I have a diesel Skoda Rapid which has a rated tank capacity of 55 litres. on 1st April 2022, at 2:53 PM i asked the attendant Rohit Kumar to fill the tank. when i saw the tank filling over 50 litres, I was suspicious and asked him how is this possible. He gave the response that you can check the nozzle. i told him what do i do with checking with a nozzle when my car cant carry such a quantity. the final quantity with cut off of the nozzle was 56.04 litres. The other attendant started ganging up and saying that yours is a big car and has a capacity of at least 70 litres. i was withmy wife and Kids picking them from school and didnt think it appropriate to take the argument further as it was leading to an altercation where in the attendant said that i was fighting with him. i paid 3000 cash and rest by my credit card. Am sure other details can be verified by the CCTV cams of the date and time. Its a white skoda rapid car.
i paid up and left the place...i have the bill and credit card receipt.
the petrol pump is opposite Nirvana country on the golf course extension road with teh mobile no on the bill as [protected]. bill copy attached

I work as a delivery partner in Zomato I put petrol for 100 rupees this morning and went to drink water in the petrol bunk The glass there was very dirty so I grabbed my water can and scolded me saying not to drink water here and there and the employee who works there Dont even have the right to drink water in your petrol bunk Many petrol bunks offer free services like Toilet Air Water and Wifi but Ingo scolds even for drinking water please take appropriate action on that Petrol Bunk

Hi, i have made payment rs. 967 for gas refilling through gpay. The payment link was sent by indane. Payment qas successfully and received sms confirmation few mins later receiving sms stated that "payment was not initiated pls try again" but the amt was not credited back.
Pls help me to sort out.

I have paid Rs.976/ for refill booking through Amazon pay yesterday (29.03.20222) at 9.30 AM but Indane at first sent message that "payment of 976 has been successfully received against your order[protected]. Ref Num#[protected]" but after some time they said no payment is received and till now the status of the refill is no payment is received. But my Bank statement and Amazon pay all show that payment was made successfully. Kindly resolve the issue at an immediately.

My consumer number is CX11871534. I have not been paid subsidy on purchase of gas cylinder. Everytime I asked my dealer, they said that the matter is not belonged to them. It happen before also when I was deprived of my right, I have been paid on few occasions in the middle but it has been a long time I have not been paid subsidy on my purchase of gas cylinder.

My consumer number is CX11871533. I have not been paid subsidy on purchase of cylinder since long. Everytime I asked my dealer, they said this is not their matter.

Nozzle no 1

These guys charged me 332.70 INR for 3.15 Liter of Petrol. But while the attendant had started the billing, there was no fuel dispensing from the nozzle.

I made a complaint and still they did not listen. Very few fuel was poured in the tank. My car's fuel indicator did not show even 1 liter being added to the tank. This petrol pump guys are just stealing the fuel and just charging us.

Misbehave of employees at petrol pump, measurements not correct, complent book not available

When recieving the delivery of Indian Oil domestic Gas cylinder and asked for bill, the delivery person replied that since the invoice is not generated he cannot provide us with the bill.

Please look into this matter for sake of any forecoming theft, if any.

I had got my petrol filled at Jaypee Infratech KM 16 Dankour G.B. Nagar on 27th Mar 14:02 pm for 500 at that time the petrol had 2 points once the petrol got filled the Fuel indicator and the range didn't change i even switched off the car just in case, so i went to the office and complaint about it but the person said that you have the bill so the petrol was pumped. I went another 20-25 km and the fuel indicator went down to 1 point. I got another 5 liters filled at JP wish Town Sector-133 at 14:42 pm (27 Mar) so that i can reach home safely. this time the range and the fuel indicator went up. I got a call today from +91-[protected] and the person told me that the fuel was filled-up and he also mentioned that the if the Tank capacity of the car 35 liters then we can fill-up to 5 to 10 liters more. I am pretty much sure that there are some standards maintained by the car manufacturer. if the fuel capacity is of the tack is say 40 liters then the company would promote that and not mention that it has a capacity of 35 liters.

