I am having Indane gas connection with Surya gas agencies pachalam.consumer number cx16771987. Whenever I book cylinder they take nearly 2 months to deliver it. Also after receiving sms for billing they deliver cylinder after many days. I received following msg on 21st Jan 16."Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.673.5 generated for booking no. 417406, shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills".but yet to get the cylinder. I doubt these fellows are selling customers cylinder in black market. Kindly investigate.

      Sir,
      your delivery men are charging with us rs. 20/- for delivery the cylinder. Whenever my wife ask for non giving the extra amount, the men abuse and told " next time you may collect it from our godown" whenever i ask him why he demanding money as it is free of charge. He asked me that they have instruction from his office.

The cylinder has not been delivered from the dealer Cooking Gas Agency though eight days have passed.

              Dear sir/madam
              Im having indane connection in chennai SOUTH MADRAS AGENCY, MANDAVELI, CHENNAI-600028.for the past two month they are telling, supply is in demand, if you are booking today, you will wait for one month for yur cylinder delivery. otherwise, you should pay here the amount Rs. 675+75= 750/- and to take the cylinder in our godown at your own risk.We will not deliver you at the cylinbder cost of Rs. 675/ for this if we ask why you are bring more money other then the cylinder aCTUAL value, they told that pay rs. 675+75 in our office and get abill to take cylinder in our godown today or wait for one month for our delivery. What is the problem doing there, we dont know or the agenciy will survive the customer much more money . this isa day robbery. kindly enquire the above agency and free flow delivery of cylinder to the customer. without delay.

                I still have a problem regarding transaction made online for new Indane gas connection. I tried to register my complaint on [protected] number but unable to do that because of totally uneducated, unprofessional executive sitting there. I called almost 100 times for a single complain in 1 week. They are not giving me solution and hanged up the phone abruptly. they give me 2 complains number regarding my problem but when checked online they are totally fake and doesn't belong to me. They are just wasting the callers time. They even don't know the procedure of online new gas connection.

                Please help me in resolving my problem. I am still waiting fo rmy new gas connect for which I already paid online. Please find below details :

                  I have made online transaction on 8 Jan 2016 for new domestic gas connection. But I didn't received the connection yet. I visited to concerned gas Agency also but they denied that money has not been transferred from India Oil to Gas agency. I tried to complain about this using customer care number [protected] but they are unable to help me. Customer care hangup the phone every time am asking for the complain number. I called almost 100 Times .

                          Namaskarams. I am Lekshmi. I am indane customer for 30 years. My consumer number is 20493692. My distributor code is.132972, Anand Gas Agency Krishnancoil Nagercoil 629001. This is not complaint. My problems.

                          1. After booking I have received cylinder on 15.12.2015. I have paid Rs.728/-.Tilldate (24.1.2016) the subsidy amount not credited to my bank account. (Nearly 40 days passed) Pl check and credit the amount.

                          2. I have not booked cylinder.But a message came to my mobile that "you have booked a refill on 24.1.2016 with ref number 385777." I wonder how is it possible?I wish to inform you that one cylinder is currently going on and an another one cylinder is available for next turn. How can i book another cylinder? So i request you to kindly please cancel the booking and inform. Again i repeat once again
                          i have not booked cylinder on 24. 1.2016. Pl check and reply.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I Nilanjan Dey residing at Flat:7, Skylark Appt, 105B D.H Road, Kol-700008 having LPG Consumer No:CX20439537 am simply getting harrassed by the Refill Boy Mr. Jitendra Singh ([protected]) since last 6 months.
                            We need approx 5 domestic cylinders per year. As the consumption is significantly low once that Refill Boy had proposed me to deposit all Gas Papers to him & Cylinder will be delivered hassle freely to me by a simple
                            telephone call to him, but we didn't accept it.
                            After that every time he is creating harassment to me:-

                            1)Sometimes he used bad languages over phone.
                            2)In last booking 2 months ago first he returned the Gas & told me that at Delivery time Flat Caretaker was not available, although I was very much available at that time & there is no access issue with the flat irrespective
                            of Caretaker availability, then Cylinder was delivered finally 10 days latter.
                            3)Reg. yesterday booking, as per Gas Dealer:- GAS & GADGETS Feedback cycilder has been already issued & that Refill Boy called me today at 09:00am also as pre-delivery intimation, but latter he told that it was by mistake
                            & my Cylinder will be delivered on coming Tuesday, which is utterly harassing.

                            Request your serious intervention in this regards.

                              Subject: - LPG Home delivery not has done by the agency on time.
                              Sir,
                              I would like to inform you that on behalf of my father, my father has a LPG connection (Consumer No 65, Mobile no – [protected]) under the agency (Gulmoher Gas Agency Shahkund, Bhagalpur Bihar 813108). This is a Indan Gas agency.
                              The home delivery system of this Gas agency is very pathetic. Most of the time gas delivery not done by the agency at home.
                              It’s just an example, the last delivery done by the agency at home in November 2015, now I have booked the gas before 10 days and till the time agency has fail to deliver the gas at home.
                              Most of the customer of this area collected our LPG at gas godwan, and i think the gas delivery is only authorized at home where the connection registered under home delivery.
                              Request you to look the above matter and resolve the issue on priority.

                                I was booked new lpg connection in indane jayel gas service in thiruvallur on 26.08.2015 and paid Rs.1950 through online.They will not get cylinder to home delivery.So i was cancelled that before they put the connection.But still my refund money not get back and the distributer misbehaved to me.

                                      I am 86 years old widow lady my consumer no.is CX[protected] with IOC gas distributor Avantika enterprises Ravan ki Bagichi Ajmer .I booked refill on 20 Jan 2016 and cash memo no [protected] was generated on 21-01.2016 and refill not supplied to me and dealer asked me to take away the cylinder from his company campus and not supplied to me old aged 86 years widow lady.Now the Avantika Enterprises have cancelled the bookiing without any reason cancelled the booking ref.no 206894 on 23.01.2016.kindly arrange to supply refills to my home without any delay

After a while petrol started spilling out and few litres fell on the ground and the operator said it was sensor issue and I was asked to pay for spilled fuel as well. After argument he only discounted Rs. 50.
                                        He didnt give me the complaint book as well when I asked for it.
                                        Please take action. They are making money through an incorrect way.
