A couple days ago, when I tried to book via IVR, the booking did not go through. The IVR system was not presenting me any option fro Refill booking. Next I tried to book via SMS. There I received an SMS that by subscription has been suspended, and I need to contact my distributor.

My LPG consumer no. 279. I applied for replace the regulator since 6month. But no response given by the dealer named Amargarh gas agency. So kindly request to issue new regulator when we on the regulator gas is leaking any mishaps may be happen.I go to company so many times but they denied to solve my problem

I am placing my difficulties in receiving the refills though they were delivered at my correct residential address belatedly.

I have sent a complaint to the Indian Oil co (Indane) when I was residing at Uthandi that the delivery boys of Vijay Agency were demanding extra money varying from Rs.30 to 40 and the agency was aware of it. I thought the company would take stringent steps in warning the agency and nothing had happened....

There is a gas leakage at my house, i called emergency no 1906 and given below is the complaint details:
