Dear sir i am santosh kr verma consumar no is 1092 from parmar gas agency mirzapur, uttar pradesh, sir i was book my celyander on the date of 7/1/2016.and my cash memo no is [protected], and booking number is 207667.but last form 15days the cylander is not deliverd.and i am very ansetisfied of the parmar gas agency station road, nearest govt.bus stand mirzapur 23100.uttar pradesh....

Hello my consumer no is 8511 prince gas gwalior. I have complaint so many time to distributor about not getting gas cylinder on time even than many reminder they are not taking any action so now I am complaining to indian oil. Consider this complaint and take the action against distributor.
Every time I book gas refill then after some time I received the message that your cylinder is delivered against cash memo but in actual condition...

This is to inform you that i had booked for refill on 21-dec-15 (booking no. 317691), cash memo [protected] was generated on 31-dec-2015, later it was cancelled without intimation. Then i again booked (booking no. 323091)on 11-jan-16 which is cancelled again.
Kindly take immediate action on the above specified issue.

Last one year several times call for delivering after that some one book & delivered 10-15 days after delivery times vendor call money's 50-100 per calendar this type compliance hol oil India corporation is up to start to end well no PUBLIC...

I booked for LPG refill on 05/01/15 at Natraj gas service at Agra. My reign 478336. My consumer no TSV 00092. Refill NOT yet supplied....

I have booked gas cylinder online with indane Pantnagar on 16.1.16 (2nd time) against Ref no 283361. On 21.1.16 i got message 2nd time from company that your cylinder has been delivered against cash memo no [protected]. . Mu customer id no is 12887. Pl resolve my issue...

My customer ID Is 6998, during regalator problem gas leakage from cylinder, so that I have complain nearest IOC Auth.Gas dealer, M/s. Maa Bhawani Gas Service. They have changed with a used regulator, but my problem is not resolved. So that you are requested kindly take a necessary action for replace the regulator as early as possible.

Dear Sir, My customer ID is CX10089779 I am using cylinder from Barbaruah Indian Agency. They are charging Rs 40 more than the bill amount for home delivery while each refilling and they are not providing the bill. I am paying Rs 720 and getting the bill of Rs 680.
Please confirm the cylinder refilling cost with home delivery....

Not giving petrol as per given money, no cleanliness in toilets, no feed back form, no complain box, staff not in uniform, manager manubhai of ajwaroad vadodara 19, not giving response to coutomers ETC....

Big time cheating/scam is happening in sarita vihar Indian oil petrol station. i have asked a man to fill petrol for 500 rs. After filling fuel for 100 rupees he said "sorry what is the amount ? " i said its 500. Then he added 400 on total to the calculating device of machine, i told him to redial in the meter back to zero, but he neglected my suggestion and he continued, as a result the total amount of fuel that was inside my fuel tank was...

I do not have Indane LPG Connection.

Inspite of not being Indane LPG Customer, my mobile number is used to book LPG from November 20 2015.

Our consumer no. Is 22316 on the name of my mother mrs. Manju rathor, our gas agency is shri radha govind gas service.
We booked the cylinder in the month of december but it did not come to our house and the message came to our registeted no. That the cylinder is delivered. Agency people do not pick our call.
This month anybody has booked cylinder of our number. We did not do it.
Kindly help us on the matter....

Till date not supplied. Worse, the agency cannot be contacted over phone; afraid, agency manipulated so that all the four phone numbers will give out message "the subscriber is busy, pl try after sometime" throughout the announced business hours...
