Hi,
I have an LPG car and I use the Garuda Auto Service in Kandivili west to fill LPG Gas. Auto LPG unavailable most of the time. I returned without fuel many times in February, March and yesterday. I’m seeing this trend this year only. When I asked when the LPG Gas will be available, there was no answer as the employees there are not aware. Extremely inconvenient as this is the only Gas pump near my place. Can this be taken with this distributor or can some other Indian Oil pump in Borivali, Kandivili or Malad have the provision to fill LPG Gas. Please urge you to take action to get ride of this inconvenience. Hoping for a favorable pronto response.

    I booked my gas cylinder dt.[protected] to rajender gas services, jaipur, rajasthan & the message are received that cash memo generated & cylinder delivered[protected] but i have not found gas cylinder. I remind 5 to 7 times day by day but gas agencies staff not response it. Then i complement toll free no[protected] dt[protected] but not proper response it.
    So please resolve it my problems.

    I would like to confirm that linked account with aadhar if closed then can subsidy not be transfered. In other bank account which is already linked with aadhar.Since last 20 days i m running after agency that my subsidy yet not credited in bank account but they are not ready to listen me.although i have already linked my adhar number.

When we informed in agency (Distributer name:- indrani gas agency, adress:- m-10/80-d-10-a-b shri krishna puram new colony. Kakarmata varanasi, phone number:- [protected], call on last week they say now you have once more 2 or 3 days but after 2-3 days message send that your syllander delevered so now i want to know where deleverd ? Now i want to talk with agency but always busy. So, please look in to the complaint and get get solution as soon as possible and once inform to you our any subsidy is not credit in my account till now .

        Illegal selling of petrol in plastic bottles

        Their is an IOCL petrol pump in hebbal which is besides godrej magnum township. last night around 7:00 pm while i was getting my tank refilled i saw the guy was openly selling petrol to his friends in plastic bisleri bottles. i saw his shaking hands with them and then filling up their bottles 2L with petrol. he did it twice while i was waiting in the line.while filling up two guys were continously standing on both sides so that no one can...

        I Subir Santra is a customer of LPG Gas of IOCL. My IOCL consumer No : is CX-837712. On 20.04.2016 I booked a Refilled Cylinder vide registration no 345450. On 22.04.2016 I received a massage that a cash memo no : [protected] for the above mentioned booking has been generated and the same will be delivered shortly. On the same day another massage has been received by me that my booking stands cancelled due to Door Closed and delivery my be reattempted shortly. In this regard I am informing that from 20.04.2016 to till date my family has not gone any where hence delivery boy has been returned due to close of door is not possible. From 24.04.2016 to till date I met to by deler M/S Ramkrishna Gas Agency, Puratan Bazar, Kharagpur, West Bengal several times to ask the cause of this delay but they told me that very soon refilled cylinder will be delivered. But till date I have not get refilled cylinder.

            30/04/2016 gas delivery person came with the cylinder. When he was asked by my mother (Aged) to keep the cylinder inside the house. She absued her and took away the cylinder without delivering it. The delivery man, from venu's gas, mannar (His name is not known, as he want to be called as gas delivery person) is very arrogant and trouble some. This is not the first time he behaved like this. He always ask for extra money . If not satisfy him, he would make excuses for not delivering the cylinder. On many occassions he took away the cylinder without delivering. We had complained about this to the gas agency. In fact we are at the mercy of him. He always leave the cylinder outside and try to delver the most damaged/old cylinder with most of the time without proper ceiling. Please help. As i live outside the country. Baby thomas.                 I am consumer of indane with consumer no.cx1882542. My indane agency is Arya gas agency, Mukherjeenagar.The distributer of agency has a sindicate with agency and they are distributing the cylinder of lesser weight, today -30/04/16, I was delivered the cylinder wih gross weight 26.2 kg instead of 30.19 kg. It is not first time when the cylinder of lesser weight was delivered, so you are requested to take strict action against the Gas agency and its supplier.And inform me what action is taken .my email -id is [protected]@gmail.com.

My connection has been terminated ( ttv ) from bagula to krishnagar indane sales centre based on my application as my job is transferable job. I go and talk to distributor to receive my ttv. They ask me to submit kyc document freshly such as epic, ration card & aadhaar . I request them voter id is sufficient as identity as well as address proof.                       My booking no : 237652. Dt.[protected].
                      I got lpg cyl on[protected] against above booking no & cashmemo no[protected]. Dt 22-04-16.
                      But i have not yet receive subsidy money in my bank a/c till now. Subsequently yesterday[protected] i got a sms where they said the above mentioned cashmemo has been cancelled due to door close. Which is totally false, because i have already received the cyl .
                      Now i am worried about getting subsidy money in time. So kindly give my due sub.Money as early as possible.

                        My wife, mrs. Lathika muraleedharan (Consumer no.3625)-lpgid:[protected] was registered for indane gas with m/s.Chiramel gas agencies (Indane (Lpg distributor), perinjanam, thrissur-680 686 (Tel:[protected]distributors id : 30571474. We had noticed that there is abnormal delay in supplying the gas cylinders after booking i.E. Booking done on 03/12/2015-cylinder delivered on 08/01/2016-35 days, booking done on 12/01/2016-cylinder delivered on 02/03/2016-46 days, booking done on 03/03/2016-cylinder yet not delivered(As on 25/04/2016). Whenever we are enquiring about the delivery the distributor is giving false promises like next week, but delivery will not take place. Also they are not hearing our complaints properly whenever speaking they will disconnect the phone before completion of the conversation. As per our knowledge the delivery of the gas cylinders will be done within 21 days after booking. Please take up our complaint properly with the concerned distributor and see that we will get the cylinders delivered within the stipulated period i.E. Within 21 days.

