My Name is Amit Das & Consumer No.CX-3392053, I am very disappointed to your service last 6 to 8 months, my dealer point name, M/S Anushka Indane, Shop No.F006, Ground Floor, Nerul Railway Station Complex, please take an action against Anushka Indane always they give me and others customers that delivery boy problem last 8 months so what can i do, we suffered or i will go another LPG service
my humble request to you please solve our problem otherwise i will docile to go another LPG service, that already give to all good service

I had booked my gas via phone with booking number 573727 dated 22-06-15. and today on 08-07-15 my gas distributor is delivering 22-06-15 booking of others but when I querried about my booking it stated that my booking stands cancelled without any notice to me. Now my bookings has to be done and I fear that the delay in this 15 days will deprive me of my 12 subsidized cylinders which I am entitled to every year as my distributor does not accept bookings within 12 days of delivery (i am not sure if this is the rule)
I would like to know that when my booking is cancelled why am i not intimated.
