Helllo my name is raj kumar roy my cunsumer number is cx 23767571
My distributor phon is [protected]
My booking was done for this month and billing amount was inr 576.50 so here the problem starts my distributor always deliver the gas at my door step and never tell me the billing amount today i caught him as i knew my billing amount he has charged inr610 rupees for delwvering my gas every month he does the same things this is a kind a fraud and ypu people never care about this so i did not sign on his bill today i told. Him to return my money he deneied and run away by saying "go and complain i never care about this" this tyep of behavior will not be toilrated by a customer i want you to take action against them and return my money as soon as posible the distributor name is m/s sankar gas service

    Sir m name is Dr sudeep with adress 5- 1-256 jambagh sunder bhavan hyderabad Telangana 500095. my conumer number s 40097. every time i book lpg gas ill get a message in days that it got delivered. but the gas cylinder will never b delivered in my house. probably there selling in black to some otherpeople. every time i have to leave my work and go to the distributer and lodge a complaint. then he will send the cylinder home i think my distributor is also involved in this racket. my distributer is "siddharta enterprizes"

    Same is the case with me Sir. This is Uday Viswanath stying in hyderabad, Kondapur.

    My Distributor Name is:Venkatasai gas agencies. I was trying to book the gas refill since last 3 weeks. and they cancelled my booking twice now and my gas at home has been exhausted. They are giving a lame reason saying no body available at home. This cannot be possible as my family is there at home always.
    We are being suffered unnecesarily. This is happening everytime we book the refilling.

    This problem should be taken seriously and put an end.
    Kindly do the need ful.

After some time i have transfer above gas connection from himank gas agency, leh (J&k) to indian gas agency, kargil (J&k) vide tv [protected] on 17 dec 15. I approach to indian gas agency kargil for release my gas connection. They saying that your gas connection not received in this agency on online system...

        Dear sir,
        Yesterday, i went to petrol pump for filling of petrol in my vehicle and found that m/s gunesh india pvt. Ltd, arniyapanth, shambhoopura, distt.- chittorgarh, rajasthan are charging the rs 71.4/- per ltr as compare to other petrol pump are charging rs 69.2/- per ltr, which is approx. Rs 2.2/- higher then to other petrol pump. Therefore, asked to petrol pump owner for charging more prices, then he rudely said that this is extra premium petrol and refused to give any answer of any query and unable to give any answer satisfactory.
        I checked the petrol payment bill (Attached here) and also filling pump there is not showing any display of extra premium petrol, which is charging from many days to customer.
        Also, tried to give feed-back to ioc site but unable to complaint in it because submission problem in online feed-back site

          Kindly note that i am a consumer of indane gas services and my consumer number is 21952 and our dealer is m/s vikas distributors, new town, kolkata. Since i was not available my wife noticed the leakage of gas from the cylinder and immediately my father in law aged 78 years went to the distributors and pleded to help us with a technician who can come with him on the car and after fixing the job my father in law comitted to drop the technician back to the shop. But unfortunately the distributors behaved very rudely and informed that they will send the technician as per the availability.
          Now we are unable to use the gas services and in a stage of anxiety as we have no clue when the distributor is going to send the technicians.
          Request you to kindly help us in this matter.

            my self Apurba Biswas, I hve a gas connection from your service provider to your Salt Lake Gas Agency.My consumer No.74514.I am trying from few days to booking gas however I am unable to do it and also i have contacted witj toll free care but they are also not help me.I request you to please arrange to book my refill as my cylinder has empty.

              Our account is showing wrongly that we "opted out of subsidy option", not sure why it got activated, we never tried doing so. Earlier we were getting subsidy on my bank account.                   I am an indane gas consumer. My consumer no is 7258. Gas cylinder was delivered to me on[protected] by hamirpur gas service vide cash memo no 69287 amounting rupees 606. I have not received any intimation regarding my booking/delivery on my registered mobile no in r/o said cash memo, which i used to get earlier with in 1-2 days. I contacted hamirpur gas agency regarding this problem. Not satisfied with response.

                    We are the using IOC gas and our Consumer No is 262152. On 9th June 2016, my wife Reena Antony went to R.R. Enterprises, Vivek Nagar Post, Bangalore 560047 to transfer our agency from them to Rayasandra. The man whoever was there charged my wife Rs 1618/- saying that change of name we have to pay and the amount they put in the bank we have to pay and so and so. She didnt know that we dont need to pay money and she paid. That man has given some acknowledgement on a paper where there is no name of that agency.

                    My wife called your customer care and Ms. Sambrame answered her call. My Wife told her whatever happened and this girl placed the complaint. The Reference No is 2668755. But Sambrame never asked our details and even our Consumer Number. Without our details how this problem will be solved.

                    Please look in to this issue and take action against the man in R.R. Enterprise for cheating women whoever dont know the procedures.

