthan are charging the rs 71.4/- per ltr as compare to other petrol pump are charging rs 69.2/- per ltr, which is approx. Even after booking multiple times, my agency refuse to deliver citing no one was present at home. Though my whole family is at home from past 3 month.
It's ridiculous that we don't have even option to change distributor.

I am an indane gas consumer. My consumer no is 7258. Gas cylinder was delivered to me on[protected] by hamirpur gas service vide cash memo no 69287 amounting rupees 606. I have not received any intimation regarding my booking/delivery on my registered mobile no in r/o said cash memo, which i used to get earlier with in 1-2 days. I got new gas connection of iocl dated 25052016 even after delivery of cylinder i have not received by subsidy so far. So please find the reason of same and credit the amount of subsidy in my bank ac. Therefore i request you to do needful action in my behalf as earliest possible.

I had booked a cylinder on 1.6.16 with consumer number 16929/ booking ref no 639755. Got a message that it will be deliverd within 2 to 3 days.
The hawker came to deliver it on 3rd june but I refused as he came without bill . He has not yet delivered the cylinder. I have Recd a message on 3rd june that my cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no [protected] .
