Hello Sir /Mam, My name is Ms. Renu B.Singh & my am the customer of Indane Gas Services, Near R.K.M.S. Hospital, Vrindaban U.P. My Gas No. 9276 & I booked my Cylinder on 11/10/2015. & after few days, I got msg delivery. But, I didn't get it. Than I complained to agency, they asked that today you will get it. But now, today is 08/12/2015. Still now, I have no information regarding gas cylinder. I don' t how I got msg of recieving Cylinder. Which I never received. I know that they may be sold out it. This is very wrong that these kind of error is going on under strict rules & regulations.kindly take strict action regarding concerned matter to avoid these kind of errors. Hope for the best. Thank you very much.
After complaining, there is on any response, rather once more time facing

    Our cylendr is half filled ..there is no gas left in cylender but also it is not empty when checked it contains water ..usually cylender takesaround 40 45 days to become empty but this time it is done in less than 20 ..what should we do now

      To The Authority Concerned Sir, My Application with complete requirements for urgent transfer of gas service from M/S Champadanga Indane to Konnagar Gas Service, Indane acknowledged by their Tarakeswar Unit on 20/11/15 has yielded no result till date in spite of daily followup several times. This has made us seriously affected in daily need of gas service. So, I hereby request to you look into the matter and kindly resolve the matter regarding Gas Transfer of Consumer No. 5396 at the earliest.         I have lodged a request to change my lpg gas distributor on 5 Oct'15, but still after two months the request is pending. I have complained on their transparency portal more than three times but still their is no response. I don't understand the reason for delay in change of distributor. I got fed up with distributor and now with Indane.

          Sir, I am iocl consumer and i book a cylinder 2 month ago but their are no delivery till the date i continuous follow them and the khan services Near Jhandeywala having phone number is.[protected] &[protected] is saying that it will be delivered in today and tomorrow but they can't delivered it from last 2 month til the date. My register mobile number is [protected] and booking number is CX1669837 with name Arjun singh. Sir please help me as soon as possible because i have manage my cylinder from outsource.             Presently, the Porompat indane gas distributor of Imphal East Dist. Manipur is now in a standstill position. They are not distributing any refilled lpg to the consumer without acknowledging us. Despite, most of the consumers are fleeing to the GBD agency Of Lamlong Bazar, Imphal East, Manipur.Why such incident is happening to the innocent peoples for the sake of their conflicting situation. Try to resolve the issue or punish those concerns responsible for that.

            They are doing nothing to resolve but they forcibly have transferred me to a bit farther distributor named as GBD gas agency Lamlong Imphal east Manipur with a new connection no. The consumer s of three distributors namely GBD agency, Porompat gas, Loklaobung gas are clubbing to a single agent. The fate of the consumers is uncertain. The photograph of the long queue is uploaded in my new complaint.

                    I have booked an IOC refill cylinder on 6.10.2015 vide Consumer No.7704 and registration given by the IOC as 548670. Till date I have issued any cylinder. Now 60 days has elapsed the A& A Gas Agency, Kuzhupilly, Ernakulam Disrict has not given even proper reply in this regard. I tried several time over phone but the telephone is answering switch off.

                        Please refer to my previous complaints No 2373351, 2398189 and 2404827 thereafter no complaint was lodged because of server down. I was advised that your complaint has been redressed and any query sought you may please contact to Phone No.[protected] and[protected]. It is very painful to me that these numbers were never lifted by any body else. I also mailed Pandit Gas Agency regarding your reply, they advised me that no print out is taken out because of non-feeding of data in the computer system.The IOC redressed my complaint routinely but I need actual redressal of my complaint. I am being senior citizen is penalised with two ways viz. (i) monetary and secondary (ii) mentally/physically. I hope that my complaint is to be redressed actually and advise Pandit Gas Agency under advice to me. My customer No.CX21732175.

                          On 16/11/2015, I made a request for Refill Cylinder in Indane Online Portal with Booking Reference Number – 901367. On 19/11/2015, I received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 19 Nov, 2015. On 23/11/2015, I again received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 23 Nov, 2015. On the same day I received another mail stating that my request for Indane Refill has been cancelled. Reason for cancellation of my Refill Request is “Door Closed”. I made a complaint, with Docket No. 2427308, on the same day in Indane Online Portal regarding the same that no delivery man came to deliver any cylinder and there were people in my house and over that I stay in a Residential Complex and the Security Guards and my neighbours also confirmed me that there was no body from Indane. I received a mail from [protected]@indianoil.in on 27/11/2015 with a Reply from Customer Feedback Officer; “The distributor has been instructed to deliver a filled refill to your place immediately..”. On 26/11/2015, I received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that a Cash Memo has been generated with vide Cash Memo Number – [protected] and Cash Memo Date - 26 Nov, 2015. On the same day I received another mail stating that my request for Indane Refill has been cancelled. Reason for cancellation of my Refill Request is “Door Closed”. On 30/11/2015, I again made a complaint with Docket No. is 2437072 regarding the same, which I have not got any reply till date. On 30/11/2015, I again received a mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that my request reference number is 901367 has been cancelled because of “Others (Administrative)”. On 01/12/2015, made a request for Indane Refill with request reference number 901442 and still waiting for my refill cylinder. There is a limit for harassment. Consumer Number: 37442.                             Against my booking no 378889 dated 10th November 2011 vide my consumer no CX 1580807 cash memo not yet generared and hence supply of cyilinder badly affected. enormus call has been made to my gas dealer Supercook gas agency, shaympukur street, kolkata 700004 but as usual nobody is receiving. hence sending this mail for proper justice. we being a senior citizen it is not possible to visit them often for my requirement.                               Distributor name: Kunnamangalam indane code-117399 consumer no-9717 This distributor is delaying the supply of cylinders throughout the year. He did not give any regular supply. This year i got only 6 cylinders. Their office not picking phone also. After the ivrs booking, we compal to visit their office to avail the cylinder two or more times. please do the needful to supply cylinders in time.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that in ideal service station, no 43-1 bannerghatta road, bangalore 560029 they fool they fool the customer by setting the meter at rs.300. Even if you tell them rs 1500 or rs 2000 they will fill up rs 200/300 and re start the meter. This has happened to me three times at this same petrol pump. It cannot be a co incidence three times it has happened once at electronic city petrol pump also. Deepesh swamy is the manager at petrol pump .[protected]

                                    Hello Sir/ Madam,
                                    This is Geeta Tiwari from Kanpur and Gas No. is 19306 in Jai Hind gas Service, Shastri Nagar, Kanpur. I want to say that I have booked the gas so many times but the members of agency cancelled my booked gas in 10 days and after this when I visit there to complain about this, so he mishaved me and talks very loose to me in front of everyone.
                                    If he sends me the cylinder, that would be of without voucher and the gas is very less in that cylinder. I booked a gas on 23/11/2015 (Ref. No. is 296019), but still I didn't get any response on it.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and give me the proper solution of it.
