Sir, I am a resident of Trivenipuram, Jhunsi Allahabad.There is an Indane LPG bottling plant of Indian Oil Corporation in this locality. Everyday in the evening there is a leakage of gases which cause a pungent and desagreeable smell in the vicinity of the plant.Not only these gases are irritable The presence of this plant in a residential area such as Trivenipuram is a cause of great concern from public health point of view. Upon researching on the internet I found that the smell is due to the presence of Ethyl Mercaptan whic is a hazardous substance and can cause muscular weakness, convulsions, respiratory paralysis. High concentrations may cause pulmonary irritation, irritations in eyes and skin. Ingestion causes nausea and irritation of mouth and stomach. (USCG, 1999) Upon exposure to LPG inhalation the adverse health effects such as mentioned below: The short term effects include: Euphoria - feeling happy, elated Dizziness, giddiness, light headed Hallucinations Muscle weakness Nausea, chills General numbness Disassociation Lack of coordination Central nervous system depression - may cause breathing difficulties and/or heart failure. long term affects: Brain and nerve damage, seizures, tremor, brain hemorrhage, impaired memory, mood swings, depression, inability to think clearly/logically Cardiovascular effects such as malformed blood cells, heart damage, irregular and/or depressed heart rate, high blood pressure, Lungs may be damaged Acute and chronic liver and kidney inflammation which may permanently damage both organs if prolonged Reduced red and white blood cells, depressed immune function, increase in infections I therefore, on behalf of the residents of Trivenipuram Allahabad I request you to take necessary action for safeguarding public health.

Sir, I have booked indian Gas in M/s Prayojani Gas Agency, kolkata, District, west bengal vide in Reference No.367695 on[protected] through mobile number. i have recived sms 09.0ct 2015 my cah momo no:-[protected] generated But, till today they did not respond. Dear Sir, This has become a routine mode of operation for the filling boys at this petrol pump. GURU RAGHAVENDRA FILLING STATION - NAGARBHAVI MAIN ROAD BANGALORE. When we ask them to fill for Rs.200/- they fill for Rs.50/- and say its done. On telling that actually we asked for Rs. 200/- they pretend as if they did it unintentionally and then again the filling boy will go for filling and at this point of time cashier will come and divert customers attention by asking whether we will be paying by cash or by card. When we will be speaking to the cashier the filling boy would have already started filling NOT FROM ZERO BUT FROM RS. 50/- AND THEY STOP FILLING AT RS.150/- and finally collect Rs.200/-. This has become a routine in this petrol pump and with their mode of operation they can easily cheat a minimum of 50 customers a day. Please take necessary action and do let me know about the same.

I done MY gas Booking 2 times in Last 15 Days booking done by website, Distributor Gurgaon Gas Agency Cancelled it Reason for cancellation : Others(Administrative).
I am Surprised that I am purchasing readymade food from market & Made complaint on Indane website, distributor & on Toll Free, no information received.

Sir my lpg consumer no is sg 866 my distributor is suravi gas durgapur i booked my gas on 8th sept.2015 they gave me message for delivery on 8th oct. and on 9th oct i got message that it is cancled i went to the distributor he said that my door was locked but it was never locked .then again i booked it and took the delivery on 12th oct but they did not deducted the delivery charge not only that they do not weight the cylinder before giving...

I am consumer no 14546464 of above agency. often the supply boy insists for extra amount when supplying gas cylinder. i am a 77 years old lady and staying alone with a servant. on 1.9.15, the supply boy named mr.chandran(popularly known as chandrettan) supplied the gas and insisted for rs700. he told that he has not brought the bill and insisted that 700 should be paid and accordingly paid rs 700. next day morning I called to gas agency and they told that bill is only rs592 and i complained to them over phone. they agreed to send the supply boy by evening to my house and instructed to discuss and solve the issue amicably. accordingly by 7pm he came to my house and refunded the amount of rs 108...next cylinder supplied on 7.10.15 and the same employee came. he behaved very roughly and he came to inside of the house along with the driver of the auto. ( this agency is supplying gas with an auto). from the drawing room i went inside to take cash and within this time he has taken away my mobile no. i immediately shouted and neighbours also came, but this chandran and the driver denied in spite of repeated questioning by all. as this mobile is not a costly one, eventhough a brand new, i have not complained to police. i complained to the manager of the agency but they didnt help and directed to lodge police complaint.
it is very clear that this employee is corrupt and he has already admitted it by repaying rs 102.. he is insisting for extra amount from all the house holders and all have got compliants. kindly investigate and take against him.

Today I had filled diesel for rs 1000/-. This was done at P K Varghese & sons outlet at Ulloor, Trivandrum. My indicator didn't show that 20 litres were filled. I informed the people at the Gas station but in vain. They said it is filled for rs 1000/-. But, I suspect that the reading is not correct. Maybe I am wrong. However, it will good to do an inspection of the outlets of IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation)

I have booked two complaints regarding non receipt of cylinders to IOCL and a complaint to Bangara gas agency, Hyderabad which is the supplier of cylinder. The nos are 2366575 and 2368040. Yesterday I received a message from agency that my cylinder is delivered without actually being delivered. When contacted they say that it is wrongly posted. I booked my cylinder on[protected] which means one month back. Even now, it is not received under these circumstances, where a common will go. God only save this country to whom should I approach now for redressal of my grievance. My consumer no. is 44182 and ID no. is 3 [protected].

My lpg id no-3 [protected], con.no-1977, bhanu indane gas, yanam. i got refill on[protected] wide cash memo no-[protected].but subsidy amount is not transfer my bank a/c. rectify the problem.there is no responce on toll free no-[protected]

Sir, This to inform you that I have a single connection in Delhi in my name . My consumer no, is 41147 with Popular Chemist at sunder Niagara New Delhi. I received a message from DZ-IODBTL Your connection has been blocked as multiple connection under Aadhaar based de duplication. Kindly open my connection. Without the gas I am facing lot of problems. Sir, I have Indan gas conection with Shanti Gas Service, Jaipur.
My consumer no. CX 369885.
The company deactiveted my conection since April 2015, last six month I am not able to use gas.
I visit to company office 3-4 times they said that you have another gas conection with kavita gas agency.
But I have only one conection with my name
If somebody took another conection with my name please deactivate other one and activate my conection.
I have been submited KYC Documents in January 2015 and have receive subsidy 3 times.
Please do urgent action in this matter

My indane consumer number is 12213152. My gas bookiñg had been generated and have also received an SMS saying the gas has been delivered. I have also received my subsidy without receiving the cylinder. My gas agency, sona enterprises is not willing to deliver the cylinder, I suspect that there is something fishy here. Please do the needful and ensure that my cylinder is delivered. Cheers Dilma

Booking of LPG Cylinder registered vide no 349007 dated 21/09/2015, but the gas cylinder has yet not been deliveed to me till today.We have received message on my registered mobile dated 06/10/2015 that LPG cylinder has been delivered to the consumer vide cash memo no. [protected].

With reference to this message, It is brought to your kind notice that the Gas Agency has delivered the cylinder.
Actually the Gas Agency has delivered the cylinder to some unauthorized person intentionally.

This proves that there is no check point whether the delivery is being made to the authorized consumer or not.
There are many nos of consumers which cant read the message in English Langauge and keep awaiting the delivery of their cylinder and also loose their annual quota given by the government.

Kindly look into this matter deeply and bring the facts to light and take the appropriate action for this act of forgery


An earlier action in this matter will be highly appreciated and delivery of the cylinder be made without loos of time.