Sir, it's very unfortunate that I have been cheated, misbehaved and humiliated by the staff of the petrol pump when I visited the petrol pump for filling petrol to my vehicle. Mine has been a brand new vehicle with no scratches on it. When I reached the Petrol pump for filling the petrol, the staff (name not known) took me to the petrol filling unit at the side. I was with my family hence took a moment to open the lid. While the petrol was being filled, the vendor, selling the scratch removing material came immediately from the other side and started alarming me regarding the scratches on my vehicle and I must hire them for removing the scratches. The petrol filling staff was also supported them. When I confronted them with the plea that there had been no scratches on my vehicle at all earlier and the scratches appearing on the vehicle are afresh, they became violent and abusive. The salesperson were trying to sell their product with connivance with the petrol pump staff. I just left the place in hurry with my family. Later on I came to know that this petrol pump is not at all in good books of the people due to such type of activities prevailing over there. This is for your kind information and doing the needful. I had booked my refill on 23rd March and had also made the payment online for Rs. 958.40 with the payment ref[protected]IGANFXVPH0.

However i received a sms stating that the payment has failed. However the payment transaction is yet to be reversed.

subsequently on the same day the cylinder was delivered and the delivery man had collected cash for Rs. 952.50.

till date i have not received the refund of Rs. 958.40 for the failed transaction.

can you pls do the needful?

Today i visited at Indian Oil filling point, and i give full payment to filling worker But he did not pour all the oil. we are facing this problem in daily .

workers behaviour was too rude, i told about the problem to senior authority
but response was very bad i need acton against the workers,

i am sending same copy to Nuh Police and CM window.

if you consider my problem i will be Thankful to you

On 10th march 2022 your dealer at kilivayal near enathu pour diesel in my petrol thar, KL61 E8906, for rs. 2000, and hence i have to spend about Rs 25000 for the repair of the vehicle.

SO please take action against the dealer for my damage of my vehicle

Dear Sir,
I had booked my LPG refill on Friday[protected] by reference no.[protected], whose payment of Rs. 906.50 is also made on Friday through online mode. and an invoice of Rs. 906.50 was also generated in Saturday against this booking, But refill not delivered.

A new Revise Invoice was generated by the agency on Monday whose value is Rs. 956.50 against the same booking.

On inquiry in the gas agency, the reply was received that the rates have increased since Monday that is why the bill has been revised.

Sir, bring to your notice that both, my booking and payment are two days before the rate hike, so please instruct to agency to reverse the extra charge Rs. 50.00 immediately that has been imposed on me.

I had been charged Rs 742.40 for filling approx 4.7 lit of Petrol in an empty tank of my Suzuki access bike at 1549 hrs of 09..03.2022 at Sukhwani Petrol pump near Hinjewadi flyover Wakad Pune. I had taken the delivery of bike from Autonity Wakad Pune near this Petrol pump and got the Petrol tank filled from Sukhwani Petrol pump as above. I was in hurry, so paid the Petrol bill through swipe of ICICI credit card and left the petrol pump. I came to know about the charges of deduction of Rs742.4 through Credit Card Statement . This is a cheating and I must be compansated for excess charge so deducted..

On 7th February 2022, i was charged rupees 926 for Indane Gas (Consumer No. 11850). I paid using gpay, however confirmation message was not received in the linked mobile no. nor was it received by the company. my money got deducted and then i again paid in cash because gpay payment did not reflect in company accounts so was not accepted.

I had made the online payment yesterday from HDFC BANK but the delivery man had again come today with the invoice of Rs 949.

Please either check ur records against the attached transaction or refund my payment

CX 12233535 my gas consumer number. I paid online gas booking when it was 971.0 rupees. 2 days till that I didn't get delivery .now after increasing price they are asking for extra amount. How this is fail when I booked lpg online when it's price is 971.00 rupees

Hi, I am regular customer of IOC pump. I have two bike and I always use petrol from IOC. Nowadays I see your santoshpur naturepark IOC pump not received card most of the time. It is really embarrassing and insulting for me. Except 1 or 2 persons most of the staffs behaviour is very very rude and they always use slang language in front of the customer and their family also. Pls take a quick action against this pump otherwise you shut down. Why they are not accepted card payment.
Pls inform me as early as possible.
