    Sir I am registered with shree jayam agencies, Adambakkam.. I would like to complaint on the above agency that they are supplying gas without proper godown.. As they through cylinder's with force..it causes dust pollution.. My daughter is suffering from asthma... She gets ill often due to dust pollution... I would like you to take necessary action against this Situation we face...

            Dear Sir, I had booked my gas via phone with booking number 573727 dated 22-06-15. and today on 08-07-15 my gas distributor is delivering 22-06-15 booking of others but when I querried about my booking it stated that my booking stands cancelled without any notice to me. Now my bookings has to be done and I fear that the delay in this 15 days will deprive me of my 12 subsidized cylinders which I am entitled to every year as my distributor does not accept bookings within 12 days of delivery (i am not sure if this is the rule) I would like to know that when my booking is cancelled why am i not intimated.                     My consumer No is CX1193579 at Anupama Adhoc Sphruthy Gas agency INDANE. I booked my cylinder vide No 388171 through my Regd mobile and accordingly cash memo No [protected] has been generated and I got sms on 04 Jul 2015 on my phone. On 06 Jul 2015 deliver boy along with gas cylinder came to my residence and ask my wife to pay Rs. 710.00. My wife refuse to pay more then the the exact amount. He force to pay the Rs.710.00 otherwise cylinder will not be delivered and also said you can complain to any body I do not care. He behave my wife rudely

                    The matter has also been informed to my Gas agency on tele No [protected] on 06 Jul 2015, he gave me a Phone No [protected] to contact a person about this and I contact him and assured me to deliver the cylinder by 07 Jul 2015.

                    But Sir, since my Gas cylinder not delivered.

                    Sir, May I request to you take it serious nature of matter and issue suitable instruction to Gas agency to take necessary action against the deliver Boy.
                    Hi,

                    This is routine and happens every where. Due to fear, it went unnoticed. Is there any particular amount to be paid to them as delivery charges. Anybody is hearing. Please resolve it.

                      Hi, Complain against : Blue Flame Indane Service ( Koperkhairne Navi Mumbai ) As i am older customer of Indane, My usages 2 cylinder in a year but if i am booking for refiling after 6 moths they Block my connection they said before 6 months i have to book for the same but mu usages are less so what i do, second thing they said there have process for unblock connection, first fill the form & give with complete documents second the service engineer come for inception .when he came & didnt check anything & then said i have to pay 70 rs, i asked what u did & why this charges apply . he said its company rule i have to pay . moral of the story why these type of gapes where companies trust on his Agencies persons, they charged without any work & for next he will come again & charged same when connection was old . kub tak aisa chalta rahega, me har baar 6 moths k baad booking karunga or har times ye log bolck karnege fir same process..but is baat k liye maine agencie me call kiya to wo bolte hai its all company rule we have to follow but kisi k paas ye ans nahi tha ki ye inspection ka matlab kya

                        I am currently the customer of indian gas, my consumer number is 27192, if I call for vishwantha gas agency to claim complaint regarding stove repair, the staff members donot even care to listen to coustmer.and answer in rude manner, even the delivery boy behave in rude manner and ask for extract money on bill amount and behave I harsh, I have question do the stove repair service is provided by ur company are should we have to search for public person? Kindly request to serious action on this vishwanth agency
                        I too had bad experience from Indane distributors.Its the delivery boys who are making a mess.

My consumer no is SIS 3357 .My name is VENU.S .In all our records the name is VENU.S including subscription voucher and Domestic gas customer card.But in gas agency's online records it is wrongly recorded as Veena .So I can't link the aadhar .So I lost the subsidy.So please correct my name in gas agency's online records .I attached copies of Subscription voucher and Domestic gas customer card.

I also attached herewith my Aadhar Scan Copy and online gas Tax Invoice. Now, I wants to change address in my Aadhar. When call to gas agecy - shilpa gas agency. They are saying your subsidy is going to another a / c.
