I didn't know where to complain about it. But after that, I didn't get any message till now so I thought it was an error text.

Then on[protected] I'm getting these strange messages:

I'm really confused now because how can someone register and avail gas connection without having the registered number with them? Is there no OTP verification or any other cross-checking?
As I know, someone should call from their mobile number to book a cylinder. I haven't made any call or confirmed.
I'm using this mobile number for the past 10years so there's no chance of a number swapping too.

Please look into the matter carefully and do the needful as it is very disturbing and inappropriate. I expect early attention and quick a reply from Indian Oil a prestigious company.

This is regarding the money got deducted twice from my account amount of 500₹ where I have scan through Google pay and first I got an error called payment processing later I have rescanned and paid 500₹ And this happened yesterday(March 1st)
And today that pending Money also got deducted 500₹

I need panna moti enterprises Indian petroleum Pune owner number for the voilance done by their staff last night...5 of them came to hit me with the ROD check CCTV footage within the room n outside the room later when this was escalated to near by police station that person apologised..it does not work that way... this is not professionalism And the service given...he abused me with the slang language...i need the action taken or i need to escalate beyond

5 to 6 staff of Indian petroleum, Panna Moti Enterprises came on me with the ROD to hit me, the incedent is captured in the CCTV footage where the staff were coming on me with ROD to hit me, they abused me...with vulger and slang language...This was just coz there was delay in the online payment and no one informed me online system is not working...That does not mean they will come with ROD to hit me...The owner of the petrol pump including the staff need to be taught a lesson immediately as you can see the footage in the CCTV...OR give the highest escalation matrix number immediately or i need the compensation with strong action against the people who were there..

I trust you all will btake strict action against them

Owner is very rude and arrogant. Neither he nor his staff know how to use the rewards machine - tried to assist them. They managed to add rs500 worth points instead of purchased rs3, 000 worth. More than the points it was his attitude of knowing everything and he refused to add points. He specifically said that he didn't care about what customers did and couldn't care less if IOC were to be informed of this as a complaint.

You can see that there are several complaints against this station, owner on Google Maps. Link included above.

Indane gas booked on 11/02/2022 through google pe app and had paid same time rs 926/- under upi payment mode successfully. Same day i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully within 7 days. 15 days over but the amount not credited to my account till the time. Please solve the issue and refund the amount.
Booking No :[protected]. I also contact with Google pe customer care but they replied they have not received payment from indane gas. So I request you to please solve the issue and credit the amount to my bank account as early as possible.

I have given the security deposit to the site in charge but he has not deposited the amount. Further he transferred the amount to other person who has also not deposited the amount. Now both of them have left the job.

Hello sir/mam, Iam a diesel card holder, my native Madukkur, I am residing in Tirunelveli my father expered so I went to Madukkur (peramiya koil) I put diesel two times in this area petrol bulk, I suffered my car in stating and engine trable ricing. I went to Tirunelveli same complaint and went to mechanic shop but injuctor complaint and expence 15000 thousand and the engine told, in diesel mixed some water or something, at the same time bike put petrol bike also having issues so please clarify the verify the petrol and diesel purity no one suffer this problem again. Thank you

I have Honda Unicorn 160 CB BS4 bike and his fuel tank capacity is 12 ltr as per manual and customer care of Honda. Today morning 0820 hrs I reached SERGAM PERTROLIUM SERVICES, at TUKUM, CHANDRAPUR, MAHARASHTRA 442404 petrol pump for filling petrol and that time I said to petrolwala "do full tank''. He start machine show me 0 (zero) on the dashboard then filling the tank after that he fill up 14.57 ltr petrol in my above mentioned bike that its fuel tank capacity is only 12 ltrs. That time i am confused because bike not totally dry or showing reserved.

I asked to petrolwala or manager of petrol pump that time he said your (my) bike tank capacity is 16 ltrs. Then I comeback to home and find bike manual and check in there mentioned clearly 12 ltr capacity then I chacked online, talk to Honda Customer care, Showrooms bike technician.

Honda Customer care after 12 ltr 1 ltr buffer for security reason but not 3 to 4 ltr. and technician also agreed that. but petrol pump staff and manager and owner not accepted that. petrolwala said bike capacity is 15 to 16 ltr Honda and technician told false.

I request to you that take the proper action against the above mentioned petrol pump.

Restricted timing for lpg delivery by women welfare association, HVF Estate, Avadi, Chennai-054. The time for LPG delivery is between 9:00 to 13:30. Which is difficult for working class customer. The arrogant behaviour of staffs and delay in LPG distribution for online paid customers. Please address the issue.

I have booked a domestic gas cylinder vide Reference Number[protected] dated 20/02/2022 at 9:50am I have Online payment of this order through my Google pay. Amount 920.50 .50 deducted from my bank account but I have not received any confirmation or any Transaction Successful reference number. My Consumer Number is [protected] and Gas Agency Name is soral Indane gas station area kota rajasthan
It is requested that please refunded the deducted amount of Rs. 920.50 to my my bank account. I shall be highly thankful to you.

Most of the time, particular employee is hot there in Air filling station. When we ask to manager, simply there is no resource to air filling. Please make sure to follow Indian Oil policies in this petrol bunk.
