Last week some day I filled fuel at Muneeshwar Agencies - Velachery Main road (next to Guru Nanak College ) Chennai 600042. My vehicle Activa 125 has fuel tank mouth at rear side of the vehicle. I just opened the mouth door of fuel tank and requested the petrol station attender to open the tank lid and fill. He rudely refused to do so and verbally abused me and ordered me to climb down from the vehicle and open the lid.. Sir I just want to know whether it is the duty of the attendant to open the lid which is located to his access or not. The intention of the vehicle manufacturer is to give comfort for the rider not to climb down to open the fuel tank lid and the same can be done by the fuel station attendant as it is done for four wheelers.

I asked for 200rupes fuel but the Pearson .not enter in amount.in pump.he filled manually.and stoped in 52.66rupes.and re fill the fuel manual.
The i asked to . Measure the fuel in measurement can . But the staf not redy to measure. In that station not have any safety equipment and measuring fuel can.this is not a first time.its happened every day ..i suffered 5 time . So kindly resolve the issue.

I want to register a complaint against the unprofessional attitude of the staff not willing to switch on the Air Pressure Machine for inflating the tyres at Harbans Lal and sons Filling station at Nagwain, Teh Aut, Distt Mandi HP .Plz take necessary action and contact us at [protected].

One of shopkeeper is using Indane LPG domestic cylinder for Commercial purpose. Address - Jain Fast Food shopkeeper, Shree Puram Colony ext, Gurjar Ki Thadi, Jaipur. 302019 near Mission Instituate. (Jain Kirana Store.)

Hi, Indane Gas Cylinder price is 963 while booking online but at the time of delivery they charged 1000rs . That too without any receipt. This in Maharashtra, Kolhapur. Please look into it. I already asked him about the price difference, he said this is the price either u take it or leave it. No service

Sir, I, refill diesel (₹500/-) in my car from Harjap Filling station. Ludhiana, Punjab.
1. Staff person after filling oil he did not close the oil cap of my car. My brother close oil cap of our cap at petrol station.
2. After filling oil we came out from Oil station then my car's digital metre as well as another metre of car does not show that fuel is filled. We stopped outside the filling station for 2 minutes so, that fuel gauge will show fuel in our car but after that we entered our car in fuel station for conversation. After Lil' conversation Manager asked to check my car . I give him permission to check. He says that there is no problem in our filling station your car will definitely go certain meters. But i says if car doesn't go then he says you guys taken out oil from your car to cans. Within 2 minutes. Then conversation goes in wrong direction. Staff misbehaved (Harjap filling) Turban Owner said to staff to give him rod and directed staff to take out rods and other weapons. To hit us badly then we also says do whatever you want to do.

So. My main concern Is i didn't get full fuel of ₹.500/- they have cheated and staff didn't close my fuel tank cap. 2nd they misbehaved/abuse all staff and directed them to take out rods and other materials to hits us. You can check your oil station cameras.
I need strict action against oil station.
They cheated us and misbehaved.

Staff denied to get free air and refused the service. They said it is self service. Whether it is not self service and the staff of petrol bunk must fill the air in vehicle.

I found sand filled in the indane gas cylinder which was purchased a few days ago kindly help me out

Gas is leaking from the cylinder whenever the gas is operated. Can I replace it? How can it be done?

My cylinder didn't delivered after 5 days. Booking date 3rd April, 2022, invoice generated on 4th April, But not yet delivered.

My consumer No is S-02363. I have booked gas on 24.03.2022. On 24.03.2022 I received a SMS stating that Ref No.[protected]. has been generated and cylinder Refill Expected delivery will be 1 days. On 23.03.2022, I received another SMS stating that Invoice generated for Rs... Share on Delivery & then on[protected] I received a SMS stating that cylinder booking has been cancelled due to Beyond 90 Days Cancellation. Please enquire the matter and deliver cylinder at the earliest and also ensure that my booking does not stand cancelled. Please acknowledge the letter.

