Sir, I have Indan gas conection with Shanti Gas Service, Jaipur.
My consumer no. CX 369885.
The company deactiveted my conection since April 2015, last six month I am not able to use gas.
I visit to company office 3-4 times they said that you have another gas conection with kavita gas agency.
But I have only one conection with my name
If somebody took another conection with my name please deactivate other one and activate my conection.
I have been submited KYC Documents in January 2015 and have receive subsidy 3 times.
Please do urgent action in this matter

My indane consumer number is 12213152. My gas bookiñg had been generated and have also received an SMS saying the gas has been delivered. I have also received my subsidy without receiving the cylinder. My gas agency, sona enterprises is not willing to deliver the cylinder, I suspect that there is something fishy here. Please do the needful and ensure that my cylinder is delivered. Cheers Dilma

Booking of LPG Cylinder registered vide no 349007 dated 21/09/2015, but the gas cylinder has yet not been deliveed to me till today.We have received message on my registered mobile dated 06/10/2015 that LPG cylinder has been delivered to the consumer vide cash memo no. [protected].

With reference to this message, It is brought to your kind notice that the Gas Agency has delivered the cylinder.
Actually the Gas Agency has delivered the cylinder to some unauthorized person intentionally.

This proves that there is no check point whether the delivery is being made to the authorized consumer or not.
There are many nos of consumers which cant read the message in English Langauge and keep awaiting the delivery of their cylinder and also loose their annual quota given by the government.

Kindly look into this matter deeply and bring the facts to light and take the appropriate action for this act of forgery


An earlier action in this matter will be highly appreciated and delivery of the cylinder be made without loos of time.

My agency "sulabh" at phulwari Sharif, Patna, Bihar, is charging more price than the scheduled price, every time I book a 14.2 k.g.cylinder.they are not giving me the receipt of the same, even when I demanded of the same.My consumer No is SI00500.Till now they have not given me the receipt even once.please help

On 21.09.2015 I get a message that my booking is cancelled without assigning any reason, and asked to do a new booking . booked again on 21.09.2015, new booking no is 365966. Hi This is Vijay Kumar retired from central govt. This complaint again insane gas agency (Padma gas). This connection from 32yrs. Recently change address accordingly we have change our agancy too. Whenever I book a cylinder. Ever time they take min15to 20 days. Ever time have to fight to get our cylinder. The branch never respond the call and already inform in the first month itself. I Siya Raji booked my cylinder on 28th of Sep. 2015 on consumer no CX6283506 and cash memo was generated on 30 th Sep.2015 cash memo no is [protected]. I received a message on my registered no. [protected] on 1st of Oct.2015 that your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no [protected]. I was very surprise to see this wrong information provided by agency name NUMDEEP MALA Sector 16 Chandigarh .I called up the agency on 5th Oct.2015 at 11:11am person on the outher side assured me to deliver my cylinder tomorrow but there is no any delivery of my cylinder till 10th Oct (11am).The same incedent had happened last time but I take it lightly .I am sorry to say this is the pethetic service I had faced ever.

Good after noon once again, In your Petrol pump dealer is not ready to check petrol measurement using measuring cylinder more over not ready for filter-paper test in Boring road patna this petrol pump is near saguna moar patna and even they show off dada-giri, if asked for testing and the name of petrol pump is pravhash service station (somebody told the name) and they dont have written name on petrol pump just kept it blank. And says its bihar the junglee Raaz and i am the lion, king of junglee so if you want keep complaint against me i always keep all officer in my pocket.

I have booked my gas since Feb, 2015 to September 2015 but I did't receive the subsidy. Although my S B A/C No. [protected], Allahabad Bank, Pathna, IFSC Code - ALLA0210429 is already entered in my Consumer No. but subsidy amount is not being transferred in the account . I have inquired in the agency but they are not in position to state whether subsidy is not transferred.

Sir i want to file case against fraud against domestic LPG gas booking as PIL due to they took booking of domestic LPG gas consumer and they generate more than one cash memo but every time they not delivered the cylinder to consumer.
