I booked new LPG connection of Indian Oil through the gas agency SONA ENTERPRISES A-72/2, MASUDPUR VILLAGE VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI-110070 vide consumer CX2 9233 521, I have also submitted GIVE UP form in the beginning of month October In spite of my constant affords I am not able to book my LPG connection through sms and when I contact my gas agency I am not getting appropriate reply from them. To coverup their mistake the agency said due to some technical error I am not able to book my correction, but they will do it from their end and the refill cylinder will be deliver to my house shortly, which never happened so far. I am not at all satisfy with my gas agency they way they are handling my case and I am not getting satisfactory reply from them. ASLO WHY INDIAN OIL GIVE AGENCY TO SOME ONE WHO ARE NOT AT ALL AFFICENT AND DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOB RESPONSIBILITY

      At the time of filling of petrol in my bike the employee charged Rs 600/- but have filled petrol of Rs 500, on arguing he told me that he has filled with full value but actually it was not since he provide the receipts of 500 Rs of filling Petrol in bike and Rs 100/- for filling 2T Mix in some scooter plus the timings for my filling of petrol are different there is 5 minutes of difference on both billings, though my credit card was punched with Rs 600/- at same time, I need this to be treated on priority, Earlier I lodged a complaint but still no response Regards Tushar Munjal [protected]

        Indane gas cylinder delivered to me 29/09/ 2015 through Govardhan gas agency, Marripalem, Visakhapatnam 530018 got emptied after 9 days o[censored]se which i generally get for 40 -45 days, on checking physically i found the remaining part of cylinder is having water instead of gas, i made a complaint to the gas agency on 12/09/2015 who sent the delivery boy for verification who confirmed that there is water inside, the cylinder was weighed and found it is weighing 25 kg instead of 30 kg and the agency has collected Rs 54/-for the gas consumed from me on the the assurance the cylinder will be replaced with a full capacity one. Surprisingly i was asked to pay in full for the new cylinder sent to me today on my refusal to pay full amount, the delivery boy has taken it back .I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and see that i am compensated fully against watr filled cylinder.

        i am really surprised that you did not jndicate how there is water jnstead of gas inside the cylinder and wherher any action is taken to prevent such incidents in furure and and any action is taken against the erring Indane gas agency!

          I had raised a complaint vide subject registration no regarding cheating at Petrol pump of indian oil near finolex chowk pimpri on[protected]. For which i was called on to meet in the first week on Nov by Mr. Rishabh. My issue was closely observed with the CCTV camera recording and the people over there were convinced with the genunity of my complaint. They had agreed to revert to my complaint as soon as possible . But till date there is no resolution.

            My consumer no - cx19232479 cash memo no - [protected], booking no -900376 on dated[protected] but till today i havnt received my cylinder .
            Again i made booking many times and received a message from system that the above mentioned booking with cash memo no ;[protected] has been cancelled with invalid reason .Complained so many times to my distrubuter but they are not taking any think serious ..I have a severe complaint against my distributor. They are not at all concerned about the consumer. These is an serious issue please look on it carefully, and also served us urgently .Now i am clueless what needs to be done. I have a family and if i don't receive my cylinder even after one month then i cannot lead my family and i will suffer from starvation. Now you please justify who will be responsible for my loss of one cylinder . It's my earnest request to you please take necessary action against this distributor and help me in delivering the cylinder on time

              Very respected sir, my Indane gas consumer number is CX1960155 In the name of chacko sebastian my state is in kerala, location alleppy dist., our gas distributer name is Gurukripa gas services, Avalookunnu P.O. Alappuha. we had booked our cylender on 28/09/2015 gas booking number 271681 still the delivery of gas cylinder is not yet done by the agency, my mother and small kids are suffering a lot . my old mother (87) is in sickbed . please consider this complaint, and hope your prompt action on this subject,

                The indane distributor - Vasant Enterprises, Indranagar is not delivering my gas refill even 13 days after the cash memo was generated. Even I kept on asking the delivery person after the cash memo was generated and they are just refusing to deliver. If I call up the IVRS booking number it says all the bookings till 30/10/2015 are cleared, but I made by booking on 20/10/2015 and I still have not received the refill. Kindly take necessary action for getting the refill delivered - consumer id[protected]

                  I made a complaint against ennar gas service Hyderabad 500062 regarding the mandatory check collecting a sum of rs 40, without actually checking the burners. I wanted to know whether the check was authorised by IOC. MY Complaint was registered against No.2381288. Although a month has elapsed, I am yet hear from the IOC. Kindly expedite reply.                       Consumerr no. CX27501627, took connection from the present agency on 20.02.15. Transferred my gas connection with HPCL from Kannur, Kerala to Kollam District. Agency name keerthi Indane Services. Purchased 2 cylinders and paid full amount of the cylinder as am getting subsidy through bank account from 2014. My Aadhar card no. is[protected]. As the subsidy is not credited i contact the dealer and they said that it will be cleared in one week. Now it is two months passed. I request you to please pay me the subsidy at the earliest.

