Tion : I took new gas connection from Anuj Indane vadodara code no 111975. The Agency charged me rs 7417 for new connection with two cylinders. On enquiring about the inflated price, they told me that new connection comes with hot plate and cooker. When I said that I don't require gas stove and cooker they refused to give me new connection. Since I was in dire needs I paid rs 7417. They called me after a week to collect the details of the bill and gas stove and cooker. The details of the bills are as follows, deposit of iocl rs 3050 refill charges rs1223, hot plate/ gas stove rs1920, suraksha pipe rs170, document charges rs100 and cooker 5 litre rs949. Also the cooker provided was of local brand Akai and gas stove was of Summet. Sir total rs 2869 was unnecessarily collected giving local materials by the dealer blackmailing in the garb of new connection. I request you to please look into the matter as I being army personnel get transfer every two years and really difficult to pay unnecessary expediture. My request to you is to please instruct the dealer to take back the items lying unpacked with me and also to refrain from such blackmailing activities. My consumer no is cx2 7684 201

    Hi, Treat this as my written complaint. I have a complaint regarding Chandra Gas Service, Sitamarhi (Bihar) the staff who does the delivery, I am every month being charged Rs.50 by the vendor for the delivery more than what is written on the receipt. I have done many complaints to the Chandra Gas Service and Indane about this but they are not taking any action against the delivery vendor. I have made a request for the LPG Cylinder on 07th October and today is 21st and my cylinder is still not delivered and when i call Chandra Gas Service office and the vendor they say that i have to pay a charge of Rs 50 else the delivery will not be done. This is wrong and Indane should taken an action, Could the company please ensure for a speedy delivery of the cylinder to my doorstep urgently and advise the vendor to stop taking the delivery charges else i am going to escalate the matter further for the excess amount charged.       Against petrol bunk

      I have filled petrol at Ravichandra IOC Dealers Coimbatore 1053 Avanashi Road, Coimbatore 641018 on 20.10.2015 at 15.04.26 hrs for Rs.500/- but there is no drop of petrol was filled through the said pump; Again I I have filled up for another Rs.500/- at 15.04.26 hrs on the same petrol bunk; This was also noticed to the owner. I have obtained the bill; Please register this complaint and my grievances may be sent to Indian Oil Corporation for...

      I need your help to understand why you allow petrol pumps to function when they dont comply with your offers. I've see many petrol pumps in the past without Citibank swapping machine, which means I cannot use my Indian Oil citibank credit card.

      As of now, I would like to highlight two petrol pumps which are within 5 Kms of Pimple Saudagar:

      1) Pimple Saudagar Indian Oil Petrol Pump, near Govind Garden chowk.
      2) Kasarwadi, Indian Oil Petrol Pump (Near Kasarwadi Railway Station)

        I am filing a complaint against Zirakpur Indane services. It has been more than a week I had booked refill request on 13th Oct, 2015. My booking request # 218390.

        The service agency put the phone down and it is always showing that the number is busy.

        The entire staff there is useless and team is doing fraud with Indane company and many of the customers are in trouble.

        Indane organization should conduct some surprise audit and inspect their services and cancel their licenses.

        The agency name is 'Zirakpur Indane Services, Dhakoli, Zirakpur in Punjab. This was in zirakpur and recently has been shifted to Dhakoli.

            19/10/2015, ARASU INDANE GAS AGENCY, CHINGLEPUT, KANCHEEPURAM DISTRICT, CONSUMER NO.:CX2732184 (NAME - G VIJAYAKUMAR). I'm S Varalakshmi, wife of Shri G Vijayakumar. We are working in a nationalised bank. When I went to the agency on 19/10/2015, to enquire about my cylinder status, I was harassed to the core using un-parliamentary words.We both are working and we'll be available at home only after 08:00 PM. Also we'll be starting from home before 08.00 AM. We will not be available at home for receiving the cylinder. I requested the staffs that I'l take the gas cylinder by myself to my home and I had also taken with me the empty cylinder. The staffs then informed me that they'll not give the cylinder and that I've to be there in home and receive the cylinder when it comes. I booked the cylinder on 02/08/2015, ref no.321753 and received a message on 06/08/2015 that the booking stands cancelled.Again I booked the cylinder on 12/10/2015, ref no.348723 and got a message that it got cancelled on 15/10/2015. On enquiring all these with the agent he was not at all ready to hear me. Instead he blasted me with the following words: 1. U should give the empty cylinder to neighbors and receive the cylinder. 2. U should call the delivery person of that area and ask him when he'l deliver, (I)So I asked, why dont he call me so that I'm working in a local branch and I can come to receive the cylinder within 5 minutes. For that, THE AGENT IS ASKING ME THAT "ARE YOU CALLING A CUSTOMER WHEN A CHEQUE GETS RETURNED?". When I'm a customer for IOCL how can they target me with my organisation. In fact, I've never seen these persons before 19/10/2015. (II) Also they informed me that the delivery person has called me. U can very well check that for my bookings on 02/08/2015 and 12/10/2015. I've received the cancellation messages on 06/08/2015 and 15/10/2015 respectively only. But I've not received any cash memo generated message. I asked them how can I call the delivery person if I've not received the message reg cash memo generation, for which they dint respond. 3. The agent is asking me like this: " Its leave for bank After all this I requested them to kindly give me the cylinder then itself so that I will take it home for which they refused blindly that they'l not deliver to me. With all due respect to all of you, what the hell that agency person is thinking about me? How can he say that I'm not in good terms with the delivery person? Why should I be in good terms with him? If I've booked a cylinder they should deliver me at my convenience during working hours. They would call me for which I will be there at my home within 5 minutes. But they say they'l not call. Then how would I receive my cylinder? After all I'm the customer of IOCL. Who the hell is he to question me that whether bank calls to customers on cheque return? When I'm a customer requesting for a service, who is he to question me again with my organisation, instead of resolving my issue? On enquiring in toll free whether we can pick up cylinder at our convenient time, they said yes. If it is so, why this agency person is harassing me?He's saying that I should stay at home on 2nd and 4th saturday to receive my cylinder. What the hell he's thinking of me? Is this the only job for me? Don't I have personal works. Who the hell is he to order me to stay at home for getting a cylinder? Please do the needful for they have mentally harassed me.               I have received a mug from DZ- IODBTL Your connection has been blocked as multiple connection detected Aadhar based de duplicate. I have a single connection in Delhi I am working With Govt.PSU. Kindly look into the matter and release/open my gas connection. I am already register complaint No. 2336185 dated 16rh Sept 2015 . I am facing lots of problem without LPG gas cylinder.

