    Dear Sir / ma'am This is with reference to receipt number[protected] and[protected]. I told your staff to fill petrol for Rs 500. As per their regular practice they always fill the petrol in two halfs even by giving strict instruction and making excuses of hearing not correctly or telling that petrols finished. Sir / ma'am I always felt cheated with this kind of behaviour by your staff. Please educate them and take strict action toward this. Mayapuri IOCL

        I approached to M/s Panwar filing Station, Fatehpur Road, Sikar(Rajasthan) for fueling petrol in my car on 14.01.2016 at about 18.15 hrs. (My Car No. RJ 23-CA 2138). My cell no. is [protected] serving with the Central Govt, as Superintendent of Customs & C.Ex at Bhavnagar. I asked to the sales man to fill petrol of Rs. 500/- & accordingly he set the price on automatic dispenser unit and insert the pump handle into the fuel cap & pull the lever.As soon as the unit display the unit price the salesman immediately pull the lever of the pump manually and drag out from the fuel cap of the car. When I object why you drag out without the lever going automatically in off position or when once you set the price on the unit the lever automatically be in off position. I complaint to the dealer sitting there he also supported the salesman saying that when the unit display the price the salesman lift the lever manually. When there are automatically fuel dispenser unit installed then why the salesman pull the lever in off position. Why this is happening at this station ? If M/s Panwar Filing Station is doing in right way then all other pumping station are wrong? You are requested to let me clarify & take action against the dealer otherwise I will file a legal suit in the Court of Law.

          The problem has been shortout so dont take any action I am satisfied by the dealer. They resolve our problems. And measure the cylinder weight properly, so I have no issue with it.

            I am a regular customer of the Indian oil petrol pump shatrinagar for last 10 years and I have two cars, Maruti800petrol car andSwift VDI a diesel car.I use CITI bank credit card (indianOil) and usually get my car tank fully filled once a month. Today, I got my Swift car tank Fully filled and the worker misbehaved. I made a complaint with the manager but he did'nt say anything.Such incidents happen usually there so I request your higher local authorities to see the matter.               The IOC petrol pump Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai - Fort Motor Equipment Co. The attendant engaged me in card discussion did not show Zero reading and filled 37 litres petrol although my tank could take 29-30 litres only as it was not even in reserve. When questioned he reduced to 34 litres and gave a bill (# 18444). Later noticed that even my tank was not filled completely; the fuel indicator was 1 point less than full; 6-7 litres of space left. I noticed it midway to office and did not come back. So they charged for 34 litres and filled only 24-25 litres. Cheated for 10-15 litres 650 - 100 rupees. Will avoid Indian Oil Petrol pumps from now

              No support from Indian Oil received yet. I have heard the same complain about the petrol pump from other people as well. Why no one from IOC does anything - this is daytime looting.
              17 days and counting without anybody even bothering to resolve it either from Indian Oil or Fort Motor Petrol pump. This is how they treat and cheat customers. Looks like they all are part of cheating. I even gave my email and phone # on their twitter handle.
              Looks like Indian Oil is not bothered to contact me for the same about Fort Motor Mumbai - Cheating customers by filling less petrol and charging more.
              More than 3 weeks and no response.

                        I am from Baroda(Gujarat). on dated 3/12/14 i will submit form of aadhaar seeding for subsidy. after than they says that our bank account connect with gas and subsidy directly transfer in your account. but still not transfer any amount last 1 year. before 7 month i am going at Rathwa Gas agency they said our account was not connected with bank. next month agency was tranfer so they saying to go at Anuj agency. than after they close their agency and now Anuj Gas agency provide use gas cylinder. yesterday(12/1/2015) i recieve gas cylinder amount 684 rs. when today i again going for the same query they said we have to do process again. i very dissatisfied with their service. i booked my cylinder on 5/1/15 got on 12/1/15 and last time also i got cylinder after 20 days. one more question is after connecting bank can i recieve all subsidy or not?

                                Dear sir,
                                I am a customer of yours since 1995. I had obtained this connection in the name subhash chand. Being an air force employ my name in transfer voucher on every transfer was changed as per air force movement order as subhash chand, subhash chand panwar, sc panwar etc. Later on i changed my name legally as subhash basiyan. Because of it i am not able to get lpg subsidy. With this problem i have approached so many times to manager, subroto park gas agency jwo ak dhankar but he either suggested me to surrender the gas connection or at other times he suggedted to contact the issuing company. Later i came to know that i got to fill up kyc, attach all documentary proof and submit to lpg distributor. With the same i approached the manager on 4&5 jan16 but he straightway refuged to accept it as i have shifted (On 08dec 2015) from the address given in gas agency. He has insisted me to first trsnsfer it from here and then submit kyc and has also denied to issue me gas in future. Please help.

                                        I have changed the the Company from BHARAT Gas To INDANE. At first after changing the company Gas booking done and i received cylinder from Indane through SAHEB DISTRIBUTORS. After that suddenly I came to know that the booking is not working till now and I am not receiving Gas cylinder. So I am in trouble for my food. When I enquire the fact Rana Guha[protected] of Saheb Distributors told that Mr. Neeraj kumar (mob. [protected]) (Address : 34A, Nirmal Chandra Street, Opp. Hind INOX), Kol - 700013) of Indian Oil is responsible for this disturbance. Please Help me to get out of this disturbance and let me cook for me and my family. I will be forced to go to consumer forum if you do not take any action againt this within 3 working days.