                    These type of issues will give IOC a black mark if you dont keep such people away.

                          Cylinder not delivered but sms recd for delivery

                          I had booked a cylinder on 1.6.16 with consumer number 16929/ booking ref no 639755. Got a message that it will be deliverd within 2 to 3 days.
                          The hawker came to deliver it on 3rd june but I refused as he came without bill . He has not yet delivered the cylinder. I have Recd a message on 3rd june that my cylinder has been delivered with cash memo no [protected] .
                          Kindly do the needful.

I applied gas connection online from indane distributor m/s tirupati bala ji associats, delhi with registration number n160421107314347457509 on dated 21/04/2016. Wating list released on dated 03/05/2016 and make payment online icici bank credit card on 04/05/2016 sucessfully payment order no-[protected] & payment reference no-74766516125617833332377. I call cust care numbers, distibuter, area officer for issue my connection. Customer care & area officer respons meet to distributer. Distributer respons not reached amount. Amount reach my account i issued your connection. I irated cancelled the connection on 24/05/2016 and left online feedback that i cancelled it due to delay in delivery. Got automated responce (Your online new connection request with registration no: n160421107314347457509, stands cancel) again no calls, no refund, no response on cust care num. The complaints page online is screwed by them so that no one can make a complaint and the feedback i left was not answered as well. They are holding my money for more that a month and not contacting, nor providing refund.

                            I booked cylinder online on dated 2 June 2016. Received a message on 4th June that cash memo generated. We waited full day. But no body visited. We called on 5th June morning and they ensured for delivery ob 5th june. We waited full day. On 6th June received message that cash memo cancelled due to door closed however we wait at home for full day. We complaint over phone and online.

HIMU Distributors, bangalore, i booked cylinder for refilling on[protected] for which reference no. given is 617673, cash memo generated message received on[protected] and cylinder delivered message received in[protected] with cash memo no. [protected] but i did not receive the cylinder, i called to the distributor agency and they told me that refilling booking was not registered and told me to rebook again, rebooking done on[protected] with reference no: 625900 for which cash memo generated message received on[protected], booking cancelled message received on[protected] and again cash memo generated message received on[protected] and cylinder got delivered message received on[protected], but still now i did not receive the cylinder.. please do the needfull

                                My consumer number is 26925 from mavelikara, alapuzha dist. My bill amount is rs.570/-. Usually i give only 10 rupees extra. But last time the dealer shouted at me and demaned rs.20/-. However i dint agree to give and there was a bid argument. The next time i booked i got message on my phone that my bill was generated but it was not delivered. I went to the dealer's office but they asked me to book again. So i booked again and today 7.6.2016 they came for delivery. I am a 70 yr old senior citizen. To avoid further problems i decided to give rs.20 in addition to the bill amount of rs.570/-. But the delivery man demanded rs.30/-. I dint agree to give and so he took back the cyclinder. Kindly do the needful to sort out this issue.

                                  This is the shameful to erase the complaint for Indane Gas, Indian pride. The Government is daily announcing that lot of guys giveup there subsidery, and they issued the Gas connection to lot of town and Women/ ladies those working in kitchen with wood burning choola.

                                  This is not first time when i get upset for the indane gas guys, they are doing every time same. I booked through online usually and first time booking they will cancel and get the updated information on 6th day of booking.. it means the guy must have to book after 6 or 7th day and then may be after waiting for one week that guy may get the refill cylinder.
                                  if i am booking through phone, it happening same booking get confirm getting mail and message for confirmation and getting cash memo made information and deliver shortly .. then after 2 - 3 day getting message by saying cancellation, and for further information call to dealer .. and Dealer's number not valid or always busy.. 24X7 busy.. I don't know what they are doing "without doing work they are busy"..

                                    I own a maruti swift dezire car (Make : 2013) in kolkata.

                                    Usually i go for petrol filling on full tank basis (35-36 ltrs) which gives a mileage between 530-550 km (Approx 15 km/ ltr). I always buy petrol from hpcl petrol pump in kolkata.

                                    On request from one of my colleagues i bought 36.98 ltr of petrol on 21.04.2016 from m/s shantanu carfil, i/10 b. P. Township, block - c, boisnobghata patuli connector, kolkata -84. The car ran under similar condition and i got a mileage of 476 km (Approx 13 km/ ltr). I was a bit surprised with the mileage.

                                    Again on the 07.05.2016 - i bought 35.56 ltr of petrol from the same petrol pump. This time i got a mileage of 440 km (Approx 12.4 km/ltr).

                                    Under this scenario, i decided to switch over to my old hpcl source. On the 20.05.2016 - i bought 36.92 ltr of petrol from the hpcl pump. I have got 520 km mileage (Over 14 km/ltr) - this time there was continuous use of ac for a few days, which i normally avoid.

                                    The above data is a clear indication that the said ioc petrol pump is swindling petrol and deceiving customers.