                      I had purchased 3 LPG gas cylinders on 03/01/15, 06/02/15, 18/02/15 respectively. My customer no. is CX6625576 and Supplying agency is Gas O Flame, Palace North Gate, Agartala, Tripura. But i did not get the subsidy-money for those three entry. No money was credited in my bank ac for those three booking. Whereas I have received the subsidy-money for my next all bookings.                           On 06.11.2015 at 10:30 AM i went to Maruthi Service Station, Near Stadium, Hadadi Road, Davangere Petrol pump (IOC) to fill petrol and observed that workers won't fill petrol for the amount which we are paying. Suppose we ask to fill petrol of Rs 100, then they finish it at Rs 98.80 or 99.2. Same is the case with any amount. I never seen they filled correctly. I observed same thing at all the times.
                          If I tell them to feed the amount into the machine, they have an excuse that the automatic pre-amount-feeding machine doesn't work and argue with customers when asked to fill it completely. The pre-load machine is not working for more than past 06 months.
                          When I went to the office in the Bunk to complaint regarding this issue, the Manager nor any responsible persons was not present and I enquired about this with the security guard of the ATM which is inside the premises of Petrol Bunk and they told me that they are available once / twice in a week.
                          If anything dangerous / accident occur there is no one responsible to care of the things at this place.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              The Indane gas cylinder distributor, " Rao Tarachand Inadane Gramin Vitrak" which is domestic distributor in Palhawas village of Rewari district of Haryana state does not allow/give consumer gas cylinder before 30 days. It happened with me 2-3 times. As per government rule consumer can take 12 subsidy cylinder and after 12th we have to pay complete for all other cylinders means no subsidy will be given for 13th, 14th ...cylinder in a year. I got last cylinder on[protected] and i went to distributor for next one after 20 days i.e. on 31st October 2015. But the distributor refused to give me cylinder before 30 days of last cylinder. From Jan 2015 to till date, i filled only 7 cylinder from my LPG connection. As per his rule we can fill max. of 11 cylinder only not 12 also.

                              Other distributor in Rewari allowing to consumer to get next cylinder within 10 days also.

                              I faced 2-3 times same type of inconvenience with this distributor.

                              Please take a strong action against the distributor.

                                On 10 Oct., I had registered for a refill of lpg cylinder under ref: 631835. Till date there has been no supply. On contacting my Distributor Poppat Jamal, Chennai, 2 days back, I was told that they have since surrendered their dealership and a new Distributor has been appointed [ph:[protected]]. P J also kindly gave me my new consumer nbr CX 29388031. Strangely enough, there has been no communication about this change either from parent company or the new distributor. When I tried to contact the new supplier on the phone, first there was no response and when finally the call was answered, the response was most unbusinesslike. Without wanting to pay any attention to my problem, I was curtly told to re-register and call disconnected. Yesterday I tried to
                                Register my requirement again ( I had no choice) and after completing the drill, waited till the evening for confirmation message to come, which normally has been the practice. Nothing came till this morning. On checking with the new Distributor, I was informed no such booking had been registered. Hence fresh request has been made again. Therefore, my question to Indane is

                                - why customers are kept in the dark about any changes in the distribution system

                                - what happened to my earlier request made on 10.10.2015

                                - would I be getting the refill in a day or two, in view of the inordinate delay on the part of supplier

                                - we realise, change is the only constant factor but it should for good!!! Not the other way around??

Gas refill booked on 11/10/15, Cash Memo created 22/10, Non-delivery complaint registered on toll-free nr [protected] on 28/10 (Complaint Nr. 2396836). Delivery missing till date (02/11). Agency habitually assigns reason "Consumer absent...". In my case three members regularly present on all days.

                                        My consumer no.Cx17463267 i was booked a refill on 26.9.2015 and booking no. 378564 related cash memo no.[protected] dtd. 12.10.2015 but cylinder not deliver, on 17.10.2015 received a message ''your refill booking ref. No. 378564 stands cancelled. Kindly book again''. I am not understand why make cancelled than i called to m/s p.L gas service (Gas distributors) on but they told two or three times our man come to your home but you are not available but in fact no any man come to my home. So please take strong step on this matter.

                                        My consumer Nr. is 11351. Agency is Kairali Indane[protected] Eranakulam Dt., Kerala. Refill booked on 11/10/2015 (Booking Nr. 499372), Cash memo nr. [protected] generated on 22/10/15. No delivery until this day (04/11/15). Complaint Booked on [protected] on 28/11/15 (Complaint Nr. 2396836). Again called [protected] on 02/11/15 and was directed to call Indane Customer Service, Kochi[protected] which I did. No response till now either from IOC or the agency (Kairali Indane). I represent umpteen count of such helpless Indane Consumers. Whom shall I turn to ? Can someone guide me ?