I booked the Indane gas on 27-Sep through phone at [protected]. The booking confirmation # was 607875. On 15th Oct, I called them up to enquire my status of gas booking. They informed that my booking was cancelled. They could not give a valid reason as to why it was cancelled. I am under a very difficult situation right now as my gas cylinder is about to expire (I have a big family of 9 persons to support) & yet they had cancelled my booking without any rhyme or, reason. I have already re-booked another cylinder after I came to know about the cancellation but by the time this cylinder arrives, I might face big trouble for having no cylinder at all for sometime.

                        I have already made complaint to you on 10 October 2015 regarding non transferring of my gas connection to another distributor (of same company and on same city). Now they are refusing for supplying of gas at old address and I am mentally upset regarding misfeeding/wrong feeding of data in the computer. This is not my fault. This is fault of company to wrong feeding of the data in the computer. I submitted original receipt and all documents required by the agency. Now I cannot understand why they are harressing a senior citizen of 65 years of age. I request you to please solve my problem immediately.

                        The company has not taken any step to resove my problem since first since 3rd October 2015. On the very first day, the agency viz. Pandit Gas Service told me that some problem in the server and will take another 3-4 days to resolve. Now, it is alsom 15 days gone, no action is taken by the agency/company. The they are not attending my phones. I request company to resolve it immediately as they are also not providing my gas ceylender to me who is a senior citizen of 65 years of age.                             This is to complaint that the above Gas agency stopped supplying my Booked gas refills. I am the Customer cx4600864 in above Gas agency I have Booked Gas refill on 13/08/2015 IVRS booking no. 430767. The said Booking for refill has been canceled as per the message given by Gas agency On 20/08/2015. Further i have been informed to book the refill once again due to reason known to them. As such, again on 23/08/2015 i have booked for another gas refill as per the message given by them which was Registered by IVRS NO. 436005. Again we received the cancellation message of this booking also. Again it was informed to our mobile the booked refill has been canceled for the best reasons known to them. Again i have been informed in their given message to book another refill. I stopped booking any refill because the Dealer of Gas agency is harassing us depriving our right please take suitable action against the Gas Dealer who is indulging in Irregularities and Illegalities which is a serious criminal offence please take puynitive action against the Gas dealer for resorting to black marketing activities is being suspected. thanking you,

                                We booked Indane Gas on 05.10.2015 vide Booking no. 528846.
                                Same has not been delivered till date. However while trying on tel no. [protected] we are getting a message that Cylinder has been delivered on 03.10.2015 vide Cash Memo no. [protected].
                                Is it possible to deliver before booking as we booked on 05.10.2015.
                                Or
                                Cylinder has been delivered at wrong address some where else.

                                Please resolve and arrange delivery.

                                  Received a call from +91-[protected] yesterday in the afternoon after posting above complaint, stating he is from IOCL. He was saying like my Subsidy amount will be credited to account and tried gathering ATM Card details for which I denied.

                                  Surely this person is doing Fraud by collecting all information, Time to take action on such cases.

                                    I requested on 3rd October 2015 to Pandit Gas Service, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur (Raj) to transfer my gas connection to the Nirjan Gas Service, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (both IOC gas distributor at the same city) as I have shifted my residence from Shastri Nagar to Murlipura, Jaipur. I have also complained to you on 10 October 2015 (Docket No.2375607), no reply is received by me till now. I request you that I am a senior citizen of age 65 years, it is very difficult for me to go to daily at gas service for enquiry about transfer of gas connection. I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir I TRANSFER MY CYLINDER CONNECTION HARIDWAR TO BOISAR IN MAHARASHTRA. Because my transfer was in boisar (MH). But for some govt. issue with my transfer stopped from boisar. and they give me duty in REWARI. NOW i want to change my transfered from haridwar to REWARI. when i goes there in GENDA GAS AGENCY. HE said me u can give this Voucher in any agency and take that transfer connection . when i goes in rewari indane GAS AGENCYHe said me it cant transfer in REWARI. aFTER SOME TIME AGAIN I GOES IN HARIDWAR GENDA GAS AGENCY. He Said me u can Make The affidavit for this problem and again goes in rewari agency. AGain i went in INDANE GAS agency rewari. They repeated Same problem. and said affidavit is not approval for this. But ur GENDA GAS AGENCY is saying it will be solve with this. last 4 month i am going here and there with problem .
