My name brijbala tiwari & my dob-04/03/1987. I applied gas connection online from indane distributor m/s tirupati bala ji associats, delhi with registration number n160421107314347457509 on dated 21/04/2016. Wating list released on dated 03/05/2016 and make payment online icici bank credit card on 04/05/2016 sucessfully payment order no-[protected] & payment reference no-74766516125617833332377. I call cust care numbers, distibuter, area officer for issue my connection. Customer care & area officer respons meet to distributer. Distributer respons not reached amount. Amount reach my account i issued your connection. I irated cancelled the connection on 24/05/2016 and left online feedback that i cancelled it due to delay in delivery. Got automated responce (Your online new connection request with registration no: n160421107314347457509, stands cancel) again no calls, no refund, no response on cust care num. The complaints page online is screwed by them so that no one can make a complaint and the feedback i left was not answered as well. They are holding my money for more that a month and not contacting, nor providing refund.

    I booked cylinder online on dated 2 June 2016. Received a message on 4th June that cash memo generated. We waited full day. But no body visited. We called on 5th June morning and they ensured for delivery ob 5th june. We waited full day. On 6th June received message that cash memo cancelled due to door closed however we wait at home for full day. We complaint over phone and online.

      Dear sir/Madam my consumer Number is 28579505 registered under M/s. HIMU Distributors, bangalore, i booked cylinder for refilling on[protected] for which reference no. given is 617673, cash memo generated message received on[protected] and cylinder delivered message received in[protected] with cash memo no. [protected] but i did not receive the cylinder, i called to the distributor agency and they told me that refilling booking was not registered and told me to rebook again, rebooking done on[protected] with reference no: 625900 for which cash memo generated message received on[protected], booking cancelled message received on[protected] and again cash memo generated message received on[protected] and cylinder got delivered message received on[protected], but still now i did not receive the cylinder.. please do the needfull

        My consumer number is 26925 from mavelikara, alapuzha dist. My bill amount is rs.570/-. Usually i give only 10 rupees extra. But last time the dealer shouted at me and demaned rs.20/-. However i dint agree to give and there was a bid argument. The next time i booked i got message on my phone that my bill was generated but it was not delivered. I went to the dealer's office but they asked me to book again. So i booked again and today 7.6.2016 they came for delivery. I am a 70 yr old senior citizen. To avoid further problems i decided to give rs.20 in addition to the bill amount of rs.570/-. But the delivery man demanded rs.30/-. I dint agree to give and so he took back the cyclinder. Kindly do the needful to sort out this issue.

          Hi,

          This is the shameful to erase the complaint for Indane Gas, Indian pride. The Government is daily announcing that lot of guys giveup there subsidery, and they issued the Gas connection to lot of town and Women/ ladies those working in kitchen with wood burning choola.

          This is not first time when i get upset for the indane gas guys, they are doing every time same. I booked through online usually and first time booking they will cancel and get the updated information on 6th day of booking.. it means the guy must have to book after 6 or 7th day and then may be after waiting for one week that guy may get the refill cylinder.
          if i am booking through phone, it happening same booking get confirm getting mail and message for confirmation and getting cash memo made information and deliver shortly .. then after 2 - 3 day getting message by saying cancellation, and for further information call to dealer .. and Dealer's number not valid or always busy.. 24X7 busy.. I don't know what they are doing "without doing work they are busy"..

            I own a maruti swift dezire car (Make : 2013) in kolkata.

            Usually i go for petrol filling on full tank basis (35-36 ltrs) which gives a mileage between 530-550 km (Approx 15 km/ ltr). I always buy petrol from hpcl petrol pump in kolkata.

            On request from one of my colleagues i bought 36.98 ltr of petrol on 21.04.2016 from m/s shantanu carfil, i/10 b. P. Township, block - c, boisnobghata patuli connector, kolkata -84. The car ran under similar condition and i got a mileage of 476 km (Approx 13 km/ ltr). I was a bit surprised with the mileage.

            Again on the 07.05.2016 - i bought 35.56 ltr of petrol from the same petrol pump. This time i got a mileage of 440 km (Approx 12.4 km/ltr).

            Under this scenario, i decided to switch over to my old hpcl source. On the 20.05.2016 - i bought 36.92 ltr of petrol from the hpcl pump. I have got 520 km mileage (Over 14 km/ltr) - this time there was continuous use of ac for a few days, which i normally avoid.

            The above data is a clear indication that the said ioc petrol pump is swindling petrol and deceiving customers.

              Dear myself sp mishra,
              Have one connection in new delhi of 2007 and done one more at dhanupur - handia - allahabad - code no. 193493 - yasharth gas - in 2012. As understood by the aadhaar scheme that there should be only one connection through out india in one persons name, i went to the agency to cancel my up connection but to my astonishment i found that the same consumer no. Is allotted to some body else, two years back. My consumer no. Is y - 1111 - shree prakash mishra - resident of kantapur village - allahabad..

              Please treat this as my application to cancel my up's connection and do an enquiry, why n how without any intimation to me my allocated consumer no. Is allotted to any body? Is there some nexus in between small netas and distributors because always this particular agency man used to ill treat their clients by not supplying their refills on time. Will i get my security money back without any hassle as the agency men have taken my sv and were not issuing the same when asked for. Now i have my gas pass book and unable to retaliate without any staunch documents.

