    I have booked a domestic gas cylinder vide Reference Number[protected] dated 20/02/2022 at 9:50am I have Online payment of this order through my Google pay. Amount 920.50 .50 deducted from my bank account but I have not received any confirmation or any Transaction Successful reference number. My Consumer Number is [protected] and Gas Agency Name is soral Indane gas station area kota rajasthan
    It is requested that please refunded the deducted amount of Rs. 920.50 to my my bank account. I shall be highly thankful to you.

      Most of the time, particular employee is hot there in Air filling station. When we ask to manager, simply there is no resource to air filling. Please make sure to follow Indian Oil policies in this petrol bunk.

        I tried to book my cylinder online/through IVR and SMS, but I am not able to book. I am getting a message that "refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer".

          I have booked my cylinder on 12022022 on[protected] the invoice has been generated but still today I haven't received the cylinder so I request you to look into the matter.secondly whenever we make call to the distributor they didn't received the call also. My customer no is [protected]

            I made a lpg booking through Indane app on 11/02/2022 and till date 21/02/2022 not received my cylinder. I called the agency they are saying they will not deliver the cylinder as they are not our primary distributor, but as per app we can select the nearest distributor for booking. So if they don't want to give service and deliver why they are not cancelling the order, but instead they invoice the order.

              Dear IOC team, have booked refil cyclinder on 16.02.2022 - Cons No [protected] and paid amount thru online on the same date and registered with Ref No.[protected]. received a msg from IOC as Refil expected delivery: 2 days. But as of 20.02.2022 refil was not received. Request IOC team to interfere.

                I went to IOCL company owned outlet on 19th Feb, around 9:45 Pm, at Raninagar Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. but Staff there is very rude & forced to have Power plus quality which is 5+ rupees costlier. I have heard this malpractice of that outlet from others too. In night. I challenged them & asked to fill normal petrol priced at 105. Then they given the normal petrol. BUT used bullying attitude & Wrong language. It is damaging IOCLs image due to those staffs wrong practices. Please let me know, how would you stop this wrong practice.

                            I had a LPG cylinder delivered. The seal looks alright and authentic.The gross weight is aprox. 26.2 kg. The weight should be 29.7 kg.
                            The LPG cylinder is unused with the seal intact.

                              My Father in Law expried suddenly due to Covid last year, his family owns a IOC petrol pump, I am not getting access to ownership papers of petrol pump as my Father in law extended family is not sharing it with me.

                              I need help for following things
                              a. Identify ownership of petrol pump
                              b. Transfer the ownership of petrol pump in my wife name in case my Father in law was proprietor or partner to the pump

                                  I fill 60 rupees petrol at Indian Oil petrol pump in Humnabad i ask for Bhim upi or QR Scan or paytm phone pay, google pay, or account no for paying through YONO Transaction, But he said if you don't have hardcash than you don't come they made public harshment. sir my point is ... is it fair such company not doing digital activity.

                                      There is a electricity problem at the area. The CNG filling station does not have generator facility. The sales stops for 3 hours and there is a long waiting line for CNG. The sales officer says that no electricity no filling.
                                      This is not the service expected from the Indian Oil. Highly unreliable and wastage of time.

                                        Jan and feb 2022 cylinders were leaking. Had to change the rubber washer in the nozzle of the cylinder . This is consumer no. 03868, falls under Srinivasa Gas service center. Hyderabad . Please ensure the rubber washers are replaced regularly.
