I have booked gas cylinder online with indane Pantnagar on 16.1.16 (2nd time) against Ref no 283361. On 21.1.16 i got message 2nd time from company that your cylinder has been delivered against cash memo no [protected]. . Mu customer id no is 12887. Pl resolve my issue

My customer ID Is 6998, during regalator problem gas leakage from cylinder, so that I have complain nearest IOC Auth.Gas dealer, M/s. Maa Bhawani Gas Service. They have changed with a used regulator, but my problem is not resolved. So that you are requested kindly take a necessary action for replace the regulator as early as possible.

Dear Sir, My customer ID is CX10089779 I am using cylinder from Barbaruah Indian Agency. They are charging Rs 40 more than the bill amount for home delivery while each refilling and they are not providing the bill. I am paying Rs 720 and getting the bill of Rs 680.
Please confirm the cylinder refilling cost with home delivery.

Not giving petrol as per given money, no cleanliness in toilets, no feed back form, no complain box, staff not in uniform, manager manubhai of ajwaroad vadodara 19, not giving response to coutomers ETC.

Big time cheating/scam is happening in sarita vihar Indian oil petrol station. i have asked a man to fill petrol for 500 rs. After filling fuel for 100 rupees he said "sorry what is the amount ? " i said its 500. Then he added 400 on total to the calculating device of machine, i told him to redial in the meter back to zero, but he neglected my suggestion and he continued, as a result the total amount of fuel that was inside my fuel tank was for 400 rupees rather than 500 . after that I have told him to do the same with other car, after filling 30 rupees of fuel in the car, he immediately pressed the pin where petrol nozzle is kept, and then after that he dialed the remaining amount on the dial again .I did asked him that why didn't u pressed the pin at my turn .he said that I did it with you too . its you who dont remember that .


They work in teams, whenever they have to reset the machine someone will come to ask for payment to distract you so that you cannot see the blunder they are making.
I got to know all these scams yesterday, when i went through all the complaints and blogs against IOCL, then i realised it that why people say that Indian oil is crap...


The incident is dated 20/01/2105 time 12: 20 am @ Sarita vihar Indian oil petrol station. For more information please check the CCTV recording.

And trust me ...I won't use a Indian oil petro again.l

Our consumer no. Is 22316 on the name of my mother mrs. Manju rathor, our gas agency is shri radha govind gas service.
We booked the cylinder in the month of december but it did not come to our house and the message came to our registeted no. That the cylinder is delivered. Agency people do not pick our call.
This month anybody has booked cylinder of our number. We did not do it.
Kindly help us on the matter.

Sir/madam, My consumer number is 8326 vadamadurai Sakthi gas service Dindigul dist. I was booked cylinder on 4.01.16 and had memo generated on 11.01.16 but we are asking van driver and agency not responding and not provided cylinder till date. Every month we are facing this problem. The agency service is very worst and not giving consumer service even if we are cal them office they will not pickup phone. In our area one more agency vaiyampatty is giving excellent service. So kindly take necessary action against this agency and change my connection vaiyapatty agency is better for us. This vadamadurai agency area all customer having complaint.

I have registered my mobile number 91-[protected] but not getting any booking information thru SMS for last few months.Due ro this I cannot assessment when my filled cylinder will deliver causing inonvenience to remain at home.I m an senior citizen cannot run after the dealer everytime.kindly do the needful.

I have booked refill on 19.12.15. my registration no. is 526264. When I contacted the deater after 21 days passed in Phone no.[protected], i replied that it will take 3 days. When again I contacted they say 7 days. When dialed to the BSNL no. [protected], i am getting the answer that the dealer cleared upto 19th Dec.15. But i did not receive the message for receipt generation. No refill is supplied till date. The cylinder currently under use may go out empty at any time. Till date not supplied. Worse, the agency cannot be contacted over phone; afraid, agency manipulated so that all the four phone numbers will give out message "the subscriber is busy, pl try after sometime" throughout the announced business hours (8 am to 5 pm).Strange. Dear Sir / ma'am This is with reference to receipt number[protected] and[protected]. I told your staff to fill petrol for Rs 500. As per their regular practice they always fill the petrol in two halfs even by giving strict instruction and making excuses of hearing not correctly or telling that petrols finished. Sir / ma'am I always felt cheated with this kind of behaviour by your staff. Please educate them and take strict action toward this. Mayapuri IOCL

I approached to M/s Panwar filing Station, Fatehpur Road, Sikar(Rajasthan) for fueling petrol in my car on 14.01.2016 at about 18.15 hrs. (My Car No. RJ 23-CA 2138). My cell no. is [protected] serving with the Central Govt, as Superintendent of Customs & C.Ex at Bhavnagar. I asked to the sales man to fill petrol of Rs. 500/- & accordingly he set the price on automatic dispenser unit and insert the pump handle into the fuel cap & pull the lever.As soon as the unit display the unit price the salesman immediately pull the lever of the pump manually and drag out from the fuel cap of the car. When I object why you drag out without the lever going automatically in off position or when once you set the price on the unit the lever automatically be in off position. I complaint to the dealer sitting there he also supported the salesman saying that when the unit display the price the salesman lift the lever manually. When there are automatically fuel dispenser unit installed then why the salesman pull the lever in off position. Why this is happening at this station ? If M/s Panwar Filing Station is doing in right way then all other pumping station are wrong? You are requested to let me clarify & take action against the dealer otherwise I will file a legal suit in the Court of Law.

Hello, I am from patna bihar, I want to complain against indane gas service, my consumer number- G00004, name- chandra shekhar Singh, I have a complain that on date 15.1.2016, I got a cylinder which is less in weight and this is happen again and again so kindly request to take action for this fraud.please change it and give it to me the new cylinder. I am a regular customer of the Indian oil petrol pump shatrinagar for last 10 years and I have two cars, Maruti800petrol car andSwift VDI a diesel car.I use CITI bank credit card (indianOil) and usually get my car tank fully filled once a month. Today, I got my Swift car tank Fully filled and the worker misbehaved. I made a complaint with the manager but he did'nt say anything.Such incidents happen usually there so I request your higher local authorities to see the matter. The IOC petrol pump Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai - Fort Motor Equipment Co. The attendant engaged me in card discussion did not show Zero reading and filled 37 litres petrol although my tank could take 29-30 litres only as it was not even in reserve. When questioned he reduced to 34 litres and gave a bill (# 18444). Later noticed that even my tank was not filled completely; the fuel indicator was 1 point less than full; 6-7 litres of space left. I noticed it midway to office and did not come back. So they charged for 34 litres and filled only 24-25 litres. Cheated for 10-15 litres 650 - 100 rupees. Will avoid Indian Oil Petrol pumps from now