                  SIR, i am udhayavelavan from nagercoil. my indane customer no.is cx22973883. today i have been delivered with a indane gas cylinder from vivekha gas agency, chettikulam, nagercoil-1. the delivery boy who issued bill for Rs. 615.5 had collected Rs.650 in excess of bill aount. this has been done for the last one year. hence i request you to take necessary action and do the needful to restraint the delivery boy fro doing act in future.

                    I have complained to the Indane gas distributor about the slow burning of the burners on 01.06.16. The mechanic came today morning ( 04.06.16 ) and told that he didn't have any tools to open the bottom of the burner. On contacting the distributor in the presence of the mechanic, they toled to get it done through private mechanics.

                    I would like to know from your end whether this is the normal mode of handling customer's
                    grievances.

                        My conusmer no. [protected] booking reference 582682

                        I have booked for my refill cylinder on 8th of april 2016. The bill or cash memo was generated on 24th of may, 2016. Its been almost days since the above has been generated and the cylinder is not yet been delivered to me.
                        When i contacted them on 26th they told it will be delivered the next day. But nothing happened. On 31st when i contacted them again they are telling it will be delivered in another 2 days.

                        While checking with their ivrs booking system, it has be noted they has delivered for the bookings until 16th of april. So what happened to my booking which has been made on 8th of april..??

                        How long do i need to wait? Its very poor customer service from the distributor.

                          I am Ashok Malick, ph - [protected], consumer no-02382, book for refill cylinder with ref no 397886 on 19th May'16.On 31st May'16 get message that cash memo no [protected] generated but on 1st July'16 get another message that same cash memo cancelled, reason door closed. Sir please advice what should i do this is happening every time with me.

                                Sir, With regret I inform to you that we the people of Dhubri suffering from long time that the supply of LPG cylinder to much poor. It takes 60 to 80 days normally But cylinder is available in black market at the Rs.1200/-. The two distributor M/s.Gadhadhar Gas Service & Ashok Gas Service of Dhubri illegally creating short supply. We request to fulfill the PM’s assurance of 12 cylinder supply in one year.Thanking you.

                                  I went to the Indian Oil petrol pump, located at Hazratgunj, near Tulsi cinemas, Lucknow today at 9.25 a.m. I asked for rs 100 petrol. They asked me to look at the small screen on the pipe, with which they were filling petrol. They just filled 1litre instead of rs 100. As it was showing just 1litre and amount was near about 68 rs. They poured the rest petrol in a gallon near them. I asked them that they were cheating, but both of the guys weren't listening, rather said, go and check your petrol somewhere else. I kept on saying to them, they did not listen a word and instead misbehaved.

                                  My complaint was resolved within 1 and half hour of complaining. This is not just mine victory, this is the victory of Indian oil too. I was called at the filling station and the person apologized to me. I got the remaining petrol too. I am highly satisfied with indian oil. You guys listen and resolve so quick. Hats off to you guys. Highly impressed

                                    When i m going on sanik service station race course road gwalior petrol pump i had to there empolyes to fill my scooty tank by petrol of 200 rs normal petrol on 24.5.16
                                    After that he said sir refill ur tank when i saw to meter he fill speed petrol then i told him about that. He started arguing with me. I asked them for complaint book or sales officer number but they all of then cant provied me.
                                    After that i find mr. Manish nandle sales officer number by my sources. Then i told him everything he told empolyes to provide complaint book and after that staff called pump onower. After 15 min pump onower came n provide me complaint book n arguging n missbehave with me.
                                    After three days i call back to sales officer but there is no responce by him

                                      I Vikas Sharma Advocate booked gas refill cylinder on 30.05.2016 for my consumer No.332941 through automated mobile booking and it was registered with Ref. No.661545. On 31.05.2015 i recieved a SMS that cash memo generated vide cash memo No.[protected] and stated that cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Surprisingly today morning I again received a SMS stating that "Cash memo No.[protected] generated against ur refill booking No.661546 stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly."


                                      This may be a regular practice of M/s. Sterling Gas service for not delivering the gas cylinder and cylinders delivery to be adjusted else where as myself along with my family members were available at at my house full day and we have not even went outside even for 15 minutes and Sterling Gas Service stating the reason for non delivering the refill booking as door closed. Either the delivery boy of Sterling Gas Service adjusted the cylinder to someone else or the delivery boy acted on the instructions of his employer and doing this unlawful practice.


                                      Previously also there was unlawful behaviour of delivery boy of this gas service agency and I made a complaint against the same stating that delivery boy demanding extra amount of for delivering the refill booking from the ladies at the time of delivering.


                                      The authority shall take steps against the distributor Sterling Gas Service if the distributor is involved in this issue and if not the the Distributor Sterling Gas Service may take steps against the delivery boy for stating fake reason for not delivering the refill booking for which my booking stands cancel for fake reason.

                                      Your immediate action will be appreciated .

                                        My consumer no. is 67604 I had booked for gas refill from Shri Guru Kripa Indane Distributers 6th phase JP Nagar Bangalore and got a SMS that a cash memo has been created and the next day when I called the agency they said gas would be delivered that day but instead of gas that night I got a SMS that my order has been cancelled.on Monday when I called they asked me to rebook again which I did immediately and I was informed I would get my gas the next day but again that night I got a SMS that my booking has been cancelled because the door was locked but we never left the house that day and from our apartment entry ledger we found no delivery man had come that day . The agency keeps saying we will get our gas but no gas has come and we do not know the reason. The general belief here is that our gas is given away to other people but Iwould like Indane to find out and help us.We are Indane user fof the last 40 years first in Delhi and now in Bangalore and so far we have had no complaints. We are old and we would appreciate an early help.Thank you Narayanan