                          I booked twice to refill my indane cooking gas in the end of march and at the begining of april. Both the times my booking was cancelled by the distributor ganesh gas gwalior for not giving the aadhar number. I have given my bank details but now he is pressing to give aadhar number else subsidised gas cylinder will not be given by him. My consumer no is 29640 in the name of saroj agrawal. Recently one cylinder is allowed to me on the condition that aadhar number will be submitted by me within 1 month.

                          Dear Sir I got a mobile call from Shri Mayank Shivhare of Indian Oil on date 28/04/2016 and he assures me that there is no compulsion to submit Aadhar number and the refill will be supplied as and when required. Dealer also called me and assured to supply the refill in future without producing aadhar number and the dealer has also received a call from Shri Shivhare ji for the same.                           Cylinder delivered on dt.07/4/16, has been observed as gas leaking through it on fixing Regulator.Complaint was made to Nikita Gas, but it hasn't been attended.
                          Plz send technician or replace this cylinder with the good one.

                            Please update me on below complaint raised.

                            I have already raised a complaint of nandanwan petrol pump at tuljapur .
                            The people at this pertold pump were drunk and they had hit my husband with bamboo stick without any reason.The exact details are in complaint id :

                              Hi sir,

                              I am raveendra reddy, customer of indane gas service having id cx327238. I am the customer under namratha gas agency which is located at kukatpally village, hyderabad. I was requested for a refill cylinder on last thursday(04/25/2016) and i got the message like i will get the cylinder in 3-5 days. On saturday(04/23/2016), i went to your branch to enquire about my refill status. They said i will get it on monday(04/25/2016). Today(04/25/2016) i went again to the branch, now they are saying like the refill request is not done yet, they are doing today itself and it will take another 4-5 days to get the cylinder. I don't know what is happening there. If the booking is not confirmed it should have informed to me earlier. Now i don't have second cylinder in my house. The people are working in namrath gas agency are very irresponsible. They won't even listen about our problems. I request you to please take some action on them. Otherwise i am not able to continue with these service what they giving now. Thank you.

                                  Hello, I've filled petrol for Rs.500 from Indian Oil Pump in Manipal County Road, Singasandra, Bangalore on 23rd April 2016. Though their meter was reading, I didn't get a single drop of petrol in my tank. I reported this issue with in ten minutes of drive and the owner said, meter would display the fuel after driving for some time or it may be my car meter complaint. Since I could not see the fuel in tank, I checked the meter/tank in Honda service center and they confirmed that my car meter is working fine. Twice I went to the pump on the same day and couldn't meet the owner and staff's were not taking the responsibility; but they have agreed that it has happend to another car day before my experience..

                                  Again I went to the pump on 24th April and the owner was not at all accepting the fact or ready to reimburse the amount. Instead he was arguing that it won't happen like that and so can't do anything. I am sure that either they are doing it purposefully and cheating the customers or there is a technical error in the machine. In either case, it's a cheating since they were not ready to accept the mistake and refund the amount.

                                  If this is my experience as a regular customer, they would have done more to other customers. Please bring this into the notice of concerned authority and take necessary action against this petrol bunk in Manipal county Road, Singasandra, Bangalore and it's owner for the fraud.

                                    I have booked gas on 23.02.16 with reference no - 614007.my customer no - 22562, several time i have done complain at kalindi gas agency gorakhpur regarding delivering of gas but still gas is not delivered by the agency.
                                    The gas agency holder can not resolve my problem so you are kindly requested to plz resolve my problem and take necessary action against gas agency.

                                      I booked a cylinder two time reason of cancelled,
                                      First booking no.716035 and cash memo [protected] on 01 april 2016
                                      Second booking no.720366 and cash memo [protected] on 11 april 2016
                                      My consumer no is :: cx7114243. After that
                                      I complained to iocl . Compain no:: 2613834 on 13.04.2016 .Feedback details attached & i also talked to
                                      Our local distributor "kandhari gas agency" & they
                                      Confirmed me to deliver & suggested to contact delivery person.
                                      I everyday i contacted him and he promised me to deliver but still no one came to deliver cylinder.
                                      Now today(22.4.2016) when i asked to telephone executive about my refil delivery status it answered same as like before

                                      i called to several times on toll free number [protected] till 25th april 2016, but didn't get satisfied regulation,
                                      i booked approx 3 times gas, but they cancelled my booking for giving a lamb excuse that reason is closed the door while i live with my joint family approx 20 member. and when i called him to know reason, they have not any satisfied reply,

                                      my gas agency is doing fraud and cheat to me. they are not hearing my problem, if i call him they disconnected my call. and they are not giving any single percent positive feedback.

                                      I booked 4th time again gas cylinder dt.[protected] to kandhari gas services(107217), Rohini Delhi-110085 & the message are received that cash memo generated & cylinder delivered[protected] but i have not found gas cylinder.