@IndianOilcl When I went to the petrol pump, I asked the pump worker to fill petrol for Rs 200, but during the conversation with his co-worker, he filled petrol for Rs 320 but then he asked to give me Rs 320 but at that time I had only Rs 300. I asked him to give 20 rupees later but he didn't agree and during this he misbehaved with me and abusive words were used sir what is my fault in this whole accident that a petrol pump man misbehaved with me

The staff of Indian oil is very rude. I visit twice for CNG. First in afternoon at that time they deny and in night also they make excuses for not filling the CNG. They said that light is not coming. Even they fill the CNG in their personal vehicle during that time period. So how they can deny us for CNG.
Even their behaviour is very irresponsible...

Complaint withdrawal against service no[protected].

At about 10:32:48 I have approach to M/s Durga Mata KSK, Karadapilli, FCL road Angul and fill diesel in my car vide bill no-Apr- 86235.While approching for air in my tire. Agency M/s Durga Mata KSK deny me I argue with filth language by saying they have not such arrengement.When I asked that it is a statutary requirement to get you licence for outlet, How you have got your licence and operating the out let without thease statutory full fillment. On answar he told me I sm managing the officials. Hear is my complaint how you field officers allowed this outlet to operate without thease statutory fullfilment. And how these are saying that you all are managed by them. I have put complain through tool free no with service request no[protected] and assured me that this requirment will be fulfill within four days but as on date no such air filling service is not provided by the agency.

I have fill my car at M/s Durga Mata KSK. karadapalli, FCI Road, Angul on[protected]billno-Apr-86235 at10:32:48 AM. While demanding for free air The owner of outlet deny is having such arrangement. While ask him thst this is a statutary requirment. Why you are not providing. On replay he told right from opening we are not having such arrengement. I sm managing. Sir I have left the out let without filling air. Hear is my complain how theas owners are managing to operate the outlet by not providing thease statugory requirment.Hiw you authorites are who are deployed to report for such deficencyes are being managed by yhe outlet owners. I hsve put a service complain on toolfree having request no[protected] and committed to provide such statutary arrengement within four days. But as on date no such arrengement is being made and the outlet is issuing fuel to vehicles.

On 2 april 2022 i ordered lpg by indane oil application and today i.e. 4 april 2022 msg delivered from indane oil that your gas lpg has been delivered on 4 april 2022. But lpg gas did not receive yet. Why such type of wrong thing do by indane gas service provider. Customer no. 45234 shankar lal

I went today 3rd April 2022 at 12:20 PM to this petrol pump to fill my Activa, and the boys were very nicely talking and trying to divert me. I told to fill petrol for 300 Rs. The filling guy was about to fill, then he told power gone and went to switch on ups. He came back and set meter to 250 and filled petrol. Other guy told me to give 300. I argued with him as he did not start meter at all in the first place . They started bavoming rude, then I came to know that they are Muslims. I gave 250 only and started my my bike at that 2 passengers came, started shooting on Ramzan, blah blah blah, How are they taught to behave with CUSTOMERs by petrol bunk owner. Why should not you cancel his license as I checked with my friends and relatives, all informed that this camp indianoil guy cheat CUSTOMERs. After 2 min I can see another indianoil petrol pump neat 1st gate, tilakwadi. It was filled with CUSTOMERs. The main thing is cheating and misbehaving with ustomers is what makes everyone rethink on this petrol pump owners behavior. When people wanted to travel with smile, these ### cheating guys will fail their mood and drag for fight. Now I have develop disrespect on their community and also indianoil. I will make sure my all vehicles will not be fuelled by Indianiol going further. This bunk owner must be changed, and his license to be canceled.

I book my lpg and pay 931.50 rs to biller by google pay at 11/02/2022 but any reason i cancel my booking same time but refund not recieved in my account than i contact the biller and he say that they refunded all my amount at 12:56 11/02/2022 .

I talk to indane gas but they say we have refunded your amount than i check my account but no refund recieved
Than i call to my bank he say we requested to indane gas bank for charge back and id is [protected]
But they rejected the request and don't give any reason of rejection...
