I booked for gas on 18.08.2015.booking no 30th. On 21.09.2015 I get a message that my booking is cancelled without assigning any reason, and asked to do a new booking . booked again on 21.09.2015, new booking no is 365966. My eligibility is extended by another 40 days minimum. Who is responsible for this. My consumer no is 1275

      Hi This is Vijay Kumar retired from central govt. This complaint again insane gas agency (Padma gas). This connection from 32yrs. Recently change address accordingly we have change our agancy too. Whenever I book a cylinder. Ever time they take min15to 20 days. Ever time have to fight to get our cylinder. The branch never respond the call and already inform in the first month itself. Need your help to clear this issue. Pls call on[protected].thank you

        I Siya Raji booked my cylinder on 28th of Sep. 2015 on consumer no CX6283506 and cash memo was generated on 30 th Sep.2015 cash memo no is [protected]. I received a message on my registered no. [protected] on 1st of Oct.2015 that your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no [protected]. I was very surprise to see this wrong information provided by agency name NUMDEEP MALA Sector 16 Chandigarh .I called up the agency on 5th Oct.2015 at 11:11am person on the outher side assured me to deliver my cylinder tomorrow but there is no any delivery of my cylinder till 10th Oct (11am).The same incedent had happened last time but I take it lightly .I am sorry to say this is the pethetic service I had faced ever.

              Respected sir, I have submitted my bank a/c details and LPG id to distributor and bank by filling non aadhar form. I have checked my pahal CTC status and also checked in consumer console at indane.co.in website which stated that my bank a/c detail is not available. Both bank manager and distributor says that your LPG Id is registered.                 Dear Corrupt officers,
                Good after noon once again, In your Petrol pump dealer is not ready to check petrol measurement using measuring cylinder more over not ready for filter-paper test in Boring road patna this petrol pump is near saguna moar patna and even they show off dada-giri, if asked for testing and the name of petrol pump is pravhash service station (somebody told the name) and they dont have written name on petrol pump just kept it blank. And says its bihar the junglee Raaz and i am the lion, king of junglee so if you want keep complaint against me i always keep all officer in my pocket.

                  From :- ARUN KUMAR SINGH Consumer No.- MT01319 Consumer ID - [protected] Dear Sir, I am very sorry to inform you that since the starting of the plan in which gas subsidy will transfer in the account of consumer I unable to receive my subsidy in my a/c. I have booked my gas since Feb, 2015 to September 2015 but I did't receive the subsidy. Although my S B A/C No. [protected], Allahabad Bank, Pathna, IFSC Code - ALLA0210429 is already entered in my Consumer No. but subsidy amount is not being transferred in the account . I have inquired in the agency but they are not in position to state whether subsidy is not transferred.

                        My consumer no: CX2 5556617. i booked gas booking no:263214. but still not get delivery . after asking to dealer, reply is that gas will deliver on 10 th oct or take from agency. kindly tell me till 10 th oct what should i do or take leave from company for receiving the cylinder.how can a dealer reply it?

                          Dear Sir. after booking my gas i recieved booking no.263214. on date 26.09.2015 i recieved messege that my booking has been cancelled. when i ask my dealer he told do not worry your cylinder will delivered soon. but still i have not recieved cylinder delivery. again asking to dealer reply is that your cylinder will deliver on 10 th oct . or other wise you take from gas agency. why? i do not aspect this type of answer.what i will do till 10th oct or i will take leave from my company.

                            I applied gas connection online from Indane distributor M/s NAMRATA GAS AGENCY, Hyderabad with registration number N150818125484356947299.No one contacted me, I call all cust care numbers, no one picked up the call.I cancelled the connection on 12 Sept and left online feedback that I cancelled it due to delay in delivery.Got automated responce(Your online new connection request with Registration no: N150818125484356947299, stands cancel)Again No calls, No Refund, No Response on cust care num. The complaints page online is screwed by them so that no one can make a complaint and the feedback I left was Not answered as well. They are holding my money for more that a month and Not Contacting, Nor providing Refund.
                            have you got your money? similar case happened to me.
                            i also applied and then cancelled. Will i get my money back
                            In such cases...go visit agency in person...it works most of the time

                              My consumer no. is CX11354927. I have booked my indane gas cylinder with reference no. 884776 on 19th September 2015, and cash memo (no. [protected]) generated on 28th September 2015 against reference no. 884776. On 29th September, I have received message on my registered mobile no. [protected] that "Dear Indane customer, your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]". This is the service render by the Indane gas agency. What a pathetic service by them. Consumer no.: CX11354927 My area Indane gas agency name: Trimurti gas agency SHOP NO.31. J-BLOCK LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE NEW DELHI Gas agency employees not providing accurate information about delivery also. Even gas delivery agent (Mr. Awdhesh) also not responding accurate delivery time of cylinder. If today i have not get my cylinder delivered, in this case i am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

[protected] Still Now Cash memo is also not Generated and I called to Service Provided Person i.e S S Indane Service Laggare Bangalore they are not Responding Properly and still they Saying it Will take another 15 days . Please Resolve Complaint Otherwise i will Rise complaint in Consumer Court

                                  I tried to submit my application for new gas connection to 'Sri Revathi Gas Agency' in Medavakkam, but they refused to take my application. Because they asked me to buy Cooker and other accessories from them. I mentioned them that I am not interested in buying those. They just refused to collect my application, they said that they will give connection only when we buy the accessories. I contacted the IOC customer care number and they told me that it is not mandatory to buy but sill this distributor is not at all listening. IOC has to take action against them to avoid losing their customers.. I hope they will.. To Give Up LPG Subsidy SMS GIVEITUP to [protected] or Log on to www.mylpg.in Booked the gas and recived the above confirmation text. And now today is29 sep and hv not recbd the gas cylender. No email communicatio to registervemail. called Toll free number but cannot get hold of any agebt to register complain.

                                      I would like to bring in notice about you about cheating on a petrol pump. Ioc petrol pump is in nala road corner, rajendra nagar, patna -800016. Whenever i got petrol in my car from that pump, fuel meter reading is very less always and thus creates 30-40 kms less difference from other pumps. Petrol quality is also very bad. Please consider this problem very seriously. They are cheating from long years back.
