      I have booked an IOC refill cylinder on 6.10.2015 vide Consumer No.7704 and registration given by the IOC as 548670. Till date I have issued any cylinder. Now 60 days has elapsed the A& A Gas Agency, Kuzhupilly, Ernakulam Disrict has not given even proper reply in this regard. I tried several time over phone but the telephone is answering switch off.

          Please refer to my previous complaints No 2373351, 2398189 and 2404827 thereafter no complaint was lodged because of server down. I was advised that your complaint has been redressed and any query sought you may please contact to Phone No.[protected] and[protected]. It is very painful to me that these numbers were never lifted by any body else. I also mailed Pandit Gas Agency regarding your reply, they advised me that no print out is taken out because of non-feeding of data in the computer system.The IOC redressed my complaint routinely but I need actual redressal of my complaint. I am being senior citizen is penalised with two ways viz. (i) monetary and secondary (ii) mentally/physically. I hope that my complaint is to be redressed actually and advise Pandit Gas Agency under advice to me. My customer No.CX21732175.

            On 16/11/2015, I made a request for Refill Cylinder in Indane Online Portal with Booking Reference Number – 901367. On 19/11/2015, I received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 19 Nov, 2015. On 23/11/2015, I again received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 23 Nov, 2015. On the same day I received another mail stating that my request for Indane Refill has been cancelled. Reason for cancellation of my Refill Request is “Door Closed”. I made a complaint, with Docket No. 2427308, on the same day in Indane Online Portal regarding the same that no delivery man came to deliver any cylinder and there were people in my house and over that I stay in a Residential Complex and the Security Guards and my neighbours also confirmed me that there was no body from Indane. I received a mail from [protected]@indianoil.in on 27/11/2015 with a Reply from Customer Feedback Officer; “The distributor has been instructed to deliver a filled refill to your place immediately..”. On 26/11/2015, I received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 26 Nov, 2015. On the same day I received another mail stating that my request for Indane Refill has been cancelled. Reason for cancellation of my Refill Request is “Door Closed”. On 30/11/2015, I again made a complaint with Docket No. is 2437072 regarding the same, which I have not got any reply till date. On 30/11/2015, I again received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that my request reference number is 901367 has been cancelled because of “Others (Administrative)”. On 01/12/2015, made a request for Indane Refill with request reference number 901442 and still waiting for my refill cylinder. There is a limit for harassment. Consumer Number: 37442.                 Distributor name: Kunnamangalam indane code-117399 consumer no-9717 This distributor is delaying the supply of cylinders throughout the year. He did not give any regular supply. This year i got only 6 cylinders. Their office not picking phone also. After the ivrs booking, we compal to visit their office to avail the cylinder two or more times. please do the needful to supply cylinders in time.

                    This is to bring to your notice that in ideal service station, no 43-1 bannerghatta road, bangalore 560029 they fool they fool the customer by setting the meter at rs.300. Even if you tell them rs 1500 or rs 2000 they will fill up rs 200/300 and re start the meter. This has happened to me three times at this same petrol pump. It cannot be a co incidence three times it has happened once at electronic city petrol pump also. Deepesh swamy is the manager at petrol pump .[protected]

                      Hello Sir/ Madam,
                      This is Geeta Tiwari from Kanpur and Gas No. is 19306 in Jai Hind gas Service, Shastri Nagar, Kanpur. I want to say that I have booked the gas so many times but the members of agency cancelled my booked gas in 10 days and after this when I visit there to complain about this, so he mishaved me and talks very loose to me in front of everyone.
                      If he sends me the cylinder, that would be of without voucher and the gas is very less in that cylinder. I booked a gas on 23/11/2015 (Ref. No. is 296019), but still I didn't get any response on it.
                      Kindly look into this matter and give me the proper solution of it.

I was received the Refill Cylinder from The Agency directly .but from 2 months onwards i am facing lot of problems for receiving of refilled cylinder directly.the agency is not delivering the cylinder to our address.but i am sending somebody to receive the cylinder from the Nandankanan Bus stand Between the Timing From 9.00 A.M to 11.00A.M as per the dicussion with the Owner(lady) of Veer Sachi Indane Gas.But The Messanger Reached the Busstand At. 9.30 A.M but No body Was There.he returned back to home.so please tell me how the problem will be solved.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam, FYI please today morning around 8 AM I went to HIGH FILLING STATION (TIN – [protected]), IOCL registered dealer, Saharnpur Road, Next to Sai Dham Guest House, Dehradun - 248001 to fill the diesel on my way to Gurgaon and requested petrol pump attendant to fill the diesel. I asked to pay through my credit card but got response that CC vending machine is not working due to network problem. This guy filled up diesel for Rs. 1000/- and same is reflected in Diesel machine screen. Then I paid Rs. 1000/- cash since CC machine was not working and got the receipt number 33761 dated 30/11/15. Just after 5 km drive after entering to Dehradun Valley forest I have observed that this guy has not filled even the 1 drop of diesel since the diesel mark was going below the original mark prior to filling the diesel. When I have tried to call him this filling station phone was not working. Ultimately I got the contact number through my sources and called him on other number. After my discussion owner of said petrol pump is not accepting their mistake, Then I called to one of my local friend and got the information that this is the common complaint with said dealer and their modus of operation is to show the reading in diesel vending machine and since customer is most the time busy and overlook to see the car diesel meter. Once customer enter in the Dehradun valley and then it is very rare to turn back the vehicle especially after entering in the valley region.                               I am a customer of Indian Gas. My distributer is Kedar Gas agencies, Kolar. My customer no. 19371. My refill booking ref no. 492291. The distributer did not deliver my refill stating that my area, where I reside has been transferred to some other agency and hence they did not deliver the refill.                                 IOC has advised that the distributors has been advised to issue transfer voucher to me. On contacting to the distributor viz. Pandit Gas Service, Jaipur, they advised that the data in the computer is not updated so that the transfer voucher cannot be printed. You please advise distributor to issue immediately transfer voucher under advise to me.

But due to some personal reasons I had to close my union bank of india account and then I submit my aadhar card in Bank of india account number [protected]. and also they linked my Aadhar to bank fo india and same bank details I had given to my LPG distributor to update in their records . Now it has been 6 months and while I am checking my Aadhar linking status it is still showing me Bank Linking status is 'Inactive'. Please link my Aadhar to my newly account.                                     I Rajeshwari suffering from extra delivery charges collecting to deliver gas cylinder's at door by delivery boys of this agency

                                    Amount paid Ra's-600/-
                                    Actual rate Ra's- 531/-

                                    The delivery person delivered cylinder at my door and collected the sum of R's 600/- per cylinder and not returned rest amount, answering that they are charging the delivery charges to every body, if required may complaint to any authority for this.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am regular customer of to fill fuel in my car from indian oil petrol pump as my father was retired as Deputy Manager from IOCL (Salaya Mathura Pipeline). I am getting fuel filled in my car from indian oil petrol pump on netaji subhash chand marg, Gurgaon. Yesterday (26 November 2015), I asked to fill petrol of Rs 2000 and the boy filled petrol of Rs 300 only and then other man came and scolded him for not listening correctly. He then started meter from 300 itself and stopped at 1700 and when I asked why he stopped at 1700 he said he already filled for 300. when I checked my fuel meter it was not up to the level where it should be. I talked to manager but nobody agreed.

                                      I am very disappointed with this incident and decided not get fuel filled from any of the indian oil petrol pump.

                                        I inform you sir, I am still Now not received Advance and Subsidy Amount from 10/06/2015, many more time I call Customer Care, but not told me reason or problem in my Account.
