Iam from tiruvallur district sevvapet I booked lpg in last Sunday right now iam not received lpg agency name sree Srinivasa gas service no response worst customer service so many times I ask him he will tell load not come worst customer service...

I had a LPG cylinder delivered. The seal looks alright and authentic.The gross weight is aprox. 26.2 kg. The weight should be 29.7 kg.
The LPG cylinder is unused with the seal intact....

Hi Team,

My Father in Law expried suddenly due to Covid last year, his family owns a IOC petrol pump, I am not getting access to ownership papers of petrol pump as my Father in law extended family is not sharing it with me.

I need help for following things
a. Identify ownership of petrol pump
b. Transfer the ownership of petrol pump in my wife name in case my Father in law was proprietor or partner...

This bunk always sale only power petrol... Why ordinary petrol not sale..They said only power petrol is supply... please take necessary steps to provide ordinary petrol also in this bunk.....

I fill 60 rupees petrol at Indian Oil petrol pump in Humnabad i ask for Bhim upi or QR Scan or paytm phone pay, google pay, or account no for paying through YONO Transaction, But he said if you don't have hardcash than you don't come they made public harshment. sir my point is ... is it fair such company not doing digital activity....

Kindly refer the following Invoices of Vijay gas service, Coimbatore[protected] and[protected] dated 12/12/2021 and 08/01/2022. So far I did not receive the subsidy for the TWO invoices. Please do the needful....

There is a electricity problem at the area. The CNG filling station does not have generator facility. The sales stops for 3 hours and there is a long waiting line for CNG. The sales officer says that no electricity no filling.
This is not the service expected from the Indian Oil. Highly unreliable and wastage of time....

Jan and feb 2022 cylinders were leaking. Had to change the rubber washer in the nozzle of the cylinder . This is consumer no. 03868, falls under Srinivasa Gas service center. Hyderabad . Please ensure the rubber washers are replaced regularly....

Refused to xtra rewards points when I fill petrol in the P.K.N petroleum agencies...

Kindly refer the Invoices generated by Vijay gas Service, COIMBATORE Pin code- 641025, for which Subsidy not credited into my bank account.
Invoices :[protected] dated 12/12/2021,[protected] dated 08/01/2022 and 5-[protected] dated 27/01/2022.
I request You Sir Kindly go through invoices mentioned above and credit the subsidies into my bank account number.

I have booked the cylinder on 29/012022. Till now I haven't got the cylinder, but the message shows that it has been delivered.Please resolve my issue.

3. He exploits consumer whenever the gas bill isnt an round figure

It 's painful to inform, you that Indane gas Distributor of Charging 1027 Rs for each cylinder in Malda, West Bengal. we receive receipt for 997 Rs. When we asked the local supplier, he told that 30 rs is rural servies charges . Can you explain me About rural serives charges? my receipt slip is attached.If this charge is legal please make sure that in future this extra charge should be mentioned in receipt slip....

Today I refilled petrol Of Rs 3000 in my car vide bill 551679 . When I visited to petrol pump and asked to the on duty staff (name not provided by staff) and no tag was there on his dress to redull petrol in my car then he shown misbehaviour and and when I started to oppose and teact then he started argumemts instead of polote words . I strongly request to make necessary enquiry against this staff and if required to remove from pay roll so...

Dear sar or Medam, am every day filing the diesel on mechine more by the 5k, so am narmal gooing the rest room side but petrol bunk gays not use the rest room not use Customer then locking also, Drinking water also not give how the Indian Bunk customer service, what say Indian low ...?
